Titles: Fëanturi (Master of Spirits), Doomsman of the Celestials, Keeper of the Houses of the Dead
Gender: Male
Planet Name: Utumno.
Planet Description: A large planet, of which little accurate description can be made beyond the fact that the surface of Utumno is entirely made of completely smooth and unblemished black marble. The surface is seamless and devoid of any grains or veins within the rock giving it the impression of still black water. A thin mist-like black smoke floats constantly swirls across Utumno, instantly thickening to obscure vision and suffocate any who set foot upon the world.
Beneath this nigh impenetrable surface lies the true domain of The Doomsman. It is a world formed on the ever-changing whim of its creator and lord, a tormented place of nightmares and horrors, fed by the souls of mortals and immortals alike. A world that is rarely seen the same way, even by two standing side by side on the same spot, Utumno is the halls where the souls of the damned find their way after judgement, as well as those too afraid to seek true judgement. But it matters little; they all suffer in the fires of Angrenost, at the heart of the world, under Neithan’s eternal care.

Civilization: He rarely cares enough to cultivate an civilization to spread through Utumno, but has however created areas of torment within his domain to replicate the dull monotone existence that mortals create for themselves within such an environment. And as a result has spent many an hour watching how the souls in his grasp invent new ways to cause suffering to each other without his intervention.
Opinion of mortals: Neither likes nor hates them, but views them primarily as a source of experiment and entertainment.
Appearance:
Neithan’s form changes depending on his current mood and state of mind, resulting in him sometimes appearing as almost anything that mortal or immortal minds could conceive; however while he does favour creatures made of darkness and/or fire he does sometimes roam his world in an almost mortal looking form.

Alignment: Varying between Chaotic Neutral and Evil
