1. Friends only, if you hack us you will be removed or reported. You have to have Nivania as a contact on Skype to apply.

2. No religious content (Demons and Satan are not included even though they are religious because Ode didn't take that into consideration when she made the rule, same with Demigods, but I can see the point there, but still.)

3. You may have up to 3 different characters at one time, if a character dies it can be replaced. Twins count as one character as long as they are forcefully connected within 10 feet of each-other by chains, spells, or body parts (the limit is up to arms, you cannot have a two-headed character due to complications. Character cannot be overly powerful and has to wear appropriate clothes (Nothing 100% naked, girls have to have non-translucent underwear at very least)
Be very detailed in the description of your character. Feel free to edit your character after making them. If an item was given to them, please add that to a category called 'acquired items' on your character sheet. All characters are going to be checked over weekly at random times to make sure nobody is trying to bypass rules. Characters are not allowed to bring other characters back from the dead, with a few exceptions: Ghost characters may inhabit dead bodies, but the characters they inhabit do not come back to life, and that the owner's character may bring someone back to life if they so choose, but it will be very leveled out. (If you are interested as to how this is leveled out, you can look at her character's stats. The newspaper and any places are allowed, but places cannot talk as they are destinations, and that wouldn't make sense unless your character is the embodiment of a place, but I really don't recommend those characters.)

4. Please use correct spelling, punctuation and grammar, as well as being consistent with your character's type of speech. You may slowly have your character get better at speaking at any point in time. Characters may use bad grammar is they are purposely speaking like that (I.E. Meh dun't has a care in le wurld) Types of speech have to be approved by Nivania. You may use some words from languages other than English as long as you tell us what it means at the bottom of your post. Swearing is allowed unless a site administrator tells us otherwise. You cannot get banned for anything in this rule, but this rule is in place so that we can actually read what you are typing.

5. You may take an argument from real life into the roleplay if you do so wish, but it has to be in any of the following areas: Online chat/roleplay, any of the fighting areas (I.E. Dojo, battle arena.)

6. The blank room is amazing and everyone has to agree to that.

7. If you are unsure if something is against the rules or not, go to the 'Help' room, where I will answer any questions and add them to the rules here. Please look at all questions in the 'help' room and make sure it isn't listed as a rule here before asking.

8. If someone is supposedly disobeying a rule, all their characters and posts on this roleplay will be monitored for one week. If they have one character out-of-bounds, they will have a week to change it. If it does not get changed within a week, the character will be deleted. Other rules that are not character related will result in up to nine warnings. if both second-offense warnings are ignored, all their characters will be deleted and they will not get any characters approved for up to a month. After that they can make more characters, and if suspected of disobeying rules afterwards, again they will be supervised for a week, but this time they will have all characters disapproved forever-on. If you wish to report somebody, please do not alert them and instead go straight to Nivania's Skype to report them. If you warn them, you allow them to get rid of as much evidence as possible, and we want to catch them at their crimes. If someone is guilty of disobeying a rule before it was made, it does not count as the rule was not made when they did it.

9. Have fun, be yourself, and follow the rules.

Other important notes:

* There is such thing as The 'Newspaper'. The newspaper is available to be seen by anyone in the 'Post Office.' The Newspaper comes out once a week immediately after all characters have been checked over. The newspaper will tell you when a character has been deleted, who has been banned, and the weather for all of the outdoor areas. The Newspaper will have a riddle, a joke, something that's going on in real life, and the date in real life. The purpose of those last two is to help keep people up-to-date and connected in the real world. The Newspaper may also have information on a 'Voting' in it, such as the date and what it is about. If there is a part of the newspaper that has something that looks like this: !!! in it, it is important. New rules will always appear in the Newspaper, so don't worry.

* There is such thing as 'Voting'. When someone disagrees with something, they will notify Nivania about it, and it may have a Voting. Once a voting has ended, each one lasts until 12:00 AM Central time, you can no longer vote on it, even if it was a scale-tipping vote. If there is a tie in a vote, the Voting with stay open until the scales have been tipped. Voting takes place in the 'Great Hall.'

* For convenience, please use the following for actions when roleplaying; -kicks (name) in (body part) and (what happens to them?)- or -Kicks (object) and (what happens to it?)- ; please adopt these to whatever you need to do. If you have questions about how you should use this information, or what applies to this information, please go to the 'Help' room, where you can ask questions and get answers.

*If you wish to color any text you may have, use this [color=#COLOR] insert text here [/color]
CHange the 'COLOR' in the first box to a hex code (look up a site for it and find one you like) and the second box to have any following text stay default, if you don't use the second box, all text from then on will be the same color. Please try not to use colors that are too light to see, or else nobody will be able to read it and then it's rendered useless.

*Everything is in first person. If you are talking, you've no need to quote it, just type it as you would say it (Do actions how it says above, though, also in first person)

*When making a new character, try to use their backstory to implement them into the situation, but don't have them do anything with other characters, jsut have them enter the scene in some way or another.
