People with psychic like abilities have appeared through out the world are they a threat to the safety of the world. The largest concentration being the city of Utopia

Every one in ten people have some form of psychic powers. The powers vary from person to person but can all be broken down into certain groups, Pyros, Seers, brutes, and so on. However around the time of the appearances of the Psychics which are referred to as Omega's by the people a meteor crashed into North America creating a tear in the earth known as the void. Any Psychic that steps foot in the Void there power is greatly raised. But Seers (those who can see into the future) must be careful here for they can not control the flow of visions here and will either go insane or die from the flow of energy. There are also Artifacts that can raise certain powers along with Tattoos to help focus the energy.

Every one is not for the powers that the Omegas carry. One such group is the Order of Shadows. This group believes in the elimination of the Psychics. They have access to certain Items that allow them to be immune to the powers of the Psychics. The Shadows follow the lead of a man named Azreal.

Though the Order of Shadows due have reason for their hate. A group of Psychics known as Seekers who follow the orders of a man by the name of Architect. This unknown man is pushing the world to a unknown future. He claims to be a man of peace but sends his men to kill those who's futures don't line up with his goals. They will kill anyone who stands in their way even children.

Among the Omega there is a group who want to be rid of their powers and have established the group Asylum. Their goal is a cure to stop the powers but claim to only help those who want to be rid of the powers. Rumors have spread saying they are forcing their idea of a cure on others. Director Young founder of the Asylum carries many secrets with him.

There is one omega who has become famous and is known as the void-watcher. He is a seer who saw every timeline at once and did not become insane or die his past and future are unknown to all but him. Though it is known he is against the Seekers
