Wren is a very attractive young woman and she knows it. Luckily for her, her abilities were inherited so she didn't end up with her Daddy's killer looks. She has slender but curvy build, but is also very muscular. Her hair is mid length and wavy, but Wren usually has it pulled back in a braid or ponytail so it isn't in her face. She is usually seen walking around in her Deadpool bodysuit, but not completely. She won't wear the upper portion, normally letting it hand off her hips like some people wear overalls. And on her upper body she'll either wear a wife beater or sports bra for comfort.

M A R K I N G S
Wren has a tattoo of pistols on her hips which is visible when she walks around in her suit casually. She also has a tattoo of barbed wire wrapped around her right bicep. Lastly Wren has her tongue pierced... For all the right reasons.

Cocky โœซ Narcissistic โœซ Sarcastic โœซ Smart Ass

00000Wren is a twin of her father and lives up to the Deadpool name and expectations. She speaks fluent sarcasm and that is primary language before English. It is a rare thing... A very rare thing for her to be serious. So generally when that happens, it's important. Wren is also very confident and full of herself. She thinks she can do anything, and that she is the best thing since sliced bread. She is called the mouth because she doesn't know how to shut up, and comes by it honestly from her father. That also being said she has no filter and just lays all her cards out on the table. She doesn't care if people like her or not, because she thinks she's awesome.
00000Even though Wren can come off very selfish and arrogant, she does tend to make friends somewhat easily. One main reason is because she never has a reason to lie. When she makes friends, although she may not show it, she is protective over them and cares about them. Wren tries not to show this because it is a weakness but if it came down to it, she'd risk herself to save them. It helps that it's harder to kill her than most people, so she has that going for her.

L I K E S

โœซ Love ones - If anyone can tolerate being around her on a regular basis, they are an easy target to be used against her.

There isn't much to Wren's history unlike a majority of her fellow "classmates." She is the bastard child of Wade and Wanda Wilson. It's one of those complicated stories where that ended with a one night stand and a pregnancy. You know... Just your typical night. Wanda wanted nothing to do with the child, but surprisingly Wade did want to keep the child. So after Wren's birth, Wade raised her, and Wanda hasn't been a part of Wren's life other than conception and birth.

Wren was and still is the definition of a Daddy's girl but is nothing like a typical daughter. She grew up to be as feminine as a trucker, but with the appearance of a model. It didn't take long for Wade to notice Wren's inherited abilities, which surprised him because he assumed she'd be normal due to his powers coming from Project X. Wren wasn't raised like most children. Instead of dolls or toys she was given guns, swords and grenades. She quickly caught on to her Father's sense of humor and was cursing like a sailor before age 12. Unlike most children her age, Wren didn't play well with others. She constantly was starting fights, and got expelled from over 10 schools. Eventually Wade just took her out of school all together, and decided to train her, claiming that street smarts are more important than book smarts.

As Wren grew up fighting along side her Father, and observing, it didn't take long for her to start picking up the skills Wade possessed. Training with her Dad was her favorite thing to do... Well other than beating the shit out of people. As the next few decades past, she became more and more talented, controlling her abilities and mastering her skills. That was until one day during training, Wren finally bested Wade in a fight. She got 5 shots in his chest, and cut off his hand by the end of the battle. And no... She didn't kill him. This is Deadpool we're talking about, he'll just heal. At first they figured it was just dumb luck. But the following couple months of training, she consistently beat him. So finally Wade accepted that she was better than him, he passed down the Deadpool name allowing Wren to take his place while he relaxes in the Bahamas.

In Wren's words...
"So yeah... This is my swanky pad. Pretty hot right? It's practically a casino that has a bed off in some small corner room. It's not like I need to sleep. More for recreational purposes if you get what I mean. I got everything from arcade games, to a pool table, jacuzzi, a stripper pole for when I'm feeling extra saucy... And even a fully loaded bar. Not like it does much because it's practically impossible for me to get drunk. But that doesn't mean I can't get you drunk... And take advantage of you. And finish it all off a dance floor to rock my killer moves."

Well tops might come off in this one." Petra's eyes washed over the leaning pair, and her lips tugged into a sly smile. "Here's hoping."

When Kain queried her about what took her so long to actually arrive, she shrugged nonchalantly, not really feeling like going into detail about her little stint at the 'plastic prison'. "Oh, just family stuff. Apparently I missed some pretty fun partner activities."

She sighed in faux disappointment, although truth be told, she was indeed rather regretful about her absence. Apparently everyone had gotten paired off with people they hated, and to be frank, that sounded like a fun time to her, considering she herself didn't really loathe anyone. "And then I was going to try and convince glum and glummer to join us." She gestured vaguely in the general directions of Freddie and Christian, and smiled, noting Christian's presence happily. "Only half succeeded."

As Jack kissed Frankie, Petra gagged jokingly at his sloppy approach. "Bleugh! Keep it clean, Quill!" She looked at Frankie, finding her situation both hilarious and unfortunate, and tried in vain to fight the scoff playing against her lips.

"So far there's only been three spins, Ichabod landed on Caleb, then Caleb landed on Julia to get the taste of Nightmare juice of his lips. Then Julia gave her spin over to Frankie, Frankie landed on Jack and the big bad Bane pulled them apart. It's all very dramatic." Petra responded to Matthias with a smirk of her own. "I should hope so. Spin-the-bottle's no fun without a little sexual tension."

She had a smile on, but truth be told she was rather gutted at having missed out on the Caleb-Ichabod makeout session.

She could see it now: Polar opposites, both in personality and in values, one born from good, the other evil, drawn together by a fateful game of spin-the-bottle...

Hm. Maybe she'd write fanfiction about it.

She looked back at Kaina, and her awkward position between the standing Kaina and seated Wren, and tapped aggressively at the space beside her in an attempt to subtly urge Kaina to join in the game.

While the kiss could have gone better than it did, it all seem right inside his head. Of course the prospect of other potential kisses did seem to linger in his mind. Perhaps he should of ended it there but he was foolhardy. The kiss ended sooner than he expected as Bane seemed to pull her away from him. He felt rather awkward hanging his head there, his lips still pressed together. He then pulled his head back as he nervously chuckled. "Yeah sure, uh, gotta save some for the rest of the ladies, right?" He then laughed after Petra's response. "Well, not every kiss goes as plan am I right?" He decided to shrug and laugh it off as always. Yet his joyous mood came to a grinding halt as he looked at the bottle.

"My turn now...well karma don't let me down." He thought to himself as he grabbed that bottle. Then with a grin he spun the bottle with a little force. It made a complete circle a few times before it began to slow down. Now here was the decisive moment, who gets to kiss Jack Quill next!? It was then it landed on the person he least expected it to land on, Christian. Jack slowly looked up and felt his heart sink a little. "Uh." Was the only word he could manage to speak.

Christian looked at Wren who managed to sneak a little kiss. It was weird what he felt in that moment. "Why did she do that?! What's her game?!" He thought to himself. He began to blush a little as he felt a slight tug at his heart. "Wait, did I actually enjoy that?" He pondered while sitting there confused over his own feelings. It was then he could feel the Symbiote claw at his mind a little. It felt...irritated and that wasn't good news for him or anyone else around him. He was so lost within his mind that it took him a while to glance down at that bottle. Once he managed to do so he then looked over to Jack who looked like a deer caught in the headlights. He couldn't believe his eyes. It was then Christian massaged his head as if trying to nurse a headache.

Jack shifted their uncomfortably as he chuckled, "Well, uh, guy are you okay?" He nervously asked. Christian then gave a cold stare that turned Jack as pale as a ghost, "I don't know, are you? You look sickly." Christian plainly spoke. "Oh, I'm fine, totally and one-hundred percent A-OK!" He said with a false sense of bravado. Christian then groaned in frustration. "So...uh...about that kiss then?" He hesitantly asked. Christian then quickly raised his hand as Jack gulped. Christian then brought his hand down on the bottle as he clenched it.

"I'm...I'm not sure if I can go through with this." Christain spoke. He looked up to Jack who seemed a bit clueless at the moment. He looked all around him at all the other participants when he finally landed his sights on Wren. He looked at her expectantly, waiting for her to say something. "Well...what should I do?" He asked her. He wasn't too sure if kissing him would be a good idea. Already Christian was regretting getting dragged into this damn game.

"Do you honestly believe you're not on that bucketlist?" She shrugged trying to be fair on Mr. Quill's reputation. โ€œWell, I-โ€ she cut off as Julia gave a shocked expression. "Or? Oh my god! Have you already?!" Astrid's eyes widened and she shook her head overlapping Julia. โ€œNo, no! Weโ€™ve never been intimate!โ€ She rushed to her own defense then closed her eyes and exhaled as Julia chuckled. Apparently she wasn't very good at clasping sarcasm of sexual partners and poor acting. "Don't worry, I know you've way too much class for that." Astrid's tension in her shoulders dropped. โ€œThanks. I appreciate your faith in my class.โ€ Then she laughed at herself and how stressed she had got over it. โ€œOr maybe I've ruined my reputation with Jack.โ€ Astrid winked suggestively then grinned happy to throw in a light hearted joke of her own.

Like Julia she had also spotted sweet Matty beaming back to them which she returned. The hyper black and blue boy couldn't have been having that much fun as he had even looked outside the circle for a means of enlightenment, but he maintained optimism. Her eyes flickered to some big shape moving in her peripheral vision which was discovered as Caleb moving to the bar. She caught Julia's singular nod and awkward smile towards him and became thankful she hadn't called out for him to join them. โ€œAre you two okay?โ€ She asked slowly. Astrid wavered a hesitant smile trying to keep the light mood up but be ready for consultation too if Julia needed.

Image The big Bane put a food out of his stone cold structure and it received a few comments, but Lilith smiled to herself, seeming on the verge of laughing. She always knew Bane had to have a few emotions below the surface but to demonstrate them in a game of spin the bottle in front of peers really wasn't the place she expected to see it. And it obviously wasn't wise for him either.

"Drinks?" Caleb offered for an apparent escape route. She thought she felt sorry for Frankie but the next point of the bottle's neck made both men pretty unlucky. Christian and Jack. โ€œYes, please.โ€ Lilith rose and walked the outskirts of the circle. Her intention was for Jai but she couldn't help but pause at Ichabod as she passed. She crouched behind him. โ€œLet me in on a secret.โ€ She spoke low so her voice didn't draw attention to Caleb's super hearing over the music and other people's conversations. โ€œDid you lace your lips with that fear toxin of yours when you puckered up for Super junior?โ€ It might have been doing Lilith a favor in his twisted mind but to her, she saw it like a courtesy call. Neither he owed her but why not take her chances? If Caleb's kind of power went rogue, she'd prefer to know and get as far away as possible so she didn't end up being collateral damage. In fact, she may have to consider befriending that Cree girl rather quickly.

After a moment or two appearing happily perched by Ichabod, Lilith continued her stroll and set herself behind Jai, leaning her torso forward to be part of the circle still as her knees bent behind Jai's back. โ€œHey. How'd the shock therapy go?โ€ She said as if it was a secret and smiled sweetly. Her eyes flickered over Alex too but didn't want to ruin the eyes going across the room to Kaina and all those good vibes they were sending each other. Lilith smirked lightly at her own consideration.

Image Caleb mentally took the orders though his obvious main intention was to just escape the circle for a bit.

Meeting Juliaโ€™s eyes for but a second, she gave a nod and smile towards him, which he returned. Did it have to be awkward outside the circle too? He wasn't expecting anything outside the game from her so they should have been fine given a few more minutes and extra spins to lose whatever tension there was.

He nodded to Kallistrate likewise before leaning beside her at the bar, thankful for her appearance and excuse she gave him to stall and interact with someone slightly more sane. "As you can tell, I'm having a lot of luck with the men." He confessed to her. He turned to watch the game to see if anyone was on red alert in need of a drink in which case he'd be happy to superspeed one towards them. After a moment or two of lingering silence, Caleb side glanced to Kallistrate. "You okay?" Caleb asked her. She was visibly well but internally, there was no telling on Kallistrate. He thought perhaps under her sturdy exterior a game like spin the bottle rattled her. Caleb definitely had his moments of discomfort. And the game even roused a reaction from Nathaniel.

His dark brows pulled together as he cocked his head watching Wren strut to each man across the circle and lay one on them. Personally, after that quick mix of mouth action he'd want a drink if it had a quicker effect on him but nobody seemed overly distressed. "You can have my spot in the circle if you want. Right next to the selective Riddler." Caleb gestured his head to the vacant spot as a mischievous grin spread across his features. Kallistrate knew better than it actually being a chivalrous offer, but it did still stand if she were magically compelled to join.

Caleb's head stooped towards particular intriguing words he caught between Astrid and Julia. Only scrambled parts. About ruining reputation and it being fine. He swept up three shot glasses, smiling warmly in departure to the younger wonder woman.

"Who's not okay?" Caleb stepped up to Julia and Astrid, handing Astrid a shot then had to stop mid-motion of handing Julia one, noticing she already had a cocktail in hand. Caleb twitched up a crooked smile. "Ah. Plus one for me then."

Image"I'm not too sure if you're flirting or threatening me... Although, who doesn't like a bit of mystery?"Mathias was in his zone and at the apex of his smooth talk, probably without even knowing it. But like that Kain's mood was gone and he was dissuaded from a game of darts or finding people's jugular with bottles and even the idea of playing footsies with Natchios to remind her how much he loved to creep under her skin. "I'll keep you guessing then."

"I'm sure that's how it always ends for you and your 5 minute kisses." Kain squinted as if in thought and looked to Mathias. "Well this game's still got a few spins left in it so we might see." Then unable to resist, he added with a modest smirk and shrug. "It ends something like that though."

Kain sipped at his beer, listening to Enzo's boring indifferent opinion on getting some lip action from others. He couldn't entirely grasp what Joker Jr and Enzo were...Possessive play things seemed the fitting title. And sure, spin the bottle was definitely amusing to bare witness to but...Kain scoffed a laugh to himself and resumed consumption of his beer. "I should hope so. Spin-the-bottle's no fun without a little sexual tension." Petra responded. "And you can take that to the bank." Mathias nudged him and pointed to her as if it had not been heard or absorbed. "See the idea is to be sexually tense and get steamy." Kain chuckled glancing to his empty bottle and rose it to the air in agreement before his eyes caught something else. "Exhibit A." Kain tugged swiftly on Mathias' shirt so he followed Kain's line of vision to Wren and Christian exiting to the balcony.

Subconsciously Kain's foot found the beat of the music. Even his head moved with it as he awaited the next kiss to commentate on.

Junior was often one to rub others the wrong way but he hadn't expected so many to get upset so quickly. His dear Enzo had given him a smack on the back of his head for what he said which only made Junior let out a Joker snicker when others joined in. Though Ichabod piping in was not something that would sit well. "Careful now, Junior. You wouldn't want dear Enzo thinking you're the one who's actually jealous. Who knows who might snatch him up." The smirk upon Ichabod and Enzo leaning in the give that freakish man a grin had Junior very much upset and he clearly showed it but for once, Junior felt silent. He allowed his anger and jealousy to be visible but he knew better than to cross a man who could cause more fear than Junior. Instead he sat back and laughed over Wren's antics and leaned in when the bottle had been handed off to Alex.

Freddie had still been in the outskirts of the room having a brief conversation with Kaina the stranger. "Who says I don't know her?" Freddie shrugged at her comment. Freddie didn't really know either of them though he was being a tad bit nicer and ore social than usual with this girl. Well as far as social goes with Freddie. Kaina had jumped down from the pool table while Freddie had another drink of his water and she gave him a smile to which Freddie returned with a smirk. "Wasn't staring at her by the way, I think admiring fits better, sounds less creepy." This actually made Freddie laugh a bit as he watched her leave to join the game. "Go get 'em tiger." Freddie did not join though. He stayed where he was and watched the game from afar like he had been doing before.

Tensions had been high and Alex was still notably upset though Wren taking the attention of of her and Nathaniel managed to relax her enough. Though she hadn't expected Wren to hand the bottle off to her now. "You're turn." Alex took hold of the bottle as her heart began to raise. She closed her eyes and spun the bottle praying it'd land on someone tolerable or someone who had been stealing her glances since she arrived. When they opened and she saw who it landed on, her heart sank and her cheeks flushed. Nathaniel Bane. Of course. Junior was going to enjoy this too much. Alex turned to Nathaniel next to her and slowly leaned in with her eyes closed lessening to space between them until their lips finally touched and Junior began to laugh ever too loudly.

Jack was, speechless to say the least. Can't do much chatter with someone kissing you that is...well suppose you could but no one would understand you. Funny, he usually has some sort of snappy comeback or comment but no. While Wren was among the many he was excited to land on, the way it happened felt so unsportsmanlike, if you can even call this a sport. Sure it was awesome! Just would have been more awesome if it was done for the fun of it, rather than sparing them from quite the awkward moment. Even so, it looked like he got the short end of the kissing stick as Christian's kiss looked more sensual and passionate. Lucky bastard. He then took a breath of relief, feeling as if he's just dodged another bullet. Of all the people the frickin' bottle could land on it would be on someone that's liable to kill him. At least Christian doesn't seem like a complete psychopath like Crane and Joker.

Perhaps there is some truth as to why some the chicks around here don't see him as a menace. Still even if Christian himself is a nice guy, what about that other guy or er, thing? Jack's heard about Symbiotes from his Dad and some of the Guardians, especially from Flash who was bonded to one of them. Terrible parasites, nasty things that you don't want anywhere near you unless you like being a puppet. Yet Flash oddly enough had control over the Venom Symbiote as far as he could remember. Unless he missed a time where Venom went on a murderous rampage?

While he would like to believe that Christian was the same as Flash; Jack's got the impression that he barely has any control over it. Otherwise he would have probably seen the guy hanging around outside of class. He would thank Wren for the save but after seeing her reaction to Jai...he'd better not say a word. Safer that way, not like he needed something thrown at him and create another knot in his head. Speaking of knots as he watched Wren take Christian out of the circle, which was probably for the best, he noticed the tall chick who bonked him on the head.

He was a bit surprised she would have shown up, he never really saw Kallistrate outside of class. Still first time for everything right? Now it was to be Alex's turn and he merely sat there awaiting to see what more action is to unfold.

Christian was absolutely surprised by what happened. He thought for sure he was going to be pressured into kissing...Jack...not something he would ever want to do. Whoever invented this game needs to be hunt down and flogged in the streets. A mess of emotions swelled up inside of Christian, he wasn't sure how to process it all. Should he be happy? Excited? Aroused? Embarrassed? Angry? Disgusted? Spiteful? His thoughts were clouded with thoughts of Wren and of death. It seemed the Symbiote was thoroughly displeased.

Almost like roaches skittering across the floor, he could feel them crawling just beneath his skin. He then felt sharp pinpricks on his brain, as he felt the malicious signals the Symbiote put out. It was seething, crying out for blood like a baby for his bottle, for the blood of those that surrounded him. It was then Wren took him away from all the noise and lights as he soon found himself looking over her balcony at the world below. He felt the night air on his skin and through his hair. The murderous voices where quietening as he looked out beyond. There he saw lights, lights from the homes of strangers, strangers with families, strangers with friends, strangers who have lives of their owns.

Are their lives important? What makes life truly living? Is it something as cliche as love and friendship? Is it for the pleasures we feel or even the pain we feel? Is it because Religion tells us so? Because of it's promises of a peaceful afterlife? How many of those people have futures and how many do not? How many of them love life and how many of them hate it? So many complain and so many make life miserable...so why not kill them all? Is living a life that is nothing but uncertain truly worth it? After all death is the great equalizer, we all die someday...some take longer than others. Which led him to gaze upon Wren who seemed to be happy with herself.

Christian groaned at her as he looked back at the world. "Why did you do that? Huh, why did you have to go and make some show out of it?" He said bitingly. He then sighed as he looked back at her, "Sometimes I wonder if you really do care about anyone else but yourself? Sure you have the power to survive, to laugh at death straight in the face, but that doesn't give you the right to be so....reckless! You know, what if I did decide to bite your face off huh!? What then!? How many more faces would I have bitten off before I was stopped!? Huh? What then!? And I wanted to...so badly that I craved it!!" He shouted. Then it grew quiet for a moment as Christian gave a heavy sigh.

"I....I....,"he paused, "...I hate living like this. I hate feeling like a living time bomb just waiting to go off. I hate it so much...I just wish it would end. Hell, I would throw myself off the side of this building right now. I would stand up and literally jump over this railing if I thought it would work." He then chuckled, "But I know it wouldn't...I would survive again and again." He said disdainfully. "Do you know about the monk who burned himself alive?" He suddenly asked, the tone of his voice no longer angry. "I was watching a documentary about Vietnam and the war. During it they talked about this Buddhist Monk who sat in the middle of a busy street and set himself on fire in protest to their Government. Can you imagine the courage it would take, to do something like that? To take your life not for yourself but for something bigger than yourself? It's called immolation and it inspired me to do the same...though it wasn't for something so noble. I couldn't get a hold of gasoline but I did however, grab as much bottles of booze I could find. I took the bottles to my room and I doused myself, I was drenched from head to toe when I finished. Then I took a match and lit it. J.A.R.V.I.S. noticed what I was doing and knew where I was going with this. He sounded an alert but it would've came to late...I was ready to drop that match...but then...," Christian trailed off as he sat down, back against the wall. He looked down into his knees and then he began to quiver.

"...Then...then...HE, happened. I've been taking my medicine, a lot of it, and I thought I had him! Then like a goddamn puppet, he took control of my body, threw the match away and forced me into the shower!" He shouted as tears began to form. "Then came in Security and they removed everything flammable from my room!! I could've died, I SHOULD'VE DIED!!" He yelled as he cried. "It would've been over, OVER!!! But I don't think it'll ever be over...what hope is there? I can't even commit FUCKING SUICIDE!!!" He shouted up into the nighttime sky. It was then he looked over to Wren who either might be annoyed, upset, worried or anything else. He then sighed, "I'm sorry...it's a party...go ahead and go back to it if you want...I'm...just gonna sit here for awhile." Christian said calmly as he began to dry his tears.

Wren raised a brow as she heard Christian grown before speaking, "Why did you do that? Huh, why did you have to go and make some show out of it?" The comment came out with a bite and before she could justify anything he kept going. "Sometimes I wonder if you really do care about anyone else but yourself? Sure you have the power to survive, to laugh at death straight in the face, but that doesn't give you the right to be so....reckless! You know, what if I did decide to bite your face off huh!? What then!? How many more faces would I have bitten off before I was stopped!? Huh? What then!? And I wanted to...so badly that I craved it!!" He shouted at her.

Wren stood their silently staring straight ahead. She swallowed hard while clenching her jaw. Is that really how everyone saw her? A self centered attention whore? She inhaled sharply before turning the tables back on him. "You asked for my help, or do you not remember that? I was trying to make people see that you aren't the monster they and YOU think! And so what if you bit my face off!?" She threw out her arms, shrugging her shoulders. "I'd survive Christian... And I told you that I'd take care of it if he came out. It was just a kiss... If I knew I'd get torn a new asshole about it I wouldn't have done it." Wren was about to finish her own rant, but then held up her index finger to add. "And as I matter of fact I do care about more people than myself..." She was tempted to be the selfish prick people thought she was. She was just trying to lighten the mood at her party and now he was jumping down her throat.

She was about to leave him out on her balcony and rejoin the party until he started speaking again. "I....I.......I hate living like this. I hate feeling like a living time bomb just waiting to go off. I hate it so much...I just wish it would end. Hell, I would throw myself off the side of this building right now. I would stand up and literally jump over this railing if I thought it would work." Wren turned her head to look at him slightly. One part of her wanted to slap him for even considering suicide and another part wanted to just... hug him. "But I know it wouldn't...I would survive again and again. Do you know about the monk who burned himself alive?"

She did a double take almost like whiplash at the randomness of the comment. "No... I don't really associate with Monks."

He sounded an alert but it would've came to late...I was ready to drop that match...but then..."

Christian sat down, leaning back against the wall. He was practically shaking. Wren stood there frozen and conflicted. She was a stubborn person that she was still furious that he unloaded on her about something so small. It hurt her to be yelled at for because she kissed him. She knew it was selfish to still hold onto that after hearing what he said. She also just wanted to comfort him. But she worried he'd lash out at her again if she even tried to touch him.

"...Then...then...HE, happened. I've been taking my medicine, a lot of it, and I thought I had him! Then like a goddamn puppet, he took control of my body, threw the match away and forced me into the shower!" She could the tears forming as he continued. "Then came in Security and they removed everything flammable from my room!! I could've died, I SHOULD'VE DIED!! It would've been over, OVER!!! But I don't think it'll ever be over...what hope is there? I can't even commit FUCKING SUICIDE!!!" He shouted up at the sky. Wren didn't even spare a glance towards the party. The music was loud so she doubted anyone heard it. She didn't worry for herself but for Christian. It took a lot in someone to unload all those feelings like that.

When Christian looked over at her, Wren's own gaze was already locked on his. He sighed. "I'm sorry...it's a party...go ahead and go back to it if you want...I'm...just gonna sit here for awhile."

As much as she wanted to still be mad at him, when he wiped his tears away her heart melted. Wren sighed as she moved over next to him. "Eh... I part too much anyways." She slid down the wall until she was sitting beside him. She rested her head back against the cold concrete allowing her gaze to drift up to the sky. "You know... I'd put money on the fact that 9 out of 10 of the people in there had wanted to commit suicide at some point." She blew air out between her lips. "It's hard... Being like us. Our lives aren't... Ours. There's always someone or something threatening to kill us, those we love or the world and somehow it's always our job to deal with it."

She twiddled her fingers in her lap. "I always used to laugh at the whole 'With great power comes great responsibility.'... But it's true. And it's hard. Harder for some of us more than others." She lightly nudged him with her arm so he knew she was talking about him. "It takes a strong person to deal with something like that... There's like a giant 'trial' period where we all have to become comfortable in our skin and accept ourselves. It gets harder before it gets easier."

Wren sighed. She was never very good at the whole pep talk thing but she was trying. "Like me..." She motioned towards herself. "I am 58 years old and it's nearly impossible for me to die." She let her gaze drift over towards Christian. "I am going to outlive everyone I've ever cared about. I get to stand idly by and watch them grow old, frail and weak as I forever stay like this... And I don't care how romanticized and amazing books make it sound. I'd give anything to be mortal. Life isn't as precious to me as it is to other people. That's why I am reckless and stupid..." She shrugged her shoulders.

After a long moment of silence, she reached out to take his hand in hers and rested them in her lap. Her gaze fixed upon them, slightly worried to look over at him and get another scolding because she broke his personal boundary bubble. "It's better to face anything with friends... rather than alone."

Frankie sat there silent and patient as she watched Wren play kissing telephone with Jack and Christian, then tug the freckled boy outside on the balcony. Her attention shifted to Alex who received the bottle as a pass off from Wren. She giggled softly as the red head didn't seem all too thrilled with the idea of it being her turn. She leaned forward slightly, curious to see who the bottle would land on. But as it began to slow down, Frankie's body started to tense as it came to a stop before... Nathaniel.

A soft gasp escaped her lips as Frankie couldn't fight her gaze from looking over at the large male beside her. Was he... Blushing? She wanted to look away but for some reason she wasn't able to. Frankie's mind tried to rationalize it. I kissed Jack and it meant nothing so that's fine.... Just give it a second and he'll pull away and look disgusted. But that didn't happened. Instead the kiss carried on. As she saw Nathaniel's eyes close and get into the kiss she couldn't watch anymore. Her gaze shifted down to her hands as she anxiously twiddled her fingers.

Frankie couldn't look towards him when she knew the kiss was over. She wanted to get up and leave at that moment but she also didn't want to cause a scene. Thankfully before she had to sit there and stomach watching him kiss someone else the music went abruptly silent and all of the house lights came back up. J.A.R.V.I.S.'s voice then came over the intercom, "Apologies for the interruption. But it is 10 minutes until curfew. Mr. Coulson and Mr. Pennyworth have ordered the conclusion of the party and that you all return to your own rooms at this time. Thank you."

Frankie sighed out in relief. Perfect timing. She wasted no time in getting to her feet. She walked right through the center of the circle, stepping over the bottle. It hadn't been more than 30 seconds since the announcement and she was out the door, into the hallway. Once she was alone for a brief second, she stopped in her tracks letting out a soft sigh while rubbing her head. After taking the moment or two to compose herself she then continued towards the elevator and pressed the button. Unfortunately for her it wasn't already at that floor so she anxiously tapped her foot as she waited for it to ascend to her level.

Enzo was just feeding off of the drama and jealousy from the room. Wren kissed Jack then Christian... And he could have sworn at one point he heard the guy yelling at the feisty red head out on the balcony. Then Alex lands on Nathaniel which he could only assume would make Frankie upset. Obviously there was some unspoken crushing going on between the silent brute and spider girl, but the jealousy was always fun to witness.

Then J.A.R.V.I.S. came over the intercom like a total and complete buzz kill. He should get an award for party pooper of the year if Enzo had any say on the matter. He looked over towards Junior who seemed visibly upset at the slight interchange Enzo had with Ichabod which only made him chuckle. He enjoyed seeing him get a little taste of his own medicine.

Instead of waiting around for him, Enzo decided to get up and head to his room. He wasn't in quite the hurry that Frankie was though. He reached the hall to see her waiting for the elevator. He wasn't in the mood to play therapist so instead of going over and waiting for it as well, he took the stairs down to his floor.

ImageKallistrate smiled and fought the urge to recoil as Caleb leaned up against the bar next to her. She settled for a small adjustment of her seat and tucking her hair behind her ear. Close proximity to others was something she was still getting used to, but Caleb's pleasant nature made it easier.
"As you can tell, I'm having a lot of luck with the men."
She really did smile at that one and a chuckle even escaped her throat, but she continued to look at the game and sit in a companionable silence. It wasn't but a couple minutes of it, yet she enjoyed simply watching the people around her. She had, in this time, finished her cider and set it on the bar before almost standing to get another. After all it wasn't like alcohol affected her much anyway. However, before she could move to stand Caleb glanced at her almost as if he didn't want to look at her in the eye.
"You okay?"
Kallistrate merely looked at him calmly and settled down in her chair again. It was strange to her and she wouldn't lie and say the question didn't confuse her. She couldn't think of too many times another person at the academy asked after her well being. To be honest she had never given anyone reason to, seeing how she wouldn't consider herself to be in anyway unstable. But the more she thought about it the more it made sense why he would ask her. Expressing emotion was not something that anyone would say she was particularly good at. Oh of course she felt emotion, certainly. But sometimes she forgot how her stoic face could come across to others. Most days she felt perfectly fine and content with the ways this were. But was she okay? She didn't quite know.
"I'd like to think so. I'd like to think all of us have something in life to be content with. And that that thing, what ever it may be, helps us cope with things we may not be so okay with." She offered him another smile and walked around to grab that cider before resuming her seat. She had just returned when she followed Caleb's line of sight to Wren laying one on Jackand her his spin landing on Christian. To her suprise though, Wren also very tenderly kissed Christian as well. She only mildly noticed how popular Jack seemed to be before she turned her attention to Christian, attempting to read his body language. Wren wasn't an idiot, far from it, so Kallistrate was confident she knew what she was getting into if Christian became too...upset. She knew a bit about symbiotes, general knowledge really, but that knowledge had her on edge. All of them were here for a specific purpose, to control their ability and be the best they could be. So she tried not to be too obvious at her leering. She was merely an overly cautious person when it came to these situations. The last thing she wanted was for him to be uncomfortable around her, it was the last thing she wanted for anyone. But there weren't many people that could stand a physical fight with a symbiote in full control, and she wasn't keen on finding out if she could or not.
"You can have my spot in the circle if you want. Right next to the selective Riddler."
Kallistrate only barely registered she was being spoken to as she stared out at Wren and Christian speaking on the terrace. She also hadn't realized she had been slowly unfurling to a stand and looked down at where Caleb was still leaning when she finally realized what she said. She actually laughed at that and gave him a look as she started fishing something out of her pocket.
" I'm afraid I won't be playing tonsil hockey in your stead tonight, hate to disappoint." She even surprised herself by not resisting the urge to wink before she gulped down the rest of her cider and threw the bottle away.
"I'm certain your a much better participant than me anyways."
ImageThey both parted with a wave and she began to walk towards the group and locked eyes with Jack. Since the party seemed to be dwindling she figured now was as good a time as any to apologize. Carefully and slowly she walked around the room so she was behind where Jack sat on one of the sofas. She knelt to she was directly behind his head. She glanced over the angry red bump and her brow furrowed. Her hand came up as if to touch it but she thought better about it and leaned forward instead. From her vantage point she could see the sweat that made a fine sheen on his forehead, no doubt from the possibility of kissing other men or just from the stress of the game itself. Either way, it endeared him to her slightly and she relaxed. He didn't look at her at first so she got as close to his ear as she felt necessary.
"I wanted to apologize for bumping into you earlier. I wasn't paying attention and my head seems a bit harder than I realized. If you need anything for the pain, I'm good at herbal remedies. Should help the healing process too. I'll be in the garage if you need it.
She placed her hand on his shoulder and squeezed slightly before rising. She walked the small distance to the terrace door and paused to make sure nothing too important was being said before she opened the door.
"It's better to face anything with friends... rather than alone."
She walked up to them slowly, making sure Christian could see her clearly, but never treating him like some cornered animal. She quirked her lip at Wren and then looked to Christian and placed the item she fished from her pocket onto the balcony railing next to him. It was a dark chocolate kiss. She wasn't ashamed to say she had a sweet tooth(especially after living in the woods most of her life) so she usually always had chocolate or some sweet on her person at all times. Coincidentally, chocolate was also something she had read symbiotes require a good amount of.
"She's right you know. Friends are crucial, especially doing what we do." Kallistrate walked to his other side and down over the railing. "Enjoy the chocolate. And if you ever find you have a hankering",she punctuated the word with a knowing, but empathetic look his way,"I always have some." She then looked at the two of them and smiled genuinely. "Enjoy your evening."
With a small wave she threw her legs over the balcony and glided down to the ground before landing on her feet lightly in front of the building. She wasted no time in walking through the large from doors past the security in the foyer. The guard at the front desk seemed apparently oblivious to her attention and continued staring at her height, or maybe her tattoos, but more than likely both. She did smile when he seemed to notice her staring and immediately looked down at his desk. Deciding not to goad him, she continued to the service stairs that would lead her to the basement where the garage was currently located. It was a small trip to find herself in the large open area that was thankfully deserted for now.
Kallistrate walked up to her own vehicle and pulled her hair up. She didn't particuylarly care to get dirty tonight so she decided that changing her rims to the new set she got recently would be best.
"Jarvis? Full monty."
"Right away Miss"
The floor around her vehicle opened in sections to reveal a variety of tools and appliances found in most automotive shops. Only this was funded by Wayne Enterprises and Stark Industries. As it all settled into it's designated spot she smiled and cracked her knuckles and set to work.

Julia smiled at Caleb when he touched her arm, rather than flinch away or appear awkward or uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes at his implied comment and took a sip through her straw. "Well if that's what you want to call a moment." Julia sighed when J.A.R.V.I.S called it a night but smirked as Caleb bid farewell. "I bet I could be faster." She winked before turning to Astrid.

Caught off guard by Caleb's reappearance, Julia let out an audible squeak of surprise and chuckled at Caleb's kiss, Astrid's chuckling and the entire situation made her chuckle. "I think you just got roped into the game just at the last second." Julia teased before linking arms with her and walking with her towards the lift, she sighed at the queue forming but noticed Matthew at the front, she'd have to say goodnight to him before she took the stairs. She just about caught Astrid's questionable look and quickly glanced over her shoulder to catch the peck. "Oh my god." She gasped. "Didn't think I'd ever see them two together?" Julia joked.

Her attention was then brought back to the stairs by Astrid and she pointed upwards. "I'm upstairs." Julia was aware of where most of her friends penthouses were and was aware the two were splitting off from each other. "I'll see you tomorrow." She gave Astrid a quick hug and then split from her, quickly stepping closer to Matthew, who was stood next to Frankie and planted a kiss on his cheek. "Night night, Matty!" She called to him as she skipped up the stairs, making for her floor.

As she entered her apartment, Julia breathed a sigh of relief, she waved her hands and opened the windows with her magic, letting a cool breeze come over the apartment. She quickly grabbed a book from her personal bookshelf and plopped herself down on the sofa overlooking the view from the building and began reading, not needing to sleep made it easy for her to get through a book.

Mathias smirked as Kain snatched the bottle from his hand, he then chuckled as Kain bit his lip. Mathias closed his eyes and tightened his jaw when J.A.R.V.I.S switched the lights on, the sudden light blinding him. Mathias then heard a voice from above him and when he opened his eyes Kain was already gone. Mathias picked himself up and looked over to see Kain receiving a kiss from Kumiko, he dropped his head and felt his cheeks burn red.

Mathias made for the balcony, having caught a peek at the queue waiting for the lifts and instead opted for the balcony, he could use the fresh air and wanted to feel the cool wind in his hair and cool his cheeks. As he passed the doors, he noticed Wren and Christian sitting together. "Oh, sorry! Night, guys, it was a great night." He gave them a wave before leaping over the balcony and calling upon the sound surrounding him, he generated pink wings which picked him up and raised him up into the air. Not content with just going straight to bed, Mathias took the time to circle the building and just relax for awhile before heading back to his apartment and climbing into bed.

Christian looked over to Wren. He didn't mean to make her upset like he did...he can't seem to do anything he wants to. Of course she would get angry over his words...which were a bit harsh. Negativity, it's like a cancer that quickly spreads and before you know it, it consumes you. He didn't want to break any relations he may have with Wren over something like this. Even though the Symbiote would like nothing better. Still it didn't stop him from spiraling downward into his more darker feelings and memories. He didn't mean to bring up his suicide attempt but it was hard to stop.

Still it made Wren feel bad for him...which was more preferable than her being angry. She began to get close to him again and instead of reacting, he allowed it. He knew what he did was wrong and now only wanted the opportunity to apologize. He looked over to her when she talked and he was surprised. He never knew Wren to be deep and emotional like this, especially over her private thoughts and feelings. "Maybe she does care." He thought to himself. He felt like such an idiot at that moment...he did what everyone else does.

It was then he decided to be more understanding towards Wren. If everyone else has these images painted in their brains about the both of them, then perhaps they could paint different images of each other. He nodded and then responded to her comments about immortality, "I can imagine...I understand the want to die, the desire for an end. I wouldn't want to last forever...not like this, it would be the ultimate nightmare." Christian looked over to her and then over his shoulder at the party. She's right...their lives are not easy. Just look at their parentage for starters...they all have legacies to live up to and carry on. That stress is something they all must feel.

Of course he was more envious of the ones who have legacies that they can be proud of. Otherwise continuing the legend of arguably the World's most dangerous serial killer was something he wanted no part of. As she took his hand he looked over to her and gave a small smile. "If it's any consolation...I am sorry for what I said. When I feel something in the moment I just follow it through. Then sometimes I think I feel certain way but then it ends up being different. These feelings usually start out as something small...then they get bigger, and alot of it is......influenced......," He then paused, "....But I try to be in control of myself, it just isn't always easy." He explained. He then looked over and said, "But...thank you, very much...for everything."

Just then their isolation was broken by the Amazonian. Compared to Wren this woman was tall and even imposing but Amazonians are said to be built like warriors. Even so their musculature does not take away from their distinctly feminine frame, some say it's the best of both, muscular yet curvaceous. He was a bit curious as to what she wanted, like him, she didn't seem to speak unless it was necessary. She then offered him, of all things, a chocolate kiss. This surprised him as well, but then again, he didn't know much about Kallistrate either. He took it and ate it as he looked up at her and gave a quiet, "Thank you." It still amazes him how some of them don't take to him with caution or fear. Of course of the many people around here, Kallistrate is one of the few that he wouldn't be as great of a threat towards. Her powers make her one of the strongest and hardiest students around.

She then let them be as he turned to watch the Amazonian leave. It was then Christian noticed that many of the other Students were leaving. Christian looked at Wren and said, "I guess the party's over."

Well that was exciting to say the least. After his couple kisses the game continued on only to be ended by the sudden ring of the intercom. It was J.A.R.V.I.S. telling them to go to bed as if they were a bunch of children. Jack gave an audible pfft as he looked up towards were the sound originated. He wasn't even drunk let alone ready to leave but rules are rules, he supposes. "I guess I won't get hammered, oh well, got my fair share of excitement at least." He said to no one in particular. It was then he nearly fell out of his seat, startled by the sudden whisper of Kallistrate.

"Whoa, Jesus!" He said aloud. He quickly turned his head to see the Amazonian standing over him, inspecting his little head injury. He was surprised by both her sudden appearance and her offer. Jack assumed she meant what she said but couldn't help but think of it as an invitation for some alone time. He would not be opposed to that little suggestion, Amazonians are known to be desirable, could be quite the fun night. Reasonably he doubted that would even happen but then he got to thinking, "Man, just how bad does this bump look?" He thought concernedly.

"Oh, uh, sure! Yeah it's no problem, you're cool!" He called out to her as he stood up. He then watched Kallistrate wander off to the balcony where Wren and Christian was. That was nice of her to care. It was then his eyes trailed off to see some of the other students leave the apartment. Jack felt it was his time to hit the road before he noticed Kumiko approaching. Another thing that seemed quite out of the ordinary. Not only being approached by Kallistrate was a rare occurrence this is perhaps just as rare to near implausible. He then looked behind him to see if someone else was standing over him. No, he was the only guy in Kumiko's way which must mean she's coming to meet him for something.

Not knowing what else to do he just put on his charming smile and spoke, "Uh, hey, what's up?" He asked not knowing her intentions.

Watching Kumiko make her way towards Jack Kari stood and walked out onto the balcony. She smiled at both Wren and Christian "You are missing some interesting stuff inside." She motioned towards the doors that lead back inside the penthouse. She climbed onto the rail of the that is supposed to be there to keep people from falling off. She walked along the length of it, "Great party Wren, as always. Good night guys." She said and jumped into the open air. She flew around the building and onto her balcony. It was chilly, way to chilly for her other wise she'd have flown around a little more, plus curfew was closer.

She didn't drink much which was kind of a surprise for her. Normally she was all about the alcohol but drama and the game got more of her attention. Things were about to get a little more tense because of that game. Kari changed out of her party outfit and into her pajamas.

Honestly Kumiko didn't know how to respond to his question so she didn't. She leaned forward and gave him a soft peck on the lips. She leaned away from him and stared for a few seconds before walking away trying to find someone else before they got a chance to leave. There weren't many students left but she was determined to finish what was required of her. It was pretty much just Wren and Christian on the balcony. Neither of them bothered her at the least and she never understood why people didn't like either of them.

She made her way out to the balcony and looked between both Wren and Christian. She'd remembered that not too long ago Christian had freaked out about Wren kissing him during the game and she didn't want to upset him again since it seemed that wren had managed to calm him.

Frankie cupped her hands together while rocking back and forth onto her heels. She usually was patient but at that particular moment she wished more than anything that the damned elevator would arrive before someone showed up. If she had her webshooters she could just jump out the window or something else stupid and reckless like half of the others. But generally when going to a party that doesn't cross one's mind. She started chewing on her bottom lip but only for a moment before huffing softly when she heard feet approaching.

"Hiya Frank." Matt said as he came into view beside her, giving her a half smile. "Do you mind if..." He motioned towards the doors.

Frankie's rising tension disipated with a soft smile when she saw it was someone who wouldn't set her teeth on edge. "Oh hey Matty." She brushed her hair behind her ears before nodding. "Yeah of course... As long as we don't talk about the party." She gave a weak laugh and an exasperated smile.

Her attention was then drawn towards Elizabeth who joined them as they waited for the terribly slow elevator. "Weird party, huh?"

Frankie gave an awkward laugh while rubbing the back of her neck. Before she got a chance to reply another person joined the group. "Green is more my color than yours." Her brows furrowed as she crossed her arms over her chest. Junior then leaned over her but Frankie stood her ground not giving an inch while staring straight back up at him. "Though it's not Alex's color either. Maybe that's what Bane sees in both of you."

She'd be lying if she said she wasn't jealous of the kiss shared between the two. It was obvious and even psycho pants over here noticed it but Frankie couldn't fight her urge to defend herself, Nathaniel and even Alex. "Yeah? And red isn't your color... But I still have an urge to see you covered in blood." Her hands moved to rest on her hips as she took a step towards him so her chest nearly pressed to his. "And his name is Nathaniel."

She wanted to smack his crooked little face all down the hallway. It took a lot to get her mad, she usually was as much of a threat as a bunny rabbit, but Junior knew how to press someone's buttons and Frankie was fuming. She was contemplating saying something else, maybe even surprising half the world and slapping the grin off his face but a hand appeared on Junior's shoulder and pulled him back. "Relax, Sergeant. We were just having a friendly conversation."

Freddie moved in front of Frankie separating her from Junior. "Hey!" She jumped to try and look over his shoulder at the Joker who was probably enjoying this way too much. "I was about to kick some major Psychopath ass." She pouted slightly. Was that the truth? Probably not but she felt like she was on a roll.

"So Stark said that I'd be expelled on my first day if I didn't snag a date to the dance and you get to be the luckiest girl here and go with me." Freddie's... order? took Frankie by enough surprise that when she was about to rant some more about kicking Junior's ass she froze her mouth agape just staring up at Freddie. They had been friends for longer than she could count so of course he came and asked her because it took no effort on his part.

Before she had a chance to reply Junior had to pipe up once again, "Oh my.... This night is full of illogical ships."

"That's it!" Frankie jumped, reaching her arms over Freddie's shoulders as she tried to grab for Junior. "I'm going to strangle you with a balloon animal!"

Saved by the bell... Or ding of a slow elevator. Probably J.A.R.V.I.S.'s idea of a joke. Frankie grunted angrily as she entered the elevator, then held it open for everyone... Well everyone except Junior. She put out her hand to stop him before furiously clicking the "close doors" button. "Take a hike before I actually try to kill you." Sure she was mad but she didn't actually try to inflict serious damage. If she did, well it would have happened. Even though she wasn't as strong as her father she was still stronger than any human and contrary to popular belief, Junior was just an insane human like his father.

Frankie glared at Junior as the doors closed separating them. She let out a soft sigh and remained silent in the elevator. She wasn't in the mood to deal with anyone at that point. So once it opened on her floor she mumbled a soft, "Good night." To whomever was on the elevator with her before disappearing down the hall and into her room for the night.

Wren was surprised Christian didn't just about hurl himself over the balcony when she sat down beside him. She wasn't trying to scare him away or instigate the symbiote but just... Be there. "I can imagine...I understand the want to die, the desire for an end. I wouldn't want to last forever...not like this, it would be the ultimate nightmare."

She nodded her head while pursing her lips slightly. "Yeah..." Wren hated the whole "indestructible" part of her life she inherited from her dad. Of course it is, theoretically possible for her to die.... Maybe. But as far as her and her father knew, there wasn't anything yet. So she was stuck to live and keep on living past everyone. That's one thing no one realized about her, why she annoyed everyone. Part of it was just Wren being Wren but another part was to keep others away. It's easier being immortal when you don't have anyone close to you to watch wither away.

When she took his hand, Christian actually looked over at her and smiled, which Wren in return couldn't help but smile back. "If it's any consolation...I am sorry for what I said. When I feel something in the moment I just follow it through. Then sometimes I think I feel certain way but then it ends up being different. These feelings usually start out as something small...then they get bigger, and alot of it is......influenced......But I try to be in control of myself, it just isn't always easy. But...thank you, very much...for everything."

Wren smiled, giving his hand a squeeze and even nudging his shoulder with her own in a playful way. "I'm sorry I made a show of everything... And don't understand the concept of personal boundaries at all..." Her free hand scratched her head as she laughed awkwardly. "... And kissed you..."

As the balcony door opened, Wren quickly withdrew her hand from Christian's like she was caught in the middle of something she shouldn't have been. She cupped her hands together and cleared her throat as Kallistrate stepped out onto the terrace with them. She dug out a hershey's kiss for Christian before speaking, "She's right you know. Friends are crucial, especially doing what we do... Enjoy the chocolate. And if you ever find you have a hankering, I always have some." She smiled towards them both which Wren returned with a slight wave of the hand. "Enjoy your evening." With that Kallistrate went over the edge.

Wren was about to say something most likely sarcastic to lighten the mood but was interrupted by someone else joining them. "Oh, sorry! Night, guys, it was a great night." Mathias gave them a wave before jumping over the edge as well.

"I guess the party's over." Wren looked over at Christian laughing slightly.

Next Kari and Kumiko were at the balcony. At this point Wren was slightly rubbing her temples half covering her face. She wasn't embarrassed to be seen with Christian or anything like but more of the mess she made earlier and the whispers she probably dragged him into unintentionally.

"You are missing some interesting stuff inside." Kari said before climbing up onto the railing. "Great party Wren, as always. Good night guys."

Wren just watched as she too went over the edge. After a moment or two she looked over at Christian with a confused scrunched up face. "Does no one take the stairs anymore?" She then stood up and walked over to the railing, resting her hands upon it before looking over. "I mean damn... I could jump over the edge too but then they'd be cleaning pieces of me up for weeks." She pivoted around to lean back against the railing to look over at Christian. "And a fall like that?" Wren motioned over her shoulders. "I'd be sore for days."

With a sigh, Wren walked over towards him, giving his foot a light nudge. "Thanks for coming to my shit storm of a party." She laughed before offering him a hand. "I'm sure after what I put you through that guy could use some rest."

Wren showed everyone who remained in her penthouse out of the party before J.A.R.V.I.S. got his circuits in a twist. Once everyone was out she groaned seeing how messy her place was. The one down side of being a party monster was the after party, a.k.a. clean up. Considering it was rarer than a hillbilly in wallstreet for Wren to actually be tired enough for sleep, she cracked her knuckles. "Let's get down to business." She then did a couple karate moves in the air while singing, "TO DEFEAT THE HUNS!!" Wren laughed at her own joke, dabbing at the fake tears. "Right? Right?" She looked around and her grin quickly faded. "Oh... Right, I'm alone."

The Next Morning...

Wren spent a majority of the night cleaning up the mess left from the party. With as much as she hated the clean up you'd think she'd stop throwing parties, but that was never the case. By 4 a.m. she was finished. Contemplating what do for the remainder of the evening she made her way over to her book shelf and started fingering through its contents. She knew every book on the shelves and read them all at least 10 times through. All the books had cracked spines, loose pages and looked like they were over a century old. But Wren refused to replace them because the wear just showed her love for them.

While fingering over the spines trying to find the night's winner she stopped upon a peculiar title. She grinned to herself as she tore it from the shelf and made her way over to her desk. Wren dug through her drawers until she found a piece of paper, a pen and... An empty red gift bag? "What the-?" She held the bag while looking up, "Well played 'oh majestic author'... Well played."

After scribbling a message in her almost illegible handwriting, Wren put the note under the cover of the book then shoved the book into the bag. She then headed out of her penthouse and down to Christian's. She wasn't going to knock or anything. Wren wasn't wanting to bug him but wanted to make up for half dragging him to a party he didn't want to go to in the first place.

She stopped outside his door and set the bag on the ground. Inside... a very worn copy of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and inside a note that read... "Can I call you Dr. Jekyll?" Signed, "That annoying red head who doesn't understand personal boundaries." Wren was never very good at apologies. She hoped that this would get a chuckle out of him and not make him hate her more. But this was just how she was.

After leaving the shitty idea of an apology in front of his door, Wren decided not to go back to her penthouse. Instead she made her way down to one of the simulation rooms and decided to train, work out or whatever else she could do to make the time pass.

Frankie was up before the sun was. She honestly didn't know if she ever actually fell asleep or more of tossed and turned in her bed. She didn't know why the events of the prior evening were getting to her so much. But finally she couldn't handle it anymore and got out of bed.

For months she had been working on an equation to figure out the exact last moment she could release her webbing to save herself from a fall. Her father didn't approve of this, with good reason. He thought that experimenting with something like this could end badly for her if she miscalculated. But Frankie was determined to find the solution thinking it could help her, her father and Anansi in sticky situations.

Finally, Frankie thought she found the answer and programed her watch with the equation so that it would use her altitude, acceleration, velocity and gravitational pull to give her a to the millisecond count down of how long she had to deploy the web. This included the time it takes for the webbing to release from the shooters, fly through the air and grip onto a surface above her. But like any good equation it wasn't good until proven accurate with an experiment... And Frankie has always been a little more reckless than her father.

Frankie found her way to the top of the Descendant Tower. She methodically checked her watch while bouncing back and forth on her feet while shaking her hands. "You got this!" She checked her pulse while jogging in place. "It's just like any other jump." She continued taking deep breaths trying not to psych herself out. "Oh for heaven's sake!" Without anymore hesitation she sprinted towards the edge and dove off.

She brought her wrist before her as she fell. Her gaze continuously shifting between the watch and the quickly approaching ground. The digital read out showing... 10... 9... 8... 7...

Enzo slept well past what was probably acceptable and he didn't care. Well that was until J.A.R.V.I.S. decided to make an alarmingly annoying announcement at 10:30 a.m. which Enzo deemed way too early for such disturbances.

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Mr. Stark and Mr. Wayne wanted me to inform you that you all were given a day of leisure in preparation for the anniversary ball tomorrow evening. You are permitted to travel to town, train or do whatever it is that you all do with your free time. They also wanted me to notify you all that every student, even those who missed the simulation or failed are allowed to attend the dance. Those who previously were not permitted to go will simply be on clean up duty when the festivities have concluded. Enjoy your free day."

Maybe it was the mention of a free day that made Enzo get out of bed or the simple fact that the annoying program already disrupted him beyond fixing. Either way he was in no mood to even get dressed at the time being. He simply walked out of his apartment in just his pajama pants, no shoes or shirt and made his way to the elevator. Once he was on it, he pressed the button for the mess hall level before yawning and slipping his hands in his pockets.

When he arrived in the cafeteria area, Enzo walked towards the buffet still yawning and scratching his bare muscular abdomen. "Any new sad excuses for food?" He looked towards the woman who worked the food counter. She seemed unfazed and emotionless like a statue. No doubt she was more than used to statements like that from Enzo. Sure he could cook his own food in his room but that took effort, so instead he came down here and bitched to the people who dealt with shit heads like him on a regular basis.

"Yeah... Arsenic." She said with a monotonic voice before handing him a plate of his usual breakfast of an omelette and bacon.

"Delicious." Enzo scoffed before grabbing an orange juice and making his way to a table. He probably would have died laughing if there was actual arsenic in his food. They all were too valuable to throw away by poisoning them... Even if they were dicks.

Wren had been training for lord knows how long in the simulation rooms. It was beyond the point where others would be crawling on their bellies to bed but she was fine. She could never quite decide if practically limitless stamina was a good thing or a bad thing. Sometimes she honestly would just like the ability to sleep. Instead she spent her nights doing whatever it is she could to keep herself from going crazy. Most nights she read but that day she just had some feeling in her gut that training wasn't such a bad idea.

After she was done she decided she should head back up to her room to shower and figure out what she was going to do for a 'free' day. As she walked past the lockers she came to a halt when she saw Mathias grabbing his things. "Hey there Feathers." She smiled waving her hand towards him slightly. Wren didn't linger, she wreaked to high heavens and was desperate for a hot shower.

With fresh clothes and smelling more like flowers than sweat, Wren walked towards her bedroom grabbing her phone before deciding to see what some of the others were up to. She took the stairs instead of waiting on the slow elevator. She didn't count or pay attention to the floor she stopped at and started walking down the hall. Looking around she noticed that no one was on this level. Wren sighed, whipping out her phone. She illuminated the screen as she walked. No messages. Surprise surprise. It was nothing new, she was the one to get ahold of for a good party, not hanging out like normal people.

More lost in her thoughts and message-less phone, Wren was paying no mind to where she was walking and bumped right into someone. She extended her hands to gently grab their shoulders to make sure she didn't knock them over. "I'm sorry, wasn't looking where I was going." She glanced up, smiling when she saw it was Christian. "Oh hey. Were you actually planning on doing something on your free day?" It was good seeing him out and about even if he wasn't actually in the presence of anyone else.

Enzo didn't know if he was happy or not that the cafeteria was empty. But his own mind jinxed him when a body occupied the seat across from him. "I noticed you warmed up our friend over there."

Raising a hand he ruffled his messy bed head while shrugging his shoulders. "Apparently there's arsenic in our food... Or at least mine." He took a large bite, smiling half heartedly. If only.

"Where's your crew?"

Enzo laughed. "Come on Kain, we both know its not my crew." He raised his brows suggestively. Everyone knew it was Junior that was the puppet master while him and Bane were his little toys. The thought turned his stomach. He couldn't help but wonder if other relationships were like that. No doubt it was an unorthodox relationship. Enzo has even had the fleeting thought to leave Junior on more than one occasion because of the way he treats him. But he shook the thought off when another person joined them.

โ€œMorning.โ€

He nodded his head towards her, smiling softly. "Lovely as always Lilith."

Enzo didn't have to look at her to know that she was eyeing him. He took another bite of his food, raising a brow when she spoke, โ€œEnzo, you're looking...superb in that lack of shirt kind of way.โ€

"Well thank you." He smiled, "It's funny how often people think I'm either flab or a stick under all the suits and formal wear." He chuckled while wiping his mouth with a napkin.

โ€œBothers me though that you men have a gift of wearing bed hair and near nothing and can rock it.โ€

Enzo ran a hand through his hair, "Bedhead usually articulates as sex hair on many women. Men are just slobs so everyone gets used to seeing us like this." Partially one of the reasons why he was rarely seen like this. But he had little to no effort in getting dressed to come down her and eat some food.

โ€œSo any plans for today, boys? Gentlemen.โ€ He hadn't thought about his plans at all. No doubt his boyfriend would be wanting him to give him his undivided attention but he wasn't sure if he felt up to that at the current moment. His gaze was then drawn towards Lilith gaze that was locked on Kain texting under the table. โ€œNeed a woman's touch?โ€ When she looked towards Enzo and gave a quick smirk, he couldn't help but chuckle slightly. โ€œWhat about you, Riddler? Can I be of service?โ€

He shook his head, "It's just nice to have a normal conversation." His gaze shifted between Kain and Lilith. They all weren't spawns of the most elite, and each were known to be drawn to a little mischief. "Well... relatively."

Theo looked up with his breakfast at Julia. He's never really mingled with the chick before and didn't see any reason why he would. So he merely shrugged at her attempt of giving pleasantries. Trying to go back to his food, his attention was averted as he looked over to see Jai being his loud, obnoxious self. Well, at least he could take comfort in the fact that he was bothering Lilith instead of him. He then looked back up at Julia who asked if she can be seating across from him.

Theo, very coldly responded, "I don't own this cafeteria, do whatever you want." As he then went back to eating his breakfast. He didn't really care if Julia decided to eat her breakfast before him. And why should he? It's not like that's going to affect him in any meaningful way. Besides he found it pointless, the pretentiousness of some of the so-called "villains." "You can't sit here or there because you are beneath me" or some stupid, arrogant shit like that. Theo was never one to boast how great and powerful he is. He ain't here to win popularity contests, he's here to finish something that's been started a long time ago.

Still he did have a slight curiosity why she would choose to sit so close to him. There are plenty of empty seats in this place and it can't be for a conversation she can go over to where Jai is for that. He did stare at her and ponder for a moment but decided to not pry. After all he just came here for some food.

Christian wasn't really looking where he was going but moving at such a slow pace he didn't expect to cause any issues. Yet he managed to bump into someone and worried about how they would react. Luckily it was Wren so he felt relieved. "No, it's alright I wasn't paying attention either." He apologized. It was then Wren asked that was he planning to do something on his free day. In attempt at a half smile he said, "Well...uh, yeah! Of course." He then looked at Wren and then awkwardly he rubbed his head and said, "Uh....actually, no...I don't know what I'm doing to be honest." He then looked around him, checking to see if they are alone.

"I don't really leave my room, unless it's for class. I...I guess you can say I'm a shut-in...," He then rubbed his arm feeling even more awkward, "...B-but for good reason! Because...well...ya, you know..." He said with a sigh. He then looked over to Wren, which it seemed he was trying to avoid eye contact with. "Uh...what are you, planning to do?" He asked.

Well whatever you could call the somewhat normal conversation between somewhat harmless spawns of villains... Well yeah it was ruined by the whirlwind of a speedster making his grand entrance into the cafeteria. He had good aim though making his way straight for Lilith until he came to a now sliding halt before her. "Hey Lilith... And others."

Enzo shook his head, taking a bite of his food. Kain then spoke up as if they had been planning this mass genocide or something just to freak the hero out. "So as I was saying, do we keep survivors, spread the message human nature is survival of the fittest and we're all cruel to the bone or just kill them all?" Enzo froze in the middle of chewing, a mischievous grin plagued his lips. He definitely had under estimated Kain. No he's not going to use him to go on a killing spree but scaring the little speedster is always good fun.

Lilith answered before Enzo could get his game face on, โ€œCorrupter, management, hitman." Corrupter was Enzo. Nice. He grinned in approval. โ€œThere will be less uprisings, long as we do our maintenance in moderation.โ€

Enzo held up a finger to argue, "Um excuse me... Survivors?" He raised a brow, "No no no my dear... We kill everyone. No witnesses then we don't get caught. We set it up so that it makes someone like Wayne or Stark look guilty." Even though he was not the nicest guy around, he could keep up the game much longer. He didn't have to keep his bitch face on point when Junior wasn't around. A little chuckle slipped his lips as he continued eating. He nodded his head towards Lilith when asked Jai to go on a walk.

When she was gone he looked across the table towards Kain, pointing his fork at him. "So... Plan on breaking any hearts at this dance?"

Christian seemed a little worried about bumping into someone until he saw it was Wren. "No, it's alright I wasn't paying attention either." After she asked what he planned on doing, she couldn't help but chuckle at his half smile. "Well...uh, yeah! Of course." He rubbed his head awkwardly, "Uh....actually, no...I don't know what I'm doing to be honest." Christian then looked around.

Wren smirked slightly, looking around as well. "Are we hiding from someone?" She teased.

"I don't really leave my room, unless it's for class. I...I guess you can say I'm a shut-in..." He seemed to be getting more awkward which just made her smile more. "...B-but for good reason! Because...well...ya, you know..."

"Well... And when the coolest person in this academy gives you a personal invitation to a party." She playfully nudged him with her elbow.

Wren couldn't help but notice that he didn't seem to be making eye contact with her. It made her smile fade slightly, curious as to the reason but decided not to ask. "Uh...what are you, planning to do?"

She looked down at her phone as she waved it around halfheartedly. "I was checking my phone to sift through the numerous invites to the dance tomorrow..." Her tone was very bland and dry, following by a weak laugh. "No actually... Surprise surprise no one wants to spend their free time with Wren the mouth." She shrugged her shoulders, twirling her phone in her hand before slipping it into her back pocket.

She chewed on her cheek for a moment, rocking back and forth on her heels. She then clapped her hands together before speaking up again, "It seems all the girls are going dress shopping... But I already have my dress... And I wasn't invited..." She trailed off. "So nothing... Yeah, nothing." Wren laughed slightly as she looked back towards him.

Theo continued to give his food more attention than Julia. She's probably going to become frustrated with him now but whatever. It's not like she'll cast a spell on him to make him a more charming conversationalist, right? He really doesn't know how that whole magic gig works, sometimes he can't even believe it exists. It just seems so outrageous at times and how much of that really is from experience? Magic supposedly has existed since ancient man and throughout the numerous stories from history who knows how much of that is embellished? Let alone how much of it was lost through translation and through various events in history. Still it did leave him feeling a little nervous. Of course he would be damned to show that to the woman sitting in front of him.

It was then she made a clever little remark that garnered a response from him. He looked up at her and with a sarcastic laugh he said, "Heh, that was so funny I nearly forgot to laugh." At this point others might think it prudent of him to react aggressively but in truth Theo didn't care. After all he's heard every lightning and/or electricity pun there is to hear. If he was to become upset every time someone said something his number of victims would be a mile long. Before he could return to giving the cold shoulder he noticed Julia's face contorted into what seem like pain? She then let out a gasp and then quickly went to eating her breakfast. This was confusing to Theo, he didn't do anything as far as he could tell, so then what happened? Was she sick? Maybe but she seemed healthy a second ago.

Out of the ordinary for him, Theo was curious and decided to ask her, "What's wrong?" As he continued to stare at her with a mixture of curiosity and inquisitiveness.

Christian took to fiddling with a hole he found in his jacket as he spoke to Wren. He then gave a modest chuckle when she asked him if he was hiding from someone. "If you mean that someone is everyone then...yeah...," he said with a small smile. He then stopped picking at the whole in his jacket he rubbed his arm from the nudge. "Yeah...I guess that does count now, huh?" He added a bit awkwardly. Christian then watched Wren wave her phone about as she checked her messages. She probably has a bunch of texts and missed calls on that thing.

It started to sadden Christian as he thought about himself. He doesn't own a phone, and why should he? Who would want to call or text him? He's a walking time bomb of repressed homicidal urges! Who knows when he'll become Carnage and go on a mass murder spree? He continued to look longingly at Wren as she scanned over her phone as he let out a melancholic sigh. When she mentioned numerous invites to the dance tomorrow Christian felt even smaller. Yeah, of course no one would invite him, he was surprised Wren did yesterday. He was thankful for that but he isn't sold that one night of social interaction would be enough to change other's opinions about him.

His face turned from one of sadness to surprise when Wren said she wasn't invited to some function with the other girls of the academy. "Really? But I would think someone would want to spend some time with you?" He said almost sounding confused. "Hm." He muttered as he entered into contemplation. Then a bit bashfully he asked, "Well...do you...uh, want to...y'know? Hang out?" He then stared at Wren then down at the floor and then at the hole in his jacket. "I mean! You don't have to if you don't want to...I mean it's stupid I know...I'll be fine with whatever decision you make." He said as he picked at the hole.

Well there it happened... Word vomit all over Nathaniel. Frankie was nervous, obviously. It usually wasn't something she did, asking guys to a dance. She honestly didn't know where this new found courage came from but she was quickly regretting opening her mouth in the first place. Especially when she finally managed to look up towards him only to find him unable to meet her gaze which never meant a good thing.

"Alex asked me... I said yes..."

Frankie felt her heart sink before she finally took a deep breath. She then put on a half hearted smile which would fool no one. "Yeah of course... She's really pretty... and after that kiss last night why not." She mentally kicked herself over saying that and quickly started babbling again to cover it up. "I just didn't want you to go alone and you're not... So that's good and yeah. I'm sure you'll have fun.... and โ€”" She stopped talking. Not knowing what else to say she just turned around and dashed for the door not wanting to say anything else she'd regret.

Once she was out in the hallway she jerked out her phone, her fingers frantically moving across the screen.

To Anasi:
"Meet me at Freddie's room in 10."

Frankie wasted no time making her way through the maze of hallways that was the Descendant Academy to Freddie's room. She wasn't going to wait and be polite enough to knock either. But when she went to open the door it was locked.

"J.A.R.V.I.S. Let me in!"

"Sorry Ms. Parker, I'm afraid Mr. Castle is currently busy. If you wouldn't mind waiting a moment I can notify him that you are here."

"Just let me in."

"Ms. Parkerโ€”"

"You better let me in J.A.R.V.I.S. or I swear to god I'll hack you faster than you can notify Mr. Stark!" She crossed her arms over her chest and started tapping her foot. After a second or two of waiting she heard the door unlock. "Thank you."

Frankie barreled through his room calling out for him, "Freddie!!" It took her a couple minutes to figure out where he was until she heard water running. She grabbed a towel from his closet and let herself into his bathroom. Then in a single swift movement, she yanked open the shower curtain with one hand and tossed him the towel with the other. "You wanted a date for the dance. You got one."

She leaned against a wall crossing her arms over her chest, watching him and waiting. "But if I am going with you, you won't be wearing a single piece of your own clothing... You actually have to look like someone I'd go to the dance with."

Enzo chuckled at Lilith's comment in regards to his rebuttal. But his attention was drawn back towards Kain when he answered his question, "Me? Do I look like the heart breaking type?"

He smirked as Kain rested his elbows upon the table, "Shall I answer that?" He quirked his brow in a very subtle seductive move before taking another bite of food.

"I'll be the first to say, I don't have many boundaries but breaking hearts ain't my style. That said, you never really know." Enzo laughed as he too waved his fork around. "What about yo..?"

Kain was then cut off by the appearance of none other than Junior who took a seat beside him. "Plotting world domination without me?" Enzo sneered distastefully when Junior took a bite of his food. "I'm a bit hurt."

Enzo's gazed drifted over to Kain, "Riddle me this Bullseye. Is it possible to break something that doesn't exist?" He quirked a brow. No doubt he was speaking in regards to Kain asking if he intended to break any hearts. But of course he couldn't blatantly answer with Psycho right next to him.

Junior then continued in his usually narcissism. "Enough people were thinking about me so I thought I'd pop in since we do need to go over our arrangements for being crowned at tomorrow's dance. We are the future world leaders after all."

"So does that mean your free day is gonna be made up of creating your acceptance speech?"

Enzo scoffed. "Speech? This one will just go all Carrie on everyone."

Wren smiled when Christian chuckled at her question. "If you mean that someone is everyone then...yeah..." After she nudged him, he rubbed his arm slightly, "Yeah...I guess that does count now, huh?"

She noticed his expression sadden when she mentioned a swarm of messages in her. Obviously sarcasm but maybe her cynical tone wasn't laid on heavy enough for him to pick up on it. Her brows pulled together in a frown as she tucked away her phone. Her hand hesitantly reaching out towards him but stopping a few inches away from his own. "Hey... I was just kidding." She shrugged her shoulders. "The last text I've gotten was when my dad discovered Tinder." She cracked a slight smile, hoping it'd make him laugh.

When Wren answered his question, Christian seemed a bit confused. "Really? But I would think someone would want to spend some time with you?"

"I'm pretty sure I go from tolerable to annoying in about two seconds for most people. Some people are just so serious." She scrunched up her nose while making a silly face.

"Hm... Well...do you...uh, want to...y'know? Hang out?" She held his gaze until he looked down apparently bashful. Wren couldn't help but smile slightly. "I mean! You don't have to if you don't want to...I mean it's stupid I know...I'll be fine with whatever decision you make."

"Well of course I'd want to!" She spins around to hook her right arm in his left. "After all you are my favorite Dr. Jekyll."

She started to guide him down the hallway thinking for a long moment. Wren then got an idea and quickly spun around to face him. "Obviously going out in public... Not such a good idea." She then held up her index finger, "But! What if I raid that closet of yours again and find you a dapper get up for the dance tomorrow?" Before he could answer she took his hand and started to lead him back to his room. "Good. Because I was going to do it with or without your permission." She glanced back over her shoulder towards him, sticking out her tongue playfully.

Theo looked at Julia a bit dumbfounded when she decided to retort. What was she trying to do? Whatever it was it seemed harmless enough, maybe a bit of fun. Theo wasn't known to be synonymous with fun but he can play if he feels like it. Except he really had no way of responding to the dragon comment. He then eyed her and said, "Don't you mean a dinosaur?" he asked. He was being a bit snarky but it did some what entertain him, which gave him a bit of a smile.

Later on she did inform him the specifics of why she was in pain. He then looked at Julia almost as if he was just violated. Reading him? Just what was that supposed to mean? Theo never understood magic as something real but rather an old explanation of things before Science rose to prominence in Society. Still this school has shown him some odd things that can't be backed by Science but it still bothers him. Of course he's probably not the only one who feels this way. Even so, despite being disturbed he did find her words interesting nevertheless, especially the little tidbit about his own powers.

He never knew his electricity could have any affect on magic users. He assumed the most he could do was fry electronics and machines since they run on electricity. Technology was naturally weak against him but knowing this is very useful. Perhaps he's more of a threat to others than he originally thought. He wouldn't lie, he did worry about people like the Stranges and the Constantines for their powers were odd and inexplicable. But understanding that he could affect them in this way, makes them a little less alien to him. Speaking of Aliens here comes Kari walking into their conversation without any fore warning. It seemed she was asking about a little shopping trip, despite these amazing powers they all possess they still act like normal people.

He then looked up at Julia with a "are you kidding me?" kind of expression. "You assume correctly." He responded sarcastically. Once he thought it was over and done with Alex appears seemingly dragging him back into the fray. He puts down his fork and with a drawn out sigh he looks up to her to say, "First of all, bolts? And Secondly, I'm not going and I have no idea what makes you think I would? If you want a male opinion then try someone else." He said as he looked back at his food. "Besides I'm no expert anyway." He added looking at the trio of women one last time.

"Oh...heh, sorry, sometimes I'm not so good about picking up on things." He admitted. It was a bit sad, he's lost touch with society ever since that night. It's amazing what months and months of solitude can do to you, if it wasn't for going to class he might've become a social neanderthal. As he continued to listen to her speak she seemed quite happy to have someone show some interest in her. She probably gets enough attention but probably not always the good kind. He wish he could relate but he's shown hardly much attention at all. And if he does it's usually from the authorities keeping tabs or it's from...him.

He continued to act a bit shyly but smiled when she agreed to hang out with him. "Alright, cool...uh, not sure what we can do though, guess I'll find something...," he said a bit distracted in his own thoughts. Obviously he wasn't much of a planner, not that he really had to plan for things lately. Not alot of things he had to do anything for lately. Mostly it was just surviving each day without some incident. He hadn't had to think about anything else, let alone hanging out with someone. It was a nice change of pace he just worried it wouldn't last forever.

"Obviously going out in public... Not such a good idea." He shook his head no in agreement. "But! What if I raid that closet of yours again and find you a dapper get up for the dance tomorrow?" "Uhhhhh,...," "Good. Because I was going to do it with or without your permission."

Well it wasn't the most exciting thing he could think of...then again the more exciting options would probably require them to leave the building. Yeah, having Wren sort through his clothing is a much safer option. Still he found it funny, he left his room to do something different but in the end he would return to do that very thing.

"Hi Freddie. How are you? Oh, I'm doing great Frankie." Frankie rolled her eyes, "Jesus, you couldn't wait a couple more minutes or were you that desperate to see me naked?"

She seemed completely unfazed when he removed his towel and began to dress. "Well let's see here... Considering you have no shame and I've been your friend for far too long, I'm fairly used to seeing you in your birthday suit."

"And I swear to God almighty that if you make me wear something flashy... I will hack all of your precious gadgets with pranks that would make J.A.R.V.I.S laugh."

Frankie clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth before pursing her lips and squinting her eyes. "Oh dear lord... You're talking to probably the most modest girl at this damned academy. I'll make you actually look attractive and desirable for once. You should relish in it."

Freddie finished dressing and moved to stand across from her, dramatically letting his head hit the wall. "The shit I do not to get kicked out on my second day... This better be worth making that giant heap of steroids jealous." She shifted uncomfortably, looking away as he rolled his eyes. "You're so lucky you're my best friend."

"I don't know what you're talking about." She lied. Frankie never spoke a word regarding anything relating to Nathaniel but then again she often forgets how transparent she could be. But otherwise she wouldn't bring life to the words and make herself feel more stupid than she already does for trying to ask him to the dance. She scratches her head before shifting towards the entrance of his room. "Let's go. I need a dress, haven't quite decided if I wanna try to turn everyone's heads or blend into the crowd. But yours will be simple... a Tux with a tie that matches my dress." She opened the door but stopped to turn and look towards him, "And a shave... You need a shave."

Enzo looked over towards Junior, "Now where's the fun in writing a speech when you can just set a school on fire to send a message?"

Then he stole another bite of Enzo's food. "I didn't get this for you to eat."

"Carrie was the true artist on how to give a speech." Then there was the laugh. "She had power and covered her enemies in blood. Now that's art. Plus the gym needed a remodeling anyways."

This time when he went to reach for another bite of food, Enzo slammed his fork down landing it between Junior's fingers and stopping his hand from grabbing anything. He glared over at him, "Do it again and I won't miss next time." He dislodged his fork from the table and slammed it into a piece of food before guiding it past his own lips.

"Yeah well I guess we should just be grateful you havenโ€™t developed telekinesis." Enzo chuckled. "See you on the other side, fellas." He waved his fork towards him as he left.

With Enzo's plate empty with help he didn't ask for, he stood up and gathered the trash. As he yawned, his free hand scratched his well formed torso as she shuffled over to the trashcan to toss the items. "Where's your brutish minion? That one hates me nearly as much as he hates you?"

Christian smiled when Wren said she'd spend time with him. "Alright, cool...uh, not sure what we can do though, guess I'll find something..." She chuckled when he tried to reply in the middle of her pushyness. She knows fair well she can be quite... Forward and annoying. Most likely why her phone wasn't teaming with invites to go shopping or be someone's mentally unstable date to the dance.

Surprisingly Wren stayed quiet and somewhat content for a bit as she lead Christian by the arm back through the halls and towards his room. "I think I may be having a negative effect on you." She looks over at him smiling. "Within 24 hours I've gotten you out of your room, joining a party and playing spin the bottle... Now I find you roaming the halls on your own, and actually letting me to convince you without much argument to go to a dance?"

They arrived back to Christian's room, which she of course let herself into. She made her way back to his room and began to finger through his clothes. She stopped on a shirt and was looking it over when he thoughts over came her. Wren glanced over her shoulder towards him, "I'm being pushy aren't I?" Her body turned to face him, "You don't have to go if you don't want... And you don't have to waste a perfectly good day humoring me so that I'm not sitting alone in my room." Wren was happy he was actually trying to do things. No matter what he had going on, no one should live their life in fear of their own shadow. But she also knows she is quite abrupt and changeful.

She smiled slightly towards him while shrugging her shoulders. "I'm a lot to handle." Wren laughed as she brushed her hair back behind her ears. She was just trying to help and from the best of her knowledge she hadn't her him explicitly say he wasn't going to go to the dance. But then again she could be wrong in just assuming. Either way, she decided it best to let him choose what he planned to do... Then change course if need be.

Theo looked towards Julia as she continued onward about the dance tomorrow. It was true he did have to wash some dishes for his tardiness but that still didn't make him warm up to the idea of actually going to this thing. Even so he did come to have an understanding of what Julia is trying to say. They all will have fun with or without him, normally this wouldn't be something he cared about. Yet he wouldn't get a thing out of it if he didn't go, he would be sitting around doing such a boring, menial task as dish washing. With no one else to help him because the others assigned to this duty will enjoy themselves before hand, he's sure of it.

Julia did continue to make the idea of attending a little more enticing. Which he found it odd she would got out of her way to make it more easier for him to come. Buy a suit for him? That sounded odd and he never thought anyone would spend any money on him. He then looked around the cafeteria and then he thought about how tired he was of seeing the same surroundings. Perhaps getting out once and a while would be good for him...he definitely could use the change of scenery. "Fine...I'm feeling bored anyway and seeing you guys try and convince Kumiko might be entertaining." He said with a smirk.

He got up and decided to place his food away in the trash as he left the tray and dishes for the staff to collect. He then returned to the group of girls and said ,"Well, let's hurry up and get this over with...I don't want to spend all day in some boutique. Oh and if any of you ask me for my opinion, don't get upset with me if you don't like what you hear." He said bluntly. He isn't the kind of guy to lie and sugar coat things. Nope you'll get the brutal honest truth from him and nothing else.

Christian sat down as Wren entered his apartment milling about for some clothing in his closet. He then looked over to her and spoke, "What you said earlier about you having a negative effect on me...well, do you really think so?" He asked. "Because I don't. Besides, I'm not one for arguments anyway...and, well, I don't feel like arguing with you ...I don't see any point in it, since I don't mind." Christian continued as she stopped to look at him. He hoped he hadn't said anything weird but then she asked if she was the one bothering him.

"Huh?" Christian blinked his eyes at this. "No, no, of course not. I don't think you're being pushy...if anything you actually care enough to show me some attention." He responded thoughtfully. Which is true he doesn't get much attention from anyone so it's nice to have that feeling. "As for the dance...well, I don't know if I should go. It was a reward for those who showed up during the simulations...I didn't go because it's dangerous for myself and others when I'm placed in a perilous situation. From what I heard, the simulations they placed you guys into was real. If I was in one of those rooms with a partner, then I would be terrified for my partner's life. That's why I wasn't there...I was excused, but even though I had an excuse, I'm not sure if it feels right going since I didn't take that risk." Christian spoke as he looked down at the ground.

He then scratched his head, "Uh, sorry guess I'm kind of ruining the moment. You go on ahead and keep looking through those clothes, I don't want you to stop." He said with a half smile. He seemed pretty well off at the moment. He did genuinely enjoyed Wren's company and her rifling through his closet. He didn't have a mind for fashion and was happy someone else did. For the first time in long while he felt normal.

"Normal? Ha!" A voice echoed within his mind. "That's cute...you really do believe that don't you?" Soon the visage of Cletus Kasady was hanging over his shoulder whispering in his ear. Christian tensed up in that moment, feeling fearful of what might happen next. "Surprised to see me?" Cletus asked as he walked before him.

"What are you doing here!?" He excalimed.
"Well let's see...I'm stuck in your head so where else would I be?" Cletus sardonically laughed.
"You know what I mean." He responded angrily.

"Well My little social butterfly...you thought so much about the kind of day you would have with Miss Chatty here that you forgot to take you're medicine!" Cletus then gasps tauntingly. "Oh yes, now you remember don't you? Well that's a good thing, it looks like I'm needed here."

"And why would I ever need you?" He spat.
"Poor boy your obliviousness astounds me! Can't you see it?" Cletus asked.
"See what!?" Cletus then reaches over and pushes his gaze towards Wren.
"That!"
"What about her?"
"Look at her my boy, look at the little idiot. She's so eager to go through your closet to pick out some cute little outfit to show you off in." He spoke mockingly.
"Don't."
"Don't what?"
"Call Wren an idiot."
"Ooh, were on a first name basis already? Hehehe, and why the Hell not? Wait a minute, you actually think she's your friend?" Cletus about bowled over laughing his head off. "No, she isn't your friend child. Just look at her! She doesn't see you as that, none of them do!"
"You're wrong!"
"Oh I am, am I? Why? Because you two shared an itsy bitsy little kiss!?!? News flash! It was a fuckin' game! It didn't mean anything!"
"Yes it did!"
"It meant shit! And you know it!"
"SHUT UP!!"
"Listen here son, I'm trying to impart some fatherly advice here!"
"Shut up! I'm not your son!"
"You are my son...and you're going to listen to me, because believe it or not, I care about you. That girl over there...she doesn't like you, if anything you're her new little toy."
"It's not like that."
"It is, my fuckin' God! Look at what's she's doing to you! She's trying to dress you up like some little doll to show off to all her friends. Oh look girls! I got the psycho to play dress up, isn't he cute!? He actually thinks he's one of us!"
"No...no, you're wrong....you're wrong..."
"I'm not because deep in your heart you know it's true." Cletus spoke as he poked Christian in the chest.
"C'mon son! For once take the gifts I gave you and rip her pretty little head off!"
"No! I won't do it!"
"Do it! Do as I say! RIP THAT LITTLE FUCKIN' BITCH'S HEAD OFF!!!"
"NO!"
"IN FACT! LET'S RIP ALL THEIR FUCKIN' HEADS OFF!!!"

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" He screamed as he ran past Cletus clearly upset. He then reached for his bedside drawer as he opened it and took out a needle. He then jammed into his arm releasing the medicine given to him to help combat the Symbiote's influence. "You wound me son, but not as much as she's going to do to you. You'll see, when she's done with you she'll toss you away like garbage...then you'll understand. That the one person you've been searching for, the one who would make all your troubles go away, was here all along. For now, keep living in your little fantasy world....Parker's medicine can't keep me at bay forever....I'm growing stronger and stronger and stronger still. Soon our day will come...and you will carry on my legacy, whether you want to...or not....," His voice trailed off as Cletus faded away. Christian dropped the needle on the ground as he stood there quietly and trembling.
