- Holly has a very unique personality. She is selfish most of the time, but often chooses to be more heartwarming and kind, particularly to her closer friends. Growing up with money running in her family and being spoiled rotten, Holly can be very greedy, even to the point where she can receive thousands of dollars or bars of gold for her allowance and still think she deserves more. She can be very critical, and often makes fun of people for their lack of an extravagant lifestyle like she has.
At most times Holly will be very outgoing. Not being afraid to take a stand or do something against the crowd if she believes it is what is right. She is very blunt when she speaks and will tell you the truth even if she knows it could hurt your feelings. It almost seems as if she doesnβt care about others at all, but that is not absolutely true. Underneath the selfish outside, Holly is very caring when you earn her respect.
Shopping is how Holly filled the void that her parents have left her. Her mother is rarely ever around and growing up without a father leaves her with a heart that has so much love to give, but doesnβt know how to. With an endless supply of cash flow, Hollyβs shopping is her way of giving herself the love and support she needs.
The biggest challenge Holly to face is that she often is so focused on immediate pleasures that she neglects the duties and responsibilities that make those luxuries possible. Complex analysis, repetitive tasks, and matching statistics to real consequences are not easy activities for her to understand. Sheβd rather rely on luck or opportunity, or simply ask for help from her extensive circle of friends. It is important for Holly to challenge herself to keep track of long-term things, because there won't always be someone else around who can help her keep an eye on these things.
Hollyβs work ethic is sorely lacking. Having such a glamorous lifestyle, Holly also has trouble with anything that involves hard work, which is something her uncle encourages her to do sometimes (much to the dismay of her), usually because of her frivolous money spending. She disregards school and prefers to take credit for others' work, and hates doing work, even if she's getting paid. She does absolutely everything to get out of chores, classes, and her various jobs. Hollyβs poor ability is often caused by her lack of effort and understanding, as it's normally easy for her to get her own way in life. Though sometimes she'll put her ego aside, and show she can do more than she's given credit for, which shows her to being occasionally smart and/or selfless. There are also times where she enjoys being self-sufficient.
Holland is welcome wherever there's a need for laughter, playfulness, and a volunteer to try something new and fun β and there's no greater joy for her than to bring everyone else along for the ride. She can chat for hours, sometimes about anything but the topic she meant to talk about, and share her loved ones' emotions through good times and bad. If she can just remember to keep her ducks in a row, sheβll always be ready to dive into all the new and exciting things the world has to offer, friends in tow.

- β¦ Self-Confident
Holly couldn't do these things if she was plagued by self-doubt β she trusts her abilities, make known her opinions, and believe in her capacities.
β‘ Strong-Willed
Though it may seem she will back away when the going-gets-tough, rarely does she really give up when the going gets tough β Holly strives to achieve her true goals, even if they are small ones.
β¦ Good at Connecting with Others
These qualities come together to make Holly very social. She has a strong need to "belong", and has no problem with small talk in order to help her take an active role in others lives
β‘ Decisive
Her ideas have a real impact on the world. Holly is able to follow through on her ideas with conviction, willpower, and the planning necessary to see complex projects through to the end, even if it means hiring someone else to help her accomplish those things. She doesnβt just see the way things ought to be, she tries act on those insights.
- Weaknesses:
β¦ Arrogant
Holly respects quick thoughts and firm convictions, much like her own qualities, and she does look down on those who don't match up. This relationship is a challenge for most others who are perhaps not timid in their own right, but will seem so beside overbearing to Holly.
β‘ Poor Handling of Emotions
All this bluster, alongside the assumed supremacy of rationalism, makes Holly distant from her own emotional expression and sometimes downright scornful of others'. She often tramples others' feelings, inadvertently hurting her friends, especially in emotionally charged situations.
β¦ Cold and Ruthless
Her obsession with herself makes Holly incredibly insensitive to others when she is in the mindset of pursuing her goals, dismissing others personal circumstances, sensitivities, and preferences as irrational and irrelevant.
β‘ Dislike Commitment
Long-term commitments are particularly onerous for Holly. She prefers to take things day-by-day, and the feeling of being locked into something for a long time is downright oppressive. This is evident in Holly's romantic relationships.

- β¦ Partying
Who doesn't love a good party? Especially if you are one thats the center of attention. Holly will stop parting when pigs fly.
β‘ School
Well, Holly likes school mostly for the socialization, not really for the work part of it.
β¦ Traveling
Visiting places around the world is a nice way to spend her money. She likes to explore the world, even if it is only to another 5-Star hotel.
β‘ Positive Publicly
Looking better than others is something she likes to do. Even if she's volunteering just for the new reporters, she make sure she looks good.
β¦ Evelyn
Evelyn is her pet dog. There is nothing her loves more than Evelyn. The bond the two have is filled with so much love that is greatly needed in Holly's life.
- β¦ Horror Movies
They're just so un realistic. To Holly, just call up your private jet to get you away from the zombies..easy as that.
β‘ Social Welfare Group
Not that she really dislikes them, she just envies them. They can do so much more than she can do and she hides her jealousy behind a fake hatred for them.
β¦ The Dark
At 18, Holly is still scared of the dark and the "monsters" it brings with it.
β‘ Out of Season Fashion
What's wrong with being updated? Holly will keep all her clothes and style fresh and new. "Wear it a day, throw it away!"
β¦ Ketchup
Just never something she liked. It's slimy, cold, and gross.
- β¦ Constantly on Social Media
β‘ Terrible Liar
β¦ Believes all animals can talk to each other
β‘ Rolls eyes when bored or annoyed

- Holland Edwin is the only child of the Edwin family and the Stock Heir to the Edwin-Jacobs Broadcasting Company (EJBC). The EJBC is a privately owned Media Network which began its rise to fame in the 1980's and early 1990's. Now it is a multi-million dollar company which broadcasts and produces many of the US's renowned television shows.
John Edwin is the owner of EJBC, and older brother of Amelia Edwin. With no children of his own to pass the company down onto, he declared his sister, Amelia, the next heir to the media network. Holly, Amelia's only daughter and John's only niece, would rack the benefits from this as a major share holder of the company.
Despite being born into wealth and privilege, Holly had a very unusual childhood; her mother was never around her, she never knew her father, and her only happiness was found in her uncle who treated her as his princess. As she grew older, she filled the void created by her mother and fathers absence with shopping. She buys clothes to cope with feelings of emptiness.
Though Holly can often be seen as a superficial snob who looks down on lower-class people, she does make exceptions for those whom she really cares about and has been shown to be loyal to her friends. She loves fashion, and states that she has been wearing designer outfits since she was a baby, and usually never wears the same outfit twice. She has a dog named Evelyn who is treated like royalty. Since Holly has be brought up by multiple, always changing nannies and had only one true adult to look out for her, she often looks to the fictional characters in EJBC shows for help and guidance.
Though it seems like Holland may lead the ultimate rich-girl life, her childhood was far less than perfect.
Holland was tutored and homeschooled her entire life. Her grades were less than par, but because of her status she was accepted to Philip J. Ford University. Now entering as a freshman at the University, she is being a world she knows very little about.
