Hearing the door open Aislinn stood up and turned around. Seeing Halvard, Aislinn sighed knowing that he was displeased with her. "Halvard I'm sorry. I know you're mad but I had to come." While she spoke Aislinn kept eye contact with her teacher. She knew better than to back down and it was in her nature not to. Aislinn kept her expression calm she hoped that he wouldn't be to harsh.

Walking up to Aislinn, Halvard gave her an irritated look, "You could have left a note telling your teacher where you were going. Especially when you have piano lessons." Crossing his arms over his chest he glanced to Velcar then back to Aislinn, "We'll have another talk on a different subject later, but since we're here and there is a piano how about those lessons once the matter at hand is settled." He turned to face Velcar and placed his hand over his chest and bowed half way, "If that is alright with you that is."

Velcar waved his hand toward the piano and nodded. "Of course, Halvard." His voice was smooth and calm. "We love music just as anyone else, and it seems that she has been disobedient." A small smile played against his lips as he moved away from the statue of Jesus toward the far corner. I will inform others that there is a human in our mists, that way no one will bother the two of you." His eyes scanned the room before stopping on Draygon.

"Yes..." Draygon nodded his head lightly, before walking toward Aislinn. "Let me show you to your room, Milady. And once you've settled in we can make the proper preperations to make it a little more to your liking." His voice was soft, sweet, and charming, but not, nearly as luring as his twin brother Deacon, who was now positioned in the front row next to Jonathan with his eyes glued on Halvard. They both had their orders, along with the rest of the coven, who were still in their homes below the large church. It was not very formal to have the whole coven meet one vampire, at least in Velcar's mind. She'd meet them when she pass them, or spent more time around the home. Waiting for her reply, Draygon held his hand out for her to follow him.

Aislinn sighed, "Halvard you really are out to punish me. You know I haven't had to play for others in awhile." Running her fingers through her hair she looked over to the piano, "What song shall I play tonight?" Looking back towards her teacher she did her best to keep her sarcasm to a minimal. Walking over to the piano Aislinn sat down and ran her fingers over the keys waiting for her teacher.

Halvard shook his head and nodded his thanks to Velcar. Following Aislinn he stood next to the piano and looked at her, "Play the song you were suppose to practice. Moonlight Sonata mvt. 1." Seeing her nod, Halvard kept his eyes on Aislinn as she began to play. The notes began to surround him as his prized pupil began to play.

Not being able to control it, Aislinn became lost in the music and began to sway with the song. This was one of her favorites and was glad that Halvard asked her to play this one instead of Fantasy Impromptu. At least with this song I can feel at peace while it lasts.

"Let me show you to your room, Milady. And once you've settled in we can make the proper preperations to make it a little more to your liking." Draygon said in a charming voice. He lifted his hand out towards me but I didn't take it. I stood up, my muscles relaxed. I saw Deacon staring at Halvard as Draygon led me to my room. Jonathon sat there as Aislinn played the piano. What would happen to him, obviously Velcar has Aislinn and Halvard taken care of. My mind wondered

Draygon stepped into the shadowed halls that slopped heavily into the Earth. Vampires were typically harmed by the daylight, which would give them good reason to burrow underground like moles. Though it did not mean they did not like the light at all. In fact, the further down they got the brighter the rooms were lit. It was something that Velcar prided himself in, was keeping the underground looking like it would be the Earth under sunlight. In fact there was a lot of plant life, even a small creek running through some of the rooms and across the hallway. It was as if he missed the land more than he liked his own eternal life.

After a long trip through was seemed like a forest, Draygon opened a door that was well carved to a larger ocean themed bedroom. "This will be where you sleep. There are no windows, so Velcar will not permit any coffins. I hope you like it." He said softly.

Meanwhile, up in the main room of the church, Velcar lost himself to the music. It was something he did not listen to often, due to the songs the twins often came up with. "So," he said after a short while. "You've taken up a human student this time?" It was an odd questioned, though Jonathan, but while he sat there he continued to make mental notes of everything that was happening around him.

Halvard looked over to Velcar and smiled, "She's a rare soul. I don't think I've ever met someone who would help a vampire they never met so willingly." Glancing back at Aislinn, Halvard chuckled, "She saved me so I became her teacher. Aislinn already had the talent naturally so why not help her improve?" Watching his student sway to the music almost had him hypnotized. Hearing the song come to an end Halvard put his hand on her shoulder, "Good now play Raindrops by Chopin and that will be all for the night. Tomorrow we will practice your singing."

Aislinn looked over her shoulder and smiled at him, "Alright." Turning back to the piano she let the song begin and once more was lost in her own world. Music always had this effect on her and she didn't mind. It helped when her mother passed away, and not long after she met Halvard. Knowing he wouldn't let anything happen to her Aislinn just enjoyed the time she had in a new place.

Seeing her focused on the song Halvard turned to face Velcar, "So how did you two meet?"

Ah, so last night was not her first time with vampire's after all. Velcar thought carefully as he listened to both the song and the vampire speaking to him. She was indeed a rare soul, he would agree with Halvard. In fact it brought his thoughts back to the night before, where he had run in to her while the two twins were fighting over whether or not to make her dinner. It was an odd way to meet the girl, but it made sense now that she had trouble with vampires because she had one already lingering about her. Perhaps.... he started when the song slowly faded until gone.

His emerald eyes noticed the way Halvard touched her shoulder. It was teacher like, but for some reason he felt that there was more to their relationship that met the eyes. He listened to the song choice next and was almost swept away by the beauty of it. She actually captured the song just like the real Chopin did, though Velcar had only heard him once before he died. He was young at the time too, or at least what he considers to be young.

How did we meet? Velcar wanted to laugh at the question before Jonathan stood up and walked over the piano as if compelled. He sat down next o her and began playing an improvision that sounded great next to her song that she was working on. It was as if magic had just hit the room, and this caused Velcar to forget for a moment how the two of them met. He shook his head quickly and sighed. "She was having vampire troubles. I could smell a vampire on her, not you, before she had a little trouble with my twins. I set them straight and walked her home." He stated over the soft music that threatened to lull him to sleep.

Halvard nodded, "She always has trouble with other vampires except for me." His silver eyes flickered for a moment, "But it seems that she is fond of more people." Listening to the music Halvard smiled and looking at Aislinn his eyes held a fatherly gaze.

Looking at Jonathan, Aislinn smiled. She enjoyed having someone join in, it made the music more beautiful in her opinion. Knowing the song was almost over, Aislinn tried to hide her disappointment. I'm not ready to leave...

Velcar nodded in agreement. It did not seem that Aislinn disliked anyone, only that she brought trouble to herself. He did not want to harm her, but that was possibly because of his own law. It was not often that he caught his own vampires stirring trouble, especially not his two eldest the twins. But he was sure that Deacon was just bored, and Draygon, loving his brother as much as he does, wanted to play along. Though he knew Draygon better than that to take more control over his brother.

It was almost saddening when he realized that the song would be over soon, but Jonathan did something most pianist did not think of. He began to end the song then immediately switched key, making the sound almost painful to bring attention to his fingers before completely changing to song into a beautiful melody that made the room almost spring like in the fall air. The tone was light, fluttery like a butterfly's wings, as he skipped through the song with bits in pieces just to keep the music going. His body began to sway, only slightly, not as much as Aislinn had been doing moments before. His eyes were completely closed, and he was, something rare, the music itself. He was not playing the music, it was as if it were playing him.

His thoughts had been completely wiped away, making him oblivious to the vampires around him and even the girl who may or may not still be playing with him. His song was new, beautiful, and uplifting. His fingers like magic as he swayed to the long stacks of notes that sung into the air around the piano. Soon, without even realizing what had over came himself, Deacon began to sing with his lovely honeysuckle voice. His breath came over air as light an airy as the piano that played before him. The song was in old Latin, something not heard much in Da'ri anymore, but because Draygon had been taught it, Deacon was soon to learn as well. Not trying to be rude, his voice began to touch those around him, bring their own emotions to an uplifting happiness that was dangerous. The twins had a power with their voice, much like most vampires have a special talent. These two could control emotions and people with their words, which is why Velcar suggested they learn a language not used anymore so that they didn't accidently kill someone. So his words did not control those in the room, but it did bring their current emotions while covering any other emotions they would have had otherwise.

Velcar forgot himself to the piano and singing at this moment. It was not often that he allowed the twins to compel him with their voice like this, but he figured that it would not hurt at this point. The man was just enjoying the song as much as he was. He allowed himself to sit back, the moon filtering in and glistening against his snow-white skin, and bring a blaze to his unnatural red hair. He could not think of a more perfect moment. Then he thought of something, Halvard had only been to his home once before. They had a misunderstanding the first time he arrived (which was why he was injured when Aislinn helped him 'guessing that he was injured if not let me know') and because he was master of the city, he made an agreement that Halvard could stay as long as he followed their rules. Which for the most part Halvard had, or so Velcar thought. "I suppose you'll be escorting her home tonight?" Velcar then asked the other man.

"Perhaps, is there someone else that would like to escort her?" Halvard was completely relaxed, "If so I don't mind as long as I know nothing will happen to her." He leaned against the piano and crossed his arms over his chest. The boy playing with Aislinn was very good and can tell that there was something special about him. Maybe Aislinn will invite him over to play with her more often. They seem to work well together.

Aislinn had stopped playing and kept her gaze on Jonathan. What he did surprised her and Aislinn felt the music take them away. This is wonderful, it's such beautiful music. Smiling she closed her eyes and began to enjoy the singing as well while fighting her urge to join. Hearing Halvard talking to Velcar she wondered what those two were even talking about.

The fiery haired man shook his head lightly. "You are a trusted person in her life. It would be best that you make sure she finds her way home safely. No reason to frighten her father." Velcar stated, still trying to keep his mine clear with the music that circled around them. It was not often that he trusted other vampires around humans, but Halvard had been around this girl for a while now, or at least that was the feeling Velcar was getting from the two of them. They were teacher and student, tow people that could easily be trusted with one another.

With a sigh, he listened to the music fade away. Jonathan's hands slowed until they came to a hesitant stop and so did the voice in the room. Deacon sat down on one of the benches, rather warn out with all the excitement that had been displayed that night. The fox took in a deep breath to relax his body as he turned to Aislinn. "It was nice to play with you again, Milady."

"It was a pleasure to be able to play with you again, you know that you're always welcomed to my house." Aislinn smiled, "It would be nice to have company since my father is always away." Biting her lip she felt a little nervous for a moment, "If you want to that is..." Aislinn really never asked people if they wanted to come over since her father was over protective, but Jonathan was nice company and her father was never home during the day.

Smirking Halvard nodded, "It seems I might not be the only one that she trusts." Hearing the music end and Aislinn talking to Jonathan he decided to give her a few minutes to say good bye, "Aislinn I shall be waiting outside. I'm sure your father is wondering where we are." Turning to face Velcar one more time he gave a small bow, "I'm sure we'll see each other again." Halvard walked down the aisle and out the doors of the church.

Deacon and Velcar watched Halvard's back as he headed to the main doors and out them. The blonde then turned his attention to his master as if to ask what orders he had waiting for him, but Velcar only shook his head. Instead he stood up and turned his attention to the girl and guy sitting at his Baby Gran piano.

"That sounds great," Jonathan stated, before taking in a soft breath. "I would love to play with you again, it is not often that I find someone with a similar talent as myself." He stood away from the piano then offered his hand to the young lady to help her off the bench. "I'll see you again soon, Miss Aislinn."

Taking his hand Aislinn stood up, "I can't agree with you more. Also I think I could learn a thing or two from you, I love how you changed the song. It was truly beautiful." Remembering that she heard voices singing which compelled her to join, Aislinn looked over to Velcar who was staring at them and Deacon, "You know Deacon, based on our first meeting I wouldn't have guessed you to be a singer. You're very good." Glancing over to Velcar she added, "Both of you are."

"Hmmm?" Velcar cocked his head to one side, all the red curls falling over his right shoulder. He then shook his head. "I never said a word, it was all Deacon. He can compel his voice to sound like others are singing with him." The vampire stated, glancing over at the man who normally sang with his brother, but this time had used his own voice to make it sound like someone else was singing with him. "I was just speaking with Halvard." The master vampire added, knowing that his voice could have sounded like singing when he was only speaking because he was trying to stay with the music the entire time. It was an odd thing to be so compelled by two human hands and a vampire voice all together.

"Thank you," Deacon then stated, after his master was done talking. He had learned the hard way to keep his mouth shut until the vampire was done talking. He then bowed his head. "I was very hungry when I first ran into you, Aislinn. I must say, I'm much different than I appear." He then gave her a sharp grin showing his teeth before starting down the hall after his twin and the woman he was showing to her room.

"Well, I must say it was nice having you both over, I look forward to our next meeting," Velcar stated before vanishing into the shadows without another word. Jonathan then smirked.

"I should take you out to Halvard before he comes back in here." Jonathan stated, slowly leading the human girl away from the coven of vampires.

Nodding her head Aislinn followed Jonathan and glanced over her shoulder peering into the shadows. Looking away she walked out the door and saw Halvard waiting by the gate that led to the street. "So singing lessons tomorrow right?"

"Yes and you'll be there when I arrive?" He pushed himself off the gate and began walking, "I'm hoping this doesn't become a habit."

"Thank you, Deacon." Allana said, not knowing what else to do. So instead she walked over to the bed, passing the beutiful coverings and sat. "What is this training Velcar speaks of?" she asked, looking up at the blonde vampire.

Timmy walked along the dark streets, encasing dark shadows around him. This now be the fifteenth town he searched with the very little cinamon scent that lingered on Allana. He was surprised that the smell of death hadn't completely devoured the remaining escance. He passed by a church a few times, scoping it out. It smell ed over powering of vampires. He would have to et a good meal and then go inside. Funny. A vampire living in a church how ironic. He saw a girl go down the street then she turned to an alley way.

Timothy walked quickly in behind her, matching her hurried footsteps until he was right behind her, lika a shadow in the night. He grabbed her arms and before she could scream sucked her blood, letting the creamy red lquid seep into his mouth. After a few moment she went pimp and he lay her body gently down. "Thank you." He whispered and walked back outside, his body now fully rejuvanated.

Aislinn chuckled, "Yes I'll be there." Seeing the path Halvard turned down she waved, "See ya!" Watching him leave heading to his house Aislinn smiled at Jonathan, "I'll see you around." She started to run back to her house since it wasn't far. Taking a deep breath of the night air Aislinn felt content for once and enjoyed her walk back to her house. I wonder what tomorrow will bring. Hopefully something exciting! Aislinn realized that ever since meeting Velcar, Allana, and Jonathan her life has become more adventurous. "Huh, I hope that's a good thing..." Seeing her house come into view Aislinn suppressed a sigh, "I'm sure father isn't going to be happy with me."

Jonathan watched as Aislinn vanished into the trees towards her home. He took in a deep breath before heading back into town toward the inn. Soon the sun will light the sky, he though, otherwise the vampires would have continued there sessions with one another in the church.

Deacon, still standing in Allana's doorway, crossed his hands over his chest. "He will want to go over the rules with you of the vampire community, and possibly even see what you are made of. We do well to train all our vampire-kin to work with one another and defend themselves from hunters. You never know when your life or your coven may be in danger."

Noticing that the window to the living room was still open Aislinn shook her head, "There is no way he's home if a window is open." Going through the window she turned around and shut it. Sighing Aislinn began to head to her room when she noticed a note on the piano. Curiosity kicking in she grabbed it and noticed it was from her father. Reading the note Aislinn continued to walk. Her father was telling her that he would be gone for a few days because of business. Throwing the note away Aislinn went to her room grabbing clean clothes and went into the bathroom to take a shower. Once she finished Aislinn opened her window and grabbed a book to read. Getting into her bed Aislinn laid on her stomach and began to read enjoying the slight breeze coming from the window.

Allana nodded slightly, and looked at the decorated walls. "Thank you." She mumbled silently. "I'm tired would you excuse me if I slept?" She asked nicely, turning her thin face toward Deacon. Her shoulders sagging slightly.

Timothy noticed the lightening sky, dawn was going to brake out soon. Right now was no time to brake into a vampire lair. Beside's he had been searching for his sister for awhie now and it all turned out to be false on what they had told him. He will go to an inn and sleep until darkness blossomed once more.

He came across a inn with a very familiar vanilla smell. He walked in and ordered a room and when her got there the vanilla smell ignited. His neres were hightened witch only made him more nervas. His sister was here and he was going to find her.

Deacon gave her a soft nod and then took in a deep breath. "Of course. The sun will be rising soon anyway. I hope you enjoy your slumber." He bowed his head lightly, a gentleman's way to say he was happy to give her her privacy. Then he turned away from her and left the room slowly shutting the door behind him.

~*~*~*~

Jonathan was moving about the forest, watching as the storm began to calm in the east and the sun rising over the horizon. Soon the vampires would be asleep, when he came up on Aislinn's house. He walked up to her window and stared at her a moment as she read. "So you live out in the woods?" he said with awe.

Glancing from her book Aislinn smiled, "Yes I do." She sat up and stretched, "I'm glad that you came over. My father is going to be gone for a few days and Halvard can only come at night." Running her fingers through her hair a few times to get the tangles out Aislinn closed the book and stood up. Walking over to her desk she set the book down and turned around, "You can come in if you like."
