The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 4 authors
"Wha-" She slowly sat up and swung her feet out of her bed. She stood up and looked at her surroundings. THere were a row of six beds against a long wall with names painted above the beds. Alice looked above hers.
"Alice?" She traced her fingers over the black paint. Her mouth was filled with a black licorice taste.
"ECH!" She muttered. She noticed a journal at the foot of her bed. She started to read it.
"So my name is Alice," She muttered. She looked across the room. There were a row of dressers also with names painted above them. SHe looked down to realize that she was only in underwear. Alice opened the dresser and put on a bright yellow tank top, that tasted like sweet lemons, a pair of blue jeans that seemed to taste like ripe blueberries and a pair of green sneakers that tasted like grapes. She smiled and walked out of the room. She walked down a flight of stairs. She opened a fridge and pulled out some things. She frowned and set them on the counter. She walked over to a front door and opened it and peeked out. It was a large house, near a McDonalds and a Starbucks.
Alice shrugged and picked up an envelope full of cash. She raised an eyebrow and put it down. She walked back over to the counter and picked up a cookbook and started to read about how to make scrambled eggs.
Seth tossed and turned. He woke up with a jolt and stood up. He looked around the room. He stood up and realized he was only in his underwear. HE quickly walked over to a dresser with the words Seth painted over it, just like the one over his bed. He picked up a journal after getting dressed in a grey hoodie and a pair of baggy jeans. He read it.
"So, I'm Seth?" He raised an eyebrow and sighed. Seth walked out of the room and down the stairs to see a brightly dressed girl cooking.
"Hello?"

Ryan tossed and turned before opening his eyes. HE rubbed the thick eye crust of.
"Uhhh..." HE groaned. HE sat up and looked around.
"What he-" He stood up. HE didn't remember anything. Above his bed, Ryan was pained. He noticed a girl sitting on a bed, reading something. HE decided not to disturb her. HE quickly slipped on a pair of tight jeans and a black t-shirt with a logo of Green Day on it. He slipped on a pair of red sneakers and picked up a book on the bed he was on a few moments before. HE read it.
"So my name is Ryan," HE muttered.
Ryan looked at the girl.
"Excuse me?"
Alice turned around in surprise.
"HEY!" She waved. Seth raised an eyebrow and walked down the stairs.
"I think my name is Alice," Alice offered a lopsided grin. Seth shrugged.
"Uh, Seth I guess.." HE muttered. THe words from the journal were almost haunting him. He looked around and spotted a small black case. HE picked it up and opened it. Inside laid a guitar. Seth picked it up and started to play a random tune.
Alice looked up. THe tune seemed familiar. She started to hum, then started to sing. She loved to sing, it was so much fun!
Na na na na na, na na
Take a look around
Who would have thought we'd all be here?
So let's mess around
Cause the future is unclear
We got nothing better to do
We're just trying to get through
Can you hear me?
Can you hear me?
Yeah
Let the music groove you
Let the melody move you
Feel the beat and just let go
Get the rhythm into your soul
Let the music take you
Anywhere it wants to
When we're stuck and can't get free
No matter what, we'll still be singing
Come on, come on
Turn up the music
It's all we got
We're gonna use it
Come on, come on
Turn up the music
Yeah
She sang. Seth smiled and stopped playing. Alice then turned around and got the eggs off the stove. THere was a moment of akward silence as she served the eggs up on plates.
Confused for a second, she was completely still. About a second later, she realized she must have fell from something. She turned her head to the celling, and spotted a bed right besides her. Callie stood up, and glanced at the bed. Callie was written in black paint.
Callie?
She shook her head, and glanced around. She spotted another person reading some kind of journal, and a boy who seemed to just wake up. Looking over at where she had fell off the bed, Callie spotted a journal, that looked a lot like the other girl's. Raising her eyebrow, she picked it up, and flipped to the first page.
Callie read it.
"It surely can't be---"
She raised a hand to her mouth. She couldn't hear anything...
I must be Callie.
She thought. Putting the notebook down, she walked over to the dresser where her name, or at least she thought her name was painted. Callie put on a burgundy shirt, and black, silk like jeans. She glanced over at a rather convenient flight of stairs, and walked down them. She was greeted by a girl wearing some rather annoyingly bright colors, and a boy who seemed to be dressed in typical guy clothing.
"This tastes great," He quietly commented.
"Thank you!" Alice smiled at Callie.
"HI! Um, I guess I'm Alice! And this is Seth!" She cheerily said.
Seth quickly finished up his eggs.
"THanks," He mumbled to Alice. He looked up at the girl. She looked to be his age, she had long black hair and intense eyes.
"What did your journal say about you?" Alice asked with bright eyes and a smile.
Their mouths are moving, and they're looking at me... Man, isn't there some kind of thing to where I can hear?!
She thought. She scratched the back of her ear, and felt something.
Hearing aid! Bingo!
She smiled, and turned it up.
"Say again?"
She asked. Callie sighed a bit, after she spoke, being able to hear what she had said.
"I'm Alice, and this is Seth!" She pointed towards Seth, who was looking around. HE offered a small little wave.
"I was asking what your journal said your name was," Alice repeated, cleaning up Seth's plate.
"Do you want any eggs? They're fresh!" She offered, pulling a chair out.
Seth carefully opened the door. He looked out.
"I'm going to take a walk," HE muttered.
Alice nodded.
"SURE!" She cheerfully said.
She looked Callie over. She noticed the black pants, and a foul taste entered her mouth.
She rubbed her mouth.
"ECH!" She yelped.
Callie answered.
"I'll taste some eggs,"
She added, walking over. She took a seat, and gave herself a plate of eggs.
"ECH!"
Callie glanced over at Alice, and raised an eyebrow.
"Umm, you okay?"
She asked, right before she tasted the eggs. She stopped eating the eggs, and pushed the plate away as gentle as she could.
"On second thought, I don't really like scrambled eggs."
She frowned.
"I'll just get some other thing..."
Callie mumbled, standing up, and walking over to the kitchen.
"Just focus on the yellow," Alice muttered. A lemony taste filled her mouth.
"Better," She sighed and finished up her eggs.
"Are you sure? They're awesome!"
Seth put his hood up and stuck his hands in his pockets. He looked down and trudged around. He stopped at a park bench a few blocks away and sat down. He looked around and made himself relax. He felt strange, and he had a major headache and neck ache.
Callie looked over at Alice.
"You okay?"
She asked, poking around in the pantry. She grabbed a chocolate flavored pop tart, and took a small bite.
Callie shrugged,
"Yummy enough,"
As she shuffled back over to Alice, and grabbed a seat.
"Now where is that black licorice you were yelling about? I'm really confused,"
She looked at Alice, as one of her eyebrows started to raise.
"Anyway, I'm fine," She muttered.
She picked up Callie's plate and put it in the fridge.
"If you want, you can have it later,"
She said.
Alice went to where the TV was and looked around. THere was some music stuff. She vaguely remembered how to play the piano. She tapped out a few notes before she started to remember a song. She looked around in her mind, but couldn't find the lyrics. She kept playing the melody.
Seth heard a loud yelling sound. HE closed his eyes.
Callie murmured.
"Whatever,"
She stood up, and looked around. She spotted some headphones, with a small sticky note on it that said, Callie. Curious, Callie picked them up, and put them on. They were attached to a blue medal device. She picked it up, and turned it around, and saw a icon of a bitten apple. She flipped it back over, and pressed all the buttons on the front. Nothing happened. She frowned, then spotted a small switch the top of the device. She flicked it, and it turned on.
"Yay!"
She cheered under her breath, and explored it. She found a option that said songs. She pressed the center button, and came to list of songs. She looked at the first one.
All That I'm Living For
She pressed it again, and found herself listening to a song. She turned down the hearing aid, and felt vibrations from the music.
Callie grinned.

She smiled and closed her eyes and leaned back. SHe loved music.
Seth could hear a distant screaming. He slowly opened his eyes. Seth could see a woman running after something.
He stood up and squinted.HE realized that a food cart was on fire.
"Crap!"
Callie tilted her head a little, she didn't get it.
Wouldn't all the vibrations be the same?
She thought. Shrugging, she plopped down on a chair next to Alice. As she listened, she noticed that she seemed to take more of a liking to the intense music.
"Hm," She heard a upbeat song.
"OH! I LOVE THIS!" She started to get up and dance to the song.
http://youtu.be/1Izx5o5qdIQ
(I don't know why, but I'm listening to like three songs at once)
Seth looked around nervously. He grabbed some water from his pocket and quickly poured it on the cart.
"SOMEONE HELP OVER HERE!"
"Eh,"
She scoffed. Callie wasn't taking much of a liking to the song. She walked back over to the headphones, and put them full blast. Now, a different song was playing. She smiled, as the vibrations made her feel good. Callie turned her hearing aid up, and started to sing along.
Alice grinned and danced along. She smiled with an evil grin. She turned it off. She grabbed a trumpet and started to walk up the stairs. She put it to her mouth and started to play a chicle military trumpet sound.
"UP EVERYONE ONE!" She yelled.
Ryan looked up.
"OW!" HE yelped, covering his ears.
"HEY!" HE protested. He knocked the trumpet out of her hands.
"SOME PEOPLE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP!" He protested.
THe girl laughed.
Callie chuckled, and walked over to the staircase, bringing along the IPod. She unplugged the headphones, and let the loud music play throughout the house. She smiled,
Maybe this is what the heck old me was talking about...
She thought, taking great joy from what just happened.
Alice fell over laughing.
"BWAH HA HA!" Alice gave an evil laugh.
Seth watched as others came over and helped him put out the fire. He quickly ran off towards the house.
"I'm back," HE muttered as he walked in. A loud trumpet sound played.
"AGH!
HE put his hands over his ears and looked up to see Alice playing her trumpet loudly.
"You missed the good part!"
She exclaimed, walking over to him. She patted him on the back, harder than most would.
"But I guess you heard some of it,"
She sighed.
"Good enough!"
She stopped in her tracks.
"Good enough...I feel good enough. It's been such a long time coming, but I feel good. And I'm still waiting for the rain to fall. Pour real life down on me. 'Cause I can't hold on to anything this good enough. Am I good enough for you to love me too?
So take care what you ask of me, 'cause I can't say no. r real life down on me. 'Cause I can't hold on to anything this good enough. Am I good enough for you to love me too? So take care what you ask of me, 'cause I can't say no."
Callie headed over to the piano, and started to play a tune, and sing along.
Under your spell again.
I can't say no to you.
Crave my heart and it's bleeding in your hand.
I can't say no to you.
Shouldn't let you torture me so sweetly.
Now I can't let go of this dream.
I can't breathe but I feel...
Good enough,
I feel good enough for you.
Drink up sweet decadence.
I can't say no to you,
And I've completely lost myself, and I don't mind.
I can't say no to you.
Shouldn't let you conquer me completely.
Now I can't let go of this dream.
Can't believe that I feel...
Good enough,
I feel good enough.
It's been such a long time coming, but I feel good.
And I'm still waiting for the rain to fall.
Pour real life down on me.
'Cause I can't hold on to anything this good enough.
Am I good enough for you to love me too?
So take care what you ask of me,
'cause I can't say no.
Alice grinned and laughed.
"If you guys want to be entertained, come down DA STAIRS!" Alice skipped down and smiled as she listened to the song.

And I'm new to the site (but not to roleplay), so where do I post the character sheet?
In here?
(I may post it here if you don't answer soon, and just re-post it where it needs to go later.)
