Personality
Rayne is naturally not a trusting person, after almost every single person she met did her harm. She has a short temper and a huge anger within, but she is one of the most loyal and caring people you will ever meet once you gain her trust and affection. She will hide her emotions behind a mask as best as possible, deciding that it's best to keep people away a distance, until she trusts them.
Equipment
No real weapons on her except for an obsidian blade she stole.
History
Her family was killed in a tragic car accident, leaving her the sole survivor. Her remaining family (aunts, uncles) would not take her in as she was "strange and not a good influence". So she was supposed to head for a foster home, the the government saw her as a prime object for their...experiments.
