Personality: Lucifer is egotistical to say the least. He sees everyone from the smallest monkey (human) to God as inferior to his glory. He is vain, but a manipulator. He loves nothing more to build elaborate traps and schemes to see if his toys can escape them. He does not like getting his own hands dirty, but will if confronted striking like a snake. Lucifer is ambitious.. hell is his, than using the fallen earth shall be his, and finally with the added power Heaven will finally fall.. he always has huge plans and while he doesnt mind people attempting to flaunt them there is a line. Once that lines been crossed he will tear their heart out himself.

Shape-shifting: Lucifer is known as the serpent for a good reason. He can change his form at will.
Black Gate: Ability to summon more minor demon minions.
Possession: Ability to take over people, but there is a catch. He has to get permission.
HellFire and Hellfreeze: Ability to control the flames and frost of hell. (If you go by dante (the priest not the game) hell has both fire and ice, ice being the place for the more.. eviler characters)
Flight: He is, or was an angel, so he still has wings.
Death by Banishment: Being the devil, he is impossible to kill. When defeated he is banished back to Hell until he can break free once more.
Mind Wall: Large mental barriers he sets up inside his minds. It keeps people out, and when he possess another it keeps them locked away.
Reincarnation: Can bring back the recently deceased, but if the person was evil and went to hell it doesn't matter when they died as they are in his realm.
Contractor: Can broker deals with mortals for their souls. He grants wishes in return for the soul. The purer the soul the more wishes they receive.

When Agent Simmons: He wears a Armani suit for his "job" at the CIA. He does not wear glasses as how could they see his pretty eyes? He carries a M1A11, or a .45 if you prefer. He does not need it, but it does complete the image. He also has his own special cell phone he uses.
History: Who doesnt know the story of Lucifer? The story of heavens greatest most glorious angel! He was gods favorite, Him! but for a reason known only to high angels (such as Archangels or Seraphim), he revolted with over a third of the angels. Ultimately he was defeated and he and his followers were cast into hell by the Archangel Michael.. the angel Lucifer saw as a brother. He was the serpent that damned Adam and Eve.
What is there to say about Lucifer? He is a man of myth, legends, and nightmares.
