Personality: Dr. Sterling is a very charming individual with his quick wit, intelligence, and a smile that is just as charming as his personality. While optimistic he is also a realist and can be frustrated when certain things do not go as planned. But like all great inventors, he is persistent and works through his frustration. He is ruled mostly by his logic and is very mathematical about his choices and decisions but this does not keep him from displaying kindness and warmheartedness to most people.

History: Milo was an inventor from a very young age with an intellect so grand, some called him a prodigy. By age 25 was well into his career as a weapons and robotics designer and is in fact the designer of the first rail-pistol, the SRP-1. Since then the model 1 has become obsolete but Dr. Sterling paved the way to a whole new brand of rail-gun weaponry. He owns an enormous company recognized as the major developer in robotic prosthetics, robotic servants, and weapons tech. He has long since retired but his company is still on the cutting edge of weapons tech and robotics. Recently Dr. Sterling has been asked if he would come out of retirement to create what he considers to be his crowning achievement. A weaponized artificial intelligence network for hunting certain 'abnormal' humans. Dr. Sterling knows of the mutants and fears that if they ever get out of hand they will overcome and destroy normal humans, himself included.
