O D D I T I E S || The Norcross family is known for their snow white blonde hair. Also as she speaks, Ellya will not curse and will often bite her own tongue so to say to stop herself from cursing. This is due from her noble and "proper" upbringing and always being told a lady always speaks proper. When traveling out and wearing boots with her outfit, she will usual keep a couple knives hidden away in them.
A P P E A R A N C E || Ellya a very soft gentle looking face and a small build when looked at, but she doesn't let this keep her down, often resorting to smiling and her words than physical violence. Like most of the Norcross family, Ellya also has very white hair that she usually keeps down along with a quadruple braid, as well as her hair being tucked around and behind her ears. Like most ladies in royalty she very much enjoys wearing dresses within the castle and city, but when traveling she will occasionally add trousers under her dress and wear boots, giving her the freedom to escape or run in any scenario. What little blemished or scrapes Ellya gains, she will quickly cover up and try to keep the "perfect Norcross look."

Growing up in a royal family has really shaped Ellya to be proper and speak with a purpose whenever talking. Even though her family and kingdom has seen hardships in the past and present, Ellya is able to keep a smile on her face, keep faith, and give optimistic advice others are being down or negative. Her family sees this as a good quality in their princess, but others call her weak for this saying she is too soft to rule.
As mentioned before, her environment has very much shaped Ellya, and if she wasn't directly taught it while growing up or in her daily life, she doesn't know about it or understand this. For example she knows of magic because of her court wizard, but is under the impression it is rare and is also frowned upon by most people when not used properly. Though she may not be all knowing, she is very determined and stubborn when she puts her mind and heart in a place. Often enough this may be mistaken for her being entitled to get what she wants since she is a princess and most of the time whatever she wants she gets.
Ellya prides herself on being kind and true to everyone she meets, even some of the people her family may not like or some people who may have been rude to her in the past. Even though she tries to see the good in all, this doesn't mean there are times where she won't be annoyed or not like people, one pet peeve she has is cursing. Ellya was brought up that cursing is something for lesser people, and a lady should never curse, she will often hesitate, stutter, or just go quiet if she almost slips a words out that she couldn't, out of habit of being punished when younger.
"I am your princess, and as such I shall make sure this kingdom prosper and will be of a golden age. I am here for my castle, city, and kingdom."
Ellya is the first born of three daughters to Stannis and Catelyn Norcross, rulers of Kett. Being the eldest of only daughters from the Norcross family she was quickly shaped and groomed to take over the kingdom. Taught to speak proper, sit in on counsel meetings, travel with her parents as they ruled from a young age, Ellya was proud of how well she caught on and treated with royalty and enjoyed getting dressed up for meetings and especially for dances and celebrations.
Growing up, she quickly took to two things outside of the court of politics. First off, she fell in love with horses quickly whenever her and her family would travel, quickly bonding with the horses in the stables and when not busy in the castle, would ride and feel the wind in her hair. Ellya quickly started races to be held in the capital city and would race whenever her parents would allow to compete, though it was rare as they were worried she get injured. The other thing she quickly attached was knife throwing. It all started when one of the court jester's did an act of sword juggling and knife throwing and Ellya was interested immediately, quickly having her parents bring the jester on as a teacher and teach her to throw as one of the best in the land. Her mother was against a princess involved in anything to do with violence, but her father was okay with it as a way to defend herself in the worse situations, and assumed it would be more for entertainment than defense.
Even though Ellya interacted with a lot of other nations, her parents kept her away from tribals and non-citizens of the kingdom, telling her about their savagely, use of outlawed magic, and causing great chaos across the land. So since her parents had never steered her wrong, she believed them and stayed away from the forests and people her parents told her to stay away from.
The kingdom of Kett had many battles and wars, but always came out on top with their number of allies and superior armies, though until recently where spies had snuck into the kingdom and started to unravel everything the Norcross family had built. There was not much they could do because it was too late, though Ellya had heard about a magical stone through myths and after getting a little information from er court wizard, took off to find this stone in hopes of saving her kingdom.
