Introduction
There are two possible paths in this story: Village life or a journey with a caravan.
Fixed characters:
Former princess Haria of Vale (citizen name Haria Vale)
Usually wears a knee-length dress, a hunting coat, boots and a collar with a locket (with a picture of her mother in it)
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Occupation: Gatherer/Scavenger
Height: 1,71 meters
Hair color: Red
Eye color: Green
Personality: Shy, sometimes insecure, happy-go-lucky when she comes out of her shell, hard to anger
Equipment: A hunting bow (for assisting her father), a sickle (for gathering), a herb bag, a canteen of water (or brandy depending on season)
Former king Aris of Vale (citizen name Aris Vale)
Rather androgynous for his age. Usually wears pants, boots, a vest and a fur coat.
Age: 48
Gender: Male
Occupation: Hunter/Furrier
Height: 1,82 meters
Hair color: Brown
Eye color: Green
Personality: Confident, talkative, jolly, yet is careful what he says around people, he makes a tough impression though, seems not so badly affected by his poverty
Equipment: Hunting bow or hunting rifle, canteen of ale, jerky, a short blade
Vale: Vale is a small country that is mostly covered by forests. Hunting, gathering and gardening are most prevalent due to the country's culture. Most roads are dirt and early motor vehicles traverse these. Some wider paved roads exist, but mostly between towns and cities. Houses are more like stone cottages and mills can be found along rivers.
Starting point: The village of Trois Riviers (Three Rivers). Population: 750
Places in Trois Riviers
Jocq's Tavern: A place where villagers including Aris hang out to drink and tell stories of their best hunts.
The Market: Where the daily village market takes place. The villages main localities border the market.
Harrie's Workshop: Harrie will repair anything for the right price. By the way, Harrie is female.
Village Hall: The main event building and the office of the village mayor.
General store: Tanny sells stuff you can't get from the market, like tobacco or manufactured supplies.
Doc's: The village doctor's office. The doctor may be a bit unorthodox, but she will heal you quicker than most other doctors can.
Outta-Town vehicles: Need to travel greater distances or need a bicycle to get around town? Come here. Jean (John) has a decent selection of vehicles.
RP Tech level: 1920s to 1930s tech mixed with pre-industrial elements. Village is a bit hillbilly-ish. So bad dental work and simpletons aren't that rare.
