Cybran Drachen Battle Fleet's Story

As the Cybran Battlefleet entered the system from hyperspace, the ships came out in the same order as before. The forces of the Cybran fleet were close to the drop of point, Cybran Battlestation Renao'sa. Only a few thousand miles were left, the battlestation showing on the radar and on the glass windows of the HDS Resnao as the crew walked around with coffees and cups of hot liquids. For the one million man crew only five thousand engineers and four thousand normal crew members walked around the ship along with the ten thousand Super soldiers called the Draiho.

Sup. Commander Ingualt Rooseavet slowly walked into the control bridge with his hot chocolate, watching the crew do their work. It was close to midnight in Relative Cybran Standard Space time. The crew members looked out into the vast space as other ships appeared. A low sound of music came through the speakers to help the night crew stay awake.
His black uniform pressed like it always had been. Only a few Cybran's new how to do it as many were younger and there was so few. He took off his cap, heading towards the vast emptiness on the other side of the huge glass screens. He sighed, sipping his hot chocolate as a crew member walked up and stood next to him.
"Glorious, it is not?" The crew member swallowed, looking out to the green clouds of gas around the battlestation, a few stars poking out through the gas cloud. Dressed in the grey uniform of the Cybran Navy, she seemed proud, as any Cybran should be. The lighting of the ship showing half of the Supreme Commander's face.
"Yes. One cannot seem to understand the Physics of Space but many of us do. It all comes down to the way people get their degrees in the many universities of the Cybran Empire. I feel myself that we could not be any greater in our own Galaxy but here... One Battlestation." He trailed off before looking down at the crew member, his blue eyes scanning her as if she was something that she was not. He smiled slightly as he watched little displays appearing with the room temperature.

He could feel everything now, pain slowly had come back to him over the years, but pain did not matter. He was the Supreme Commander of the whole Cybran Nation. Nothing more, nothing left.
"Sir? What would happen if another Nation appeared and tried to take our Lands?" She asked calmly, glancing up at him with the feeling that he would fight till the last man.
"My father once said to me, Kathrine that... Things do not come with power. Things are what you make from the power... It took us as a Nation a good thousand years before we were able to take the next planet in the home system and expand from there. There is a point of return and a point of no return. I cannot tell one from the other sometimes but, let me tell you this. I started in the Panzer divisions of Khirma, a small but city like planet. One city called the planet after many years. It is said to have took eight thousand years to get to the point it is at. I, myself am not so sure."
She nodded slightly, holding her nose. "Yeah, I know the planet you mean. I did four years as a military police officer for that planet, some scary stuff there."
"Yes. I know where the MP station is around there." He sighed before slowly nodding and looking out the window again, "When do we arrive?"
"Tomorrow I think."
"Hm, maybe I should get some sleep. Yes. I will see you tomorrow most likely."
"Yes, sir. Have a good night's rest."
"How am I meant to get on in those rock like beds." He smirked, holding back a laugh.
"Yes, I must agree. You get used to it after a while." She giggled before nodding to him and walked back to her station.

Roosevet walked off, heading towards the Canteen, needing a hot drink before he went to bed. It was the last part of him that wasn't asleep. It had been many years since the last mission he was on, fighting anybody. Now it was just a matter of collecting what he could get for anything, and in full honesty, he missed it. All of it. He wanted on another mission that was not just another exploring the deep abyss of inter galactic space.

They were almost back home inside the Cybran National Space once more. The feeling among the crew seemed to be one of relief as they had finished another mission. Many of the fleets crew wanted home to their families or home to chat people up and for dates. One thing for sure, the Fleet won't be on another mission for a while. Rooseavet had had enough of the searching for things that were not there. The scientists should have known that for years. The probes always found their way back so what was the point?

On the border of Cybran space a small corvette made it's final FTL jump. On the bridge stood it's captain. "Status Report I want a full system scan underway then were off to our next scout locat-" She said before she was interrupted by her first officer Ianto.

"Captain a fleet is a few km out!" He said as he began to read the incoming information. "Cybran Fleet heading for Cybran space I think we might have been spotted." He said with a frown.

John sighed and walked over to look over the scanner readings. "Hail them." She said ,"I'm going to have to give an explanation before they shoot to oblivion. She paused after saying this, and then activated a ship wide comm. "All Crew to duty stations Code Charlie Nutra Foxtrot."

"Were hailing the flagship now Captain. Should I send a coded message as well?" Ianto asked. Ianto was John's communication officer. He was only two years out of the academy but on a corvette with a crew of 16 plus the 3 officers under her and her self the entire crew was 20, it was easy to rise through the ranks.

John nodded as she walked over to the comm station and looked to Ajax her Communication and Navigation officer. "Send a message reading, " This is John Malcolm, Captain of the Talus Ordo Confederation Corvette Starwind. We seem to have suffered a navigational error. Please Identify who you are. She said, She knew her message was a lie but a reasonable one at that.

Suddenly the alarms of the Ultra Dreadnought started to slowly turn around in a wide arc, the smaller groups of ships taking smaller arcs as they also went to battlestations. The crew of the HDS Resnao started shouting as they loaded the torpedo tubes and got the Wasp fighters ready.

Rooseavet snapped around, dashing back to the control room along with a mass group of Cybrans, support vessels had just been called by the Comms officer of the ship to the local BattleStation, Battlestation Tirpitz. "What's going on?!" He shouted as he glanced around before looking out the window where most of the Cybran Daiho were.

The Captain of the ship, Fleet Admiral Heinrich Wilson started to shout out orders, taking the comms control for the Wasp fighter squadrons, "Sie startete, haben wir in der Schlacht Stationen sind auf den Krieg vorzubereiten, over." (Get launched, we are at battle stations, prepare for war, over.)

As the HDS Resnao went to battle stations, a new fleet of ships appeared with a heavy Russian accent hitting the Comms, "This is the HDS Freelance, Identify yourselves."

Rooseavet swallowed before taking a different comms to the HDS Freelance, "Reinhardt. This is Supreme Commander Ingualt Rooseavet on board the HDS Resnao. We have this under control, over."

Red lights enveloped the bridge as alarms sounded. "Their taking up battle stations!"Ianto shouted over the alarms. John walked over to ship wide comms. "ALL PERSONNEL ABANDON BATTLE STATIONS STAND DOWN BUT I want damage control active." She hoped my lowering their readiness it would be an act of good faith.

She paused before looking out over the massive fleet as another one appeared. "Shit." She grumbled, "Well Were dead men anyways..." She said and then received the message. "Freelance this is Captain John Malcolm of the TOC Starwind, we come in good faith. The Talus Ordo Confederation only wishes to explore the vast reaches of this galaxy to see what other life is out here in hopes of forming diplomatic relationships." She said deciding to drop her previous lie.

Rooseavet swallowed, taking control of all the Cybran Comms. The crew of the Resnao swallowed, finished their preparations for battle stations. "This is the Cybran Nation, we rule this galaxy. There is no point in trying to attack us. We are all battle hardened. We will escort you to the Battlestation Tirpitz. We will have to board your ship before you are allowed in Cybran National Space, over."

Reinhardt swallowed, turning in her chair towards a group of soldiers in MkIV armour, "Go, board that ship. I want reading brought back, understand?"
"Yes, Commander." The said before they turned and took off in a run towards the launch holds of the ship, to the teleporters.

Sandra listened and nodded, "We read you send a ship in to attach and we will dock with them and allow you to board." She said, and motioned of a security team to meet her down at the primary airlock. "I do want to clarify that this is an armed vessel but we will make no moves to attack." She said not wanting to take any chances before closing the comms and waiting for a reply. She turned to the comm officer. "Cut the All Clear signal, Disable it should be a discrete enough way to let command know somethings up." She said. And the officer merely nodded before cutting the hard wire to the All Clear signal. The signal ran through an encrypted coded frequency practically undetectable and meaningless to any non TOC vessels or personnel. Even with the signal down though it would still take at least 15 standard hours before the nearest fleet could respond and 10 for the nearest corvette.

Rooseavet swallowed, slowly turning and heading towards one of the 40 flight decks. A group of guards followed closely as he wanted to see the lander launch before he went back up to the main control deck. As he got down the flight deck, the group of Cybran Super soldiers groaned, climbing up into the lander. Most were in Mk IV armor when the latest MkV armor was out for the last year. The new suits had not reached the Ultra-dreadnought due to the flight into the Milky Way.



"Everyone locked in a ready?" Came the voice of the pilot as he finished off the preflight checks.

There was a slight crunch of a packet of Groal, the Cybran version of crisps, coming through the intercomm and Sergeant Demski groaned, "Why can't we get those damn things?" He pressed the small green button on the side of his control throne in the main deck and then a sudden movement forced him against his chair. He hated the ship with a passion.
