They sit there and plot their first road trip, mind-map their wedding days and draw their dream house but some teenagers gave up on plans because none of theirs went to well, plan. They all planned on acing their exams and going to University. They all planned on staying at home and building a life. They are planned on being happy.

1…2…3…4…5 You kept on waiting throughout the cold hours on the night, shivering in a blanket by your open window, with your bags as a cushion. You only had two but you’d stuffed them tight with everything precious to you- clothes, books, photographs, jewellery, cards, CDs- anything and everything that mattered. 6…7…8.. You closed your eyes and took deep breaths. Your heart was fuelled with adrenaline and you couldn’t wait to release it and free yourself. You couldn’t wait to finally break free from your cage. This is why the caged bird sings, it sings because freedom is coming! You mutter to yourself staring out at the misty street which was lit by one pale lamp light which shone the colour of traditional Wellingtons or daffodils, until two ghostly streaks of yellow travelled closer as they crawled across the road. 9…The campervan was beaten up but you recognised it at once. They grinned at you through the murky glass window and you threw yourself out into the wilderness. You took their hand and ran down the street to camper, you clambered in and were never seen again. When there was no where else to go and no one loved you at home, you turned to the ones you believe in and together you flocked and fled, flying like a union of ravens in the dark endless abyss of black that was the night. 10.

She's a secluded character and doesn't tend to talk unless she's flirting with someone. She's got a seductive personality and loves the idea of love, sex and affection but she has major commitment issues due to the after effects of witnessing the break-down of two of her Mother's marriages during her upbringing. Obsessed with trying to piece up her marriages and heart broken, her mother forgot about her and she took to defending herself and taking care of herself which is what led her to her heavy involvement in the party life-style and in later years, the drugs. She's desperate to feel love which is why she flirts with so many people- because she's obsessed with finding it but she's almost convinced there's no such thing so she fills her disappointment with regrettable, reckless sex and drugs. Despite all of this, there's a nice sweeter side to her, the side that read nursery rhymes to her toddling little sister and sing her songs but she tries to bury this side deep within her because she's come to the conclusion sensitivity is a weakness. She really loves children and is amazing at looking after them but she's too drugged up and currently irresponsible to even consider working with children or having her own and it often saddens her to see toddlers because it reminds her of the sister she left behind. She was convinced to runaway with the group by her best and only true friend- Khi. The two are thick and thieves and have a secret 'friends with benefits' relationship which they are trying to keep behind close doors. Khi is the only person that she really cares about anymore, she's not that close to the others, they're friends of Khi but all the while they're building bridges and she's quite quickly becoming attached to their little mobile freak show.

Khi's outrageous, completely self-confident, argumentative and reckless. She doesn't want to be stopped and she won't let anyone hold her down. Khi is a hurricane of emotion, drama and she's sucked to drama like a moth to light. Khi has a 'What the hell?' outlook on life and nobody will ever get away with saying no to her- she's just too stubborn and free-willed. Khi has been in a fairly serious with relationship with 'The Rebel Heart' for quite some time and although she loves him and when they first hooked-up when they were 15, he genuinely meant the world to her and she didn't think she could live without him but as she grew up she realised she was finding men less and less attractive due to the fact other than 'The Rebel Heart', they always hurt her or let her down. Her Father abandoned her as a baby- she's met him once in her whole life and he was drunk, she asked him why he left her and he simply smacked her- it's due to her being slightly phobic to male. The Rebel Heart' is under the impression he's an exception but he scares her too, she wants to leave him and explain her sexuality but she doesn't want him to find out how she cheated on him because she doesn't want him to be hurt. She didn't mean to but she was girl and they have needs and she realised how sincere her attraction to Riley really was. Khi is unsure if she loves Riley in that way or not, in fact the only thing she truly understands any more is her sexuality. Khi has a lot of undiagnosed mental health problems and with tendencies to self-harm or suicidal thoughts, her friends take to being incredibly protective of her but as time goes on she's sleeping into a happier state of mind steadily and slowly thanks to all of the support from the other runaways. It was Khi's idea to runaway in the first place, at first she thought it'd just be her and 'The Rebel Heart' but seeing how many of their friends needed to escape changed her plan to something less self-indulgent and she tried to free them all.
She Who Cracked Under Pressure - Name TBC - 16 - Straight - FC: Taylor Swift - RESERVED
She grew up with everything a girl could wish for. Her parents had money, she was beautiful, clever, talented, well-liked and there was nothing she ever had to go without. Her parents though loving were incredibly pushy and she often felt like they only loved her for her reputation and her grades. So she thought she'd test the idea, she deliberately failed her exams aware that she could retake them whenever she wanted and when her results came home, her Father was so furious he swore at her and struck her face. That broke her and she took the reckless decision, she heard of Khi's plan for 'Mr Lonely Road' who's one of her best friends in the whole world and she practically begged him to let come with them all and in the end he let her and she joined the runaways. She's quite a bit younger than the others and in theory, it's illegal for her to be with them since none of them are her legal guardian but she's all too smitten with the free life of scraping money through busking and more sinful deeds and the lack of authority keeps her grounded. She loves her life now and has never been more herself and free- she can drink (a privilege which she does abuse too often) and no one will judge her, she doesn't have to wear skirts longer than her knees and she can breathe. That's the difference to her, she feels like she can genuinely breathe without someone criticising or judging her. You'd never be able to convince her to go home again. She's incredibly sweet character and cares with all her heart for everyone she's travelling with and she'd do anything for them. She's also their main source of finance, she's been conning into her savings fund which her parents set up- there's nearly a quarter million in there, so they are using that with caution and are trying not to blow it so they don't end up bankrupt in the future.

He never knew his parents, that's how he met Khi at a support group for struggling orphans, they were perhaps 14 when they met and recklessly hooked-up whilst smoking a joint when they were 15. He doesn't have any regrets though about having her in his life, even if they're poison to one another, he loves her and will be heart-broken when he finds out she's a lesbian. He'll put up a face though because he's obsessed with looking strong- he's never let anyone but Khi see him weak or on his knees, he's vain and self-indulgent, he doesn't even let himself recognise it when he's broken. He has a strong cigarette addiction and is known to jump at the opportunity for something- well, stronger. He grew up at a run down boarding school funded by his grandparents- they weren't in suitable health to care for him, so they paid for him to attend this school instead. He never got on well with it though, he would sneak out to meet girls and get high- he wasn't constantly running away and joy-riding. He and Khi used to steal cars all the time and just ride until they ran out of gas, then they'd walk to the nearest motel, hook-up, walk home. It became a bad habit. He massively influenced Khi into running away- he put the idea in her head, which she voiced to Riley and that's how it happened. That's how they all ran away.
Mr Lonely Road - Name TBC - 20 - Pansexual - FC: Robert Pattinson - OPEN
As far as love goes, he's had the shittiest time with it and has lost faith. He for very long time had a crush on 'She Who Cracked Under Pressure' but absorbed in her aim for perfection and normality, she rejected him over the immense age gap- well it felt immense to her and he was crushed. Then for a while after, he fluttered between short-lived romances before he met Riley and he still liked her but never had the balls to say anything but his hopes were once again crushed when he discovered her in bed with Khi once. He's the only one who knows about their amorous fling but they don't know he knows. He saw them through a window, so they didn't realise. He feels like he should tell someone or talk to them but feels too awkward too bring it up. Though personality wise, he can be quite awkward on a normal day he's very out-going, flirty and seductive in his character. He has no problem finding a girl to fool with in bed, he just never seems to find someone who cares enough to stay. Depressed about the whole ordeal, he's turned to alcohol and the group fears he may be turning into alcoholic but none of them have yet commented but little did they know, he fears that himself.

A Fabulous Friday Morning
7:45 AM - Brittany, France - Moderately Sunny - Friday 13th March
You all wake up in a situation that had become normal over the last two weeks. In a blanket filled camper van that was practically over flowing with limbs and people. It smelt of Khi's body spray since she was slightly obsessed of spraying it everywhere every time she woke up in the morning- it was a sweet coconut scent so most of them had stopped complaining because if she didn't, it'd probably stink of teenagers and sweat. The next think they'd noticed is that the door was swung open and hanging ajar but it was tacked back by the latch and a gentle breeze would rush over their faces as they turned to inspect but through the open door you could make out hair the colour of the sun and the smell of bacon. Which is why, one at a time you all scrambled outside. Khi was confidently flipping bacon and sausages over the barbecue singing heartily to herself with a voice that was more than pleasant to wake-up to, she was a good singer and it was kind of sad to think she'd probably never make it. "Morning!" She cheered back and you could instantly conclude, she'd taken her medication that morning.

Riley woke up to the familiar elbow in her side and tickle of the sweet coconut scent against her nose. Groaning softly she turned onto her side letting out a yawn and stretching her arms. The familiar elbow to her side must have been one of the boys obviously but which one? The elbows to her side almost always changed every day from Danny to Charlie and Arrow and sometimes even Khi. Turning slightly she saw that is was a still knocked out Charlie who had his elbow into her side. Dammit, you guys never sleep right. She thought but then noticed her own leg sprawled over Danny's and mentally laughed as a small smile made its way upon her lips. Oh yeah, that's right. I don't either. With a shake of her head, Riley sat herself up shaking her hair out giving it that slightly messy yet sexy look that she was oh so known for in the morning.
"Mmm? Khi?" she mumbled softly before the soft summer breeze hit her skin giving the girl goose bumps and the scent of sizzling pork made her stomach growl. Of course. Riley thought with yet another small smile appearing on her lips.
"Alright then time to get up." she spoke to herself as Riles rummaged quietly for her bottle of water, toothbrush and toothpaste making sure she didn't wake the others. After filling her toothbrush with a good amount of toothpaste, the young woman placed the tooth brush in her mouth and began to brush. Riley noticed that the sun was shining rather bright this morning so she grabbed her sun glasses and placed them on her head as she carefully leaped out the van, toothbrush in hand and in mouth. Opening her water bottle, Riley drank some water, swished it around then spit it out on the ground next to her before wiping her mouth clean and rinsing off her toothbrush.
"Morning Khi." spoke Riley in a soft but still groggy voice. Khi was up early and cooking but it didn't catch Riley by surprise since she would expect something like this from her best friend. Walking up to her, Riles pressed her lips against her best friend’s temple in a loving manner before walking at least 5 feet in front of her to spark her cigarette. The young woman took a long much needed drag before exhaling cigarette smoke in a heart shape, smiling to herself for a second before slightly turning on her side. "You’re up early." Riley knew the question may sound a bit . . . stupid maybe? She knew that her best friend was weird like that but still asked out of boredom.
What had awoken Gage from his peaceful sleep wasn't the scent of sweet coconuts or the sound of Khi's soothing singing voice though he could probably fall back asleep with her singing but no, it was the sizzling sound of breakfast cooking in the morning. The smell was far too tempting so, instead of ignoring it and going back to dream land, he slowly started to wake up though he hated getting up early in the morning. Feeling the pressure on his elbow, he had pressed against someone else, move away made him turn over suddenly only to be met by someones feet which he responded by pushing the other persons legs away from him before sitting up and wiping his eyes. He looked down to see that it had been Arrow's legs he had pushed. "Sorry dude." He mumbled as he grabbed his bag and climbed over the other guys who were still sleeping or about to wake. He accidentally stepped on someones hand as he climbed out of the van, he guessed it had been Danny's but he wasn't sure. He was no ninja, that was for sure. Hopefully he wouldn't get cussed at, it was to early in the morning for that.
Stepping out onto the grass, he tossed his bag onto the ground. Gage yawned and raised his arms to stretch. He crouched down next to the back of the van and rummaged through his bag. He pulled out his phone and used it as a mirror. His hair was a bit ruffled though this is expected in the morning. Gage would leave it alone for now. He put his phone back and pulled out his toothpaste and broken tooth brush. It was still usable but half of the end was broken off, that's all. He got up and walked away from the van as he brushed his teeth. Glancing at both the girls he held his hand up then quickly put it back down to say hi. After done brushing, Gage leaned his head back, gurgled a bit, then spit it out and wiped his mouth with his forearm. Walking over to the dark haired girl, Riley, Gage grabbed her water bottle from her hand and used it to rinse off his own toothbrush. He gave her a smile to say that he was sorry if this bothered her then handed it back to her after recapping the bottle. "I'm gonna go change. Oh and you better save me some cripsy bacon Khi" He looked at the two girls as he grabbed his bag then headed towards the side of the van where he wouldn't be in within eyesight of the two girls but it wasn't like he was changing his briefs.
He tossed his bag onto the ground near the side of the van and started to remove his shirt. He unzipped his bag and pulled out a Attack Attack! band shirt then rolled the torso up and put it over his head. He then started to unbuckle his belt pants and then tossed his belt to the side once he finally got the stupid thing to get out of the loops of his jeans. After pulling his pants off of him, Gage grabbed a new pair of blue jeans out of his bag and slipped them on. He stuffed his dirty clothes into his bag and fixed his shirt as he turned around. He had forgotten there was a window there but it didn't matter, everyone was probably awake by now and out of the van. With that in thought he grabbed his bag and headed towards the grill so he could bug Khi about when it was time to eat.

Khi turned her head softly when she felt Riley kiss her temple and she smiled softly, pressing her tooth against the inside of her cheek to try and not think about all the conflicting emotions her best friend gave her. God, she had to get a hold of herself because of Danny. Every time she looked in his eyes she could feel her insides shrivel and decay with guilt and she knew he saw it. He just didn't want to believe it. She sucked in a breath for confidence and shook the thoughts away- she'd cross that bridge when she came to it, like she did with every bridge. She could it living in the moment and relaxation but in many ways, it was blatant stupidity. If you live the fire to burn, it'll keep growing bigger. She just hadn't been burnt badly enough yet to learn that lesson.
She looked at Riley and smiled at her with a genuine brightness and she chuckled slightly when Riley questioned her, shrugging briefly as she flipped over a few pieces of bacon, she set moved her spare hand to retrieve a cigarette from the packet of poison on the side next to her and she lit one on the coals of the barbecue then having placed it between her lips, she left the barbecue to go on it's own for a bit, pacing over to stand with Riley as she took a long drag from her cigarette.
"Yeah, it was one of those nights. I woke up at about 7 and couldn't be fucked to pursue a lay in but I'm in one of those moods," 'Those' nights and moods, meant she hadn't slept and it had been her who decided to sneak out of the van last night and sit outside and the mood bit, made it probable she'd taken her medication for once. It was no secret Khi was completely anti-medication and it was a constant battle with her and the others to take them because she just never looks after herself.
Upon Gage's arrival she glared at jokingly when he demanded and she waved the tongs at him as he went off to change. "You'll get watch you deserve! Don't make demands of me!" She shouted back at him rolling her eyes as she stepped back over to the barbecue and just as Gage rejoined the group, she built up the first sandwich but with a teasing smirk Gage's way offered it straight to Riley just to try and wind up Gage a bit. "Next one's Danny, then Arrow, then the first couple we find with shit in their eyebrows, than you," She told him with a fake bitter sweet smile. Khi had what the modern day imbecile would title as; 'banter' with all of them really, it was how she bonded with people by making digs, jibes, smart comments and snarky remarks- in effect, verbal abuse.

Riley smiled over to Gage not really minding that he used her water bottle then reached over to Khi pulling the slightly shorter girl close to her, wrapping her arm around her shoulder.
"Yeah, it was one of those nights. I woke up at about 7 and couldn't be fucked to pursue a lay in but I'm in one of those moods,"
Riley looked over to Khi and gave her loving smile before leaning in and nuzzling her cheek reassuringly. "Next time wake me, I would have loved to see the moon, Oh! and those adorable little fluff balls too!" she spoke, her smile soft but beaming. The cigarette sat loosely in between her fingers but instead of bringing it back to her lips, Riley leaned her head down quickly just in time to take Khi's cigarette in between her lips. Breathing in, Riles took a long drag before pulling away and blowing out small rings, they got smaller and smaller neatly fitting within the previous ones that have been blown. "Hm, I was right. Yours does taste better." a small playful grin was present on her face before pulling her own toxic to her lips and taking another drag.
This is when Riley released the red head. She laughed at the little scene that happened between Gage and Khi then called out to him as he disappeared behind the van. " I promise I won't peek much." she winked, laughing some more before flicking what was left of the little toxic bud into the grass that was damp with morning dew. The young woman followed her best friend and the girl that was stealing her heart back over to the grill where the delicious sizzling was still heard. When Gage came back, Riley pushed her hands together in a praying like motion before she teased playfully. " I promise I didn't see much doll face, I swear!" she joked before accepting the sandwich Khi handed to her. "Ah, sorry Gage, buddy, looks like your dead last man" she laughed again jokingly giving Khi a thumbs up after taking a big bite, well as big of a bite her small mouth would let her, licking her lips a bit as she chewed. "Damn good little red" she smiled then looked over to Gage with a grin as she stuck her thumbs up at him too.
Arrow dreamed of a thousand snakes, writhing in ecstasy on top of him and then deserting him, one by one. As each arm or leg or torso or head or whatever, unhooked, unhinged, unshackled themselves from him, the dream itself became lonelier until finally he woke up. Why couldn't he have normal sex dreams? He shook off the images of sexy snakes and sat up with a groan. Every morning was met with resistance. It was too bright, too loud, too... everything but he was awake and there was no going back.
He rustled through his bag and found his flask. With a twist of the top, he knocked it back only to discover a single drop was all that was left. "Fuck!" he shouted, "Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck," Suffice to say, he was about to have a shitty day. The flask smacked against the wall and barely missed Danny. Regardless, Danny was already swearing about the noise. Arrow decided it was best to make his exit before he was conscious enough to discover the source of his rude awakening.
He stumbled out of the van. Everyone was already up and apparently happy. When he caught the smell of bacon, he could see why. "Mornin'" he mumbled, and caught sight of the water bottle in Riley's hand. He thanked her when yanking it from her. He brushed the stink of last night from his mouth, scraping his tongue. He assumed it was his toothbrush but it was hard to tell some mornings. Arrow then poured the rest of the water over his head. Having commandeered the bottle, he used it to as a shield to beat back Danny if he decided to exact revenge for waking him up. Turns out, he went back to sleep.
He pulled on a shirt, his maybe? Probably. He heard a clink at the bottom of his bag and found a small airplane bottle. His prayers had been answered and he downed it, bracing himself for the burn. Already he felt better. He buried it at the bottom and joined the others.
"Guys, listen... I had a dream about fucking snakes... like a thousand of them... how do you even do that?" he started, "It's all this nature. I'm becoming one with it," He held out a hand as if feeling the skin of nature.
Danny assumed he was the last to wake, at least he had more room than usual. A flask nearly winged him. He mindlessly swore at whoever did it and went back to sleep. As much as he liked sleeping in a pile of people, he also liked to spread out without hitting knees and elbows. He didn't always know where he was from day to day but he always knew who he was with.
He listened for awhile, the banter, the rustling and was that sizzling? Finally he rose to his feet. He got himself ready and pulled his hair into a top knot. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he presented himself to the world, or at least to his friends. The light shone on Khi's hair, almost blinding him. "Hey babe," he said, resting a hand on the small of her back. He leaned in close, casting a quick glance at Riley. He couldn't define it but sometimes Riley rubbed him the wrong way. Not always. Usually he didn't care and other times... it was like she was hiding something or worse, that she pitied him. "Where did you wander off to this morning?" He felt her absence though he'd never admit it. It was almost like he needed her.
Arrow went off on sex dreams and snakes and Danny shook his head. "I think it means we need to head to civilization. With actual people,"
"I couldn't have Riley. I would have felt guilty for disturbing your sleep," She told her lightly. She rolled her eyes when Riley took her cigarette but she didn't harass her about giving it back, it was Riley- if she wanted her cigarette she was welcome to it, it's not like Khi didn't have thirty or forty more in the campervan, she always brought them in bulk because it worked out a thousand times cheaper. She grinned at her best-friend (with complications) lightly and then tried to not freeze stiff in awkwardness when she felt Danny put his hand on the back of her and come in close.
"Where did you wander off to this morning?"
"It was a shit night, I went for a smoke," She muttered softly, smiling at him lightly as she explained the truth but in the smallest ways possible because she never liked opening up about her many problems unless it was too Riley, she used to cherish trusting everything in Danny but now she just felt guilty every time she addressed him and confiding in him, didn't feel like an option any more. She smiled and kissed Danny's cheek as she passed him the next finished sandwich. "A touch overcooked, the way you always do it," She told him softly before looking over at Arrow and trying not to chuckle at the idea of sexual snakes but she smiled at Arrow compassionately like she always empathetically could when he talked about his nightmares.
"I think it means you need to put down the crack pipe, open up a beer, eat a sandwich and chill out," She told him biting her thumb nail in her typically anxious manner before tossing more bacon onto the barbecue and watching it heat through and cook and she was always carefully staring, turning things over at just the right moment. She tried not think about the situation she'd dragged herself into with Danny and Riley, she loved them both so dearly and every time she thought about telling Danny she was well, gay it broke her heart to think that she would hurt him. They'd always promised eachother not to be like everyone else and hurt eachother and she'd broken that truce already. She inhaled deeply and shook her head at herself not meaning to ghostily whisper; "Everything is going to be okay," It was so quite even Danny would have most certainly struggled to hear it but Khi heard and slowly tension slipped off her figure and she looked more relaxed. Yes, she'd made quite a mess but everything was going to be just fine. Some how.

A small smile spread across Riley's features for a split second, as a greeting to Danny. Her stomach twisted, jealously, guilt and desire mixing into one. Mid-bite into her sandwich, Riley suddenly felt nauseous. Dropping her food, Riles took off behind the van and doubled over letting all the contents in her stomach spill onto the ground. Riley felt guilty, she didn't know Danny all to well like Khi did of course but still flt guilty all the same. Cursing out loud, she kicked a rock angrily sending it flying a few feet.
Riles ran her fingers aggressively through her hair plopping her self on the ground for a second. She began pulling some grass up from the ground, picking at it before she pulled out another cigarette lighting it up and taking a few drags. Should she just give up on Khi? Would that make things easier for her? Riley stared at the blue sky for a long minute or two. "Yeah, I should just stop sleeping with her all together. I can hold myself back." she nodded whispered to herself nodding. Sighing, Riley put out her cancer stick and stood up.The young woman needed to release some frustration and needed cuddles.
Popping a piece of mint gum in her mouth, Riles came back around the front, waving off her friends letting them know she was okay. "Danny is right, I need to see more people, I need to explore and most of all I need to get fucking laid, like soon . . . really soon." she stated in a casual tone but got lower towards the very end. A frustrated sigh was release after she spoke before she began rummaging through her backpack pulling out her clean jean shorts. Riley pulled down her white and grey stripped pajama shorts, not caring who saw because it's not like they haven't seen her do it before and shimmy into her jean shorts. Grabbing her pajama shorts, the young brunette tossed them into a bag and zipped it up, her mind still lingering in her thoughts.
Gage laughed softly at the teasing he was getting from both girls. He walked over to the girls as Arrow climbed out of the van and started rambling about a dream with snakes in it. Snakes? Isn't that more like a nightmare? He thought for a moment then shook it off. Arrow was a nice guy but Gage could never tell if he was naturally just a overly spiritual guy or if he just smoked a bit too much cannabis. His attention was averted over to the shirt Arrow was wearing. He couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Arrow, dude, that shirt should be giving you nightmares. Weird ass shirt man." Gage pointed at the beady eyed cat shirt as he laughed. After he was done poking fun at Arrows poor defenseless shirt he turned around to bug Khi about when he'd get some food. He saw Danny close to Khi, as always, as he approached the grill. "Hey Khi, don't leave a bro starving." It was nice to have someone cooking for him for a change, so Gage loved to purposefully bother Khi when she was cooking. "I'm dying here, little red." He gave her the puppy eyes, trying to be a little but humorous. Gage's attention was drawn to Riley as she and Danny brought up going out. Well his attention was mainly on how she was changing in front of them, typical Riley. He smirked as he playfully whistled. "Nice ass you got there, Riley." Gage plopped himself down onto the grass and spread his legs out in front of him then started picking at the grass, with his hands, like he did as a child whenever he was locked out of the house. He thought for a few moments as he kept picking and tearing at the green grass. "Civilization sounds nice. I wanna go see the sites." He thought about trying to get laid while he's at it but turned the idea down, he never liked flings all that much anyway. What he really wanted to do is touch up on his French.
Khi turned her head and forced at a smile but worry fluttered through the eye's of a girl who was always dancing with the devil and she wasn't ashamed to show her concern either. She quirked her brow at Riley a silent; Are you okay? but she was then distracted by Gage's teasing and wind-ups, she turned to face him and flicked his ear harshly and pointed her finger between his eyes challengingly.
"Shut your mouth Gage and stop perving on my bestie or I will have to stick a Doc Marten up your ass," She threatened making up a sandwich and then dumping it forcefully into his hands. "And you know I won't hesitate to do so, now bloody hell be quiet!" She told him turning around and making up the last two bacon sandwiches and passing them to Danny and Arrow before she finally helped herself to one, slipping from her boyfriend's arms to sit on the grass her legs crossed over each other in front of her as she leant back on one elbow. She nodded thoughtfully listening to the group and their thoughts about going into one of the towns. Personally, Khi was loving being away from people, she didn't think much of their species but she'd always go out of her way to please the others and it was Riley's idea anyway.
"Totally, maybe we could stock up on fuel, clothes, food, toiletries and shit too, there's enough in my account to cover that for now," She told them softly before biting into her sandwich. She desperately wanted a drink and she wasn't too sure why, it was only what 7? She laughed at herself shaking her head and focused on eating her sandwich as she left the others to discuss plans. Whatever it was they went for, she'd go with it. She didn't care anymore- anywhere but home she was all for.
Arrow laughed, taking a sandwich. "A beer sounds awesome," he said, sitting cross legged in the grass. Ever since they had left for a life on the road, his dreams had gotten crowded. All the extra bodies he slept with became cats, wolves, and now snakes. It was clear what his subconscious was telling him. He needed some space. Or maybe it meant they needed a huge orgy. Either way, a break from the solitude of nature might clear his head.
He grabbed a beer, snapping the top and watched Riley rush off behind the van. He could feel the tension rolling off of her. With a sip, he wondered what it would cost them if someone just spilled the truth. Maybe if he just said someone... hinted at something... No... what would it do? Everything would fall apart. They were all held together with string, a snip and they'd pull apart. So instead, he drank his beer and ate his sandwich.
When Gage pointed out his shirt he looked down. "What? This work of art?" To be honest, he wasn't entirely sure it was his. He remember a girl wearing it over a week ago. Was it hers? Shit... maybe he needed to sober up. No, then he'd have to think. Thinking was not helpful to a good time.
When he was finished, he laid back on the grass. "I say we drive until we hit the coast. Visit a nude beach," He missed being naked. Raised by hippies, he had been naked for the first ten years of his life.
He noticed Riley's sudden rush behind the van. He took a sandwich, mulling it over in his mind. What the hell was bothering him? Ever since Riley came into the picture, something was off. With averted glances and whispers... he didn't like being kept out. It made him feel helpless and it was the last thing he wanted to be.
When she returned, he laughed at Gage's comment and at Khi. "Hey, he's been wandering the damn countryside with no other girls but you two... it's making him loopy. He needs to see some asses," That was the only civilization he was interested in. He needed to either get stone drunk or high beyond comprehension and sleep with someone who was simple.
He brushed a strand of hair from Khi's face. He could see the distance in her eyes. She was slowly becoming another closed door. No, not if he had anything to do with it. No one rejected him. He left for anyone else could. Fuck her... fuck... He had to get away from her, just to breathe. "Alright, mother hen, we'll do all the grown-up bullshit too,"
She pressed a kiss to cheek and beamed at him lightly. "I'll be ten minutes," She brushed her way out of their small embrace and then tucked her hair behind her ear and made her way off back into the caravan. She laughed strongly at Arrow's comment about visiting a nude beach and she shrugged her shoulders. "Put it to vote but I don't know what the others will say about that one," She told him passingly before ducking her head under the doorway and shut the door behind her.
In the camper van, the window's were still open and open curtains bristled slightly so she pinned them back since she found it quite agitating to watch them sway. She scrambled around looking for her bag and once she found it, she pulled out a loose silk pearl white blouse discarding her previous one on top of the bag. She was aware they could have probably seen her through the window but quite like Riley, she couldn't care less about it, so she sat down and gently ran a pale pink lip-gloss over her pouted lips then she brushed mascara over her eye-lashes, a thin line of eye-liner and concealer before calling it quits because she never wore masses of make-up, she didn't like it.

Riley caught Khi's silent question but looked away with out so much as a response. It's not that she was trying to be mean or anything, she just couldn't look her in the eyes for the moment. It's all for you doll face" Riley joked as she winked towards Gage perking back up, pushing everything that hurt to the back of her head. Was that jealously in Khi's comment? Nah Riley brushed it off. The brunette almost wanted to burst out in happiness when Khi said they could stock up on clothes, one thing Riley loved was shopping for clothes but she restrained herself and simply nodded as she cleaned out the van.
Riles tossed out empty soda and beer cans, a empty pizza box and some other things that included a condom that wasn't used but had a pen sized hole punctured through it, some tissues, for the love of god she didn't want to think what they were used for and multiple candy wrappers, most of them hers.
"I say we drive until we hit the coast. Visit a nude beach," turning on her heels, Riley smiled almost devilishly. "Heh, that sounds like an awesome idea Arrow," chuckling, Riley sat back in the van talking to her friends from there.
" I don't mind swimming naked or just . . . being naked, really. " she continued with an almost sincere answer as she puffed her cheeks, her lips sticking out almost looking like a reverse fishy face and the blanket now over her head like a nun. She truly looked like a child in that instant.
All of a sudden came Khi her way, the red head hopped into the caravan closing the door behind her causing Riley to freeze in place as she did. It was just as if Riley was getting locked up and the doors to her cell was just shut. Did Khi not realize that she was in the van too? I mean she kind of stuck out like a swore thumb, you know the weird chick looking like a nun sitting right there. Riley turned her head, "Um, Oh! " her cheeks flushed as she whipped her head back around as fast as she could without giving herself whiplash. Riles didn't mean to catch her changing her shirt.
That's when the brunette knew that pushing all her emotions for this red-head, burying it all was going to be hard. Rustling was heard through out the van but Riley had her hands over her eyes like a child an was silent as a mouse. She could tell something was wrong with Khi, she just wanted to hug her and tell her it was all going to be fine but her body wouldn't move. It was frozen there with guilt because she knew why Khi was feeling this way and it broke her heart.
Come on Khi, work with me here. Riley thought before she heard the rustling stop and the light sound of someone sitting down. Once she knew it was safe she pulled the covers off her head and shook out her hair. Riley spotted a black marker and carefully but skillfully drew a mustache on her before crawling on her knees over to Khi. She poker her head through the space between the passenger seat and driver seat then looked up at her best friend. "Excuse me misses but, chu seem a little triste. Do chu want to talk about it?" Riley did her best to imitate a Spanish accent she heard on a comedy show once. It was suppose to mexican she thought but she hoped it at least made the red-head laugh, even a smile would suffice.

But then her laughter stopped and she fell through the dimensions of her mind-crippling guilt.
"I feel so guilty Riley, I'm hurting him," She gazed at the ground through her thick dark lashes and sighed ever so sadly as she thought to herself about it. "What do I do man? I just don't know," She frowned her heavy stare turning to the ground as her heart heaved in her chest. She felt so worthless and pathetic when she put it all into perspective. It was a dilemma of the most cruel kind and quite franklu, Khi didn't know how to cope. She could tell Riley how she felt and try to put into words her love but even then things wouldn't get easier because the chances were that Khi was more of a fuck buddy to Riley and she didn't want that but even if she did- how could she be with Riley with Danny ever present in their lives? Making him omniscient to the situation would tear everything apart. Their friendships were hanging by a thread so they couldn't even come clean and hope for forgiveness because then they'd be 7 Nemesis' trapped in a camper van thousands of miles away from home. They'd kill each other in weeks and Khi didn't want to lose any of them, she loved them as all friends so much and she couldn't live a day without them. She needed them, together- united. She'd break if all their friendships broke down.

Riley held this odd but funny expression on her face as she tried hard not to laugh. It soon failed though as she found herself laughing along side her best friend. The laughter slowly died though and that atmosphere was back again, the atmosphere that threatened to suffocate Riley. Flaring her nostrils while listening to her loves words, Riles looked at her again this time right in the eyes, she gazed for a bit before actually speaking.
"I-I also feel what you feel, the guilty part that is," she paused before looking to the side, obviously avoiding the red-heads eyes. She swallowed hard, her bottom lip slightly trembling for what she was about to say.
" Maybe," Riley hesitated and bit her bottom lip.
"Maybe we should stop sleeping around, you feel guilty because you slept with me a couple of times right and he's your boyfriend and all." Her heart slowly shattered but she kept on, totally oblivious of her best-friends feelings for her.
Riley looked down at her trembling hands, it was taking her everything she had to not cry and Riley wasn't a person to cry easily. She took in deep slow breathes but her throat stung, it hurt so much that she could barely speak.
"I . . . don't wanna ruin anything you got with him. He seems like a good guy, I guess." Sighing frustrated, Riles rubbed her head, ruffling her hair." This is all just so frustrating, I want you but can't have you. He's here and hell I have no grudges or beef with him but, just ugh." Riley threw up her hands dramatically but kept her indoor voice. He heart raced and she could hear the pounding of it in her ears because of what she just confessed.
She now felt way worse than she did before because she was suppose to comfort Khi, tell her it was all okay and that they'll get through it but instead she blew up and was acting selfish. Shutting her mouth once more because the stinging was unbearable, Riley threw herself back on the van floor that was still littered with blanket. She closed her eyes and smeared the mustache she had drew on herself. "Fuck this brilliant stash," she quietly mumbled.

"Riley...I don't want to be with Danny. If anyone, I...I...I want to be with you but I can't hurt him Riley. I love him but I don't want to be with him- they're different things, I love him as an amazing friend and you, it's all so different- it's amazing but I can't hurt him...we've been through too much, all of us- not just me and Danny- every last person who sleeps in this van, I don't know Riles, I just don't know," Khi couldn't pin point when she fell into sobs but she had and now her so masterfully drawn eye-liner and her mascara was starting to smear a grey trial down her cheeks and she wiped it away furiously, angry at herself.
I'm such an awful person...
That was all she could think as she paced a small cycle in frustration. She didn't know what she could do to make things right, make it all be okay. She knew where her heart lied and it wasn't with her boyfriend but rather her secret lover but she couldn't picture a happy ending, only a messy one. As selfish as it sounded, she needed Danny to find some other flaw in her- dump her, ditch her, reject her- ditch the bitch himself without finding out, maybe he could find someone else or anything- she just didn't want them to break over what they'd done. What if he knew she was cutting again? No, she couldn't live with people knowing about that even though she was practically certain they al had a major suspicions about it or maybe even they knew. All she wanted to peace but how would she get that? Love and peace rarely come together or so Khi had quickly began to notice. Love caused pain and pain caused love. In a really fucked up way- they ran in perfect correlation. The more love there is the more pain there is, the more pain there is the more love. She couldn't expand on it or explain but she'd decided it was true.
She looked into Riley's eyes and took a deep breath.
"We're going to be okay. Some way, some how- we're going to be okay. Some day."

Riley laid there, her arm resting over her forehead and covering her eyes. Her face went a light shade of pink and she could hear her heart pounding in her ears again. The brunette was indeed shocked that her best friend said she loved her? Gods was that really what she just said? There was no way Riley was going to give up now. She was in deep now, she was going to stick with Khi until the end like she always did. Riley wouldn't admit it out loud in this moment but she needed Khi as much as Khi needed her.
When the sobs broke through the silence it only caused pain to Riley's heart. To see her best friend cry, it hurt and angered her too because she was the one at fault. Riles was the one who made her lover cry, if she just didn't bring it up maybe they could have been laughing right now.
The brunette rubbed her eyes with her arm to find that she too had tears in her eyes.
Idiot.
She called herself in a low whisper. It didn't matter which way this ended because one way or another it wasn't going to be very nice. Riley sat up slightly fixing her hair before glancing over to her lover, in that instant their eyes met and Khi spoke about how everything was going to be okay. How they'll get through this somehow and eventually be together, possibly one day.
"Y-Yeah . . ."
Riley's answer was hesitant because someday couldn't come any sooner. She wanted to just steal Khi away from Danny. It both sadden and frustrated her when she would watch them be all lovey dovey in public, something Riley wished she could do with her best friend. Frankly, Riley was tired of seeing it, in her head it felt as if Danny was taunting her in a way. That guy, from the first time she laid eyes on him, always struck a nerve in her. Riley thought that there was something eerie about the guy. From the first day she met him, Riley swore that if he did anything to hurt her best friend then she'd kill him, not literally of course but you get the point.
Seeing Khi's beautiful makeup go to waste, Riley took a tissue and wet it with some water from a water bottle near by and signaled Khi to come over with her finger. Once her friend was seated in front of her, Riles gently grabbed her shin as she leaned in a bit, cleaning off the smeared grey from each eye. Riley was careful as she tried not to look into those green eyes of hers in fear that she'll be hypnotized and be caught doing something totally inappropriate by the guys. The brunette stuck her tongue out, concentrating as she grabbed her lovers make up bag and fixed the once smeared mess back to it's original state. In all honesty, Riley didn't know why Khi wore make up most of the time. She still looked beautiful without it.

She took a deep breath and then she gazed up at Riley, strongly meeting her gaze in such a way that barely gave Riley a choice but to stare right back at her and pay attention. "What am I crying for Ri? I'm the luckiest girl in the world," She uttered softly. A small grin broke out on her face and she shook her head laughing a little. "We're gonna be fine, I mean look at all of us, how come we've gone. Yeah the only reason we're not dead is because of our trust funds and the only reason we've still got money is because of us begging on our knees to do the tiniest of shows in a pub but so what man? Maybe we're in a bit of a mess emotionally and in terms of life style but our life is amazing- no responsibilities, we're finally free of all the shit we ran away from and we're still crying? It doesn't make sense," So she rambled away for a moment and the best thing to do was to let her considering it was Khi and she could go on for the rest of her days but she stopped eventually and just looked at Riley sitting perfectly still so she could easily replace the make-up that her tears had sodden and sent into a messy stream around her face.

I apologise for my inactivity recently, there's been some dramas at home and I had to take some time to breathe and get my head together. Hey that's totally okay and it's fine, like I said in the rules (I think) I'd rather have shorter posts more often than longer posts inconsistently, as long as it's 200+ in the future, I don't mind at all. :)

Hey sorry for the short post and I managed to fix a mistake in Gage's Character Sheet. In the Bilingual part I put Spanish but meant to put down french as the other language he learned. My bad.

It's fine, take as long as you need! :D I wouldn't have called it a 'starter post' but I guess it was just a prompt so people could get stared but I'm glad you're so excited for it because I am to and I bloody love all the characters we have and such amazing role-players to present them too. :)

I'll try to finish my post by the end of lunch but if I don't expect it after school around 5 o'clock. Love the starter post and Urania, i love the elbow thing it's adorable and sounds like something Charlie would do in his sleep. x3 So excited about this. oh and I'll try to get Charlie done after school and after posting.

@Deimos I apologise, I did try to reply to this last night but apparently, my post didn't well- post but I'll be uploading male characters tonight but if you had any preferences to a character and you know or have an idea of something you'd be interesting in playing, PM me your idea because I haven't planned the kind of people they'll be and I'd rather have it to someone's exact taste so they enjoy playing that character as much as possible! :3
