Natasha Romanov's Story

It has been a month since Loki's attack, and Natasha was surprised everything turned out as it did. Everyone went back to their lives, but there was a unspoken promise that they would be back. And now that Fury had finally worn Stark down enough to let the Stark Tower be turned in to the Avengers Tower, they were all coming back together. But not in the way she had imagined, no wars or monsters. Just to.. Live together.  

Natasha couldn't help laughing a little at that thought. They were putting the most powerful people on Earth together under one roof. She was convinced there were hidden cameras everywhere, broadcasting this little experiment to the world in the form of ' reality tv'. Rolling her eyes Natasha walks in to the new briefing room, and noticing she was the first person there, decided to take up her usual seat towards the end of the table.  



( First two people to reply need to include either Pepper or Steve. And everyone needs to make their way to the room Natasha is in.)

" mornin' Clint" Natasha says leaning back a little. She was always a little more comfortable with Clint around. They had enough history that she trusted him completely, and yes for a while she did love him more than a brother. Shaking her head to clear those memories from her mind, she was glad for the very welcome distraction that was Tony Stark.

" Hello Tony." she replies, " Did Pepper find you? I think she was looking for you.." Natasha didn't really like Pepper, for many reasons. But she was, dispite her glares and remarks, quite fond of Tony. So in its own way it all balanced out.

Smiling calmly Natasha turns to Loki, she wasn't half as surprised that he was there as the rest of the team. " because Loki, I was put in charge of babysitting this ticking time bomb." she points at a chair, " so sit down and shut up, before you get yourself in trouble." all the while she said this Natasha kept up the charade that she is totally calm, but that was just her training.

Loki looked to the female, that same smile still placed on his thin lips as his eye followed her finger to the chair that she demanded he sat in. "Well, well. Is someone in a sour mood today," he asked her, his average smile twitching into a strange form of a grin. He gave a laugh as he moved towards the chair, his eyes moving back to her and not leaving as he moved. "Me? Cause trouble? I'm quite sure I have no idea what you are talking about," he said as he looked down at the chair for a moment before sitting on it, his hands now folding in his lap as he moved his eyes to look around at everyone once more.

" oh, and Loki." she says her gaze turning in to a small glare, " you are to be confined to the tower unless escorted by a member of the team." Reaching in to her pocket Natasha pulls out some flat quarter sized disks, " would everyone please hold out their right arm please?" she says walking towards Loki, she was going to enjoy his reaction to this. The disk attaching itself varied from person to person. But because he wasn't human, it would hurt him a little more than most.

Loki's eyes looked back to her as she stated that he wouldn't be able to leave the tower without a member of the team escorting him. "That doesn't surprise me, but do you really believe that will work," he asked her, an almost amused sound ringing through his voice. Though, as he watched her walk towards him with small disks in her hand, he found himself laughing at her. "And what exactly is this pathetic Earthly device supposed to accomplish? You foolish little mortal," he said before he stuck out his arm, not expecting much of anything to happen from the disk.

As Natasha fitted Steve with a pair of disks, she felt the buliding shake and heard the sound of thunder. Well, looks like someone finally showed up.. she thinks as she presses a few buttons on the tablet, " There, all done. You guys can leave now, just please don't leave the tower. " she picks up her things and is about to leave the room when Thor walks in.

" Greetings" He says in his deep gravelly voice . " Hello Thor." Natasha says with a small smile, " How was your filght?" she knew that he flew here, and from his expression that things were not going well with Jane. She couldn't help but feel bad for him, it must be rough learning that people out side of their world of powers or gifts, just didn't get the importance of what people like her and Thor did.
