Name: Lira Dashwillow
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Eyes: Vivid blue
Hair: Purple
Height: 5'3
Weight: 100lbs
Skin/tattoos/piercings: Her skin is a soft peachy orange color. Her tongue, nose, ears, and belly button are pierced, and she has tattoos all over her stomach, back, and arms.
Physique: Most believe that Lira is small, weak, and fragile. They think that if you touch her she'd break like a twig and a lot say she's a delicate flower. Oh how wrong they are! She may be little, but Lira is strong and fast due to having a small obsession with running and keeping fit. Yes most in the Capitol just stay fit by having surgery which she could easily come by with her father being a doctor, but she refuses to have that done. She wants to stay fit the old fashion way and it seems this might pay off a little.
Skills: Due to Lira's running to work out, she's become an excellent and fast runner. She also is good at climbing things and hiding due to always hiding from her mom who wanted to experiment on her hair. She's never really had experience with weapons, but when she was hounded she had a toy bow and arrow and had excellent aim with that so she might try using a bow in the Games.
Personality: Lira is a pistol. She's hot headed, sarcastic, and witty. Shel be very blunt with you and tell you her exact thoughts about you. She has a short temper and gets rather violent when she's mad. Her thoughts on being in the games is that she deserves this, that the whole Capitol deserves this. She doesn't believe that she'll win the games and knows she'll die, but she's not going to go out without a fight.
History: Lira is the daughter of a well-known doctor in the Capitol and a stylist for the Hunger Games so Lira has been well acquainted with the Hunger Games her whole life. Growing up she never really understood the Hunger Games and did not enjoy watching kids like her die. She never voiced any of her thoughts and opinions on it, though, in fear she would be considered a traitor. When Katniss won the Hunger Games the first time around is when Lira began to have her first worries. She knew this small act of holding the berries up would be the spark of a rebellion. She knew things wouldn't end well and she knew that the Capitol would suffer and be brought down. She even called the rebels putting the Capitol children through what their children had to go through and she thought that they even deserved it. Still on the day of the reaping she felt dread when her name was called, but refused to show fear.
