A p p e a r a n c e
Mimi is a small framed boy with a playfully fit body. He has medium long messy---shaggy brown hair and naturally tan skin. He has childish features with his big doll like eyes and petite facial shape. His left eye is a light beautiful blue, while his right eye is a mysterious lightning gold color. His skin is basically flawless, and he has no body hair whatsoever. He is 5'2", both of his ears are pierced with 2 small silver hoops at the lobes.
For clothing, Mimi wears a skin tight dark blue and white stripped wide neck hooded Henley shirt, will long sleeves that cover over most of his hands, a pair of dark blue jeans with holes at the knees and a pair of gray and blue high top shoes. Both of his ears are pierced with two small silver hoops in both ears. On his back is a mini gray backpack which Syphe(his mini dragon) usually hids in when he is not allowed to be in public, and it also caries his flute, drawing pad, pencils, and list of mastered spells.

Mimi has a very light and kind voice. It resembles that of a fragile child. This doesn't help him seem the least bit a threat, though it makes him seem more approachable or easy too take advantage of.

Light Sheild~ By gathering photons, Mimi is able to quickly create a wall and sometimes even a dome of golden light. By snaping his fingers together he creates and attracts photons around him, then quickly manipulates it into a plate of hardened light. The sheild is very strong, strong enough to protect from a lot of harmful magic and physical forces.
Heal~ by concentrating photons into one targeted place, Mimi is able to quickly increase the vitailty rate in any bionic thing by 100%, quickly healing wounds and illnesses. By laying his hand(s) above a being wound/illness/infection, he is able to heal or purify it. It takes a few seconds for the healing process too ensure someone is back to their original state of being. A dim gold glowing light can be seen emitting in between his hand and the being while he is healing them.
Amazing Grace~ A temporary ability booster. By sacrificing a lot of Mimi's energy, too a point of where he is almost drained, he can physically, magically and mentally boots one target(lasts only 5 posts) by 100%. After doing so Mimi is very vulnerable and will need time to regenerate after blessing his target.
White Light~ The manipulation of light matter, photons, and gamma energies to create objects and creations out of space. Mimi must draw his creation before performing this spell. Usually he creates things that only serve the purpose of use without operation on its own, although he is capable of creating moving objects as long as the object doesn't have 'complex functions' such as ;hand to hand combat; thinking; and given the ability of 'emotions. Once one of his creations is completely destroyed, the object will disperse into hundreds of tiny floating light particles which disappear after a couple seconds.
Aura Sensing~ By sense auras in his surroundings, this allowing him too gain certain information over an area, person, or thing, like its history and level of safeness. Also, he is able to read/analyze people by looking at them through there aura, he can know how powerful they are, their current state of being, characteristics, attributes, and gifts(hidden or not) just by reading their aura.
Light Orbs~ Mimi can summon floating orbs of light from the ground, he can summon from 1 to 10. He usually summons them for light shows and to entertain others while playing the flute, but they can also be used to light up dark rooms, temporarily blind foes, or project photons for other spells.
Illusions~ By gathering intense ammounts of photons, Mimi is able to create objects or people by drawing them first. Though these images aren't real, and can't speak, they can pass as the real thing, unless someone tries to touch them, then they disappear.
Enlightenment~ By sending photon impulses through a bionic matter, Mimi can allow the being to mentally explore their mind, making them more aware of who or what they really are. This helps those who might have fallen unconscious awake, or send someone who is already sleep into an empowering dream.
Syphe: Transform~ Though this is not a spell that Mimi can perform, his mini dragon has the ability to turn into a big dragon for Mimi to ride on, and to protect Mimi if Mimi is in immediate danger. In big dragon form, Syphe turns into a 15 foot tall dragon(including the neck), with razor sharp talons, and razor sharp poisonous teeth. Though Syphe can't breath fire, or has any magical powers, Syphe is a very fast flyer, faster than most dragons.
H i s t o r y
Mimi was a still birth. He was pronouced dead for 7 seconds while he was within his human mother, but his regenerating magic refused too let him die, and cocooned him constantly reviving him until he was born. This mutated him from birth, turning his right iris a golden color while his left eye remained a light blue. Mimi was born from 2 human parents, and at the young age of 8, they forced him to go live with his grandmother in the City of Magic, since they were both human they couldn't raise and train him properly, therefore he had to live with his spell slinging grandmother. He was able to take his trained mini dragon whom hes had his entire life, Syphe, which floats by his side at almost all times, when he isn't holding him in his folded arms. Him and Syphe have there own way of speaking to each other silently, almost like telepathy. Mimi now lives in the City of Magic with his grandmother, where he is now learning how to completely master all his light(he prefers the term Holy) spells, although will it be that easy for him?
P e r s o n a l i t y
Mimi is very free spirited, in other words he beats to the rhythm of is own drum. Mimi could be seen as emotional, which ables him to change his emotion depending on the task at hand. He is hardworking and always willing to lend a helping hand. Even though he often thinks with his heart, he sometimes has a hard time saying how he feels. He doesn't enjoy people worrying about him too much, he doesn't want to be a burden, so he does whatever is necessary too seem fine. Mimi isn't like a lot of the other boys. He is fragile, and must be protected, otherwise he will be left to the mercy of the world. He is very kind, and is great at listening, though he will not tolerate hateful comments about others or himself, he prefers not to fight, but heal and help others, which is why he has Syphe to protect him.
