Accurate Death Predictions

History:
Noura's Mother had died before she was born. The result of a sudden horrific car crash,
The Hospital had managed to save her child, despite the fact she was beyond recognition
by the time she was pulled from the wreckage.

Raised alone by her father, Noura was very close with her father during her younger age
often closer to her then he was with his other two children and they took notice, but
as she entered puberty, her father began to become distant. Unsure of truly how to
raise a teenage daughter, but he did his best. Matters only became worse as she started
to get older she began to have Nightmares. Visions of peoples deaths and of the recently
departed crying out. She truly became distant as she began to see such things while she
was awake.

Things became better as she grew up, learning how to deal with her visions and other
abilities. The visions normally came to her while she was alone, causing her to seek
out the attention of others, trying never to be alone.

Reply Sample:
" This is so awesome! " Noura yelled as she bounced around her newly acquired room.
She had never even had her own room let alone lived on her own before. Well... as 'on your
own' as you could get in a house full of other people with strange and otherworldly powers.
Jumping up and down on her bed, the sound of springs creaking could be heard echoing from
down the hallway.

Finally collapsing back on her bed, breathing heavily from all the jumping she had been doing.
It had been such a shock to hear that this place existed, that others like.... her... existed.
Well, not exactly like her... Although she was pretty sure that one goth looking girl she saw
had something to do with the 'dead' too... or she just liked to dress like that. Her breath finally
catching up with her, she simply lay there in the silents - closing her eyes to have a moment
of rest.

'H-Help me.. ' came a whisper. Noura's eyes fly open as she sits up suddenly. The room
was empty, no one here but herself. 'Please.. H-Help...' She heard again, followed by
the sound of a scream. 'No- No! Wait! Please' a male voice yelled.

Grabbing her pillow and covering her ear, Noura shut her eyes tight. Gritting her teeth as she
whispered to herself "I'm the only one here.. I'm the only one here.. I'm the only one here.. "
Slowly the room grew quiet to her, all of the other voices that had filled it simply faded away.
That's just how things were every time she was alone, why would that change just because
she moved out of her house? Tossing down the pillow, she brushed a couple tears from her
eyes. At least she didn't scream this time...

" Maybe someone is downstairs... " he said as she got to her feet, walking towards the door.

Hobbies/Interests:
She spends much of her free time drawing into her
little black sketch book. Normally drawing who ever
or whatever she see.

Quirks/Habits:
Noura tends to pull on her hair when she is nervous.

Dislikes:
Loud Noises, Dogs, The Smell of Boiled Cabbage,
Christmas Time, Being alone in the dark.

Weaknesses:
Hates Puzzles,
Skin burns at the touch of Cold Iron.

Strengths:
Incredibly Fast and good at staying quiet.

Education:
High School Degree

Normal Possessions:
A Simple Golden Locket with her Mother picture in it.

Siblings:
Alex North (Brother; Age 25), Terresa North (Sister; Age 22)

Parents:
Robert Tyler North, Single Father.
Terra North, Mother (Deceased)

Face Claim:
Emma Stone

Fitz got ready for the day. He washed himself, brushed his teeth, combed his hair, and started to get dressed. “Now, is it a blue day or a green day?” Fitz laughed at the green day part. He was still desperately tired and couldn’t make sense of what he was saying. He put on the blue button down that he had just finished ironing. He put sown the collar and rolled the sleeves up about halfway. He then buttoned it up, covering his bare chest. Fitz managed to get on his khaki pants just fine and he laced a brown belt through the belt loops. He found his boat shoes and slipped into them. Walking towards the door, he turned off the lights and then creped out of the room, closing the door behind him. Fitz walked towards his study, nodding to who ever were already up and ready to start their day. He got to his study and sat down, swiveling around in his chair a bit. He rubbed his eyes and thought of his average day process. “Um… I’ll get breakfast later. I need to check up on the kitchen, see how they’re doing. Look at the bills and taxes… Read. I need to read.” Fitz got up out of his chair and looked for a book or sheet music he could read. He picked up a book with the calligraphy sprawled upon it that said “Beethoven” and a few of the Belgium pianist’s symphonies. A half an hour later, he closed the book and the sheet music. “Crazy. Crazy, but a genius.” Fitz got up and started to wander the halls of The Home.

Dallas Walked the halls of the home, carefully. She was wearing a wool sweater and jeans with, of course, no shoes. She smiled at Fitz when he came by. Once he nodded and walked past her, she breathed in his cool scent of lavender and honey. Dallas smiled to herself, she had known that smell all her life. She looked out the window. It was sprinkling lightly outside, and Dallas thought it was perfect timing for a swim. She ran to her bedroom, pulled out a lavender bikini and put it on, got a beach towel, and ran outside… Barefoot. She laid the towel aside when she got to the lagoon and jumped into the blue-black waters. Dallas was used to the transformation, so it was only a little sting. She looked at her long tail; pink and gel-like with silver dorsal fins. She dove deeper and deeper until she reached her little cavern.

Image Noura walked slowly into the game room, peaking around the corner before actually walking all the way into the room. No one was in there yet... but then again that made since.. it was still early and most of the people within the home were likely still asleep.

She walked timidly over to the couch, jumping slightly before 'flopping' down on its cushions. She hated being alone - but she had to admit, it did come with some perks - like picking what she got to watch on the tv! Glancing around the immediate area she sighed as she realized the remote wasn't within grabbing distance of the couch. Sitting up and looking around she didn't see the thing either.

Her hands delved down deep into the couch, searching .... Ah-ha! There is was... but it was stuck.. With a sigh, she closed her eyes concentrating. Her hand slowly shifted to a transparent like state before she brought the remote up out of the couch - it also currently with an odd translucent appearance.

" Ha ha! " She let out a laugh, giggly at the fact she could do that openly here. Settling back into a comfortable position on the couch she flipped on the TV.

Tremmy heard giggling from the basement, incantations from the garden, splashing in the Lagoon, and the paces of The Dean around The Home. He looked down a little to see a familiar, ginormous black dog with patches of fur missing look up at him with it's red eyes. Trem got down to pat the dog's head. "Hey, Addy. How's it going, boy?" The dog gave an eerie grin. "Now what should we do today... Banshee, Witch, Merfolk, or the Werewolf?" The dog whimpered and ran away. Tremmy followed it to see Adolf carrying an old teddy bear. Trem chuckled. "Or, the sickest, most baddest dog in Hell wants to take a break from pranks and have a sissy play date." The dog growled and crouched into a playful position. "Only for a while. It'll look like I'm playing with an invisible dog." Addy was invisible to everyone, except for other demons.

Dallas
had a wonderful time talking to Abel. She admired the pink flower in her hair, and had fun talking to someone she somewhat knew. She heard the bell and looked up at the surface, then back at Abel. "Let's go. It's lunch time. I hope they don't serve fish. That's like cannibalism." She started swimming to the surface, then looked back at Abel who wasn't swimming at all. "I'm not leaving without you, ya know. Better come before I drag you up there!" Dallas yelled playfully. She twirled her tail in circular motions.

Fitz finally got the guts to go downstairs and eat something. He didn't eat a lot, and he especially didn't eat in front of other people, including all the beautiful creatures that were stuck at The Home. He piled up a tray with raw red meat, bacon, tenderloin, etc. He was part wolf, so he needed it. He grabbed a beer for good measures. Fitz didn't get drunk, which was something odd. His family was filled with alcoholics, and he was one of them. He just didn't get drunk. He always thought to himself it must have to do with his super human abilities, there was no other reason for him not to get that way.

Gordon had walked around the grounds of the mansion for about an hour now and everything was in order. On his walk, he tended to a loose stone in the path or two but other then that, it was picturesque. He figured if he needed to fix anything else, he'd be told about it and decided to head inside for some lunch. He was already thinking of a killer sandwich he could make when he noticed Hayden head out the front door with Fitz seemingly not too far behind. So Gordon closed the fridge and watched as Fitz followed her out. He shortly after heard the sound of Fitz' car pull out of the driveway. He was happy for Fitz. He deserved to relax after all the crap he had to put up with as Dean. Sure, it was with a demon of seduction, but she seemed nice enough. After this thought, Gordon decided to wait and see what the Witches had down before eating and instead just grabbed a water bottle and decided to head towards the entertainment area to relax a bit.

As he walked into the room, he stopped in his tracks as he noticed a bright haired woman on one of the couches. She looked over to him seemingly surprised. "Noura...right?" Gordon said, trying not to seem rude. He remembered Fitz telling him about a Banshee moving in some point recently, but Gordon surprisingly hadn't run into her yet. "I just thought I'd come in and relax a bit. Mind if I sit down?"

Image "Noura...right?" Gordon said.

"Ah!" Noura jumped with a little shock as he spoke, not realizing anyone else had entered the room. The slight 'scream' she gave off would have left ones ears ringing, but nothing permanent, and as she 'bounced' upwards to a sitting up position on the couch, her hand would again become transparent as the remote sipped out of it, hitting the floor with a 'crack'. She clearly still had to work on controlling her abilities some times...

" Errm. I .. " She stammered before pausing for a moment. She took a breath and fixed her hair before smiling at him. " Sorry.. yes.. I'm Noura! " She said as she pulled her legs off the couch to make room. " and sure! Feel free to sit down! " She said as she scooted to one side of the couch, giving him ample room to sit down. " You seem to know my name - so to only be fair you should tell me yours. "

" I didn't know anyone besides Fitz knew about me yet... " She said smiling at the man before her. " I ... haven't been here very long.. " She looked down at the ground, just now realizing she had dropped the remote. Blushing slightly as she picked it up off the ground - causing the batteries to fall out of the back of the loose remote back. With a defeated sigh she let her head hang low for a minute...

Tremmy heard noises from the kitchen and stopped playing with his favorite foul beast. "Hm, two witches. One place. I think we should go check it out, Addy." The demon and his companion went down the stairs and made their way to the kitchen. "Play nice with the familiars. They're protective of their masters." Addy growled but then understood. Tremmy walked in on the two witches. He chuckled to himself. "My kind of party." He took a glimpse at Eden, then looked Evanne up down. "Well Hell, Miss Evanne, aren't you a sight for sore eyes." He gave her a wink. A lion and a bear. No match for a beast of Hell, Addy thought. Why does he want me to play nice? Addy just sat down by his masters feet.

Fitz gave a small sigh. "Well, it's been a doozy. I am a Dean, after all. I have to work out finances, pay the bill, make sure nobody tries to commit suicide or murder. The only thing that really keeps me at peace is probably listening to myself play piano. Actually, nowadays, any piano music will do." The waitress came back. "I'll order a burger, double the patty, no cheese, and a unsweetened tea, please." "How do you want it cooked?" "Rare, please." The waitress turned to Hayden. "How about you?"

Dallas
frowned. "It's the transition, isn't it?" She looked down sadly and picked up her towel, wrapping it around her. "I'll leave, don't worry. Just find me when you're done, okay?" Dallas walked inside the house and was about to go into the kitchen, when she heard three voices. Never mind. She went down stairs into the game room and didn't see Gordon and Noura until she walked right in front of them to go to the bar. She let out a gasp and shrunk back a little. "Um... I... Uh... Er..." The mermaid wrapped the towel around her almost like it was suffocating her. Dallas was in shock. Mostly because she avoided everybody and she would've seen this coming. "S-s-sorry." She managed to sputter out.

Abel's mind calmed when he saw the girl walk away. It was time and he had to get out or someone would come and get him. He swam slowly over to the shore, behind a forest of reeds. His hands took grip on the ground and then he pulled himself out of the water. He was laying on the soft ground. He tried to focus on other things but the pain hit him like an eighteen wheeler. Ripping of flesh, healing and reforming into something else doesn't even sound appealing to think about, let alone to have it happen to himself. He grabbed the ground, gritting his teeth as his flesh tore then reformed into his human legs. This one was one of the worst and instead of quietly feeling the pain as he normally did, he had to wail this time, his voice a tortured sound of a dying animal.

5 minutes later, Abel lay on the ground, his tail gone and his legs back. He grabbed his towel and wrapped it around his waist as he began to stand, seeing a car enter the long driveway that led to the house. Dean didn't say more new people were coming. He ruffled his hair and walked inside, seeing Dallas standing in the room her towel still on. He didn't mind because he saw her with most of her clothes off anyway.

"Hey, does anyone know where Dean is? There is a vehicle coming down the driveway."

"Yep. Definitely a Banshee." Gordon thought to himself, his ears steel ringing from the yelp she had let out. After massaging his ears a little, he realized she had asked for his name. "I'm Gordon." he replied with a polite smile as he sat down next to Noura. He noticed the girl's fumble with the remote and as she talked, picked up the back and the batteries that were on the floor and handed them to her, noticing she was embarrassed. "I remember hearing somewhere intangibility takes a while to get used to. Plus, you're in a new place, so nerves mess with most people's abilities." Gordon stated, trying to make her feel better as he gave a comforting smile.

Suddenly, someone entered the room. It took Gordon a moment to realize it was Dallas, one of the mermaids of the house, in a towel. "S-s-sorry." she sputtered, seemingly nervous. "It's fine, Dallas..." he then realized she was heading for the bar. Before he could say anything on the matter however, another person came down the stairs into the room. A young boy. Abel. "Hey, does anyone know where Dean is? There is a vehicle coming down the driveway." "He went out for a little bit." Gordon answered getting up from the couch. "I'll go see whose car that is then. Don't freak out." and with those words, he teleported out of the room and to the front door, intent on seeing who this was in the driveway.

Tremmy's interaction lingered with Evanne but he turned his head to Eden. "Bronx Tremaine. Call me Tremmy." Addy let out a growl, but Tremmy silenced him. "By the way, I brought Adolf with me. Easy on the dog jokes, okay?" He walked closer to Evanne with Addy close to his heels. "So Evanne," He leaned in next to her, putting an arm just above her head to steady himself. "I heard the sky is going to be clear tonight, and the stars are in a perfect alignment, and I'm trying to put this as romantic as I can. You, me, under the stars, with a bottle of 1993 Forstmeister Geltz Zilliken Spätlese Riesling or some aged scotch if red wine isn't your poison. No Addy, I promise." The hellhound let out a short growl then a huff, realizing he had no choice. "You can even bring your ferocious feline. So, what do you say?" Tremmy hope it would be a yes. He like Evanne, but he thought if he actually really showed his feelings, a few demons would tease the shit out of him.

Dallas frowned. "Who would come at this time of day?" When Gordon went to go check, she whispered a prayer for him in Atlantian that he would be safe. Dallas turned to Abel, then looked at Noura. "Um, uh..." Dallas took a breath and started to speak clearly, in English. "Hello, I'm Dallas. And you are...?"

Fitz smiled as the waitress left. "I really do need a vacation. But that doesn't work for men like me." Fitz could really care less about a vacation. He loved his work, occasionally. Fitz also was glad Hayden was there, it seemed like she made everything less stressful. He looked at Hayden. Wow, he thought. Could she be anymore beautiful? "Hayden, I have to say you look stunning today." Fitz started to blush, but he tried not to let show. He was getting a feeling of lust that he had not had for so long. She wouldn't want to sleep with me. Hell I wouldn't even want to sleep with me. Fitz came to a not-so-shocking conclusion. Who would want to sleep with a 99 year old virgin?

Abel became worried as Gordon teleported outside. The men were getting out of the car at this time and they walked up to the man, looking at him.

"Hello, Dean called us here. We are special doctors here to examine the merfolk to make sure they are healthy."

He began, sounding as truthful as anyone could be. They pushed past the man and went into the house, Gordon following close behind. They had briefcases that held medical supplies. As they entered the room, all attention was pointed to them.

"Who in here are merfolk?"

Dallas and Abel raised their hands, looking at each other then back to the men. They smiled and explained the situation once again then pointed to Abel.

"We will inspect him first."

They began then made their way back into the Home, finding an abandoned room.

[ OOC: They are actually poachers that are tying to get to Abel and Dallas for their scales. ]

Abel looked at the men then one grabbed him and another soaked his body in water. The pain was excruciating as his legs began to fuse together and his gills began to appear on his neck. After he finished changing, the man just dropped him as he gasped, his gills taking over for where his lungs should have worked. The man that drenched him in water grabbed what looked like a large, industrial nail file. Abel tried to speak but he was having too much trouble trying to breathe. They took the nail file to his tail and began scraping off the scales, making it bleed and causing immense pain for Abel. The other took scissors and cut the silk-like fin at the very bottom. Poachers... His mind raced but he finally let out a pained scream that filled the house.

When Gordon saw the men, they seemed normal enough. Doctors had come into the Home before to check on some of the residents, but they seemed different. No one had called a doctor that Gordon could remember. So, as they walked down the hall to find some privacy with Abel and Dallas, Gordon took another look at the two men; his type of look at the men. He saw flashes of them pulling the scales of countless merfolk, some unconscious and some not as lucky. Gordon wanted to puke from the things these men had done, but there wasn't any time for that. As they closed the door behind them, he noted the room and teleported back to Noura. "Get to your room. Lock the door." he said in a cold voice as he then quickly teleported again, this time towards the garden. He then pulled out his phone and proceeded to call Fitz. "You two need to get back here right now. We have some trouble at home. Scale poachers. I'll take care of them until you get here." Gordon said, hitting the end button as he was now in front of the garden shed. He pushed in the door and eyed his old iron shovel that he used for digging graves; his weapon of choice as he felt a sickle was a bit cliche. Plus, it was quieter then a gun. Well, most of the time. He grabbed it and twirled it in his hand for a moment, getting comfortable with the cold wood and iron weapon. In another blink, he was in front of the closed door to the room where the "examination" was taking place. He knocked on it, placing the shovel on the inside of the door frame so it was out of sight. "Excuse me. Can I come in?" he said, just then noticing the girl next to him. "You aren't gonna want to see this. Head to your room and lock the door." he said, immediately hearing a blood curdling scream coming from inside. The girl busted in before Gordon could react. She was pretty quick for how young she was and definitely knew what she was doing. Before he knew it, one of the men had ran past him and he could her the ignition from outside. He quickly blinked next to the driver side door and pulled the man out, quickly blinking away with the man in his grasp, key still in the ignition.
