Personality:Very cunning with a strong sence of justice, ever for a pirate, often mocked for doing what is right, he is a tactical genius, but often is very impatiant, and get frusterated easliy when things aren't going his way, He enjoys weilding a katana, eventhough he never uses it, and has a knack for sneaking up on His enemies. he is a light drinker, and often enjoys partying, and has a knack for dissappearing, as well as re-appearing at bad times.
Side Note:Anything you want to add that doesn't fit one of the categories? He does have a devil fruit power already, He is veruy charming to selective people, and hates others (Almost randomly)

History

Bio: As a child, Jessie had no friends, no adults, he was a common Street Rat, in every regard, he witnessed people getting stolen from everyday, even he got stolen from now and then. One friend he did have was a man by the name of "Old Ben" he was a homeless man, just like him. He had chatted with Jessie before, but he mostely kept to himself. But one day, after they heard of the dead Pirate king, Old Ben turned to Jessie and said, "I know What I've seen, and I know What you've seen, And if we had a pirate king just That has seen the things you have, We would be very happy people." So Jessie deciede to Set out, and try to become that king, Old Ben prepared his last meal He had found while looking through srcraps, it consisted of some meat, A little water, some rum, and a strange fruit. After eating everything else, Jessie ate the strange fruit, and started to feel strange, someone remarked as he had started to dissapear, and mentioned the Plume Plume Fruit, So he continued on, to become the next pirate king, or at least a subject to him.
