Personality: Quinn has the charisma trait down and mastered and uses it at every possible turn. Manipulating people is his hobby and he will do so without hesitation or concrete motivation. He's trained himself with this skill to get whatever he wants, and so finds it to be a challenge to his intelligence when things do not go away. He firmly believes that if you think hard enough, anything can happen. He tends to make a point of finding and pushing people's buttons for his own amusement, as he finds the reactions to be very entertaining. He tends to be a very optimistic person when things work in his favor and has an outgoing personality that may turn outrageously scary if he has a particularly amusing scheme in mind. Quinn He loves easily irritated people as he feels that they are the easiest to push because they wear their emotions on their sleeves so much.

Quinn is not above making underhanded insults and sneaky quips, no matter how much of a gentlemen he makes himself out to be. His condescending and equally offensive remarks will be made very clear and serviced with a smile. He tends to make sure that he is the dark horse puppet master, not really making a point of noticeably controlling people. Most of his "pep talks" will be done away from large groups and mostly one on one. He doesn't like for people to interfere with his games and will not hesitate to get you out of his hair if you do so. Underneath the exterior of his mask, Quinn is actually a very vengeful, spiteful, and resentful person. He resents people who aren't interesting or seem generally useless in the world and can mull over simple comments until the point where he takes them drastically out of context and turns the intention into something nasty so he can vent his anger. His rare, albeit extreme, bad moods can last for days on end, with him being frequently frustrated or being cruel in his actions for seemingly no reason. Pulling one over on him or touching one of his berserk buttons may pull this side out of him.

Quinn can be extremely competitive and dominating in his personality, especially to quieter and shyer types of people. He is very focused on achieving the goal or reward and may be very short-sighted, when it comes to achieving that goal, that is he won't always think things through as much as he should when the reward is close to being one.

Appearance: Quinn is five foot, seven inches and has a slim frame for his body. He looks extremely skinny, almost to the point where it looks like he might not be eating and his arms and legs are scrawny. He has light brown hair that's curly, that reaches the point just before his shoulders.His eyes are a bright blue and he has thin, small lips and slightly large ears that poke out from his hair. Qinn's canine teeath are slightly larger and sharper them usual, which is easy material for the slasher smiles he does. He is wearing a long sleeved, button up, collared shirt which is black and a purple sweater on top of it, which the collar, cuffs and tails of the shirt sticking out from underneath it. Quinn has dark faded jeans on with black Chuck Taylor's on underneath. He has one ear cuff at the top of his right ear and a small, stoneless ring on his left hand.

History: Quinn's life was going well prior to the incident. He was number one in his class, happy with his family and was planning to become an intern for the government, aiming towards the goal of becoming a major leader in his community. Then a match was lit outside his house and nonchalantly thrown to the ground. The dry, summer air caught the flames and engulfed his house in minutes. He was awakened to the sound of screeching and the burning air boiling his skin. He was pulled out of his bedroom window minutes later, only suffering from mild smoke inhalation, but the rest of his family died within the fire. His extended family was either too far to reach or too busy to take in another child. Within days, he found himself homeless, alone and abandoned. His innocent and joyful life came to an abrupt end as he found himself thrown into the real world. His attitude changed over the years as he realized the only person he could truly depend on was himself. He used his smarts to hack the system, stealing funds from whoever was unlucky enough to come across his existence. As he continued to work the skill of manipulation, he found that he enjoyed it to an unhealthy degree and continued to do it for amusement. He made multiple aliases to circulate income and began living on his own, working towards the goal of becoming a prominent figure in business and the government, where his "hobby" could reach millions of people and ultimately he would be able to have an almost unlimited amount of power over the masses.

Extra: He wears a rosary under his shirt for protection and feels very unlucky and unsafe without it.
