Crystal got her letter one frosty morning. A snowy owl swooped in and almost dropped it in her tea. "Would you look at that, Jack! I'm gonna learn how to control my precipitation!" Crystal tossed some snow in the air as if it were confetti, but as it dropped it turned into rain. "Awe....." She went back inside her house.
"Are you ready?" She asks Jack, her shiba inu familiar. He nods his head, understanding what she's said. They get onto the train and looked around for a place to sit. Most of the seats are taken accept one empty one across a pair. "We wouldn't want to bother them." She whispers to Jack. Crystal and her doge sit in the seat together quietly.

James lifted an eyebrow at her. He turned back to Arcy quickly. "Nice cat." He joked, as a rival Sarrapartine went past.
"Oh James,how much did you pay them?Surely nobody would join YOU?"
"I'm surprised you can walk with that head of yours Lusser."
"Didn't know we switched heads." retorted Henry Lusser finally before walking off and James stood angrily up,flames sparking through him.

Arcy stood up quickly, she didn't understand what was going on but she gently placed a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, calm down. We don't want to make a scene." She said gently.
Crystal notices whats going on beside her. She tries to prevent herself from blurting out one of her terrible puns, but ends up saying, "Hey, you guys need to chill." Her breath is icy, and she accidentally makes her seat freeze. Crystal covers her mouth quickly. "Sorry..." She turns back and looks out the window.
Arcy looked over at the girl and smiled. "Wow, that's cool." She said with a smile. "So this really IS a magic school."
James was sparking some flames,and he had sat himself down,muttering an incantation. "So,that was the weakest guy you'll ever meet.Don't mind his insults,'cos he'll run at the sight of a wand anyway." He muttered,and he was looking down in fear as to not Heat her.As the train clattered to a slow stop,he got up quickly with his bags,and glared at Vipe slightly. "Come on!" He said to him,but the snake protested. "Fine,find me in the common room." He muttered,and walked down the train.
"Here we go, Jack." Crystal whispered as she gathered her bags. She and her doge walked down the aisle and out of the train.
Arcy hurried after them, Vipe still wrapped around her arm, and Larcy close at her heals. She followed the crowd out to the entrance to the school and was amazed by it's splendor, a tall castle with pillars and everything. It was astounding. An elderly teacher said that all first years needed to follow him for orientation and a tour. Arcy moved into that group. "Ok Vipe, you need to go find James now." The snake looked disappointed but slithered away.
Once the tour was over, the students gathered in a large room for orientation. Crystal was amazed at everything she saw. She held Jack close, making sure he didn't stray away. The elderly man went to the front of the large room, but there were other adults there too. Crystal wasn't quiet sure what to expect next.
"New students! It is time we determine what house you will join throughout your stay here. Whether it be Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, or Ravenclaw! Please step up as your name is called to have the the pot of choosing give you your house specified uniform.
Crystal sat by the two people she met on the train. She wasn't quite sure if she could call them her friends yet. "I hope that we're in the same house!" She whispers as she pets Jack.
Arcy nodded she went up before the other 2 because her last name started with a G. She walked up to the stand and did what the other students had done and reached into the pot. At first she didn't feel anything but then something materialized in her hand. She pulled out a yellow and black outfit. "Hufflepuff!" Said the teacher and Arcy slowly made her way over to her group.
(Are they all going to be in the same house?) "Congratz, Arcy. I'm not sure if getting in Hufflepuff is good or not though..." Crystal smiles at Arcy.
