Personality:Keven is a perfectionist and a performer through and through. He sees life and the world are merely a stage and he wishes to show off his talents to those that meet him. Despite wanting to make people laugh and smile he is quite disconnected to the world itself. Kevin sees living itself as an illusion and wouldn't feel much of anything if someone died in front of him. "Just another defective puppet"

At least for now since he has no one he cares about.

Equipment

Kevin has four cat-sized puppets and he carries two child-sized puppet which are appear a boy and girl jester of inverted colors of black and white.

The twin jesters each carry one gun and several knives hidden in compartments on their wooden bodies.

History

Background Information: Kevin has been from orphanage to orphanage as far as he can remember. He knows nothing of his parents but the only thing that was left with him was simple marionette. He was forced to attend school so that he would have a decent education, but he found the world of puppets and mannequins quite intriguing. He took courses of woodshop and other crafting classes so that he would be able to make his own puppets. Kevin once saw a japanese show telling about its culture and entertainment once and was so amazed by it that he decided when he was old enough and had the money he would hop on a plane and make his living there. He's been living in Japan for a year making his living and a name for himself.

When he learned of his ability he thought it was fate. It was perfect for him and he used it to great effect to impress even more people in heavily populated areas. One night he was attacked after a show by a group of yakuza who simply were having a bad day. After barely escaping he hid in an hotel kitchen and when was once again cornered he realized what he had to do. He placed his rune on two of his puppets and watched as they picked themselves off the ground. He then handed them each a kitchen knife and watched as they accepted them and then with a wave of his hand he watched them scurry away making tapping sounds as they ran. Kevin threw his voice to disorientate the men as the puppets cut the mens feet. One was killed while the other two ran in horror.

Kevin arrived in Shin-Tokyo two days ago and is merely getting the lay of the land before he starts his trade.
