Overall
Aidan is a fairly average but handsome guy when it comes to his physical appearance. He's slim, but not scrawny. When it comes to his dress code, he doesn't really have one. He's artistic, so he wears whatever he feels like depending on what moods he's in. Sometimes he dresses very casually, sweat pants and t-shirt. Sometimes edgy, leather jacket and dark blue jeans and sometimes he dresses like he's going to meet the president. It all depends on what he's doing and who he's with. He's not into fashion, he just loves change.

Personality
Aidan is what one would call a free spirit. He's very artistic and inventive. He loves to think outside the box and is a fan of anything unique or unusual. He's very honest, but not rude. He doesn't like any sort of drama and avoids conflict at all costs. Since his sister is much like him in this way, they get along flawlessly. But unlike Abigail, he's very talkative and somehow always knows the right thing to say or the right joke. He's also very open, and not usually shy around anyone. He's the type of guy that will start up a conversation out of thin air and turn it into a friendship within a matter of minutes. Because of this he has a good amount of friends, but only a few of them that he truly trusts. He loves any form of art, but mostly the traditional kind. He can often be found in his study with a brush in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other. He loves to experiment with paint so it's best to stay away from his work area when he's "inspired". He finds inspiration in the strangest things, and one of his goals is to find his muse; the source of his best inspiration. Most importantly, he is ridiculously protective of his little sister. Though she's an adult, he still sees her as his baby sister and will thoroughly inspect anyone that tries to get close to her. He doesn't like using force, unless it's to scare away any man that gets near Abby.

So begins...

As soon as he walked into the kitchen, Aidan was greeted with a smile and a good morning from his sister. ”Morning cutie” he said, placing a kiss on her forehead before walking over and taking the cup of coffee handed to him. He took in the smell and smiled. ”I could get used to this” he said, imagining what it would be like to have Cordelia make him coffee like this every morning. He took a sip and it was like heaven in his mouth. With a satisfied smile he walked over to the table and sat beside his sister. He looked around casually, just a few of the other angels and former council members were up, but no sign of Castiel, Roman or Leon. He almost laughed just thinking about what happened last time Leon and Roman came in late for breakfast. He hoped, for Abby’s sake, that it didn’t happen again. It was odd to see that Castiel wasn’t up yet though. Aidan had imagined him to be the very first one up and knocking on doors for the rest to get up and ready for battle. He hoped that whatever the reason for his being in bed was, that it wasn’t anything serious.

Roman complained about Leon waking him up and the blonde groaned. ”You woke me up first” he commented, still in his husky morning voice. He wasn’t planning on getting up soon. If he could have it his way he would stay in bed all day, but unfortunately there was a war that needed to be fought. He could smell the coffee just barely, but it wasn’t enough to get him to get up. He assumed Roman would want to get out of bed and eat breakfast so he thought about distancing himself so the boxer could leave, but he was keeping a tight hold on Leon as if he were going to suddenly get up and leave. A suddenly flashback about how many times he had done that came to him but he quickly pushed it away. That was all over now. They had new problems to worry about. ”Go eat” he finally mumbled, letting Roman know he could go if that’s what he wanted.

Cordelia took her own coffee and giggled at Aidan's comment about getting used to this. "Don't think I will always make coffee." She teased. Of course she was always going to make coffee, but there were going to be days were he makes the coffee. Or they would go out to get coffee. No matter what, coffee would start their morning. Sipping her coffee, she sat down across from Aidan glancing around. Abigail cradled her coffee, watching other angels and council members wake up to the smell of coffee. Roman, Leon and Cas were not around. Abby was hoping that Roman and Leon were still asleep and not doing what they had done before. Her face turned a light shade of red just at the thought. Bringing the coffee to her lips, she sipped it slowly trying to cover the color of her cheeks. Cordelia was wondering why Leon was still in bed. There was no way he was that exhausted from yesterday's training. That was almost nothing compared to what they were used too. But then again he tends to stay in bed later than usual when it comes to Roman. Others started to get coffee or some other drink. Abby was half expecting Castiel to be awake by now, but he wasn't. Or at least he wasn't out of bed. She decided to go and check on him. Setting the cup down, she stood up. "I am going to go and check on Cas." She walked out of the kitchen and back to her bedroom. She shut the door behind her and walked over to the bed where Cas was still cuddled up. She didn't know whether or not she should wake him up. She just wanted to make sure he was okay. Abby sat at the edge of the bed and gently ran her fingers through his hair.

Roman chuckled, sleepily at Leon's retort. It did not matter who woke up who first, they were both awake. But they were still cuddled up and ready to fall back asleep if their bodies would let them. Though coffee was calling his name. It would be nice to have after the work he did yesterday. But he was not leaving Leon lonely in the bed. It almost did not make sense to do so. ”Go eat” It was as if Leon was reading his mind. Roman did want to drink the dark nectar, but he also wanted to cuddle. So he decided to pick cuddling assuming there would be more coffee whenever he actually decided to get out of bed. "No. I prefer this warmth to the coffee's warmth." Roman said keeping Leon close, but he loosened his grip a bit.

Aidan chuckled at Cordelia’s response and nodded in understanding. ”Of course” he commented before taking another sip of the best liquid on earth. Abby announced she was going to check on Castiel and Aidan nodded. Hopefully there was nothing going on and he just wanted to get a good amount of rest. Still it was best to ask he thought, maybe Cordelia would know. As soon as abigail was out of earshot, the brunette turned to his girlfriend with a slightly concerned face. ”Maybe i’m being paranoid but is Castiel okay?” he questioned, hoping there wasn’t any sort of secret he was hiding. If there was a secret though, he didn’t think Castiel would tell Cordelia. Then again, he didn’t know the god very well.

Castiel was in a half asleep, half awake state. He could hear the commotion of the people that were up walking about outside his bedroom but he just didn’t want to get up and his eyes refused to open. That’s when he heard his bedroom door open and close. He assumed it was Abigail. If it had been Leon or Cordelia they would have woken him up instantly. He felt fingers run through his hair and a small smile formed on his lips. Barely visible due to the fact he was still half asleep. Eventually he managed to open his eyes and looked up at her sleepily. He muttered something that sounded like good morning, hoping Abby would understand it, but he didn’t move. His body did not want to move. It was as if he was glued to the bed sheets. He didn’t want to worry her, but he just couldn’t manage to wake up fully just yet. It felt like his body was struggling to recover. He hoped that wasn’t the case.

Somehow Leon guessed Roman wouldn’t take up the offer to leave. He mentioned something about preferring Leon’s warmth and the blonde blushed the slightest bit, which was luckily covered by the bed sheets. ”You’re so cheesy” he grumbled. In the back of his mind Leon wanted to get up and go eat and drink coffee, but the sheets and Roman were so comfortable that it just seemed impossible. His stomach however didn’t hesitate to protest. It grumbled quietly, but just loud enough for them both to hear. It looked like they'd have to get up after all.

Cordelia drank more of her coffee, watching Abby get up and leave. In the back of her mind she was thinking about how dumb Cas was. He should have just told his girlfriend that he got shot and then he wouldn't have to pretend that he was okay. It was just going to backfire. It seems that it already has. He was still in bed and that is quite unheard of. He should have been awake and bossing everyone around. She tried to play off her thoughts as she continued to drink her coffee. It was so good she was going to have to make more. Everyone seemed to think the same thing because the coffee was practically finished. ”Maybe i’m being paranoid but is Castiel okay?” Cordelia put the cup down, unsure of how to answer that question. Cas told her not to tell anyone especially Aidan for the fact he would tell Abby. And she didn't want to lie to her boyfriend. There was only one sure way to keep honesty in the relationship and keep Castiel's stupid secret. "I'm sure he will be. He might just be extremely exhausted from dealing with everyone in here." She stated before standing up to make another pot of coffee, taking her mug with her.

Abigail smiled when she saw Castiel's perfect blue eyes looking up at her. It was nice to see that Cas seemed fine, just tired. Though he was barely moving. Maybe he needed some more sleep. Her boyfriend mumbled something to her and she just assumed that it was a good morning. That was usually what you say to someone when you first wake up in the morning. "Morning." Still running her fingers through his hair. "I didn't mean to wake you. I was just checking on you." Abigail explained, subtly letting him know that he could back to sleep if he wanted too. There was no need for him to be awake right now. Especially if he didn't want to be awake. The war could wait until Castiel was fully rested and ready to take on the enemies. But right now he was still wrestling with sleep.

Roman smiled at Leon. He knew he was being cheesy at the moment, but he really didn't wan to get up right now. He would say just about anything to keep them from getting up. Unless they absolutely had too, he was staying in this room until the war started. Then he heard a grumble and looked down at Leon. It wasn't from Roman so it had to be from him. The boxer laughed a bit and completely removed his arms from around his boyfriend. "Guess we are getting up." Roman commented slowly rolling out of bed, gesturing for Leon to do the same.

Cordelia had answered AIdan’s question in a simple way that made sense. Leading an army of angels and gods that weren’t all professionals at combat must be tiring, along with having to plot ways of not getting hurt. It made sense that he’d be tired or want to get a good amount of sleep. AIdan went on drinking his coffee and eventually leon and Roman joined them. They both looked fully awake so Aidan could only imagine what the could have been doing, though he didn’t say anything. He didnt want to give Cordelia any ideas. They all exchanged good mornings and it was decided that AIdan would make breakfast for everyone. Around the time he was about finished, Abigail and Castiel joined the party. Cas looked healthy and fully rested so it seemed that Aidan had been worrying for nothing. Mainly he was worried for Abby and her reaction if anything would have been wrong with Castiel, but he was also worried about Cas himself. He had a lot on his shoulders. The six of them, along with all the other guests in the house ate breakfast in peace. It almost felt like it was just another day, but it was clear that not one of them could stop thinking about what was to come. Aidan was still a little shaken by the fact that he might have to kill someone to win. Leon was a little excited to get out and fight, but his thoughts kept going back to Roman and if he would be okay. He had only fought once before and Leon had been there to back him up. Hopefully the training had actually helped. Castiel on the other hand couldn’t wait to go into battle. The fact that abby wouldn’t be fighting kept him at ease. He just wanted to get out there and take control of what should have been his a long time ago and end this ridiculous war once and fo all.

Eventually, breakfast was over and it was time to get down to business. Castiel led everyone back to the weapons room and let them each pick their poison. Everyone quickly drifted to their weapon of choice, except for Abby, and met up with Castiel once again. He stood before the group with the presence of a military officer and lifted a hand towards Abigail. ”I don’t want you to go ask her for help unless you are dying, understand?” he said with authority. He didn’t want any of them to die, of course, but he didn’t want Abigail to have to use her powers unless absolutely necessary. SHe was brand new to using them and putting them to work too often would certainly have serious consequences, much like the ones Castiel was having to deal with after having healed himself. ”They have weapons specially designed to hurt us. Don’t get too cocky and keep your guard up at all times” he continued to explain. Everyone listened in silence, hanging on his every word. It was an odd feeling. Council members would normally do this back when he was second highest in the council, but only because they had no choice. Now they had emotions, but they still showed him respect. ”Lastly, don’t die” he added before loading his gun and turning towards the underground exit of the mansion.

After breakfast was over, Castiel decided that it was time to get down to business. He led everyone to the weapons room. Abby lingered behind the group since there was no real need for her to be in the front. She wouldn't be picking a weapon. However, Cordelia was eager to load up on the artillery that Cas had. Immediately picking up a automatic weapon, she started loading her herself up with the clips. She could only imagine how her best friend was feelings since she was trying to contain her excitement. Roman grabbed the crossbow and the arrows that had come with it. Leon had taught him how to use it so he was going to use it. The boxer was also going to us his fighting skills during this fight. It was the best thing that he had. Once everyone had a weapon, their attention was solely on Cas. He was giving instructions. Abigail took her spot beside him not exactly sure where she should be. She wasn't going to be fighting. But she would ask him later. ”I don’t want you to go ask her for help unless you are dying, understand?” For a brief moment all eyes were on her and she blushed, taking a minor step back. Her boyfriend continued on with the speech and the way he ended slightly worried her. There was a possibility that she could lose the ones that she loves today. Her eyes found Aidan, Roman, and then Cas. She prayed that nothing would go wrong. Roman and Cordelia were loaded and ready for battle, following Cas out.

Castiel led the large group through an underground tunnel his father had installed for emergency exits. He continued to walk until they finally reached the exit, then he turned to face them all once again. His heart was pounding loudly in his ear and for the first time since Abby almost died, he was very much scared. He didn’t want to lose anyone, not now that he was making things better. He remained silent for several seconds, thinking of the right words to say at a time like this, but could only come up with one thing. ”Remember i’m fighting with you” he reminded. Not that they thought he would be fighting against him, but he wanted to assure everyone that he would be there fighting right beside them when they needed it. No one would be dying today, not on his watch.

Leon was more than a little surprised with Castiel’s words. It wasn’t hard to decipher what he meant, but then again, he as well as the rest of the angels and gods had spent decades upon decades with him. The only difference now was that he actually meant what he was saying. The blonde angel readjusted his gun, making sure he had easy access to it and anything else he would need and glanced at Roman, out of habit, to make sure he wasn’t missing anything important. As he did so, Castiel spoke up, telling everyone to double check their weapons and ammo before turning to Abigail. ”i want you to wait here and not come out for anything” he instructed. She didn’t need to be out in the battle field putting herself at risk. ”There’s a small window next to the door. You can see what’s going on and if anyone needs help from in here” he explained, not planning on having her go out to them, but to have them come to her. He’d bring them himself if necessary. Anything to keep her safe.

Cordelia was ready for battle. The quicker they got out there, the faster they could win. She wanted this whole thing to be over and she did not want to lose anyone in the process. She glanced over to Aidan, just to make sure that he was okay. After what he had told her she was slightly worried and she felt bad. Not really for him having to battle, for putting him a situation where that was even necessary. There was no taking it back, they just needed to push forward and everything would be worth it. Cas' last inspirational words came at a minor shock to her. It was genuine. Clearly stating that he would protect everyone with the best of his ability. Cordelia glanced over to Abby before lokoing down. She just hoped that it did not come at an expense to her. Roman was nervous, but ready. He just wanted to get out there. He wanted to fight and end the civil war. He wanted everything to be close to normal. Or whatever normal was before he had gotten here. His eyes found Leon's and he smiled a bit. He knew Leon was going to be fine out there on his own, but Roman wanted to protect him like he had promised what felt like a while ago. He remembered looking a sad Leon and promising not to let any harm to him and the boxer still meant it. Doing as Cas asked, he checked to make sure that his weapon was without flaws and that he had more than enough arrows.

Abigail was beyond scared and worried for everyone. They were about to go out in battle and she just had to sit and watch. She would be helping in the medical aspect, but they were going to be exposed to people and weapon that could kill them. Abby never practiced raising the dead. Everyone started officially loading up and double checking their weapons when Castiel came up to her. She had just one rule. Not to go out onto the battlefield. Not that she wanted too, but what happens when someone needs her and she can't get to them. She would surely run out there if it was Aidan or Roman that needed her. But she only nodded in agreement. Her amber eyes found his blue ones and she failed to hide her worry. "Please come back." She said in a whisper. Abby was mostly afraid of losing Cas. She did not want to lose him or she just would not be the same.

Abby’s plead almost made Castiel completely lose his resolve and want to back out of the war, but it was too late now. There was too much at stake and losing wasn’t an option, much less giving up. ”Of course I will” he said, sounding much more confident than how he actually felt. He placed a kiss to her forehead before turning to the rest of them and gesturing them to follow. WIthout another word, Castiel headed to the exit doors. Upon opening it he immediately noticed the uneasy and eerie silence that had taken over the entire island. Not even a single breeze could be heard. His electric blue eyes roamed the surface of the eyeland as far as he could see. There was nothing that seemed threatening, which mean that they were waiting to be ambushed. He quickly closed the door again and turned to the troops. ”Half of us will go out first. If they attack, which they will, the rest of you ambush them from all angles. Understood?”

Leon and Aidan both nodded to the instructions. They were easy enough to follow. Wait for them to ambush and then beat them at their own game. ”I’ll lead the first group out. Leon, Cordelia, I need you to come too. If they don’t see you out there they’ll know we’re up to something”. Leon nodded once again and looked around at the group. But if all three of them were going out there at once, who would lead the others out? Castiel seemed to be contemplating the same question as he scanned everyone in the group. They were all trained to follow orders, but none were equipped to lead or think on their own. Finally his eyes stopped on Roman. Despite the obvious tension between the two, this angel was the only one that seemed to have what Cas needed. ”The rest of you, follow him out” he ordered, gesturing to Roman. [color=red]”Wait for his cue, not a second sooner”{/color]. Once he made sure everyone heard the instructions and gave a nod and turned back around, opening the door to the war zone. Aidan watched in silence as Cordelia followed, deciding it was best for him to stay behind. Leon glanced at Roman, a little surprise Castiel had given him the reigns of half of the army, and was suddenly nervous. Not that he had any time to think about it. Before he knew it they were all out in the battle field.

Cordelia was okay with the game plan. She, Leon, and Cas would lead the first group out. They all must have been thinking who was going to lead the first group and Cas had chosen Roman. That had definitely shocked Roman, not entirely sure how he should lead. But he nodded at the one in charge before glancing at his boyfriend. He gave a small reassuring smile that he was going to be alright without him. Cordelia didn't like that she was leaving Aidan. Before she went to follow the God in charge, she kissed her boyfriend's cheek. Standing beside, Leon and Cas she took the safety off her weapon. They waited a moment for their half to be ready to go before leading them out into enemy territory. For a second it was quiet, and Cordelia looked around trying to find high shooters or ones that were going to be hiding the whole time. They had to go first. Roman watched carefully, holding up a hand as if to tell his group to wait. As a boxer, he knows when its the best time to attack during a weak spot. So even if the first shot was fired, they couldn't go out their. Not yet.

Abigail watched her boyfriend lead the group towards the enemy. She stayed near the window where she could watch without being seen. Nothing was happening and it worried her. She glanced over to Roman and Aidan, clearly scared for the of them. That was when she heard a gun shot and a thud. Someone had just been shot. And it was one of their own. That seemed to start the war and both sides were shooting. Attacking. Abigail had to keep herself from running out there and trying to bring people back to life. Roman didn't signal. Not yet. It wasn't time. Though it should have been. Cordelia was shooting high and low. As she neared people, she would hit them with the gun and shoot them on the ground. When some of the enemy started to expose themselves, Roman lead out his group. This would be an advantage for them. Fresh ammo against enemies that would not have time to reload. Abby kept watching keeping her eyes out for anyone that needed her.

They were out in the open for what seemed like too long and nothing came. Castiel was beginning to get suspicious, but then there was the loud bang of a gun and a bullet ripping through the air. Before he even had time to register what was going on, one of his men had already been taken down. Immediately after, the gunfire started raining down on them. Castiel and Leon both brought out their wings. Though his weren’t as resistant as Castiel’s, Leon figure it would be better getting shot in a wing than anywhere on his body. They started shooting back left and right. Leon didn’t hesitate to shoot to kill. He wanted every one of the bastards dead. They had put him through hell for so many years, now they were going to get what they deserved. Judging by the direction from which the bullets were coming, Cas realized they were surrounded. There was only one person that could handle a situation such as this almost better than he could. His eyes turned to the blonde behind him who already seemed to be thinking the same thing. ”Did you bring them?” he called out and Leon immediately nodded, knowing what the god was referring to. He opened up his jacket slightly, revealing just a small portion of the explosives he was equipped with. Exploding things had always been the blonde’s specialty.

They both watched as Roman led the rest of the soldiers out into the battle field, Aidan following closely behind, and Leon couldn’t help but feel a little proud. He had great timing. He also couldn’t help but feel terrified. There was nothing that could guarantee that Roman wouldn’t get shot, except for one thing. Getting rid of the problem. With a nod towards his boss Leon began to drift away from the group little by little, until he managed to escape. He now had to set up the bombs in a way that surrounded the enemy but were far away enough from his people. It wasn’t going to be an easy job, but he had been trained for this many times before. He was almost 100% confident.
Aidan inched closer to Cordelia, still not feeling confident in his fighting skills. There was also the fact that he didn’t really want to fight, but as he looked down at the corpse of the angel that had already been taken down he knew he would have no choice. He began to shoot just as Cordelia had taught him, hoping he didn’t miss.

Once the first body dropped she had sprouted her wings just as Castiel and Leon had. Though hers weren't as strong as the Gods it would be better than getting a bullet straight to the chest. She continued to kill every enemy that was within site. All of her shots were confirmed kills. She was the best at what she did. Using a gun and killing people is why she was even in charge of the angels. Perfect war machine. Just like Leon. Only he was better at creating explosions than using a weapon. At the thought of Leon, she turned her head to see him break away from the group. He must be doing something bomb related. Cordelia decided to keep a watchful eye on him to make sure that no one had any ideas to get to him. The angel shot a few that even bothered to glance in his direction. When the second group came out, it was kind of a relief. Many of the enemies had been taken down, but so have some of their own people. To have Roman lead the second wave was very helpful. Aidan had moved closer to her and she smiled slightly at him before returning to what she was doing. He was doing alright for having just learned how to use the weapon, but there was no time to critique. Roman was trying to keep himself alive. He caught a glimpse of Leon before he had just disappeared and then he has been just trying to keep himself alive. It seemed as though they were surrounded by the enemy. They were all doing fairly well, but they were still out in the open with no where to hide, while the enemy had a slight advantage with being able to stay hidden. Roman kept a positive attitude and keep shooting.

Abigail watched, almost in horror, as the war continued on. So many people were laying on the ground motionless and others were hurt trying to crawl their way towards her. Abby would run out there, but Castiel wouldn't be happy with her if she did. But it was killing her inside knowing that people needed her help and they couldn't reach her. The goddess placed her right hand lightly on the glass as she continued watching hoping this would all end soon.

Sneaking around the enemy would not be an easy task. The blonde bomb expert had to figure out a way to set the bombs up without getting caught, and get out of the danger zone before the enemy noticed the bombs, not that they were easy to notice. Most of them were microscopic but they all packed a very mean punch. Moving onto the first target, Leon set up one of the smaller bombs near one of their most deadly shooters. Taking them all out took priority over anything else. Managing to stay hidden, Leon left the first explozive ready and moved onto the next. In no time at all, he had already managed to set up four of the smaller bombs close to the most threatening shooters without getting caught. He only hoped that everyone else was having as much as success.

Castiel remained focused on the shooting and taking out the enemy, but it was hard to concentrate with all the injured bodies falling around him. There were quite a few that hadn’t made it to Abby yet, but were struggling hard to do so. He had promised that he wouldn’t make her used her powers unless it was a death threatening injury, but judging by the looks on the warriors faces and their desperation to get to her, he guessed they were all very badly injured. Cas now felt a heavy weight on his shoulders. He attempted to focus on the fighting but it was impossible to ignore the cries for help. IN a sudden wave of pity, the god slipped his gun back into it’s holder and hurried over to some of the injured, making sure to pick the ones that were in the worst state. He quickly gathered them up and carried them over to Abbigail. He sat them down beside her and made sure to lock eyes with her before speaking. ”Be careful” was his only request. WIth that he turned and headed back out to the battlefield.

He was almost out of explosives, but luckily most of the enemies grounds had already been covered. As he set up another micro-bomb near some of the most powerful council members, he slowly began to back up, barely managing not to yelp when a bullet ripped right right his left arm. The blonde’s eyes widened as he looked in the direction the bullet had come from only to see one of the enemy’s angels pointing a loaded gun right at him. A second of horror flickered onto Leon’s face, but he quickly composed himself and grabbed his own gun with his right hand just for safety. He needed to get out of there quick, otherwise the bombs would start going off with him in the crosshairs. If that were to happen, that would be the end of Leon.

Cordelia was starting to run low on ammunition. The enemy just seemed to have an endless supply of bullets and she was peeved about the fact that within moments she would have to fight some of them hand to hand. It was even more dangerous to do so since all of their weapons were automatic. But she kept shooting. That was all she could do right now. Leon was finally finished setting bombs and she almost lost it when she saw him get shot. He got himself together which was good for the enemy since Cordelia would have ripped it's heart out. Leon rejoined and Cordelia let out a breath of relief. The bombs were truly going to help reduced the enemies numbers. Cordelia reloaded with her last clip and she cursed silently to herself. She was very careful with her next shots. Only taking out the immediate threats. She was almost praying the bombs went off before her last bullet. Roman was really focused on what he was doing. There were so many people shooting at them, that if he focused on what Leon was doing Roman would surely be killed. Reloading, aiming, and shooting was seriously taking up some of his energy. His arms were getting sore repeating the same motion over and over again. Looking around he saw many of them have fallen and he was having difficulty figuring how much of the enemy was taken out. Roman just needed this to be over.

Abigail was praying to the Gods. Or really the good Gods that everything was going to be okay. It only seemed to be getting worse and she had a desperate need to heal people that were on the ground. Out of nowhere Castiel ran around and grabbed as many people as he could and brought them to her. All he told her was to be careful and then he disappeared. There was so much Abby wanted to say, but she wasn't given the chance. So she is just going to heal these people. Channeling her happy place, she started with the smaller wounds before ending with the bigger ones. She had healed four people and she was getting a headache. She sent them back out, grateful no one else was as badly injured. She was going to have to wait for the headache to subside before she could heal another person.

Castiel's body rejoined the fight, but his mind was still back with Abigail. Despite the fact she was safely hidden away from the enemy, and he had asked her to be careful, he couldn't shake the feeling that she was in danger. Maybe because she was with him. Maybe she would be in danger for the rest of her life, as long as she stayed beside him. Thinking about this brought a dark thought to his mind. Maybe she should keep her distance from him, that would be the only way for her to remain safe. Unfortunately, Castiel was selfish. He wanted her with him, even if that meant she would be in danger. He really was a selfish being, that much hadn't changed. She shook his head as if shaking his thoughts away and looked around. Leon seemed to be finished with the boombs, luckily just in time because it looked like the majority of them, including himself, were running out of ammunition. Once the bombs went off they'd have a bit of time to retreat and refill before jumping back into battle, meanwhile the enemy would be busy trying to recover from the damage of the explosives.

Leon was more than grateful that he was able to make it out because just as he did, the bombs began to explode one by one, in a sort of domino effect, knocking out a large amount of the enemy's most powerful shooters. One...two...three... Leon counted them in his head to make sure there were no stray bombs left somewhere. He had planted ten of them, but as he counted he only reached nine, and then there was a short silence. Leon stared wide eyed as a small silver pod came in flying, seemingly out of nowhere, directly towards where Roman was standing. The next few seconds seemed to pass by in slow motion. As if by instinct and before his mind could catch up with his body, he took off running from where he was standing towards where Roman was, completely unaware of the small yet highly dangerous explosive coming towards him. Next thing he knew, he had pushed unsuspecting angel several feet away, enough to shield him from any possible damage and caught the tiny pod with his bare hand. The blonde managed to throw it back towards the enemy before it exploded in his hand. Unfortunately it didn't reach a far enough distance before going off. The impact tossed Leon several feet in the air, like a rag doll, before a nearby brick wall broke his fall. A low grunt left his body as he slid to the floor, motionless.

Aisan watched from a far as the entire scene played out. He noticed the small, shimmering object flying towards his friend and it didn't take him long to realize it wasn't anything good. But before he had the chance to react, Leon was already on the moved. He quickly distanced Roman from the bomb and pushed him to safety as if he had done it a million times before. Fora moment he was relieved, but it was immediately replaced by horror as he watched the blonde being flung against a wall as if it were nothing. Suddenly he was terrified for Roman again, but for an entirely different reason. And then his gaze moved towards Cordelia, wondering if she had seen what just happened. He hoped for her well being that she hadn't.

Roman was fighting enemies left and right, praying that his endurance would finally be worth something. He was slowly running out of ammunition and there wasn't a good enough defense to run and get some more. At this point he is relying on his strength alone. He was resulting to his boxing skills. But with that he wasn't paying to anything happening far away from him. He was focused on near sighted problems. Angels and Gods that were within arms reached were all taken out. He was taking about two or three at a time. It seemed like he was fighting forever until the last one around him fell. He gave a quick look around to make sure that no one was trying to sneak up on him. It seemed like he was okay until Leon came out of nowhere and shoved him to the ground. At first Roman was confused but hen he saw the explosion take out the enemy and Leon. Roman watched for a moment in shock and then he was scared. "Leon!" Roman cried out, before scrambling onto his feet and running towards his lover who was motionless on the ground. The distraught angel dropped to the ground not really caring what was happening around him. He looked over Leon not sure whether or not he was going to wake. He glanced over to where Abigail was and then glanced over to Castiel. This was probably going to be a horrible idea. If spotted, the enemy would know that they had a medic on their side. But if they wait here, Leon could stay like this forever. At the moment Roman didn't care about what Cas had said about only using Abby if you were dying. His lover could be dying. The boxer picked up his angel and started taking off towards Abigail's safe haven.

Cordelia was happy about the bombs Leon had placed. It was taking out enemies which was very helpful in the fact that were slowly losing allies. Aidan seemed to be holding his own which was good. Cordelia could only protect him for so long. Leon was fine which was fantastic. Roman was good. And Castiel looked the same. Even with the emotions, while he was fighting he resembled the emotionless God she had once despised. Then all of a sudden a bomb went off that caused this angel to lose her cool. Leon got sent flying into a brick wall. He was completely motionless. Cordelia almost took off towards him, but Roman was already by his side taking him towards Abby. Cordelia knows that Cas might not be happy about that, but then again its Leon that needs the help. The angel was watching her best friend get taken to safety and an enemy grabbed her from behind. For a moment they fought and wrestled. As she was distracted by the one, several others came around to jump her. Clearly she was too much too handle one at a time. She tried her best to fight them off, but there was only so much she could do. Cordelia was on her knees, but she was still fighting. They weren't going to take her out that easily.

Abigail watched in horror. Her headache was still present, but she was so freaked out about what she had just seen that she had forgotten about it. Leon was hurt. Cordelia was down on the ground. It seemed that the enemy was taking out major players. This was bad. What possibly made it worse was that Roman brought Leon to her. Abigail watched as Roman laid the injured angel on the ground. Still motionless. In desperate need of Abigail's hand. She was afraid to even move towards them. "Please, Abby." Roman begged with such sorrow. Be the kind hearted soul she was, Abby agreed knowing this could negatively affect her. But she dropped to the ground and placed both hands on Leon and got to work.

In the mix of it all, it took several seconds for Castiel to register what had happened. One moment, everyone was doing fine. Cordelia and Leon were doing their job to perfection. Abigail was still safely tucked inside where she should be and her healing others hadn't affected her negatively as far as he could see. Even Aidan and Roman, the newest addition to the angels were very valiantly holding their own. Things were looking hopeful. And then, all at once, everything turned for the worst. In the blink of an eye, it seemed, Roman was in danger and then, just as quickly, Leon was hurt. Castiel, determined to not let his new emotions get the better of him, kept his focus on the battle at hand, but it was harder than expected. His worrying over Leon immediately turned to worrying over Abigail when he spotted Roman carrying Leon towards her. If Leon came back out safe and sound, the enemy would find out they had a medic and would no doubt turn over every peble and stone until they found her. However, if he didn't come back out they would lose a significant player. Leon was one of the strongest. Losing him meant losing a good chunk of strength. There was also the factor that if Abigail overused her new healing abilities, she would also be in danger. If she didn't use them, Leon could possibly be permanently damaged, or worse. Flinging the enemy he had been fighting with aside, mostly out of frustration, he glanced back in the direction where Abigail was hiding. He had half a mind to go after them and stop her from doing anything, but that would be counterproductive. Not to mention that now Cordelia, another key player, was on her news with a hive around her. The enemy were quick to figure out who was most important and who they should eliminate first. Castiel felt his heart speed up. The feeling of being helpless was overwhelming, but he was determined to not let it get to him.
Aidan didn't have to think twice before running to his girlfriend's aid. He came in swinging left and right, getting rid of several of the council dogs that were ganged up on her. His mind was divided. Half of him was focused on the battle at hand and liberating Cordelia, but the other half was worried to death about Leon, as well as Abigail and Roman.

Leon could feel a burning sensation traveling through his veins. His body felt paralyzed, and his vision was still blurry. As far as he knew, he was still in the middle of the battle field, that's what he remembered last. He also remembered being able to get Roman to safety, that's all that mattered for the moment. And somehow, he was still alive. He assumed the burning sensation was a side effect of being flung against a concrete wall at almost 90 miles per hour. His entire body ached from the smallest to the biggest muscle and bone, but he had to wake up. He had to get up and fight. He started out by attempting to move his fingers. They seemed to be responding. His eyes opened and closed several times in attempt to adjust his vision, but he was still unable to make out anything. He closed his eyes again, for a bit longer this time, and continued to test his muscles. They all started to respond little by little, but were still too sore for him to get up. After what seemed like an eternity, he opened his eyes one more time and his vision slowly came into focus. It was dark. Last time he remembered it was daytime. It didn't take him long to realize he was indoors, and someone was with him. The burning sensation continued to course through his veins as he slowly tilted his head to find a familiar face. Abigail? She looked distressed. His eyes followed her arms to find that the burning sensation was being caused by her. She was healing him? His eyes widened, bigger than they had ever been. Somehow he gathered the strength to push her hands aside and sit up. "Abby what are you doing?! Are you cra-" the pain that shot through his back immediately shut him up as he scrunched his face in agony. If he let Abigail heal him, Castiel would not be happy.

Cordelia was close to be done for. There were too many and she was running low on ammo. Luckily her boyfriend ran in and saved her from the enemies. The angel stood up and smiled at Aidan with appreciation. She was surely a goner if it wasn't for him. Cordelia glanced over at Castiel to see how he was doing. He seemed like he didn't need any help. But she knew losing Leon was affecting him and many different ways. Especially about Abigail healing Leon. But that wasn't concern. At least not right now. The major concern was the enemy has a chance to win. If Leon doesn't come back out then they are down a major player. But if he does the enemy will go after Abigail. Without Abigail there is no chance for them to win. Cordelia decided to continue to finish fighting. With less of them around the better chance their medic has. But she was really hoping Cas would think the same because if he ran back there everything would take a turn for the worse.

Roman watched as Abigail attempted to heal his lover. He was constantly looking around making sure that no one was after them. Leon spoke up about wanting Abby to stop, but he was in too much pain to do much fighting. Abby continued to heal not being able to speak. Her head was throbbing. She refused to stop for the fact that Leon would be able to help with the war. Which meant everyone would stay safe. That was all Abigail really cared about. She just wanted everyone to stay safe. That was only thing going through her mind as she healed Leon. Once he was healed, Abigail dropped her hands seemingly out of breath. She scooted away from Leon and laid down on the ground. "I'm....glad...he....is okay..." she said with a deep breath before laying down on the ground. She felt so tired. So much energy was used to help him. Without saying another word, Abby fell into what looked like a deep sleep. Roman was so happy for Leon to be better, but he knows that he messed up when Abigail laid down and went too sleep. "Abby?" He muttered, skipping over Leon. "Abigail wake up." He said, shaking her a bit. Abby's godly new god body wasn't ready to heal at the speed and frequency as she had. It took to much. "Go out there Leon. I will stay here and keep anything from happening to Abby." Roman stated knowing that Leon was needed on the battlefield.

Aidan was beyond excited that he could help out his girlfriend. Just like expected, she handled the rest of the enemy surrounding her with great ease. He himself was not doing so bad, but he couldn't help but to get temporarily side tracked by what had happened with leon. He only hoped that everyone would cone out of this okay.
Castiel on the other hand, could do nothing but to think about what had happened and what was happening. Without a doubt, Roman had asked Abby to heal Leon and knowing Abby, whe immediately agreed. The only one that would have anything to say against it would be Leon, who was most likely unconscious throughout the whole thing. With every punch he gave, his headache grew worse and worse. His vision was beginning to blur and his movements were slowing down. If he kept it up, the enemy would surely catch on. He tried to focus on the battle at hand, but even that didn't help. There was something else affecting him. Something big. He tried to rack his brain for everything that had happened in the past few days when he finally realized, the side effects of healing his own bullet wound were getting to him. He pushed through the headache and continued to fight, but he could feeling his blows getting weaker and weaker. Still, he was determined to not let the enemy catch on.

Leon glared at Roman, just now realizing he was there, and walked over to Abby. She was still breathing, her vital signs were in tact, but she wasn't responding. Roman told leon to go back outside, but that could be dangerous for everyone, specially if he was spotted sfar and sound. The blonde thought for a moment on how to make his being healed less obvoous. He was in a very tough spot now. He sighed and got to his feet, his body still sore from the blow. he turned to leave, but not without giving Roman a quick smack on the chest. It was a little harder than he meant to, but not hard enough to hurt him. "Don't you ever put her in danger like that again" he scolded halfheartedly. Of course he was greatful Roman had worried about him, but not at anyone else's expense. "Stay safe" he mumbled before stepping out into the battlefield once again.

Cordelia looked around for more enemies to take on, but they were either in hiding or dwindling in numbers. It was hard to tell considering that she was completely exhausted and couldn't tell much about her surroundings. She did keep a firm grip on her weapon and took the time to reload. Making sure that her weapon was loaded, she started shooting at more enemies that she could see, nearing Castiel. Not because he needed help, but because she wanted to make sure that he was okay. There was no doubt that he was as exhausted as she was and he could be worrying about his girlfriend. She could only imagine the emotions going through his mind at the moment. She didn't say anything though. The angel glanced at the god and gave a nod as a way to show him she is here for him. Cordelia continued fighting by his side. Shooting angels and gods left and right. Occasionally making sure her boyfriend didn't need her assistance right now. Luckily, he was holding his own.

Roman felt bad for being the reason Abigail was in her current state, but Leon was in a life or death situation. His beloved smacked him on the chest and pretty much told him not to put her in danger ever again. Roman just nodded as Leon went back out there to fight with the others. That was it. The enemy would know that they had a medic. Roman looked over Abby and ran his fingers through her hair before standing up. He stood near the entrance waiting for people to come and kill them both. It would be helpful if Abigail was awake to help fight, but then again that might be even more dangerous. Taking a deep breath, he watched as some of the enemies came after him. He fought with all his might. The enemy would not get a hold of Abigail if it meant giving up his life.

Castiel just barely registered Cordelia as she moved closer to him. He could hardly focus on the battle at hand, let alone his surroundings. His headache grew by the second and now there was a sharp pain on the right side of his back. No doubt that was from the wing that had been shot. They needed to end this battle quickly. If they didn't, things would not end well for them. Pushing the thought of Abby aside for now, he began to brainstorm, his headache making it nearly impossible. He caught a glimpse of Leon coming out of hiding and immediately be surrounded by the enemy. Several of them, as expected, also went after Abby. Cad needed to think of something quickly.

Leon had a plan. Layer the entrance of the building with small bombs. Any of the enemy soilders that stepped on one were goners. But he didn't have the chance. As soon as he stepped outside be was immediately jumped by several of the enemy angels. Watching them fight for the enemy made Leon's blood boil. Despite still being sore, he was almost as good as new. Judging by the look of the others he could donkey assume they were exhausted and just about out of juice. Castiel had his startagy face on, which meant even he realized they were in danger. Others were still going after Roman to try to get to Abby. He was holding his own for now, but how long could he keep it up? Leon started kivking, punching and shooting left and right, trying to earn himself a window of time. He managed to get a couple of second to lay down a few bombs, but they were on him again. As he fought, he felt the load deminish. Looking to the side he saw Aidan helping him. "I'll hold them back!". He assured him. Leon had no choice but to accept the help. Without waisting the second, he plagued the area around the building entrance with small bombs. Anyone that stepped on one would be grinded into dust. That should be able to hold them back for a while and give Abby, as well as Roman some time to recover.

Roman was fighting his heart out. He was pushing pass the pain and exhaustion to make sure nothing happened to Abigail. Everyone seemed to be on their last breath. This war was pushing them all to their limits and Roman wasn't exactly sure if they were going to win. But Leon had a plan that put them at an advantage. The bomb expert and Aidan managed to plant bombs near the safety area to help with the amount enemies after Abigail. Anyone that within close range of someone that stepped on the bomb was blown to bits. This was a minor relief on Roman's part. But there were still some enemies that managed to get through them, which the boxer had no problem fighting off.

Cordelia felt like her muscles were on fire. The group seemed to have been fighting for days when really it was only hours. The angel didn't even know that there were that many people that were on Cas' fathers side. There needed to be a way to end this war and soon. Their numbers were dwindling as were the enemies. Glancing over, she saw that Leon was perfectly fine and possibly rejuvenated. That would be good since the intention is to end the war. Cordelia looked around trying to figure out a way to end this thing. Castiel had to be thinking the same thing, but Cordelia was going to act on it right now. The angel sprout her wings and jetted upward. Enemy fire focused on her and her wings as she flew around trying to find their strength. All she could see was that they were heavily numbered near the safe haven and in the back. It wasn't much but if Leon could manage to get bombs there it could possibly put an end to this. Adjusting her weapon, she started shooting in the large enemy group to get them to scatter a bit. Hopeful her friends would take notice and take them down one by one.

Aidan and Leon made a better tag team than expected. WHatever enemy escaped Aidan's fist, Leon caught. And likewise. But there still seemed to be no end to them. Everyone, including himself was running out of amo, and they all seemed to be thinking the same thing, the war had to end soon or they were done for. Cordelia seemed to want to take action. SHe began scattering the enemy in every direction, directing them away from their safe haven. Leon immediately caught on. He gave Aidan a look, wondering if he'd be able to keep up on his own. Aidan caught it and responded with a nod. There weren't that many coming towards them. He could take them on. NOt to mention Roman was behind him, grabbing any one that slipped past him. With that Leon spread his wings as far as they could go, gripped his gun tightly and took flight towards the enemy's soft spot. He was running low on bombs, but the ones he had would do the trick. Shooting anyone that got in his way, the angel managed to get to the core of the enemy's strength. There weren't as many as before thanks to his best friend, but there was still a good amount. Leon weaved past them as best as he could, taking down several on his way. He dropped several bombs, eliminating a good amount of them. He was down to one bomb, if he could just drop it in the right spot, all of it could be over. Unfortunately the enemy read his movements and one of them managed to catch him in mid-air. There was a loud clap of thunder as Leon hit the ground, along with his attacker.

Cas watched the scene play out from below. He thought of every possible scenario that could play out, but in each of them, they could end up losing. Cordelia had a good plan and it was almost carried out to perfection, but the enemy caught lLeon in the act. AT this point, there was only one thing he could do that wouldn't fail, though it could bring fatal consequences to his heavenly body. Still, that was a risk he was willing to take. He distance himself from the enemy and spread his blood-red wings. The one that had been shot was still sore, but he could work with that. IN a second, he took flight, grabbed Cordelia and brought her back down to the ground. "Take everyone inside, now!" he said urgently. He couldn't risk them being in the crossfire. He had only used the defense once before after his father taught it to him. All he knew is that it was dangerous for anyone in it's proximity as well as for himself. Without hesitating another second, the god reached inside his own chest, carefully pulling out the orb. Despite the condition of his body, his soul was bright and healthy which meant that it was at maximum strength. Giving Cordelia a nod, he took flight, hoping she would take everyone inside quickly. They had no time to lose.

Cordelia saw that her plan was working. Leon and Aidan clearly took noticed of what she was trying to. Leon started placing bombs where there was big groups of enemies. It was helping them win the battle. This would be over before they new it. The angel remained in the air and shot anyone that managed to get through the bombs and everyone on the ground. There were still a lot of enemies left over and it seemed Leon was going to handle it. But they jumped him. Cordelia almost flew down to help him, but everyone else seemed to get a handle on it. And if she went down on the ground, who would cover them in the hair. Just them Castiel grabbed the angel and pulled her down to the ground. He clearly had a plan, but it could be a seriously be a problem. His wings were bloody and if Abigail saw this she would be against anything he was planning. Cordelia almost said something, but he told her to get everyone inside. For a moment she just looked at him confused, but then she nodded. The angel flew at her friends and without question, gathered everyone quickly. She took account for everyone and then pushed everyone further back into the safety are. "I don't know what he is doing, but he said to get everyone indoors." Looking over at Roman, who was holding Abigail in his arms, she sighed a bit. "For her sake, I'm really hoping he comes back in one peace." Cordelia nodded in a agreement. Abigail was still unconscious and unaware of the danger her beloved was putting himself in.

Leon was beyond confused. One moment he was on the ground, wrestling with whoever had knocked him out of the sky, and the next he was being hauled inside along with everyone else. "What's going on?" asked the blonde, directing his question towards Cordelia who had brought them all in. Aidan was just as confused, but he had never been in a war before, nor had he ever seen how Castiel vattled, so he kept his mouth shut. Leon asked about what was going on and Aidan simply listened, hoping her explanation would help clear things up.

Once everyone was inside and Castiel reach the a high point from which he could see all of the enemy solders as well as their base, he got to work. He cupped his wings around himself for protection from the bullets, but he knew it wouldn't be long before one of them penetrated through them like it had happened the day before. It was now or never. The blue eyed god cupped his hands around the glowing orb, closed his eyes and began muttering the incantation his father had taught him. If he did everything correctly, the energy from his orb would be more than enough to obliterate every enemy in it's path, and even beyond that. He continued to mutter as he watched the orb glow brighter and brighter. ALong with that, it's temperature also began to rize which mean it was gathering energy from it's surroundings. So far so good. Once he was sure it had gathered as much energy as it could, he slowly placed it back in his chest. The energy immediately began to course through his veins, making his blood burn. He bit down on his lip to keep from crying out in discomfort and spread his wings. Th enemy immediately increased fire, but Castiel was already attacking. The energy from the orb, mixed with it's power, poured out of Castiel's body, illuminating everything near and around him to the point where it was blinding. He could hear the screams of the enemies down below as they were scorched to death and reduce to nothing but a pile of ashes, but Cas didn't let up. Not until he had spent every ounce of energy in him. As the light began to fade, he slowly lowered himself back to the ground. He caught a glimpse of the battle field on his way down before collapsing to the ground. Not one single enemy left in sight.
