Introduction
On January 1, 1993, The Fates had predicted something evil to threaten mankind. They decided to give powers to the chosen babies born in between the years 1994-1998. When they were born, if fate had chosen them, they were given a random ability. When they decided that it was enough, they had given 500 unique powers to 500 babies. These babies were called "The Incredibles". The fates chose them randomly, no matter if you're rich or poor, if you're ugly or beautiful, if fate chose you, then you have to harness that power for it to be used for the greater good. Before the age of 14, they cannot use or discover the abilities they were given. When the children reached the age of 14, they were kidnapped and brought to a high school in Philadelphia that is covered in a border that doesn't let anyone without the abilities to see or enter, Smallwood Academy: the only place where they can enhance their individual powers in peace. Aside from the training, students will study Mathematics and Science, but they also have events that are practiced in regular schools like homecoming dances and winter balls. They are not allowed to leave and see their parents or the rest of their family. Ever. When they graduate, they will be taken to a remote place so they will not die before the prediction of The Fates came true. After the event, their powers will be taken away and their memory will be completely wiped out. Even if they have inhuman powers, these students are still teenagers: ruled by their hormones and rebellious attitudes, so their experience will not always be drama-free.
You are special, you are incredible.
It’s an outdoor mall or grocery store. Since you are not allowed to leave campus, the square is where you will get your clothes, hair products, midnight snacks, and other stuff.
The square is out of business on weekdays. You can only shop there on Saturdays and Sundays.
You have to pay with the money from your monthly allowance (100 dollars a month).
Notes on the courtyard:
This is like quadrangles in universities. There are benches, trees, and tables if you want to eat outside or study outside.
Notes on the cafeteria:
You have the option to get the food and eat in the courtyard, or stay in the cafeteria.
Notes on the outdoor training area:
This is where you hold training, target practice, and battle exercise.
Notes on the indoor training area and academic building:
This is where you hold the daily sports activities and classes for Math and Science. The library is also located here.
Notes on the auditorium:
This is where you hold assemblies or dances.
Stores in the square:
Smallwood Music Store
Smallwood Students’ Bank
Smallwood Grocery Store
Italian Restaurant
Smallwood Boutique/Unisex Clothing Store
Smallwood Library and Bookstore
Smallwood Hospital
Smallwood Electronics
Smallwood Cinema
Smallwood Diner
Smallwood Ice Cream Shop
Smallwood Lake
Center Square: Jazz Bands play here sometimes.
CRUCIAL NOTE: The vendors don’t have any powers at all, but they know about the prophecy. These people have been hired by the Fates, and they’ve been sworn to secrecy. If someone asks them where they work, they will say “a small town in Philadelphia”.
Notes on Extended Target Practice:
Only Juniors and Seniors have ETP, removing 10 minutes from Science and 5 from Math.
Notes on Battle Exercise:
Juniors and Seniors train together. Students will be assigned a partner, and they will battle for the last 10 minutes of the school day.
Notes on Sports:
Sports is the only subject/training period where all levels (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors) train together, besides Lunch and other free periods.
Teams are according to house. If the population of houses are uneven, two houses may team together.
Sports are played with powers.
CTF means Capture the Flag

That is how I feel now. But that will probably be the case for me as well. These kind of RPs piss me off the most: Get my hopes up for something awesome, put my time into the character, then I have to throw him away not much later DDD:

I just read over your character's sheet and can you change the part where she gets money and letters from her parents?
Smallwood academy rule: You may not contact anyone outside of the border.
No one is supposed to know where these kids are, so that's actually impossible. Read the introduction page and rules thoroughly.
