They are the most heavily militaristic of the non-militaristic nations. This redundancy stems from the fact that more than half of their military defected when the Exercitus Ludicii was formed, and thus nearly every one of their citizens - save for the children and elderly - was drafted into the service.
Their land is heavily industrialized, with next to no vegetation within their borders. The mechanical overtake of the land has turned Condellium into somewhat of a prison to its citizenry, leaving a bitter taste in the mouths of all that live there.
It is cloudy almost constantly, and rains often, only ever letting up in the winter when it snows.
