Appearance: Boss is an imposing looking man with hardened features and very pale skin. His greying hair is cut extremely short and he has a prominent widow’s peak. His thick grey eyebrows sit comfortably above his ovular blue eyes and his greying Garibaldi beard is well groomed. He has very thick powerful arms and a generally powerful build but, thanks to his exceeding age, he is very slowly developing a bit of a belly. When not on duty he wears free flowing clothes and sandals. As an Admiral of Oceanus Squalus, he possesses the corresponding tattoos: three black bands around each wrist, black bands around the proximal phalanges of each finger and thumb, a black Norse sunwheel in the centre of his right palm and a black Norse swastika in the centre of left palm and inch-thick black lines, resembling snake fangs, above and below each eye. He has an Ægishjálmr permanently tattooed on his nape, showing her has successfully undergone Blóðgnæfa.

Personality: Ignatius is known for his extreme professionalism, so much so that almost everyone that knows him calls him “Boss”. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced man and his etiquette and manners are of a high level. Boss is a very outspoken person and carries himself with an air of unyielding authority; despite this he will never underestimate or undermine a person regardless of their rank or background. While generally a welcoming presence he is also quite firm and severely frowns upon insubordination.

History: Boss was born into a very prestigious military family along with an older brother and sister and two younger brothers and grew up in a relatively happy childhood. He joined Oceanus Squalus a decade after his older brother died in a smaller war against Condellium and vowed to become one of the heads of the military so he could protect his family and the citizens of the continent. Several years ago he followed in his older sister’s footsteps and became an Admiral of Oceanus Squalus while she retired and became a full-time government member.

Other Info: Boss is right handed and a very good cook. He has encountered Urami Hyato twice in the past, once as a Lieutenant and again as a Vice-Admiral.

Combat Prowess and Powers: In his prime he was known as “Gunner” because of his extreme skill in wielding heavy artillery and large firearms with relative ease. He excels greatly in the use of projectile based weaponry whether it be a firearm, crossbow, cannon etc. and is known for his very accurate marksmanship; his skill has only become more refined with age. He is comfortable without weaponry and can hold his own unarmed against above average opponents; however he is not as physically powerful or agile as he once was due to age, so he now relies on his weapons more than ever. In battle he generally uses a RPG-29 tandem-charge PG-29V and on hand he carries with him a Barrett M107 sniper rifle. Prior to Blóðgnæfa, Boss could press just under 0.5 tonnes and could reach speeds of around 25 mph; after Blóðgnæfa (in his prime), Boss could press just over 2 tonnes and reach speeds of around 35 mph. Naturally, he is an extremely powerful swimmer, an apt navigator and a wily sea warrior.
