STRENGTHS: Operative seems to show promising turnouts with missions, as he undeniably driven and determined when given a task. The Operative's apathetic nature allows for him, to not get caught in his emotions when completing a task. The Operative is incredibly strong and durable, being able to withstand multiple gunshot wounds and injuries. He is highly skilled with automatic weapons, and is 98% accurate with a firearm. Operative is not dependent of others, and works quite well alone or as the leader of a team.
WEAKNESSES: Operative is very reckless, and shows little regard for the consequences of his actions. He has a hard time respecting authority, and has been known to use rather 'alternative' methods to carry out the mission without permission. Operative has not yet controlled his abilities and has to often be sedated to calm him out of his stupor when he is worked up. Operative has a particularly nasty temper.
FEARS: Operative has not recorded any mundane fears, but a physiological test showed a fear of love and loneliness.
LIKES: Operative seems to enjoy solitude and classical music, but only if it's played through a record player. Operative often plays piano, and has a drawer full of originally composed music, but became hostile when it was touched by anyone other than himself. It has been observed that although the Operative seems uninterested when speaking with others, he does enjoy just people being in his vicinity.
DISLIKES: Operative does not like small spaces, or being confined in anyway. He is not one for small talk, and seems to purposely avoid it often. When communicating or listening, he only seems to tune into things that have to personally do with himself. Operative hates strong smells, especially floral scents. Operative seems disgusted by the concept of pity, and despises when others 'feel sorry for him'.
PERSONALITY TRAITS: Operative is often hostile and aggressive in the presence of others, and is not well liked by the others due to his snarky and reckless attitude. He seems to have little regard for his actions, and little regard for the well being of others. It seems that from deep-rooted childhood abandonment and bullying issues, Operative is particularly distrusting of others, and seems to have an unbreakable hard exterior. Security footage has seen the Operative cry on several occasions, but it is always in the comfort of his room. His abilities seem to heighten his senses even when they're not being used, which makes the Operative quite skittish and paranoid.

HISTORY PRIOR TO INTAKE: Operative was a simple case of a child conceived on accident. Georgette Matthews was a known heroine addict and recently had been released from jail on a previous reckless driving charge. After a one night stand, Georgette became pregnant, and out of fear for the child she left him on the front steps of the Beaufort Orphanage a week after the Operative was born. The orphanage proved to be a harmful environment for the Operative as he still struggles with apparent trauma and depression stemmed from his brief life at the Orphanage. Records pulled from Cromwell's file suggest he was a troublemaker at the Orphanage, and was jailed for a day at the age of twelve for attempting to rob the gas station across the street.
At the age of fourteen, the child was adopted by a wealthy family, the Cromwell's, a pair of lawyers that were unable to conceive their own children. Although the Operative was handed everything, he proved to be even more reckless than at the Orphanage. He consistently skipped school and ran away from the home, although his IQ test seems to argue an intelligent mind. Regardless of the Cromwell's efforts to turn the Operative into a well mannered man, he seemed adamant to conform.
At the age of seventeen the Operative got involved in gang-related activity in the Beaufort community, and began to inhibit signs of aggressive behavior. He was jailed briefly for possession of an unregistered firearm. After being released from jail, the Cromwell's signed the Operative up to be shipped to an All Boy's Boarding school and the Operative packed their things and left the home. It is unknown where the Operative stayed for a period of a week, but eventually the Operative surfaced again when he got caught up in a deal gone wrong. The Operative subsequently shot and killed another man before being shot himself medial to the clavicle bone. At the scene of the crime a Calloway Recruiter removed the Operative's body from the scene and sent him to a private owned hospital. He was then recruited after his recovery rather than face murder charges.
When asked how he felt about taking another life, the Operative just shrugged.
INTAKE DETAILS: Intake was performed by recruiter, Frederick Hill. Operative suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest, and a false body was cremated in his place.
