4 years had gone, yet the lingering damage the war had caused was visible in all areas of the wizarding world. Families were grieving, Aurors were resigning and the ministry was doing their best to upkeep the country in this current state.
The numbers of the Aurors were rapidly declining. Banks like Gringotts and Zolotosereb and schools like Durmstrang, Mahoutokoro and of course Hogwarts were still recovering and the trauma that the Second Wizarding War had inflicted changed it drastically. The Ministry was introducing harsher punishments and stricter security which defeated the purpose of having Guardians and Aurors.
Until one gloomy day, Sybill Trelawney had her third prophecy. The return of the Dark Lord.
“The defeat of the Dark Lord is ephemeral, for the Cranium Scepter will bring his return with the donation of the one who reigned before him...
The shards of the hallow of death buried in the forbidden grounds will be rooted inside of the Cranium Scepter, for it is the true way alongside the skull to achieve the resurrection of the Dark Lord on the foot of the marble tombstone...‟
The last remaining three Death Eaters were running out of time. Investigations were slowly pointing to them, but they were able to concoct a deadly plan to assemble the 'Cranium Scepter' after they had snuck into the meeting that discussed the meaning of Sybill Trelawney's third prophecy. Before any ministry officials could seize the materials needed to revive He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and seize the three traitors that snuck into the meeting, three hooded figures were spotted outside Hogwarts grounds.
Barely 2 weeks after, Azkaban was attacked and partially destroyed. An army of Inferi was storming the prison, incapacitating the guards and freeing the few Death Eaters that survived the Battle of Hogwarts. The following battle ensued as ministry officials arrived at the scene, killing many of the fleeing prisoners.
The minister of magic Kingsley Shacklebolt had to assemble a team of Aurors and wizards to protect the already vulnerable ministry. 'Hallowlight' fought off various Death Eater attacks and managed to retrieve the skull of Gellert Grindelwald from the remnants of Nurmengard, the supposed final step to create the 'Cranium Scepter'.
A field leader of the team, Finn Langley, world-renowned young duelist and one of the few remaining Aurors, said this when being asked about fighting off the threat:
“The wizarding world will always have threats. It's an eternal malediction, a candle that will never go out. It will burn forever, for violators and perpetrators who choose to commit crimes will always be abundant in this world, but if we don't fight back, the safety we all share will be lost and the world will inevitably fall. With the abundance of violators, there will always be an abundance of heroes.‟

If you need help with wand material or patronuses, I suggest these pages for wand material and for patronuses; searching the MBTI type of your character along with patronus. 1. Nothing that transcends beyond the ruleset. That applies to godmodding or metagaming unless your character is confirmed to know.
2. Please, no drama in the discord server or in OOC in general. Discussions are fine, though arguments or fights OOC are not allowed. Do that in your DMs, or don't at all.
3. If you'd like to reserve a charry, passwords have to be filled out before you try to get a character in the discussion. The first password: Basic stuff. FC (along with a 500x500 image), hex code and the codename for the charry.
4. If you have to go on leave or if you have to quit the RP, please message me beforehand. A departure without warning will lead to your character being removed after 2 weeks of inactivity.
5. Reservations either in the discord or in the OOC thread.
6. Adult themes are expected. If you're uncomfortable with that, I would suggest not partaking in this roleplay.
7. Keep in mind that the characters are young, talented wizards. Age range: 20-23.
8. The second password is one (or as an option, two) of the major skills. Your major skills are proficiencies or special abilities. Keep in mind that your character has to have a unique major attribute. We don't want duplicate special abilities. Example:
