Kaylee turned around. "Alright, hot chocolate it is." She said as she walked up and ordered an ice caramel mocha and a hot chocolate. She sipped on the iced coffee as she walked out, handing him the hot chocolate. The minute the hot chocolate touched his hand, it became invisible as well. She walked out as people kept whispering. The person at the counter growled as she touched the door. "So your rich... yet, you don't have no money to gives me a decent tip?!" Kaylee didn't say anything for a moment before she turned around.
"I don't give money to low-lives." Her voice was rude, cold, blunt, and sent chills down the people's spines as she walked out. She started to walk out onto the side walk, waiting for him when she stopped. "Now, for some clothes." Her voice and expressions where the same blunt look and sound.

Kuroki sipped on the hot chocolate with a pleased smile, he couldn't hep but smile, it was the first time since he had died that anyone even noticed him, let alone befriend him. Kuroki looked behind at the person at the counter. "She doesn't have to give you a tip!" he growled, not that they'd hear him. The girl turned around and insulted the cashier, who shut up after her comment. Kuroki followed her. "You never did tell me your name." he said, she stopped and turned to him.

"Now, for some clothes."

Kuroki sighed, he figured he looked better doing up the buttons. But she didn't think so. "But, I like these clothes." he pouted a little, trying to win over her sympathy, if she had any that was...

"But, I like these clothes." Kaylee turned towards him before facing her back over towards him. "My name is Kaylee McSerth." She said before walking again. She knew he was pouting like a brat; but she didn't really do much. "Fine, if you like those clothes so much; then we could just buy you a jacket." She snarled coldly as she spoke. She started to walk towards a small shop and stopped into it. The same cold aura that took place in the coffee shop returned as she walked into the store. She walked over towards the winter coats and picked out a nice one. "Here." She said handing it to him to try on. 490.54$ was the amount on it; it was high quality, soft and water-proof. Surely to keep him warm in the winter.

"Nice to meet you Kaylee." Kuroki replied, he remembered the last name for some rich family, but he couldn't care less. He followed Kaylee into a shop, the cold atmosphere returned when they entered it.

"Here."

She handed him a coat, an expensive one at that. He frowned a little but put it on, it looked really good on him and seemed to compliment his shape. It should have been warm, but he didn't feel the cold or the heat. He looked to Kaylee to see what she thought of it, because in a way he didn't really need it. He didn't want to tell her that though, she would only argue back at him.

Kaylee handed the money to the cashier; as she started to hand it to her, her hand was slapped by the owner of the store. "We don't take someone's pity money. Get out. You can take the jacket for free." He said, hatred dripping from his words. Kaylee looked at him, her expression blank and emotionless. "Fine." Her voice was just as cold as his. He glared at her. "Don't think you can go and complain to your parents and get us to shut down, just like you did to the stores down the streets." He snarled.
Kaylee didn't look nor reply and walked out of the store, waiting for him to come out. She looked at him. "Do you plan on leaving or staying in this town?" She asked bluntly, as if nothing had happened. "If you do intent to stay, do you have a place to stay?" She said before she started to walk, hearing the crunching of the snow and sipping her iced coffee.

Kacia growled in her throat, giving only a small struggle when she was placed in a headlock by Nadia before giving up and dropping her glowing weapon. “Alright, alright I’m fine.” Pulling her head from her friend’s grasp, she quickly smoothed her hair down glaring at the boy as he began babbling nonsense once more. Geez this kid whined a lot about being ignored, so people didn’t pay much attention to you so what?! That’s no reason to go around acting like a complete nutcase!

Her body relaxed back into its carefree posture while she eyed his hand, trying to figure him out. “Well, Rinnku. I suggest if you stop acting like a complete crazed psychopath then maybe people would be more inclined to socialize with you. Come on Nadia.” She turned from the boy’s hand beginning to walk away, expecting her friend to follow.

Nadia released her grip on her friend and took a step back enough to give the girl distance, but also enough to where she could grab her again if needed. “So that’s what you meant by invisible people.” She whispered. The poor dear! He definitely seemed convinced of what he was saying, and she could see no sign of him pulling their leg on the subject either. After all, if he was being ignored for acting crazy… then why was everyone who passed them looking at her and Kacia as if they were the crazy ones? “It’s alright; it was probably more of a shock for you than for us from the sound of things. But please don’t do it again.” Waiting a moment to see if Kacia would accept his hand, Nadia didn’t want to appear rude and shook his hand herself. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Rinnku. I’m Naida Wynfield and this is…Kacia?...Kacia!”

With Kacia already walking off, Nadia gave a nervous look between Rinnku and her friend. Obviously Kacia didn’t buy his story, but how far of a stretch could it be from running a business to speak with ghost to running into someone who was invisible to people! Sure their business was mostly a scam, but the point was to wait until the real deal came along so they can help. And here was their chance!

Tightening her grip on Rinnku’s hand, Nadia jogged off after Kacia and tugged the young man behind her; there was no way she was going to risk him walking off as she talked this out. “Kacia! Wait! We can’t just leave him here! The whole point of our business is to help, and I really think he’s telling the truth. The least we can do is look into it and… wait a moment… Rinnku, you said no one can see you or anything? How long have you been out in this cold then? Do you have a place to stay? Have you eaten?! That simply won’t do, you can come back with us and we’ll get this straightened out.”

“Well, Rinnku. I suggest if you stop acting like a complete crazed psychopath then maybe people would be more inclined to socialize with you. Come on Nadia.”

"Well, that's not a very nice thing to say at all," mumbled Rinnku, narrowing his eyes at the girl as she began to walk away. He hadn't considered that someone who could see him wouldn't believe that he was invisable. He had been so focused on finding someone who could see him, that he hadn't even thought of what to do next. He knew one thing though, he was not letting these two walk away. When Nadia started dragging him after Kacia, he tried his best to keep up. Ever since he died, he hadn't exactly had to run, time being for those who had to follow it and not for those who existed outside of it. Even when he was alive, he wasn't exactly an athletic type.

"Rinnku, you said no one can see you or anything? How long have you been out in this cold then? Do you have a place to stay? Have you eaten?! That simply won’t do, you can come back with us and we’ll get this straightened out.”

Rinnku smiled. Bless this girl, bless her God with all the force you used to screw me over. She had connected the dots. Being ignored meant no place to stay if you didn't have a home before. It meant there was no one to get food except scavange or steal. But it was alright now. He had found his saviours, that much he knew.
