Full Name: Jennifer Aileen Johnson
Nickname: Jennybenny, jeaniebeanie, both nicknames her father gave her when she was a kid. Jen or Jenny, shorter versions of her name that people use. "Sergeant perfection"; mockname some of the men on her force use.
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Role: Immune Carrier
Personality: Jenny is a PoliceWoman with both capital P and W; she's a feminist and a workaholic, and hopelessly devoted to her duty. She's still confident in the law, and that the United States of America's Government has a plan with all this, or atleast that's what she says. She's text book focused and solutionoriented when it comes to situations like this; don't panic, and if you panic, don't let anyone know that you panic. She's strong on the outside, but nearly every night she sobs herself quietly to sleep, in deep despair over the situation. She's terrible at lying or keeping secrets, convinced that people can see straight trough her if she lies, and faced with a question she don't want to answer, she rather just changes the subject, pretending not to have heard the last words. In the face of men she's overly strict and professional, with her own personal reasons. She gets teary eyed at the sight of cats, and in a stressed situation she will fuss around, making sure everybody is comfortable.
Weapon: 9mm handgun, baton, pepperspray
Inventory: Jen has a big belt where she carries everything she might need, as well as some small pouches under her uniform; three on each leg, one on each arm. These contain her policebadge, a first aid kit with pills, ammunition, proteinbars, huntingknife, disinfectionspray, pen and paper, map, compass, gun maintenance kit and some military rations of dried food. She also brings Josès honorary medal around.
Skills: She's relatively practical, and capable at performing first aid. Other things she good at through training are driving, shooting, and other "police related skills". She's a hell of a runner, and used to try to cramp a marathon into her busy schedule.
History: Jenny was raised in a conservative, patriotic family, and has adopted many of her families views, just not on women. She always wanted to join the police, but ended up getting married straight after college. Her husband turned out to be quite abusive after he got her within four walls, and after he caused her to loose her unborn child, she took to her senses and got out. She pursued her dream of becoming a policewoman. She graduated as the third best in her class, and was soon all consumed by her work. After her shifts she would either work out or read about profiling or other work related things. She intentionally stayed busy as all her friends started to settle down and have kids. It was on a mission that she at random stumbled
into Josè deCalabrero, originally Mexican, but now an american citizen, and a soldier returned from Iraq at that. They developed a relationship of no commitment, no settling down, no jealousy, and she thought until he got infected; no love.
Theme Song(s): Born in the USA - Bruce Springsteen
Other: Jenny was on duty when the alarm hit, and has remained in her policecar and uniform, looking for survivors.
