The elder brother, who does not much care for the fate of the vampiric world - only for that of his sister.
Dominique is a leader, and a classical Pureblood. Cold, calm, confident, and undeniably proud, he never flinches from a challenge, and he never backs down when his honor and his standing are threatened. He carries about him an aura of absolute power, someone - something - that can not be defeated, no matter how powerful the opponent. It is an aura which prevents many battles. He is composed and polite, dignified, even chivalrous. He does what he has to in order to keep his place in the world, maintain power over the vampires around him. If there is anything he does not want to see it, is chaos, war, like the battle which took his parents' lives.
In spite of this severe image, Dominique is also a compassionate young man. He is a brother, a leader, a friend, and most surprisingly, a lover. He would kill without a thought to protect his little sister, or any one of the Cross Academy students who follow him so loyally. He can smile, he can laugh. He has a highly romantic view of the world, in many cases. If there is one thing he wants more than anything else, it is to fall in love, forever and for always. He wants to continue the pure Tepes line, have his own children. But only after his sister is secure.
Powers:
More to be added...
Voice of Insanity: with a mere whisper, though it is exhausting to the point of collapse, Dominique is capable of driving a victim out of his mind. Temporarily.
Temper: when he loses it, thinks tend to break. A lot.
Absolute Command: when the Pureblood speaks, all vampires must obey. A technique learned from his father. The vampire in question must already have sworn his loyalty to Dominique.
Dominique remembers vividly his parents' dying screams. He knows who killed them, knows it must have been nobles revolting against the Pureblood rule. He went willingly to Cross Academy, knowing that there, he would find vampires with a different perspective on vampiric politics, and a safe place for his sister to grow up.
