Appearance: Marina has fair skin, short unstyled dark brown hair, large cold-looking blue eyes, a nose stud and a line of piercings on her left eyebrow. She also has lines of piercings and a fang-shaped earring on both ears and wears light blue lipstick that matches her light blue nails. Some would say she has a ‘Russian’ look about her. Marina has a very lithe figure with surprisingly large, but still proportional, hips. Instead of her left arm, she has a fully-functioning prosthetic arm made entirely out of machinery that begins from and is fused to her left shoulder.
As a Vice-Admiral of Oceanus Squalus, she possesses the corresponding tattoos: three black bands around each wrist, black bands around the proximal phalanges of each finger and thumb, a black Norse sunwheel in the centre of his right palm and a black Norse swastika in the centre of left palm and a single inch-thick black line, resembling a snake fang, above and below her left eye.

Personality: Marina is generally a quiet person, speaking when spoken to, and only speaking of her own volition when she needs to. She keeps herself to herself and while not strictly introvert she prefers the company of her family over anything else. Marina has a very authoritative persona when on duty and on the battlefield and commands respect above anything else; however she is socially awkward.

Birthplace and Residence: Vetus Domem Glacies, Procellium Oceanus
History: She was born to an abusive mother and ill father. Shortly after her birth, her parents moved ashore and found themselves living in Maeror. After her father died, at the age of six, both her and her little brother were ostracised by their mother and made to suffer. This was due to her and her sibling being Dreamers while their mother wasn’t. The abuse reached breaking point and at the tender age of seventeen she fled with her brother and soon found her way back to Procellium Oceanus; to this day Marina still doesn’t know why her mother didn’t turn her and her brother in for being Dreamers. Unfortunately, her brother fell ill during their trip and died before they reached Procellium Oceanus. After passing the entry test into the military after the third attempt (at a more experienced age of 24), she excelled and quickly moved up the ranks until she reached her current position, which she has held for less than a few weeks. Eleven years prior, she lost her left arm in a freak accident during a routine scouting mission.

Other Info: Marina does not waste food, no matter how bad it tastes, and thoroughly dislikes anyone that does (temporarily anyway). She has developed a tolerance against spoiled food, mostly due to her time living in Maeror.

Combat Prowess and Powers: Marina is an above average athlete and is very enduring but excels mostly in the use of evasive techniques and manoeuvres which is aided by her immense agility. Although she mostly prefers to use her Dreamer powers in all forms of combat she can proficiently use small firearms. While not as strong a swimmer as other officers in Oceanus Squalus, she is proficient enough to have passed the entrance exam. She is a capable navigator and submarine pilot.
As a Dreamer, Marina has the power to create varying constructs made of machinery from her body (providing there are viable materials present). She can construct things like drills, cannons, shields, guns, platforms etc. and what she constructs is really only limited by her imagination. Marina excels in constructing fully functional mechanical limbs from her body. Although making her constructs is relatively simple, she must concentrate greatly to be able to properly control them. While others regularly assume that she has magnetic powers, Marina asserts that her powers do not function in such a manner.
