Saffra Herriot [3] Saffra is a rather quiet girl from her district, and no on eever knows what she's really thinking. Not such of a fighter, but she can be when she needs to be.
Peter Hadley [3] Peter is a 18 year old boy from District 2 who is determined to win The Hunger Games for his love back home.
