"Hey"

Adie turned around and saw another teen standing in the door. "Hello." she eyed the newbie curiously, "I'm Adie. What's your name?" she asked. 'Why so many new recruits lately...?' she wondered to herself. She kinda liked the looks of this one, tough and not afraid to get stuff done. She made sure Saeword was occupied with something else before walking over to this guy. "So, you a tough guy?" she asked, slightly threatning, but amused at the same time. She new exactly what she was about to do. Her pale brown eyes looked up at him, waiting to see his reaction.

Haytham felt the room eyeing him. He spoke to the young girl in front of him with a mimicry of happiness.

"Names Haytham. What's yours?" He said in a bland tone, trying to mimic the happy, go-lucky demeanor that most of the experiments seemed to have. He looked around, at the other people trapped inside this facility. They all seemed, too young to be a part of this world.

"I guess we'll see in the practice hall" Haytham thought to himself, as he greeted them all with a classic fake smile and some encouraging words. There was no need for them to know what he was really like, not yet. He questioned each about their element, wondering what kind of tricks they could come up with.

“I say, my good boy, cheer up, you sour puss indeed!”

Abbo looked to the blonde haired boy before forced a smile on his features. A second or two after, he even chuckled a little in an amusing tone. “Look, I am cheered up. Happy?”

“Yes. Much happier.” Saeword smiled along with her brother.

“Hey”

At that moment the siblings heard another unfamiliar voice. Turning round on their seats they saw another figure enter the room, an older boy by the looks of it, who quickly caught everyone’s attention. It wasn’t long before the brother and sister watched as Addie and Blake greeted the male. The siblings eyed the strange figure curiously from where they sat at the table. He didn’t seem like the average person they came across in the facility and there was something about him that didn’t settle too well with them. Saeword decided to remain beside Abbo, though offered a friendly wave in the direction of the newcomer with an equally warming smile.

Luckily, the discomfort embedded with the meeting was not entirely that bad. His eyes trailed off as he contained himself to only watch Adie and...Haytham, was it? Converse. He placed his arm in an L-shaped form and rested his other's arm's elbow on it. He sighed, absent-mindly tilting his head to the side with with a finger, only for his head to come back to its upright position. Continuing to play with his head, he frowned a bit to the thought of him being a bit fake with Haytham. Maybe he was being a bit judgmental by the others appearance. "Practice Hall? Do they tell ya to test them out alrea--"

Criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

His eyes widened at that, placing his arms down in a flash. The abrupt halt to his sentence left him silent as the door opened wide; two guards and a scientist entering in a slow pace. The man in the pure white lab-coat scanned the area around him before fixitating his eyes on the group.

"Finish up. Your schedule for the Practice Hall is nearing. "

Criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

Seaword nearly jumped in surprise to the sudden noise. Though she had heard it before it always caught her off guard at the best of times. Turning her head she watched as a group of adults entered the room at that moment and looked over the area.

“Finish up. Your schedule for the Practice Hall is nearing.”

Abbo sighed. ”Oh joy.” He was feeling particularly lazy at that point though knew he ought to move himself. It wasn’t long before Seaword grabbed him by the arm and pulled him onto his feet as she stood up from her seat. She offered him a smile of encouragement.

“Come on, we must go. It will be fun!” Dragging the boy along the girl made her way over towards the door before coming to a sudden halt. She watched everyone else who were getting ready to leave for the Practice hall.

“Finish up. Your schedule for the Practice Hall is nearing.”
Wicca jumped in surprise Are we going to practice using our powers? she thought to herself I wonder what kind of powers I got. She watched everyone getting ready to leave before wiping dirt off her peasant dress

Turning around to pick up the rest of the fries and threw it into his mouth along gulping the rest of his bottle's content, he walked over to a nearby trashcan with his tray to dump remaining contents. He walked back and placed the now empty tray on the table and clapped his hands hard to remove any dust, salt, or any of the sort.

”Oh joy.”

His head perked to Abbo as apparent sarcasm dripped down along with those words. But to Blake, he was well excited-- childish excitement to say. "Yeah, dude! Isn't using your powers fun to do? Don't be such a lazy bum!" He grinned, walking away now from the table, standing now beside Wicca who was busy watching the rest of them as well as dusting her dress. "So uh, Wicca! I assume that they fired you with that weird gadget gizmo thingie before coming here in the canteen, eh? Can't wait to try them out?"

"eh? Can't wait to try them out"
Wicca looked up and him and smiled "Indeed I do, They never told me what power I have I guess i just have to find out" grinning and not realizing she took his hand "Can you show me the way to the lab?". She glanced down and noticed she held his hand, embarrassed she blushed and let go. "Oh I'm s-sorry that was um how do you say, Silly of me?".

He waited for a reply, in which it soon came afterwards.

"Indeed I do. They never told me what power I have. I guess I just have to find out."

Perhaps unbeknowst to her, Wicca herself grabbed his hand with a grin at him. "Can you show me the way to the lab?" Eyes never leaving his hand, he nodded to reply. "I take it you're ready by the way you're holding my hand, it seems!" He chuckled, seeing her now glancing at it and let go quite quickly. "Oh! I'm s-sorry!! That was, um, how do you say, silly of me?" He shook his head with another chuckle, taking her hand and shaking it gently up and down. "Please don't worry! I'm kinda chill with it really!" Reassuring her, the man in white coughed to get their attention, tapping his wrist that had a watch.

Turning his head to Abbo, Saeward, and Adie, he raised a brow and mouthed the words "Should we go now or something? Everyone's ready?" before nodding quickly at the scientist. "U-Uh! Yes sir! Just a second!"

The scientist raised a brow, clearing his throat afterwards and nodded as to signal everyone to leave. Only a grin remained for Wicca to ease her mind about holding his hand. 'I mean, psh-- Mom does that all the time!'' He spoke at his brain, seeing really no wrong to it. Noticing now the action of Adie, walking towards the door in a quick pace, made him stiffle a little chuckle.

"You look like you want to ignite those fiery engines as soon as we get there, Adie!"

Just to check up on everyone else, he turned his head slightly to a certain angle to see Abbo and Saeword just right next to them. "How about you, guys? I wanna see Saeword pull of that flood you were talking about! And Abbo? I think I-I'm convinced your power's good already. No need to test your body defense. Hehe, yep....."

“Oh, uh… well… we will see.” Saeword sheepishly giggled in response to the boy, attempting not to appear too nervous at the thought of using her own powers. “Let’s just hurry along, shall we? Come along.” Pulling her brother along, Saeword and Abbo continued to make their way to the Practice Hall. They noticed Adie hurry along ahead of the group, presumably due to her evident eagerness that the twins had picked up on earlier. Although, once arrive at the Hall themselves, the siblings couldn’t help but noticed the burn markings on the floor.

”You couldn’t wait, could you?” Abbo remarked towards Adie in a friendly manner. A moment or so later, after the blonde boy arrived, he faced Blake and continued teasingly, ”You sure you do not wish to go against me? You never know… you might win.”

Saeword remained clinging to Abbo’s arm, cuddling against her brother in a somewhat shy manner. “Abbo, stop teasing him.” She muttered and poked the her siblings arm. “No one can beat you. Well, except me, I can. But I am your sister.”

"I might..."

He heard that along with little laughter. To this, he can only nod as he watched Adie opening the doors of the Practice quite excitedly. "Well, the 'might' be a yes, perhaps." Now, as expectantly and giddy as he could be, his eyes traced the new performance of Adie: creating a huge human-sized whopper of a fire-ball and extinguished it greatly. He grinned wide, observing the new decoration of this plain room; a scorch mark. Seriously, in all due respect, everyone seems to be so cool to him with these array of powers. He can't wait to see the others!

”You sure you do not wish to go against me? You never know… you might win.”


He placed his hands up in defense and shook his head a bit too quickly, quick chatter of a laugh came about. "Haven't you heard 'better safe than sorry', bro? Yeah, I do hope you know of that!" He exclaimed, pausing in that funny position. Blake looked over to Abbo though, his hand tingling in temptation to try and to do the action of actually punching. But a possible broken hand may not be a good offer in his side. With the tingling sensation still there, he squinted at his own hand quite bitterly and shook it mercilessly before placing both his hands down.

“Abbo, stop teasing him. No one can beat you. Well, except me, I can. But I am your sister.”

His head was slightly turned to another direction to notice Saeword holding onto his arm. "Y-Yeah! You go say it, Saeword!" He sighed, quite embarrassed after the whole ordeal. He can be such a sissy sometimes and its hard to actually admit that. With blowing bits of his bangs away from the frame of his face, annoyed, he rolled up his jacket's sleeves and placed his hands on his waist with a small little 'humph'! "Okay,you guys. We better start practicing since Adie's getting the fun out of it!" He turned to the latter and waved his arms at her, running at her direction. "Hey hey! You better wait for us!"

“Haven't you heard 'better safe than sorry', bro? Yeah, I do hope you know of that!”

Abbo merely gave a light shrug and reassured the boy with a smile, “Perhaps your right.”

“Okay,you guys. We better start practicing since Adie's getting the fun out of it!”

The brother and sister gave a slight nod to each other before watching as the male hurried along and over towards Adie. Pausing for a moment or so, mainly due to Saeword who wasn’t feeling as confident at that point, the siblings gradually made their way over towards Blake and Adie.

”You ought to practice,” Abbo said softly as he gave Saeword a gentle nudge. ”You wont get any better.”

“I know, I know. Do not remind me…” The girl sighed a little, her hold on her brother slowly loosening until her hands eventually dropped to her sides. With this, Abbo decided to take a few steps away from his sister and allowing her more space to practice.

As Saeword stood she slowly brought both arms up and held them out in front of her, stretching her hands out widely as she tried to focus her thoughts. Wiggling her fingertips a little a few drops of water dribbled to the ground, though nothing else seemed to emerge from her hands. Seeing this, the girl stood with a somewhat defeated expression. It took a moment or two before she realized that a small pool of water lay beside her feet, and quickly acknowledged that rather than creating the water from her hands as she was attempting to do, she had accidentally created the water through her feet, which seemed to happen a lot. Over the course of a few minutes the water continued to spread across the ground before soon evaporating when Saeword managed to gain some control over it.

“Why does this always happen.” She sighed to herself in disbelief. “Just when I thought I was improving.”

Abbo sighed and shook his head a little. “Not again.”

After arriving at his destination, he bent down a little bit, hands to knees and all as if tired. He puffed up quite a bit and contemplated how far away was Adie away from the three of them in the first place. Wheeewie! He stood up once more, quite properly now to observe Adie who was looking at herself quite pleased with her fire creation. "Y' seem to indulge yourself in this much, huh?" He raised a brow with a slight chuckle. "Alright, be back in a minute and--" He said so tiredly as he jogged back to Abbo and Saeword. Something tells him that apparantly, he would have to do this routine more than once to see everybody perform their thing. He was excited to see Wicca's too! Along with Rick and Alexis of course!

Huffing as he ran, he went over to them, not seeing the puddle of water between the twins. He called out to them after." Hey guys! Performed anything awesome ye--?"

Whoosh

Oops.

"Iyaaaah!" He screamed, well it sounded like a scream at least, as he was flipped back, a slip, caught in mid air for a few seconds before laying his back against the ground with a 'thud' along with a soaked jacket. The water dispersed from under Saeword as Blake groaned slightly, rubbing the sides of his body if not the back. "O-Okay, that hurts....."

Though the pain bothered him very much, given he had such a terrible limit on how much damage could there be for it to start to hurt, he threw the problem off his shoulders for a short while to witness Adie pulling off a wonderful pyro display. Flames that emitted from her hands danced and flickered all around, burning whatever's in its way. But what caught his attention the most, okay! Scratch that. What caught his ears' attention the most was the sound of an explosion.

Oopsie dasies.

Please, duck for cover.

With another scream of his, the voice of fear pierced through the now smoky area. In truth, once the clouds of 'something-went-wrong' wavered in the air, disappearing into nothing, you can find him crouching in the ground like Sonic would do before doing his spin dash, hands over head too. "H-Hey! Are you sure with what you're doing h-here...!?" He asked, trembling just a tiny bit. He stopped his blathering sooner when he noticed the funny sight of her hair being burnt slightly.

"Haha.....jackpot!"

With a silent evil smile, he crept over to Adie, her back facing him. He took off his soaking jacket and.......

"Extinguish!"

He yelled in glee, slapping the dripping jacket over her head, letting the water flow down to her face. He believed that some steam was actually present on contact.....Ooh. In a second, he dashed over behind the twins wide a wide grin.
