Age: Unknown, looks to be in her mid-twenties.
Gender: Genderless but appears female.
Appearance: When Oss is in her human disguise she appears to be as a young woman with short white hair and pale skin. She typically wears black clothing of varying degrees of style. Outside of her disguise she looks to be as any Prise, blue-skinned, winged, and clad in golden Valkyrie-esque armor. She wears strange pieces of jewelry that actually serve the function of a shrouding device to hide her ethereal heritage.
Personality: Despite her cold visage, Oss is warm and a slight mischievous. She finds life as ahuman to be simultaneously boring and fascinating, and she likes to entertain herself with he same things a human youth would. However, when she's called in to resistance meetings, she becomes quiet enough that people who don't know her outside of the resistance think she is mute- but she's just afraid of alerting the humans to the presence of an immortal among them. It's not strictly against Paranoia's commands, but Oss knows that Man tends to take to things they don't completely understand poorly.
Abilities (If applicable): Flight, telekinesis and pyrokinesis, and very mild mind control. Her signature power is the ability to raise the dead from the field of battle for one last stand. They don't truly have life, but they have borrowed willpower and in large enough numbers the dead can overpower an enemy.
History: Oss's mission is two-fold: she was sent to Bendelesh to assist the small resistance groups building against the Red Army, as well as helping to wipe out the insidious Onstantine Priests, one of which had claimed three of her sisters in the past. Oss has yet to come face to face with one and she is actually afraid of doing so. Alas commands are commands. Her second job is to keep an eye and ear out for any signs that the Crowing has manifested. But again, Oss doubts that she will see anything to that end any time soon.
She's settled into an apartment on the lower side of the capital city of Bendelesh, and for the most part she makes play as being any other citizen until she receives messages drawing her elsewhere.
