Zeus jumped at the sound of a voice, a female voice the only. He let out a soft breath before turning towards the direction of the voice this was also when he noticed a girl that he hadn't seen before well at least other than when they had been in the group meeting and had to stand in that circle. It took him a couple moments before remembering what she did. "Did you have any prior knowledge of your new profession before coming here? I mean the brain and the way people function isn't something you can just learn overnight." The girl commented which made Zeus roll his eyes at her just before crossing his toned arms across his chest protectively. "Right I'll keep that in mind if I need help with my job." He stopped for a couple seconds, collecting his thoughts, and attempting to slow down his racing heart. "To be honest, I have no experience with being a Psychologist, but I have had experience with listening to people. It can't be too hard from what I have heard all it sounds like is just listening to people and helping them through the pains in their life. I have to listen, and to be honest I am pretty damn good at listening to people." He replied and slowly leaned against the wall. He thought for a moment, so this Death/Suicide Counselor is trying to tell him how to do his job? "If you’re the girl to go to if I need help with my job then why aren't you a Psychologist here? I mean you must not be that good at it if that wasn't, right?" He asked the question out loud that had been pestering him for after she had said something to him. He could feel his hands getting sweaty, was that rude? Had he just hurt her feelings? He hadn't thought about it, but it was the truth. That was what was on his mind, and by accident it kind of just slipped out… Oh dear he really hoped she wouldn't cry because then he really would feel bad about what he said.

"Like, Dissociative Identity Disorder is the correct term for having split personalities, and that they're still studies on it because it still isn't completely known. Did you know that most patients that have it were abused as kids or had some traumatic trauma in their life? Do you even know how to console such people with an array of disorders?" Zeus began to rub his sweaty hands together as he thought of what to say to that. "No of course not, I used to work at a Pizza Hut. If anyone had split personalities it was that woman who would come in every day, and would tell me how nice I was just before screaming at how terrible the service was." He told her simply, closing his eyes momentarily as a thought had popped into his head. "Have you ever worked with a Dissociative Identity Disorder?" Questioned Zeus. His memory of all that technical jibber-jabber was amazing that he could even remember that. "I doubt it because I don't think you are that far into your career." He retorted.

"Want to know my experience? My experience is taking care of a poor little mentally disabled girl on the weekends when I visit my cousins. She is just the sweetest little thing, and guess what I have worked around that. People aren't too nice to her about it, and I talk to her about it. I comfort her because that is what cousins do. Family does that for each other. When my mother is having men problems I talk to her about it no matter how much I hate her guts." He hissed, suddenly frustrated with this girl. "Paranoia, my boss obviously has it. He wants us to lock the freezer and all the cabinets before we even lock up the store for the day. Why? I have no idea, maybe because she is afraid that someone might steal frozen pizzas if they were to break in." Letting out a long breath he rubbed his eyes out of frustration. "Look I'm really sorry for my tone or if I’m being mean, but you’re questioning me things that I don’t really have the answer to. Questions about my job that I just got today pretty much. Plus I just walked up here, and you didn’t even learn my name. ” He told her with a small smile that cracked and showed up after a little while.

”Anyways, I may not be perfect with other's and not know all these weird fancy terms, but I'm open to listening to people. I am here to take away a painful memory from other's and make them feel better by discussing with them what is bothering them the most. I can at least try, and before then I don't want some woman to try to help me out with a job that I don't even know if I need help with it or not yet." He mumbled in a slightly apologetic tone. Now the guilt was taking over, maybe he was being harsh on the girl, but he wasn't sure yet. Surly he would find out soon, and he wasn't sure if he was ready to make any rivals yet. Especially with the females, the same gender that haunts him every day from his horrific experiences.

Image"Anyways, I may not be perfect with other's and not know all these weird fancy terms, but I'm open to listening to people. I am here to take away a painful memory from other's and make them feel better by discussing with them what is bothering them the most. I can at least try, and before then I don't want some woman to try to help me out with a job that I don't even know if I need help with it or not yet." Sliding up the wall she arose to her feet with a huge ear to ear grin that uncontrollably stained her face like she had found something she'd been looking for. He might not have taken as many classes or spent years learning the subject like her, but at least he cared about helping others, that was the point of the job.

Walking over to him she held out her hand. "I'm Grey, Suicide/Death Consoler. I wish I was the Psychologist, badly," letting out a soft smile she finally looked him in the eyes like she hadn't to most of the others she'd spoken, "but I know I don't fully deserve it. I know most about it, and yes I have had the change to work along side Dissociative Identity Disordered patients before, and honestly it was the highlight of all my schooling." Dropping her hand she took a few steps back to look at him. "For a pizza boy you care more than I think I ever had. My listening skills need work, so do my caring, and interest skills, so I guess I see why you deserve it more than I." She was confused with her new found glee about this boy. He just stood up for what he wanted so well without being rude in any way, he just cared about the things he said and fought for it. "I hope you don't need my help, but if you ever do just ask."

ImageThe wave of jealousy that had almost drained her had completely washed away and the sun had dried her off, but for some reason the brightness she had grown faded and her gaze dropped to the floor. Flicking back to his eyes she opened her mouth to say something, but stopped herself before she did. Should I even ask? Fiddling with her thumbs she began to ask in a small voice, "You can take away painful memories, do you think you could take mine?" It was in all ways was absolutely a dumb idea to ask so, especially letting one know she had a bad memory that was horrible enough that she wanted to rid. She could still remember her husband hanging by the thick brown rope, the aghast shock that it had brought her way, the loneliness that followed.

A tear ran down her left cheek, another tear in front of another stranger. She attended to laugh it all off as she rubbed her cheek, "Um, Alton and I are having coffee inside, you're welcome to join us." Turning her back to him was the only move she made as more silent tears swam down her face. She had never cried in front of so many people in her life, something she didn't enjoy and would probably never grow a liking to. She felt weaker than usual; the wine knockoff had worn off and her past was saddening her, she felt greatly stressed.

Zeus nibbled on his bottom lip, listening to everything she had to say. Grey... what an interesting thing to name a girl, though, he kind of liked the name. She was studying to be a psychologist and she couldn't even take that part which was weird. With his experience he had expected that maybe he should have been somewhere else, but nope he ended up taking her place. Did she feel bad? Maybe she needed to recheck her major because right now he was both confused and happy at the same time. Was that even possible? He wasn't sure, but the confusion and happiness was soon replaced when Grey had asked a question about his job. "You can take away painful memories, do you think you could take mine?" He nibbled on his bottom lip suddenly remembering what the Benefactor had said to him. "However, in exchange you must peer into the memories of his patients and erase a happy and equivalent memory." Seeing the tears made his heart ache for this... girl. Simply a girl, not a woman just yet. Right? It didn't matter right now considering she was... crying? Yes she was crying, but what about? "Hey, hey, don't cry." He told her gently, surprised at how kind he sounded. "Look if you want me to help you I will, but not without your permission. Plus If I were to take a painful memory away I would have to take an equivalent memory away from you." He told her softly before uncrossing his arms and reaching a hand out to gently touch her shoulder.

Clearing his throat he continued to nibble on his bottom lip. "Um, Alton and I are having coffee inside, you're welcome to join us." Taking his hand away he waved it in the air in a dismissive way. This might be a great opportunity to try and help people. To work his job out. "Do you want to talk about something? You know get something off your chest? I don't have to use my new given power we can just talk. I'm sure um... Alton would understand." He shifted uneasily onto each of his feet every minute or so. You could tell that he might be nervous. Zeus hesitated, thinking momentarily about what to do. He couldn't just stand here could he? Could he really just let things go unresolved and not help her? That wasn't his job, he could at least try, and if she thought she needed to get something off her shoulders then he was here to do his job. He didn't really plan on sticking around, but if that is what it took to make her feel better than that is what he would do. It was his job, and to be honest he was kind of eager to start his new job. It couldn't be that hard could it? He highly doubt it, but was ready for anything. It kind of felt like his legs would collapse beneath him, though, he hadn't planned on moving until he had got a solid answer. Not just a, "I should be fine." or a, "Don't worry about it." This is all because from experiences with his sister's he knows that those sentences pretty much meant that she wasn't going to be fine and that she is hesitant on telling him anything.

Grey Amor Scott

Image"Do you want to talk about something? You know get something off your chest? I don't have to use my new given power we can just talk. I'm sure um... Alton would understand." She could have laughed at the thought of sharing with him, this still unnamed man. And then it was like she ran face first into a brick wall. For years she'd been seeing a psychologist, well more of sitting in a room silently staring at the ground, for a few years about her paranoia, depression, and schizophrenia. The psychologist was still nameless to her, Grey was pretty sure she was a woman but never had time to really pay attention. This fact was so unwanted she could scream, she couldn't change what she just realized though. She couldn't just go sit down for a few hours then walk out of the office that she dreaded so much, oh no, not this time. The man behind her was now her new silent sitting buddy she'd probably go to three times a week, and she couldn't forget that one small detail.... they lived in the same building.

With a slight pivot of her body her right shoulder was now to him, her head followed the straight point with a lazy roll, staring at him with a strange tension growing of confusion, why was there so much confusion? "I'm not one to open up, but before I was brought I took.... consoling...." Talking about this was odd, standing here was odd, but the distance uncaring look that she had was not. She was normal Grey. Like her name she was just dull and bland from time to time for a big sum of it. Avoiding the world was a favorite of hers, something she needed to work on.

ImageLetting her body completely face him she took a moment and just stood there blankly without a care in the world, but then the care returned and she rooms step towards him once again. Her bipolar tendencies was another issue, small but there, it wasn't a big concern at this time for her. Her problems were her problems, she never disguised them, they still lingered anyways. Small pebbles of hope filled her imaginary river that if she never shared how she felt that it'd all just go away, each time she didn't share she'd gain a pebble and every time she did she'd get water; the river was completely dry and was stoned over. "I care a lot about my problems, I never share, never," that one word could not be stressed any rougher from the fragile girl. She hated how everything in her life had been screwed up and that what had happened would get her locked up probably for life. "I care a lot about my problems, more than I should, like everyone else in this messed up world. I cry, stress over, break down because of it... I don't share it with anyone though. That's why I'm pleased with the new job I was given. I can help the people like me... Maybe if I begin to trust you more I'll open up, but until then I'll still need you to prescribe me medication that I'll need...."

Telling that much was more than usual, but today was full of newness. It kind of felt good though and she would think about the memory removal, she knew what the price would be though, her wedding day. The memory would be hard to part with, still most likely worth it. "And my memory"pause"I would really like it gone." Loving the day she was married was the best thing in her life besides the day she meet George, forgetting his death was worth losing it, at least to her. She could forget the beautiful white dress, the big smile, the kiss that slide the deal, all could just leave her mind of she could forget finding him dead. Filling a new burst of emotions overwhelm her she leaned forward, accidentally laying her head to his shoulder but was to stricken to move from the place. "Sorry." Saying so softly she tried her best to quiet the random gasps of air she needed. "I just wish I could forget everything that's happened lately... everything."

Zeus looked her over as soon as her body turned towards his. "I'm not one to open up, but before I was brought I took.... consoling...." She had said right after rolling her eyes at him. It wasn't like he had been trying to be rude or anything. He understood, unlike him she actually went to talk to someone about whatever it was that was bothering her. Nibbling on his lip he listened to everything she had to say. How she mentioned that she always care too much although she never ever shared. Fabulous,He thought after hearing about that. He assumed that most likely she was going to be difficult and maybe even hard to work with. To get her to open up to him would as well be pretty difficult. At least this was his opinion do to the fact that she had mentioned how she really never shared anything with anyone. When she did mention how if she got to know him better than maybe she would open up to him. Well... that was a little more reassuring. "And my memory," She momentarily paused, "I would really like it gone." Nodding he hesitated, thinking, and trying to remember if he could actually do this or not. If he actually even knew how to use this newly found power. He was gently balling his hand in and out of a fist as he watched her, thinking for a little while as he decided if it would be a good idea or not to take the memories away from her. Could he really be responsible for taking a terrible memory away? Yes it was for the better, but could he really deal with being the cause of taking one of her best memories away? That was the question he kept replaying in his head.

ImageHe wasn't sure if he was prepared to do this for her. He knew she wanted it, but was she really ready to get rid of one of her greatest memories? When closing his eyes for just a split second as he was about to peer into her memories he felt her lay her head on his shoulder. His eyes shot open, his hands got sweaty, and his muscles tensed. Her head was on his shoulder? Why? He wasn't sure he could handle this. He didn't like her head there. He wanted to push her away and tell her no that he didn't want to be close to her. That he was terrified of being this close to her. Females... one of his biggest fears and he was talking to one. Not so hard right? He was facing his fears even just by talking to her, but her laying her head on his shoulder. No, just no. He chewed on his bottom lip, nervously. Letting out a long soft breath he didn't say anything and just let her lay her head on his shoulder. Okay Zeus, just relax, relax just let her keep her head there if she wants to. Oh god don't freak out. He thought before swallowing hard. "Don't worry about it. Your fine," He told her gently. In a slightly awkward way he put a hand on her back and rubbing circles on her back for a little while before moving his hand back to his side, unsure of what to do. "I bet you do, but I can't do that. That would be too difficult and probably not good for you." He pointed out and began to inwardly debate if now was a good time to take those memories away or not.

He hesitated, finally coming to the conclusion that he should just make double sure that this is what she wants because he is sure that she won't ever be able to get the memories back as much as she may want them back. The effects of this were unknown to him and he would have to continue to test out his powers no matter how bad or good it made him feel that he was helping/ possibly hurting others emotionally. A random idea popped into his head as he remembered how he forgot to mention his name to Grey. "I forgot to mention that my name is Zeus." He mentioned softly to her. Such a strong name. A name of a god, a very strong, powerful god at that. In fiction stories you hear all these amazing things about a male god name Zeus, but here the actual human Zeus is seen as this fragile man. Not a god, not powerful and strong just... a man. A wimpy man who could barely stand up to a woman. Sighing softly at the thought he went back to paying more attention to Grey instead of everything else that was rushing through his head. "Now are you sure you wants these memories gone? You do know once they are gone you can never get them back, right?" He asked her, preparing himself to peer into her memories and take the memories of her happiest and her saddest moments. Raising any eyebrow he cleared his throat and swallowed a couple times as he tried to get rid of how dry his throat was because of the fact that she had laid her head on his shoulder. He waited for her response, and hope she wouldn't get mad for him just making sure that this was what she wanted. It was a pretty big deal and if this wasn't what she really wanted then he wouldn't do it until she was positive.

Grey Amor Scott

ImageShe was slightly shaking, medication time. Knowing so she processed the thought to back away, but before she could a hand was rubbing against her back. Froze. When his touch she was stricken with the thought that someone might care for her problems, Impossible. No one had showed Grey they truly had any emotion towards her in the largest; this was no different. From each of the rounds his hand made she could feel the hesitation from him, the cringe that he didn't want to do it. Drop. His hand was away allowing her to stretch back up with a light pop of her back. Stiffness radiated from him, "You don't seem very comfortable touching people." Commenting calmly she pursed her lips together as she saw his jaw moving figuring it was now his time to speak. "I bet you do, but I can't do that. That would be too difficult and probably not good for you." She assumed so, the idea of erasing a two memories for the price of one seemed complicated.

Feeling not content with her way of living made her nod, a nod to seal the deal that she never wishes to reopen. Knowing she'd never come across that painful day was news to her, so good it almost felt like a lie. "If you were to erase the memory then what? Wouldn't I still remember the pain that followed the memory? There would be a giant hole from happiness to depression, what would I think then?" Maybe it was to good to be true, at least her therapist had said so once before. That memories haunt and stay around forever and always, even when suppressed they manage to linger and show themselves in some form of way. "Won't I remember my engagement? And then suddenly, poof! No more husband, no marriage, just sadness. Wouldn't I just fell in the pieces and in the end make myself remember again?" Her wedding was worth forgetting if she also forgot the death, but there were still to many 'what if' questions she had.

Biting her lower lip she started nibbling and then bleeding lightly, a taste of silver rushed her mouth. She was now done crying, the water drops were gone along with the puffy sign of weakness. "I'll take the chance." Holding her head up high she smiled, relief flushed her face hoping that the idea would work and she would no longer feel so grey. "I'm completely and utterly done with all of the emotional roll coasters I've been having for a while... not that you care though."

"I forgot to mention that my name is Zeus."Taking a step back she looked over him again like she had done before. His name suited his appearance she thought, a name of power, but all names had a sense of power. Knowing someone's name was almost like having a piece of them, Grey had told hers too to many people today, but they most likely would have found it out sooner or later. She wouldn't have minded to give her name to this man freely at least, he was turning out to be a big help. Smiling at him she held out her hand to him like she'd done to a few others. "It's lovely to meet you, Zeus, now please just take away my memories." Her mind had been locked, she was ready to forget the dead hanging body she had discovered, so very ready.

"You don't seem very comfortable touching people." Grey had pointed out to Zeus. Like he didn't know. He had his reasons and if she knew the stress he has been through throughout the years then she would understand, but she didn't. "I have my reasons," He mumbled in response to what she had to say. "If you were to erase the memory then what? Wouldn't I still remember the pain that followed the memory? There would be a giant hole from happiness to depression, what would I think then?" Highly unlikely, from what he understood once the memory was gone so was every trace. It was a memory and if it wasn't there then what do you have to be depressed, angered, or even happy. "Won't I remember my engagement? And then suddenly, poof! No more husband, no marriage, just sadness. Wouldn't I just fell in the pieces and in the end make myself remember again?" She had made a good point, but he had his point. If you remove a terrible memory then wouldn't it be easier just to move on. It would be a confusing thing, but with time he was sure she could just move on and forget. With this would come his help of course. He would talk her through this, discuss her engagement if he had to and even discussing anything with her. That was the job of the therapist he had to talk to her about things with people. He had to make them feel good about themselves, and to help them heal.

Image
Noticing her bleeding lip as she nibbled on it he assumed that she was nervous perhaps having second thoughts. When she finally told him that she was going to take the chance he nodded in agreement. He wanted to just stall time, and to keep himself from having to see these memories. Would he cry? Would he feel angry for her? Maybe even a little too close to her for seeing such memories, for knowing these facts about her? Possibly even feeling regretful for taking such memories away from her. Didn't she need them? Wasn't it something that she needed to heal? It shouldn't matter he repeated over and over to himself. It was his job to help people heal. To help people move on so that is what he was going to do. He was going to help her move on. When she didn't change her mind about taking them memories away and even trying to push him to take them from her he finally decided to do it. All he had to do was to just get it over with.

Zeus thought for a second, deciding on first how he was supposed to do this and if he had to recite any passage or anything. Once he had remembered exactly what he was supposed to do he smiled at her gently. A kind smile at that right before gently putting a slightly hesitant and nervous hand on Grey's arm. It took him a moment to get used to the fact that he had a power, but before he knew it he was peering into her memories. He peered further, and tried to avoid a couple memories that popped out at him. It took him a moment though he quickly discovered which memories that he was supposed to take from her. He hesitated only a split second before using his powers to remove the horrible and gruesome memory of her husband's death. Once again he peered into her memories, finally taking her happiest memory away from her. He couldn't help but to feel a pang of sadness within him when he took her happiest memory away from her. Finally after taking the two memories away from her he pulled his hand back, blinking a couple times before looking her over. Snapping his fingers in front of her face he began to nibble gently on his bottom lip. "Grey," He paused and thought of what to say. "Are you okay? How do you feel?" He questioned her because now he was hoping he did this right. Little did he know that it worked, that she would be fine all because he hadn't taken to many memories away from her. He just was trying to get use to this so he let her stand there for a moment, and waited to hear what she had to say. "Would you like to talk about anything?" He asked gently and actually for once played the therapist role. It was his job, and he wasn't going to let some simple power and the removal of those two memories from her get in his way.

Grey Amor Scott

ImageBeing touched again released a small tremble and great intake of air from the shut eyed Grey. She didn't want to forget her wedding, not really, but she knew soon if would be gone, all of that happy moment along with the worst.

She could feel the fear hit her when she just discovered him, the way she rushed to cut him down, his dead body hit the floor without him flenching from pain or anything. She had fallen to her knees and sobbed knowing he was dead. And then it seemed like the memory was playing backwards. She was standing up, walking back up the stairs to the living with a small amount of confusion, then there was nothing to remember at all from that. The pain had been lifted, but she couldn't remember what pain, what had happened? There was a gap, was it small or big? It didn't matter though. Grey felt like she had been dunked under water and once raising there was something missing, but at least she had sweet fresh air to breath.

Next was the unraveling of her wedding day. In her heels she had been at the alter with a vail drapes lightly over her face making everything a white haze, but still her husband was seen brightly and handsomely in front of her with a large smile, perfectly. The preacher behind them spoke words that her husband was instructed to say, with each passing word years of joy dripped from her porcelain face. "Now..." The man was now speaking to her, his words were faded from her as she said what she felt deep down in her heart towards the man she had loved for so long. And then a kiss. A party. A honeymoon. Then nothing. Nothing. What had she been thinking of? What had been crossing her mind for the last few minutes, what was it again?

Image"Grey?" Hearing her name she allowed her eyes to creep open. The light that rushed towards her irises made her feel lightheaded and stumble, grabbed the thing nearest to her to cling to, Zeus. "Sorry..." Squinting her eyes from the turning of the room she tried to reset herself up right. When standing away from him she wobbled a few times before being enough stable to let her clenching fist leave him. When she finally was ready she let her hands run through her hair to get it from her hair. "Are you okay? How do you feel?" Bewildered was written all over her face. What was suppose to be wrong with her? "I feel perfectly fine..." Glancing around the room she felt lost, this wasn't her home, her job, right? "Would you like to talk about anything?" "Is there something I should be talking about?" Even though she was confused she smiled and giggled at him, there wasn't wrong with her. She was happy and felt amazing, absolutely great, but hungry. "Um, is there anything you'd like to talk about though? I'm pretty hungry and you can come with me." Without waiting for an answer she snatched his hand, "You will, won't you?" With a bright face it was obvious something had changed dramatically about the young woman. She carried a soft glow with her nearly discovered genuine smile and the lights that blossomed in her eyes. It was like nothing bad had ever happened.

This was the only sound that had woken Fiona up from her small nap. Looking up, she could see the sun peeking through the branches of the tree she was laying under. It took her a brief minute to think about what was going on, where she was, and what had woken her up in the first place. Then she could hear her phone vibrate again meaning she was getting another message. She reached for her purse which was doubling as her pillow. Looking at her phone she could see she had more messages than she thought. All from her peers which was a surprise seeing that all of them believed that Fiona was a tree-hugging spoiled princess, never really taking the time to actually talk or hang out with the girl outside of class. But now that their dance teacher, Madam Romanov had told them how Fiona had "broken her leg", they were all asking who was going to take over all her parts and solos until she came back. The worst thing is that she didn't know when she was going to to go back or if she would ever get that chance to even go back.

She didn't even answer any of them except one from her closest friend, Mimi. A fellow vegan and dancer, that she had met when she was assigned to her dormitory where they were roommates. The pair weren't best friends but she was the closest thing to a best friend that the British girl had in her life. She wasn't one to let someone in her life enough to give the title of "best" anything. But, Mimi was pretty damn close. Looking at the text from the girl, Fiona couldn't do anything but smirk. Only because Mimi didn't ask anything about her spot but asked her exactly 'what her dumb ass did to break her leg'. Fiona, was not a good liar but she just said that she was trying to do Pas de chat for a routine and she just landed in a bad position. Mimi wasn't stupid, and she knew when her friend was lying and now was one of those times. But, she just told Fiona that whatever she was going through that she wished her luck. Which was all Fiona could do for herself as well. Looking at the time, she decided that she should probably head back into the line of fire. With all the cursing and angry people that she had walked away from. She could understand their annoyance but she just wasn't a fan a cursing and rarely cursed herself unless she was very pissed off at someone or in extreme pain.

Heading inside the building, Fiona looked in the hallways and decided that she could head back to her room or go explore to see what else this place held within it. She wasn't even paying attention to which was she was walked until she looked down the hallway to see someone else walking. She had seen him the the group while the benefactor was giving each one of them their power but she couldn't put her finger on it. She walked up to the Asian man with a smile on her face as she cleared her throat softly. "Hello, my name is Fiona. I remember seeing you before but I sadly cannot remember your name."

Zeus, after taking her memories away and she kind of leaned over onto him helped Grey stay on her feet instead of allowing her to collapse to the ground. He held her up until she regained her footing, and smiled gently at her. After asking her is she felt alright and a couple questions he was happy to hear her answer. She didn't remember what had happened to her husband, and her wedding. Great, he was happy to hear that he had helped her out and was satisfied to notice that she seemed to be much... happier than before her memories were taken away. "Um, is there anything you'd like to talk about though? I'm pretty hungry and you can come with me." Without waiting for an answer she had snatched his hand, "You will, won't you?" Zeus hesitated, unsure of how to answer. No, he didn't really want to go get something to eat with her for reasons he wasn't sure about himself. Running a slightly nervous hand through his hair he sighed softly to himself before nodding to her. He made sure not to make it obvious that he wasn't exactly sure if he wanted to go with her to get something to eat. A soft smile continued to be plastered on his face, skillfully did he hide his uncertainty.

Standing here was getting them no where so he finally in haled and exhaled softly before gently holding her hand and squeezing it gently before releasing it and dropping his hands to his sides. "Shall we?" He questioned her with a slight quirk of his eyebrow. He thought momentarily, was it time for dinner, or were they even all supposed to go together to the lunch room? These were questions that ran through his head, but he guessed that they could just go as they pleased when they were hungry. He hadn't recalled any sense that they couldn't eat when they felt necessary instead of having to wait until lunch/ dinner was called or served. Plus even if they weren't able to eat a full lunch a small snack before lunch or dinner is even served. He rubbed his hands together, looking at her with a smile before he began to walk down the girl's hallway towards the stairs. Stupid Elevator, he thought on his way to the stairs. With Grey following close to him he began to mentally debate conversation starters.

"What do you think of this place so far? He asked softly as he lead the way, hoping he was going the right way even if he wasn't positive. "I mean this is all a crazy concept, but I think it's pretty cool. Anyways, a random conversation starter, but what do you think of your new job here. Do you like it, or is there possibly something else that you had in mind?" What is this? 20 questions, idiot. He thought inwardly, but quickly pushed the thought. She wouldn't mind a couple questions, right? Plus they were just conversation starters. Something to get them talking instead of just walking around while trying to find this cafeteria, and admiring the um... walls, paintings, windows, and possibly the outside if they really tried to look outside. Shrugging he turned most of his attention towards Grey, awaiting her response to his many questions, though, he did make sure to look for her and where he was walking every now and then so that he didn't accidentally run into a wall or possibly even miss a step.
