Upon entering the truck he heard the sounds of laughter. It died down with an awkward cough. He almost wished they hadn't found out the two were demons. The tension in the car felt thick, and now all conversation was awkward. He missed that brief moment where Jen was chill, he was chill, they were chill. It was good. Now, not so much.
ā€œHey, small question. Where are we going to sleep?ā€ Kane heard August ask as they arrived. That was a good question.
"Well we have two beds, and a couch. I'm sure Jen and I can snuggle up so you guys could have a bed or something. I wouldn't trust the couch" he said with a shrug as he opened the motel room.

He found Jen sitting on the bed reading the book she had gotten at their last stop. Kane found it strange she was so into murder mysteries, seeing they solved a few of their own. Though the killer never turned out to be some smart sociopath - just demons. Walking over to the bed he threw the things in the bag at her, interrupting her from her sentence in the book.
"Kane, I'm reading. Why must you throw...ooh pills" she started out gruffly, then just excited when she was what was thrown, a solution to her headache.
"Merry Christmas" he said with a small smile before looking over to the two...demons. "Make yourself at home I guess. There isn't much to do" he shrugged before sitting down onto his own bed, slipping his shoes off over the ends.

Jen looked over at the two demons with a small tinge of guilt. They must have thought she was a real ass. Threatening to kill them and all. But hey, she had her reasons. Demons weren't to be trusted. It was something screwed into her mind, and it was still something she struggled to grasp at the moment. She hated the feeling in the room, awkward, tense. It seemed her and Kane both noticed the feeling.

Kane gave Jen a silent weary glance before taking back out his guitar, something he was going to play before they got mixed up. He hoped it would at least help calm some people down, if not them, then himself. He began strumming "Disarm" by Smashing Pumpkins. Jen's face lit up at the sound. It was one of her favorite songs after all. She was a giant Smashing Pumpkins fan, she didn't know why to be honest. Humming quietly to herself she grabbed the sealed pills and water bottle and took about 3 things of ibuprofen. She was thankful he got her water, she didn't trust drinking from the tap here.

Looking over to what thought were her enemies she sighed before speaking.
"Sorry for threatening to kill you guys and all" she apologized quietly before sifting through her pack for a few books. She put them at the end of the bed.
"If I recall you like reading. Something to pass the time" looking to August and back down at the books before she looked at her own.

August nodded his head in response back to Kaneā€™s answer about the sleeping arrangements. Cosetteā€™s corner of her mouth slightly crept up at his comment about the couch, and she chirped in saying, ā€œI bet if you brought in a black light, everything would seem untrustworthy.ā€ It was a true enough statement. Now that she thought about it, she was a little unsure she wanted to sleep on the bed either. She probably wouldnā€™t touch the walls either... or the floor. ā€œI think I just gave myself a fear of hotel rooms...ā€ she mumbled to herself under her breath, her habit of talking to herself when she over thinks shinning through.

As they entered into the motel room, Cosette now more unwillingly then before, August noticed the book Jen had clasped between her hands; Psycho, an American classic. From that book grew sequels, movies, and now a new television series starring little Charlie from Charlie and the chocolate factory, whoā€™s not so little any more. He liked it enough, but the only thing that pissed him off about it was that Norman Bates mother name was Norma. What mother would name their son after herself, no matter her mental stability.

Cosette moved over to sit on the edge of the bed, trying to dissipate any thoughts of what a black light might show. August chose to lean against the wall, but raised an eyebrow as Jen, to his complete shock, apologized. ā€œDonā€™t sweat it too much. Not the only death threats weā€™ve ever had. Weā€™re just thankful you guys actually heard us out.ā€ Cosette nodded in signal of her agreeing, before sheepishly saying ā€œIā€™m sorry for blowing up like that to. I could blame it on the drinking, but I think I just get kind of hot headed.ā€ August snorted, saying ā€œNo pun intended?ā€ She rolled her eyes.

She had a high temperature she actually did technically have a hot head.

August went and picked up to look at a couple of the books Jen dumped out for him. He had read some of them, one of them containing a bad guy as a demon. Books often detailed demons all wrong, only a couple really nailing them down and how to actually detain them. Writerā€™s imaginations really did run rapid. Reading stuff like that always made him think of other mythical creatures, and if they were real. Hell, demons where, whoā€™s to say vampires or werewolves, or even unicorns where fake. He just kind of hoped vampires didnā€™t sparkle in the sun. Or maybe he did. It would be quite the spectacle to laugh about.

Cosettes voice broke through the awkward half silence, despite the guitar.

ā€œDo you know what area youā€™re headed to by chance? I donā€™t know if you guys have passports, but me and August donā€™t.ā€ August nodded his head, but one could barely tell because he was skimming the pages of one of the books mindlessly. ā€œI know a guy here. Before we left, he said he could make us Passports cheap, so if you guys want I can contact him...ā€ She felt odd about suggesting it. Way to make a better impression of herself, suggesting something illegal. Whatever. It was either that or somehow sneak through the borders, which in itself was illegal as well.

[Sorry for the short post]

ā€œDo you know what area youā€™re headed to by chance? I donā€™t know if you guys have passports, but me and August donā€™t. I know a guy here. Before we left, he said he could make us Passports cheap, so if you guys want I can contact him..." Cosette had said. Jen grinned to herself. Who would have though the innocent (as she first thought) girl would do some illegal things. Jen marked her page with a small crease in the corner. Digging back into her pack she got to the map and laid it out onto the bed.
"Well...we don't have passports. I usually wing these sort of things. Batting your lashes and showing a bit of cleavage gets you many places" she shrugged, looking at the route she had made.

Kane stopped playing the guitar and gently sat it back down onto the bed, going over to Jen's bed to look at the map.
"I don't think that works with officials" Kane said with a raised brow to Jen. The girl simply shook her head.
"You'd be surprised" was all she had to say afterwards. "All backroads?" he questioned, noticing the strange path.
"It's pretty country, what can I say" she retorted with a sarcastic smirk. Kane looked over to Cosette.
"I think passports would be good...for all of us. You may want to contact that guy" he folded back up the map and looked at Jen.
"I've never been to Canada, I heard they have milk in bags"
"That's awesome" Kane said with wide eyes. Though it was a strange concept to hear about.

Jen looked over to the abnormally quiet August, who was skimming the pages of the book. Since they got here, Cosette had done most of the talking.
"Enjoying that book there, English major?" she quirked a brow. Jen's headache had settled down thankfully. A grumpy Jen, was not a fun Jen.

Cosette nodded before skippering off to pick up the coiled wire phone sitting on the small desk in the room, and she punched in the number. August on the other hand, crept over to look at the map as well, studying it. ā€œItā€™s harder to pass a border with just batting your eyes, but that may come in handy. I assume you guys have some weapons, and theyā€™re not so free willing with that in Canada. If they search your truck, then weā€™re screwed.ā€ Canada, however similar it was to the US, defiantly did not have the same policies as it came to America. For one, not everyone could own a gun like they could here, and you had to have papers among papers to do so. Hand guns were pretty much banned from entering, and all other guns had to be declared and checked over twice. Borders, thankfully, didnā€™t check thoroughly every single car that passed through, only the suspicion types. And four young adults, while not totally suspicious, still had cause to get searched.

In answer to Jens other question, he said while smirking. ā€œIā€™ve read that book before, just making sure it was as wordy as I remember it.ā€

Cosette after a few rings heard a male voice at the other end say ā€Hello? She smiled, and said ā€œHey, Brett? This Is Cosette, I spoke to you around a week ago?ā€ A yawn shuddered through the other end, signifying she had probably woke him up. ā€Oh, yeah. You need those two passports done? Cosette nodded her head, pointless as the person on the other end couldnā€™t tell. ā€Make that two more if possible, we picked up a couple of er- friends.ā€ She stated, glancing back over her shoulder at the three before correcting herself, ā€œWell actually, they sort of picked us up.ā€ Another yawn came from the slightly scratchy voiced Brett. ā€œYeah, thatā€™s fine. Just make sure you have the cash. Iā€™m over on 49th street, theres apartment flats there, Iā€™m on the third floor. Iā€™ll buzz you in when you get there, it shouldnā€™t take too long; I got the templates here.ā€ Cosette felt a little relived, saying ā€œAlright. See you soon.ā€ and hanging up the phone. They were close to the street he was on, maybe a couple blocks, a short walk really.

She turned to face the three, saying ā€œWell, heā€™s ready when we are. Itā€™s not a far walk from here, and we should probably save as much gas as we can for the truck.ā€ August nodded, before adding in, ā€œYou might want to put your contacts back in, donā€™t think sunglasses would be allowed in a regular passport photo.ā€ She reached into her jacket pocket and pulled out her green contact casing, before making her way to the bathroom and placing them strategically over the gold. It was really time for her to get new ones, these one where getting rather old and that probably wasnā€™t the safest thing.

Exiting the bathroom, she blunk her eyes a good five times within the ten seconds, and her eyes adjusted, now awaiting the other two so they could go. She, thankfully, had enough cash to cover it all. Per passport, it was fifty bucks. She herself and two hundred dollars even with her, but that was really the extent of her own cash. It would pay for all four, so thats all that mattered.

Jen raised a brow in surprise on how fast the demon girl was able to get results. Maybe there was a a strange silver lining in their dilemma. She began to wonder what sort of connections the two demons had. Were they important people in the demon world? She didn't know. Neither did Kane. If they knew anything about the demon world, they did know their was a sort of ranking system. Though now talking to the two demons, they both were beginning to wonder how much of their knowledge was actually true. She nodded at August's comment about the weapons.
"I have an idea for how to get around that" she said to assure them. There were a few places to stick things in their truck to put it lightly.

They were the only demons Jen and Kane have met that didn't try to kill them on first glance. Were there more like them? Innocent demons? Now they didn't know what was right or wrong. Jen knew that in order to travel with them, they would need some sort of trust. Kane already felt like he could trust them, it was in his nature. The kind hearted teddy bear. Jen, wasn't the same to say the least. After she found her Mother trying to kill her Father, possessed by a demon, she had trouble trusting well...anyone.

"Well, heā€™s ready when we are. Itā€™s not a far walk from here, and we should probably save as much gas as we can for the truck.ā€ Cosette said once she was off the wired phone. Jen was surprised wired phones were still even a thing. She thought everything was wireless now. She guessed wrong.
ā€œYou might want to put your contacts back in, donā€™t think sunglasses would be allowed in a regular passport photo.ā€ August added afterwards. Jen and Kane both looked at Cosette, Kane looked starstruck. Neither of them even noticed her eyes until August pointed it out. Kane thought they were gorgeous. He didn't stop staring up Jen flicked his ear, giving him a knowing look. He slugged her in her arm, and automatically she winced. He at times, forgot about the bad arm she had. Jen seemed to growl before using her good arm, and hitting him, hard, in the gut.
"Okay I'm sorry" he said, putting his hands up in a means of surrendering. Jen rubbed her arm defensively before looking over to the demons.
"Okay well, we should get going then. Sooner we get them, sooner I can sleep" Jen said, Kane got up as well.
"She's a monster when tired. It's good that we get them soon" he nodded, going over to the door.

August moved back into his position leaning against the wall, as he awaited Cosette to put her 'normal eyes' in. Glancing over at the two hunters, it was hard not to notice Kane had been gawking at her eyes, and he could tell Jen knew about it to by the way they pretty much beat each other up. He let a small chuckle slip through right before Cosette had exited the bathroom, prepared to go. He moved toward the door in one brisk movement, and opened it, gesturing with his hand which pretty much signified 'after you.' He cracked a small non-joke at Kane's comment, saying "You haven't met a monster till you've met my mother." Cosette slipped past him in the door, saying half quietly, "Your mother scares me. Doesn't help she doesn't like me."

August kinda regretted making the comment, realizing that the demon hunters would probably just think she was a monster because she eats people or something, which isn't true. She's more of a monster in the way that she was very over protective, really only used her son as a way of a pawn so she could get what she wanted. Most of the well known demons had that air about them however, as they were the ones who pretty much ran whatever colonies they where in. She was the unannounced president in the town they inhabited. She was just a plain bitch, really. Cosette was right however, his mother really did not like her. It had to do with the fact that when August was with her, he had a tendency to disobey or whatever. He could only image how pissed she was when she realized he ran away with her.

As soon as all four had left the motel room, Cosette took the liberty of leading the little pack, only due to the fact she was the only one who really knew where this place was. To be honest, she had never even met this Brett guy before so she was just praying that he was legit. She knew a couple of people who had gotten stuff off of him before, and apparently it all worked out well. If something did go bad, she was partially worried the hunters would have thought it was some sort of set up or something that her and August had planned. Truthfully they weren't that smart to do that. Well - Cosette wasn't. August, maybe.

Continuing down the walk, August questioned her asking, "How'd you find this guy anyway?" Cosette glanced back behind her, and slowed her walk as she spoke, "I overheard a couple of people who have gotten stuff of of him. I looked on the internet and found his number. Professionally online he put he was a travel director, which isn't a complete lie." August chuckled as he shook his head, partially from disbelief that she managed to do this on her own. Cosette continued on walking with the group, until her foot got caught in a crack on the side walk, and she stumbled a bit like the slightly clumsy person she was. In doing so, she grabbed onto the first thing she could to steady herself, which happened to be Kanes arm. Letting go almost as quickly, she laughed sheepishly, saying "Sorry." Before scampering up ahead of the group a bit as she found the apartments. Walking up the steps and to the door, she looked at the little list of names until she found 'Brett Williams.' Clicking on the little silver button, a staticy noise could be heard from the speaker, as well as the gruffish voice of the man she had spoken to earlier on the phone saying, "Yeah?" Cosette cleared her throat slightly before saying, "It's uh, Cosette." A click noise from the door signified it had been unlocked for them, as Brett replied, "Come on up. It's door 302.". Cosette stepped back and opened the door for the four of them, saying, "Sorry if he turns out to be a serial murderer." August gave her a shocked look before glancing at Jen and saying, "Well, ladies first." with his signature wink.

August opted out of the sketchy all chrome elevator, and took the cement stairwell instead. Going all the way up to the third level, August turned toward the second door in the hall, room 302, and knocked. Shortly after, a man, maybe aged 30 with shaggy brown hair answered, raising an eyebrow as he did. "You're one strange lookin' girl." He had commented, obviously mistaking August for Cosette. August gave a pretend hurt look, before saying in a high pitched voice, obviously meant to mimic Cosette, "Well, how rude!" Cosette stepped up to the door, from where she was standing behind August who towered over her. She smile,d saying, "That's my friend August, actually. I'm Cosette." Pointing towards Jen and Kane, she introduced them also. Brett nodded his head, before stepping away from the doorway, his way of inviting them into the overly small apartment room.

"Well," Brett said, pointing to a blank white wall. "Who wants to get there picture taken first? Remember, no smiling."

"You haven't met a monster till you've met my mother." August said in jest. Kane laughed at his comment, though he secretly wondered if the demon meant something about the comment. Was his Mother an actual monster? Jen however had to mask the emotion that wanted to arise at the mention of his mother. She knew exactly what having a monster mother was like. Though her mother was only a monster for three days (she thinks), it was still a hard memory. Between her and Kane, she had more of a hatred for demons then him, just because of that incident. She made her job personal much before he did. "Your mother scares me. Doesn't help she doesn't like me." Cosette said quietly. Kane raised a brow at the girl.
"Why wouldn't she like you?" he asked, hoping there wouldn't be some new secret he didn't know yet. Kane still liked the girl, despite what she was. He did have to admit, the demons put him on edge, but he felt he would get over it in time.

Jen had a small heart attack when she realized she had forgotten any means of protecting herself. The most lethal item she had on her was her cellphone. Great thinking Jen her inner voice said to her. It wasn't like her to not carry anything, she couldn't believe she was so reckless at the moment. Quickening her pace slightly to be in sync with Kane, who was a little bit behind Cosette, she tapped his shoulder.
"I trust you brought something?" she said, giving him a 'look'. Kane blinked at her a few times.
"I brought my pho-" interrupted by Jen smacking his arm he grinned. "I have the 9, why?" he answered more seriously.
"I just don't like being out without anything. I mean, it's New York. Thugs and mobsters looking for easy prey, and considering you look like a college kid, you stick out like a sore thumb" she smiled, relief in her expression.
"You don't exactly look superior either. Oooh I'm Jen, I have a red sweater, fear me and my warm color choices" he mocked, imitating her voice. "Shut up" she mumbled, crossing her arms across her chest.

Kane was the better shot, of course he remembered his 9mm pistol. It was a typical gun, but practical. Small enough to hide in his jeans, it did its job. Though Jen could shoot a gun decently enough, Kane was always the one good at it. His Father forced him to hunt, as it was consider him more "manly". Jen was the hand to hand combat gal. She could kick Kane's ass when it came to sparing. They made a good team because of their different strengths.

The demon hunter felt a pressure on his arm. At first he believed it to be Jen, but then realized it was much to gentle to be her. Quickly he helped ease her back to normal standing position, despite how she so quickly let go, awkwardly apologizing. Kane laughed slightly.
"Don't worry about it" he said as they began to walk up the steps of shady looking apartments. Kane could tell by Jen's expression that she rather unsure about this, though she did do a good job of masking the emotion.
"Sorry if he turns out to be a serial murderer." Jen was the next one to react after August. "What's a day without having a near death experience with a murderer. Sounds like fun to me" she grinned, looking over at August who pronounced that ladies were first, giving her a rather cute wink. She laughed before walking out, Kane following close behind her.

Going inside his apartment once the shaggy haired man commented on August's femininity, Jen tried her best to look as casual as she could, though something screamed in her mind that something was going to happen. Maybe it was because she was a country girl, new to the cities, and after hearing so many bad things, that is what one would expect.
"Who wants to get there picture taken first? Remember, no smiling." the man said. Kane stepped forward. He'd always been one to get things over with.
"Woo lets go" Kane said as he went to the wall and put his back against it.
"Do the best 'Dad grounded me look'" Jen smirked, watching Kane as he took his photo. It was over rather quickly, and Jen decided to go next. They both finished their pictures and stood against the door waiting for the others to do the same.

[Sorry it took me forever to post- I had major writers block D:]

Cosette half-ignored, half-avoided Kaneā€™s question as to why Augustā€™s mother didnā€™t like her. It was a longer story that they currently didnā€™t have time to get into.

Cosette and August leaned back quietly as the two hunters had their pictures taken. Currently, the only sketchy thing about this whole ordeal was the crappy apartment and the actual fact that they were getting fake passports, so it was nothing of concern. Brett himself didnā€™t seem like a bad guy or serial murderer, he just seemed more like a person who slept all day. He had the personality of a teenager who just woke up. August chuckled at Jens comment about the dad grounded look. He half wondered what that was like. He had never been grounded, partially because his parents didnā€™t give a shit as long as he did what he was told, which he sometimes did and sometimes didnā€™t. Mostly Didnā€™t.

After Jen and Kane had taken there photos, August stepped up next to the metaphorical plate. Taking the picture was quick, but August insisted in ruffling up his hair a bit as to have the generic 'bad photo'. He figured it would add more to the authenticity to it. Brett said nothing, just shrugged before taking another picture once August was satisfied. After he was done, Cosette then moved over to the slightly off-white wall, saying to August "You're such a dork" as he past by. Standing in front of the wall, Brett said to Cosette "If you where any shorter, I might need a step stool for you." Cosette opened her mouth to say something, but was very unsure what to say. After about ten seconds of her mouth hanging open with a slight confused look plastered on her face, she stumbled out the words very sheepishly "Uhm, thank you?" Yep. Saying that didn't make her look any less stupider.

He shot the photo in one take, and said "Alright, just let me upload this to my computer, It'll take fifteen minutes to process the four of the passports. Feel free to sit down or something." He gestured his hand very lazily to the single, plaid brown couch sitting in the small room. Cosette felt it had about as trustworthy of a rep as the couch in the hunters motel did. She felt better just standing there, as did August. After a minute or so, Brett turned towards them again and said "Uh, yeah, before I forget do you guys want to use your real names or like, another name or something." Cosette and August exchanged glances. Considering they where runaways and demons had more connections then they even knew at times, it was probably safer to go by a different Alias. August spoke up for both of them. "Me and Cosette will." Brett nodded, before plugging in whatever random name came to his head for the both of them. August prayed he didn't give him a name like Chuck or something. August then glanced over at Jen and Kane, asking "How about you guys?"

Jen and Kane made their way back to the wall Cosette and August were previously leaning back on, and copied their actions when the two went to go take their photos. Kane thought onto Jen's early comment about his Father with a grin. His Father wasn't the nicest guy, but getting grounded usually meant staying back from a hunt with his boring Mother. Not that he didn't love his Mom, no, he got along the best with her. She was kind and funny, full of life and love for all people. That was the main reason Kane's Mother practically took Jen in. With Jen and Kane's Fathers being hunting partners, their families had always been close. But when Jen's Mother passed away, they became even closer.

They watched as the two demons took their photos. Jen laughed to herself when August decided he needed to ruffle his hair. He looked fine before. The Brett guy looked fine enough, just another guy doing shady things to get by in life. Jen had found that if she wasn't in the demon killing "business" she would probably be like that guy. Working some shifty job, and barely getting by.

Before the two knew if, the photos were over, and Brett announced the wait if would be until they were ready. Jen just slid down to sit on the floor, and Kane remained standing.
"Uh, yeah, before I forget do you guys want to use your real names or like, another name or something?" Brett asked them. August and Cosette chose to, as did Kane and Jen after a brief exchange of glances at one another. It would be easier this way, considering demons also knew of them. Jen hoped to whatever god there was that she didn't get some girly girl name. Kane on the other hand, didn't care much.
"That sounds fine" Jen said from the brown carpeted floor to August and Brett's inquiry. Looking at her disposable flip phone, it was around 11 at night, much later than Jen had remembered. Kane yawned in his arm, sighing as they waited for their passports.
"How much are they?" he asked Cosette as he pulled out his wallet. Demon hunters had no salary. Getting money wasn't as easy as one would think. Mostly the money from dead demons they had killed, and grateful victims. There was nothing set in stone. Though Jen had made a few bucks on the road from taking on a few quick jobs, as well as Kane did.

Jen sat on her own thoughts. It was to be a 4 days until they reached the border with the route they were using, it was going to be tiring, especially with their new passengers.

Cosette shook her brunette head as Kane started pulling out his wallet. "No, It's fine I have enough." She stated as she looked towards August who pulled out her tiny - and slightly girly - black wallet from his back pocket. She decided against bringing a purse or having something on her in case for some reason they ran into some muggers, which in all seriousness probably wouldn't be a big deal to all four of them considering the fact August and Cosette where particularly more strong then the average person, and that Kane and Jen are trained fighters. It would more or less just be a shock to the mugger itself.

August passed the wallet to Cosy, who in turn opened it and pulled out $200 even, the last of the cash in the small little purse. In all honesty, she really didn't need to bring it in the first place on their little 'trip' to New York, and no that's not because she could probably easily just steal money off someone; she would ever even think to do such a thing. August had brought some cash himself. A little more than he was usually comfortable having on him, but he had to any ways. With him on this runway endeavour, August had emptied half of his personal bank account that his wealthy family dispersed his ridiculously high living allowance in it. In the lining of his suitcase lay $50 000 dollars. He had also put a small roll of ten $100 bills into Cosettes bear she always kept around with her, in case of precautionary reasons. If somehow they got robbed in the crappy hotel room and they ripped open his bag, he was pretty sure even though the 50k would be gone, the robber wouldn't rip open the head of a tiny bear to check inside there. Cosette was pretty chocked when August told her he'd need to cut open the plush animal to shove cash in there, she only agreeing to it if he did it on a seam already made and stitch it up perfectly with no flaws. It surprised him how much she actually treasured the thing even as she was twenty years old.

The reason for the unreasonable amount of cash on him was because he didn't want to take the risk of just transferring it over to another account his parents couldn't see, simply because it was too traceable. He had planned once getting a new identification to plant it under that name, but the problem was it would be way too weird if he just handed over 50k straight away, so he was going to do it gradually in one thousands. This would mean he'd be stuck with the uncomfortable cash for a while. He would be telling this to the two demon hunters back at the hotel, but really didn't want to mention it to them now in this situation. Brett didn't seem like a bad guy, but he did sketchy things so he didn't necessarily trust him either.

Cosette handed over the money to Brett, who just nodded and said "Thanks" in a distracted tone as he grabbed the newly made passports and dispersed them one by one to the four. Cosette new name read ā€˜Olivia Theriotā€™ which seemed a little less odd then her old style name. Augustā€™s new identity was ā€˜Jack Roerig,ā€™ A pretty basic and generic name in his opinion. August slipped over towards Jen, bumping shoulders with her as he glanced down at her passport asking ā€œSo whatā€™s your new name?ā€

Cosette smiled at Brett and said ā€œThanks for this; we should probably get going now.ā€ It was getting kind of late, at least for her who really wasnā€™t the stay up all night type. Cosy let out a small yawn, feeling her eyes getting tired. She figured it was probably mostly from the contacts which dried out her eyes fast. Coloured contacts sucked. Brett nodded and saidā€œIf you need anything else you have my number.ā€ as Cosette moved towards the door.
