((It's alright :3 unfortunately I can't see Mirabella's post >.<'' so sorry if I ignore your character x.x))

The youngest demon struggled more under his brother's grip. He thrashed his arms and kicked his legs as much as possible. His blood lust grew more as he felt his brothers hand reach down his shirt. "Get your filthy hands away from me!" He hissed reaching an arm out to where the servant and his sister retreated. He had no idea what his brother was doing, and quite frankly all he wanted was to engulf pain to the girl.

He couldn't help it, as much as the innocent Xavier never wanted to harm a soul, his psycho path personality found pleasure in screams. Some people say they got it from his father, the way he always loved wars and battles. They say that in the battle field, the calm and collective king turned into a beast that would destroy everything in his way. But it was to be expected, he wasn't crowned as king of all demons just because he had royal blood flowing through his veins.

Xion's crystal eyes locked on the shiny heart shaped stone that was suspended on a silver chain. His arms fell limp and his legs relaxed. All struggle stopped as he focused on the shiniest part of the pendant. All the anger and rage slipped away from his body. Slowly the angelic and child like smile grew back on his flawless face. A finger poked the pendant lightly.

"So pretty." Xavier said in the innocent voice that everyone knew him for. He smiled up at the taller man and took the rock from his hands. "Look brother!" He giggled as he pulled the chain higher so that Blake could admire the shine from the crystal. It didn't take long for him to realize what happened to him. He looked up at his brother with a shameful expression as his hand dropped the necklace pack into his shirt. "It happened again...didn't it?"

"just take the rest of the night off, no one will mind. And if you can, keep the episode to yourself," Mirabella patted the girl's shoulder before closing the door to the girl's quarters and rushing back to Blake and Xavier. "Xavier?" she called uncertainly, looking to Blake, flexing her wrist. When he'd pushed her, he'd definitely hurt her wrist and although he hadn't meant to hurt her, he had. It annoyed her. Why her wrist? Her wrist was crucial in playing the piano she loved so dearly.
Looking to Xavier, she sighed in relief, "Oh goodness, Xavier, you're back. I was worried about you." She gave him a small smile, and uncertainly touched his shoulder.
"We should really get going to bed," she whispered uncertainly, "What with the... the ball tomorrow and all."

Let's hope you can keep up with me then... Kirehsan thought to himself, seeing the two girls moutn on their horses. "You two go to ahead and make your way to my kingdom, my servants will be awaiting your arrival when you get there." he said to them, showing them the way to Vampricia, "I'm going to make a short detour and head to Nightmare, I'll personally escort the royal family there. It won't be long at all, I'll be back in Vampricia before you all know it." he said, then reined Nocturnus towards the exit of Nevermore and on the way to Nightmare.

The wind blew against him as he rode, making his cloak flow with the wind's current. He didn't really care if the girls made it to Vampricia or not, it was all for his sister's sake anyway. Since she wanted this ball to go under way he'll gather each of the princes and princesses himself and escort them there himself. The journey away from his kingdom was a good break for him regardless. It kept his mind off of the one he hated the most..Father... he thought to himself, gripping the reins tightly as he did so. The feelings of anger began to swell up again within him as he thought of that man.

He hoped those in Nightmare would give him a more...interesting welcome than those in Nevermore. Hell he might even get an excuse to kill more of them and feast on their blood. The thought made him grin slightly under his mask. He's always one for a delicious meal.

Nearing the gates of Nightmare he pulled Nocturnus to a stop. It won't be long now until the royal family of Nightmare take notice of his presence. Come greet me...royal family of Nightmare..

Mirabella was the first to hear the horse's hooves - fast and loud on the stone road leading to the castle. Visitors, at this time of night?
She had taken a walk with her flute to clear her head after the problems with Xion - and she had just begun to relax when she heard the noise. Walking to the road, she watched as the guards confronted a large black horse with a masked rider. She hugged the wall and watched - with the guards terse words, the rider took out his sword and slashed their throats. Mirabella gasped as she saw the blade. "Prince Kireshan of Vampricia." She breathed with a suitable amount of fear and awe in her voice. "Welcome... to my kingdom," she winced and shrank back into the wall as he looked at her sharply. She thought of her summery gown and barely-done hair. This was no way to introduce herself, especially to such a prominent feature of the royal family. She strengthened her resolve - this was her kingdom, not his. She should act like it. Walking forward, she stopped a few feet from his horse.
"I am Princess Mirabella of the Nightmare Kingdom. Although your initial actions in our kingdom have been rather rude," she looked to the men on the ground, gripping her flute with white knuckles, "I am willing to forget them in the interest of our respective peoples. Please refrain from such actions again as long as you are in my kingdom and we will be able to resolve our problems diplomatically." Her mellifluous voice sounded nicer than she'd wanted, but she couldn't help it. The music flowed through her voice as well as her fingers. "What is your reason for coming here?" She hoped she wasn't breaking her flute. She hadn't spoken so many words to such an intimidating man... ever. Especially the most hated enemy of her kingdom. But sitting still on his horse, posture straight and face hidden by a mask, he looked different than she'd imagined. He was lean - she was of the impression he was shorter and broader. He was lean and tall, clearly built but not so ripped the muscles bulged under his cloak. She hummed nervously, she always made music when she was nervous. It was a bad habit.

The guards never stood a chance, they must've been lesser demons for they fell too quickly. Lifting his bloodied blade up to his gaze, he slowly tipped his mask up, just enough for him to clean the blood off of his sword. The blood of demons is...sour, but tasty nevertheless. he thought to himself as he licked the blood clean off of his sword. When he heard the footsteps of another approaching he quickly pulled his mask back down so it covered the rest of his face. Looking over at the source he saw a young girl.

She introduced herself to him as the princess of Nightmare, which immediately brought a grin to his face, although she couldn't see it under his mask. The princess of Nightmare. Her blood must be tasty... He refrained himself as much as he could from letting loose his hunger. As much as he wanted to feed on royalty he knew what his reason was for being here. Turning to face her, he sheathed his longsword on his back. "Good evening, Princess Mirabella. I am Kirehsan of the Kingdom of Vampricia..as you already know." he slowly urged Nocturnus towards her.

What surprised him was that she pardoned him for murdering her guards. Are all the royalties crazy? I kill a few of their people right in front of them and...they pardon me for that. He thought to himself. He wasn't sure why he was pardoned for such killings, but he was thankful either way. This just means he might be able to abuse the pardonings even more if he ever grew hungry while in their territory.

He could tell that she was nervous by the way she hummed to herself. Although her talent with music should be noted, it...annoyed him rather. He needed to be done with this place then leave as soon as he can. "Is there a place I can stable my horse?" he asked her, the crimson gaze of his mask staring into her eyes.

Mirabella grinned tightly as Kirehsan licked the blood off his blade - the blood of her guards - and then lowered his mask.
Is there a place I can stable my horse? She simmered at his arrogant tone - no apology for the deaths of her guards. Did the monster have no respect for life?
"Provided you don't kill the stable hands, then yes. While my hands are tied currently, seeing as I am unarmed and unsure of your honor, should you kill many of my people inside the gates of my country, swift justice will be found. Should you require nourishment," her eyes flashed to the dead, bleeding guards, "we will provide it for you. However you may not take." In her slight anger she had stiffened - and then realized she was still alone, outside the city, with no guards and was reprimanding the most dangerous man she knew.
Sighing, she lowered her head and curtsied, "I forget my place. Let me take you to the stables." Using her royal demonic aura she was able to open the gates without hesitation, and she forced herself to walk past him, hoping not to feel the sharp sting of a blade or arrow in her back. From all she'd heard, Kirehsan would stab her in the back just for kicks. Her back straight and tall, her flute held in front of her, she saw guards rushing towards her. No doubt she looked a mess, and using her aura to open the gates was a cause of alarm since the job was reserved for the guards. And as they registered who was on the horse behind her, their concern and haste grew. She held up a hand, "He is my guest. Treat him as such - respect, honor, dignity." The code she had learned, the code of demonic hospitality. The guards stopped where they were and glared at Kirehsan distrustfully. She led him to the stables, her back prickling with stares the entire way. She was shaking by the time they arrived. "You may stable your horse here. Can I attend to any of your other needs, Your Highness?" She asked as respectfully as she could, trying to keep the annoyance out of her voice. She didn't much care for him and his arrogance and supremacy. As if he were better than her, and could look down upon her. Once again rage simmered, flickering flames in her demonic eyes. She kept her eyes hidden with a bowed head so her hair shielded her eyes from him.

Atleast she's hospitable..works for me. he thinks to himself, while following her to the stables. The atmosphere of Nightmare reminds him much of his own kingdom. The area is almost constantly shrouded in darkness, and a light fog suspends in the air. "Home sweet home.." he mutters to himself.

Looking down at Mirabella, he deduced that she wasn't as strange as the princesses of Nevermore. She was quite and less impulsive than they were, and not as shy to her subjects. She dealt with them rather firmly, making sure they respected him as a guest despite their knowledge of his atrocities on the battlefield. They could be plotting to kill me...this much hospitality is something even I am uneasy about.. he thought to himself as they neared the stables. "You may stable your horse here. Can I attend to any of your other needs, Your Highness?" she said to him, showing him a spot for him to rein Nocturnus in.

Kirehsan dismounted from Nocturnus and secured his reins, stabling him in the spot that Mirabella offered him. "Stay there boy, I'll be back soon." Kirehsan said to Nocturnus, then turned to Mirabella. "You do not have to refer to me by such...formalities...those are only fit for a king." he says to her slowly, then gritted his teeth. The words 'king' bringing his father to mind. He clenched his fists together impulsively and seemed like he was about to punch the wall, but then refrained from doing so. Slowly he softened himself, hoping that the princess didn't catch him in any suspicious acts. "You can...call me Kirehsan, if you wish." he says to her, walking out of the stables.

He stood just outside of them and looked back at Mirabella, seeing her step out with him. "Mirabella, tell me...you've probably heard of the stories that your people've told of me on the battlefield...How does it feel to have me in your presence in this moment?" he asks her.

"You do not have to refer to me by such...formalities...those are only fit for a king." Mirabella's glare did not lessen in its severity. She would refer to him as coldly and detachedly as possible, letting her displeasure be known in a very clear manner - with stark formality and absolute hospitality. Killing them with kindness could, truly, be a demon's first strategy. She watched as his fists tightened, and she took a small step back to be out of range. There was a difference between being polite and being stupid. Clearly, the Prince was out of control and she would have to deal with him anyway. Already tired from the days previous events and the courage it was taking her to speak, she was losing patience with the entire events. And despite his suggestion, she would not be calling him 'Kirehsan' anytime soon. A man who killed her guards did not deserve her familiarty - and therefore she would not identify with him on the personal level of first names. His welcome only extended so far.
"Mirabella, tell me...you've probably heard of the stories that your people've told of me on the battlefield...How does it feel to have me in your presence in this moment?" Once again his supreme arrogance made her angry, but she responded in a cool tone.
"If you're asking if I am afraid, then yes, I am. But I shall not feed your incessant need for fear, admiration, and violence by being afraid," her lips pressed together, more humming in the back of her throat, and stopped in front of him, her hands on her hips, glaring as tactfully as she could through long lashes. "Now, rather than trying to stroke your enormous ego with tales of my horror and fear, I believe we should try to get your visit over with. Tell me if you desire something and it shall be yours. Now, what is the reason for your journey to my kingdom?" Her eyes were burning with dislike and her tone was clipped - and yet still musical. She was trying her best to be welcoming, but she found it too hard. Several of the guards were waiting nearby but she shooed them away. Her back was straight and her chin was high. She was thoroughly unimpressed. She'd known that being hospitable was hard - but she was finding it increasingly difficult the more time she spent in his presence, talking to the ridiculous mask. She wanted peace - not war - and her music. And right now she couldn't have either.

She answered his question alright, one part of it atleast. The second part of his question was still left unanswered, but she quickly answered it with the way she acted towards him. "You're awfully hospitable for someone you hate." he replied to her, looking down to face her.

She stood defiantly in front of him, as if making a gesture to oppose everything he was and everything he set out to do. "Now, rather than trying to stroke your enormous ego with tales of my horror and fear, I believe we should try to get your visit over with. Tell me if you desire something and it shall be yours. Now, what is the reason for your journey to my kingdom?" she asked him. Her tone was very hostile, yet he could tell she was trying her best to be a good host to him. Perhaps it was common courtesy to be a hospitable host when another royalty comes to their kingdom, but he knew how she truly felt about him.

The difference about her and the princesses of Nevermore are that atleast she pays more heed to her people than they do. He slaughters and openly attacks their guards and they don't pay much heed to it. He attacks her guards however, and she gives him a warning. It seems she cares much more about her people than they do...perhaps I killed someone close to her. he grinned under his mask as he thought this.

"I come here to personally escort you and your brothers to my kingdom, the Kingdom of Vampricia. As you've heard my sister has invited the royal offspring of each kingdom." he began, "But answer me this...you are to be betrothed to my elder brother...are you not?" he asked her, "It is something you oppose, isn't it?"

"You're awfully hospitable for someone you hate."
"Unlike someone I know," she muttered under her breath, "I try my best to be hospitable - instead of walking into other's kingdoms and killing their people." She thought she saw his facial muscles pull back beneath the mask, though she couldn't be sure because it was near impossible to see anything. Shuddering, she once against forced herself to plaster on a false smile that was still filled with tension and seething rage.
"I come here to personally escort you and your brothers to my kingdom, the Kingdom of Vampricia. As you've heard my sister has invited the royal offspring of each kingdom. But answer me this...you are to be betrothed to my elder brother...are you not? It is something you oppose, isn't it?"
Her lips pursed, as she tried to find the best way to answer his request and turn him away, "We shall not be needing your escort - after all, if we can get away with killing your people like you kill ours -" she stopped herself with another breath. What was wrong with her? Couldn't she simply be nice for five minutes? Apparently not. Shaking her head, she sighed, "As for marrying your brother... my only comment is that my sole duty is first and foremost to my people and to my kingdom. And perhaps marrying your brother will stop you from murdering them."
She turned away - no she did not want to marry his brother, someone who, most likely, had no taste for music and only for blood. If he was anything like he was suspected to be, he was a brute and an unsensitive, callous... but she was to marry him. And it was her duty to her people - she had been born so privileged when they had not, and this was her payment for being so wonderfully blessed. A man could not control her and a marriage that she did not believe in would not damper her spirit - while she would not be happy, she could bear it.
"Is that all?"

Blake nods, a serious look on his face. He Slowly gets of his brother, his muscles still tight from the struggle before, and his head still buzzing from the adrenaline. "I think that I shall have to give this pendant to your wife. I can defend myself agains Xion but she most likely can't and from experience she might set Xion off." He helps his brother get up and looks around quickly too see where Mirabella went off.

He deducts that Mirabella had gone off to play music when he can't find her. She always found a haven in her music, especially after experiencing Xaviers episodes. Both siblings were worried about their younger brother, but both's hands were tied, so they had to deal with their lack of usefullness in whatever manner they could.

Blake starts speaking again to his brother, "What happened with the girl before Xion came?" After every episode Blake tried to find a pattern, every time failing. There was a clue missing but he had yet to find the missing connection.

Before Xavier even gets the chance to answer a servant runs up to Blake, a look of panic on his face "Theprinceofvampiricaishereandwithyoursister...alone!" The servant says his words slurring toghether in his panic. Instant worry springs into Blake's face and her turns to Xavier, "Remember what the girl did. Do not forget. Now go warn Father about this surprise visit."

In an instant Blake is jumping into the air, his pure lack wings extending as he jumped into the air. His demonic side fights to be released, but Blake controls the urge to lash out because then he would loose total control.

Xavier nodded with the amused smile on his face. "Maybe she could use it as an accessory or something." Of course, the innocent little Xavier would never understand the seriousness of the situation. He didn't realize how much danger he brought, not only to himself but to his family.

The smile faded from his face and was replaced by a --rare-- hard frown. Placing a finger on his chin and started to try to remember what was the cause of Xion to come out. He always forgot what happened before his dark side came out. Short term memory loss, if you will. his face knitted in concentration as he tried to think. Once a light bulb lit in his head he pointed at the bottom step. He was about to answer his brother but her saw another servant run to their direction.

With a quick nod he ran as fast as his feet could take him to the grand master's bed room. Not bothering to knock he swung the double doors open. "Daddy!" He cried out, only receiving groans of annoyance.
"Another nightmare, Son?" His father groaned as he turned his back towards Xavier's sleeping mother.
"No! The Vampire Prince sneaked in!" He said in a panic, too panicked to pronounce the kingdom properly. "He's inside Sissy's room! You have to come quick!"

The King got up quickly, throwing on his royal robe over his nightgown. "Stay here with you mother, Xavier - I mean it," he added sternly and rushed out of the room, tying the gold cord around his waist as he went. He rushed down the stairs to see a large party of guards at the front gate - with multiple dead bodies. His panic grew.
"Where are they? Where is the Princess?" Although he was never one to encourage his daughter - she was always too silly, too strange with her music - he did love her as much as a demonic father could. When the guards explained that she had privately led the Prince to the stables to give his horse some rest, the King took off for the stables. Her daughter was to be married to this man - he didn't want her saying things to offend him.
However when he got to the stable he discovered the situation was worse than he'd initially thought. For it was not Mirabella's betrothed that stood in the stable, but the young Kirehsan. He drew in a sharp breath, taking in the vampire's hand on his blade, his daughter's crossed arms and burning eyes. It took a lot for her to get angry enough that her eyes glowed red and the flames flickered inside them. Normally, she was such a pacifist. He was about to go in - to help his daughter in confronting the very unwelcome guest when he saw Blake rush into the stable. He smiled in relief. Blake could handle things for him for now - perhaps Kirehsan would be more receptive to the words of another teen boy - albeit a teen boy that was older than him, but still a teen. Maybe they could identify with one another better than if he tried to control the situation. He peered around the barn door, confident that in the shadows, none would see him. Mirabella looked surprised but not displeased with Blake's arrival.
"Prince Kirehsan..." the King heard her beautiful, melodious voice drift through the cool night air, "I'll be pleased for you to meet my brother, the Eldest Prince of Nightmare, His Highness Blake."

Quite an audience we have here.. Kirehsan noted that now the elder prince of Nightmare came, along with a whole perimeter of royal guards. He stepped back a bit so he could face all of them, resting his left hand on the hilt of his two sabers and leaving his right hand freely at his side. "I appreciate the welcome party, but it is clearly not needed. A monster such as I shouldn't be recieving such attention." he said to all of them, grinning beneath his dark mask.

He said what he needed to, if the royal family did agree for him to escort them to his kingdom then all the better, if not that's their problem. He doesn't mind leaving now if that's what they wished. It'll be more interesting to stay longer however. One thing was certain though, and he has found it out personally now. The people of the kingdoms held much hatred for him, the Blade Prince of Blood.

What else does Nightmare have to offer?

((sorry for the short post, have to go to class now >_< be back in an hour!))

"Oh don't worry about them. They are here just for the show, you must realize they haven't seen many...celebrities...from outside of our kingdom." Blake says, leaning against the wall, his stance competly relaxed. Kireshan could kill all the gaurds, but they were weak. Blake wasnt next in like for the throne for any reason. He was strong, a powerful fighter and most likely could pose as a match to the bloodthirsty Kireshan.

Blake thinks about all the training he had, directly related to weaknesses Kireshan might have, in the event that the vampire ever came into the castle, just as he had now. He looks at the mask over the fellow prince's face and says, "Why don't you stable your horse and come inside. We'll order some drinks."

Mirabella was relieved that Blake was here for her, protecting her as always. She admired his strength and courage -and apparent ease - as he leaned against the wall and chatted with Kirehsan. In reality, both boys were sizing one another up. If it came down to a fight, Blake would prove a powerful opponent for Kirehsan. Demonic power was not something to be messed with.
She grimaced. Unless, of course, it came in the form of musical power that, in reality, could only control the emotions of people. Then it was really rather pathetic. But, if she rephrased, Blake's demonic power was nothing to be messed with. He probably riveled thier father. And with his rage, and the guards so close by, it would make the battle a definite win for Blake. Despite Kirehsan's powerful fighting techniques, he would not be able to take out an entire guard of Higher Demons and Blake - the next in line for the throne. Perhaps the army Kirehsan could handle. But not the army AND the royal family. Because if it came down to a fight she would not hesitate to unleash whatever power she had on Kirehsan - and despite being practically useless but for her music, she was sure she could think of something in a fight.
She heard Blake ask if Kirehsan would come inside - for drinks - and she sighed. It looked as if this visit would last longer than she'd hoped. "There's no need to go inside - I'm sure the Prince was planning on leaving soon. He already proposed his ideas to me and I declined. There should be little reason for him to stay..." As the mask turned to her. "But should he feel necessity to stay, he should do us the honor of taking off his mask."

"Flattering...but I'm no celebrity." Kirehsan said to Blake, keeping his gaze steeled. The guards that had him surrounded were no doubt greater demons, the entirety of them would be able to prove to be...troublesome for him. Along with the elder prince, he definitely wouldn't be able to stand a chance. Demon power was incredible indeed. It was a good thing he too was a creature of darkness, the demon's power wasn't something that affected him too much, it was the power of the Melodians if anything that gave him a big problem. Their holy magics were deadly to him, coming close to killing him sometimes. It was only due to his sheer willpower that gave him the ability to resist their attacks.

He turned his attention to the two royal fledgelings, "I'll accept your offer of hospitality, actually...I seek an audience with the king too." he began, "There is...something I wish to ask him." he said to the two of them. Now he can find out from the demon king himself. Did his father have a play in all of this? Calling a sudden truce after a year of bloodshed and war, Kirehsan was still suspicious of what was really going on. His father wasn't the type to call truces, normally he'd do all he can to crush his enemies. That was mainly why he allowed Kirehsan on the frontlines. The King of Nevermore might be oblivious, but maybe the King of Nightmare knew something...now was the time to find out.

Mirabella openly protested his stay however. He could tell that she hated him alot. A pure pacifist she is... He thought to himself, as he stared at her behind his mask. "I'll have to decline your command however, I doubt your subjects would like to see my hideous face." he said to her with a grin. He knew his face wasn't ugly, in fact he was far from ugly. He was quite hansome actually...which was why he hated his face. A memory to remind me...where I came from... This thought gave him a slight melancholy visage, but none could see it behnd his mask. He then steeled himself once more and awaited the prince and princess to show him to the castle.

Mirabella's demonic eyes - that had just simmered to a small flame, burst into a torrent of fire again. It flickered and burned. She was angry - angry that she was up, angry she couldn't play music, angry she couldn't see his face - as if he were so much better than them, they couldn't bear to look upon him - and angry, most especially, that she would have to be related to such a dispicable... thing for the rest of her life.
Though her life was looking shorter by the minute. If Kirehsan didn't end it for her next actions, and she did indeed have to spend the rest of her life related to such a monster, she might be tempted to end her own. A shallow threat... but possibly not a bad idea.
She tucked her flute into the waistband of her nightgown and stepped close to Kirehsan. With blistering eyes, she looked up at him and gripped his forearm tight with one small hand, "Listen here, Prince Kirehsan," she spat the name at him quietly, only they could hear, "I'm tired. I'm pissed. I'm angry that you killed my guards. I'm a demon. This is my kingdom. So when I say to take off the damn mask, Take. It. Off." Her eyes were rimmed with the red of sleep loss and anxiety. "Take it off or I swear by Lucifer I will find something to make you regret disobey such a simple order by the ruling family of the nation you're terrorizing as you visit!" Her last hiss was a little louder, andit was certain Blake caught the last sentence if nothing more.
She stared up at him with barely-contained fury and no fear. Mirabella was not usually so bold - but her limit had been reached. What with Xion, the realization of her impending doom (a.k.a marriage) and now this impudent, snide, undignified young... young... she couldn't even think of a word to call him that would make her feel better. She hoped the hatred in her glare would burn him to a crisp, to cinders, to ash. She wanted to kill him.
Mirabella couldn't remember hating someone so much in her life. His disrespect was astounding. And as she stood there with her fingers curled tightly around his forearm, there was little more that she wanted to do than rip that arm off. Her fingers dug deeper.

Kirehsan felt the warmth of her grasp upon his arm and immediately, he could almost feel his blood boil within him, even though it froze the day he was born. This princess had the nerve to stand up to him? He really wanted to teach her a lesson for making such a bold move towards him. He was about to raise his free hand and slap her across the face, but then he remembered what his sister told him. Keep good relations with the other kingdoms...atleast for her sake... He sighed mentally and calmed himself, keeping his arms at his sides. As much as it annoyed him to suffer through what she was doing to him, he had to keep his serenity. If he were to do any sudden and hostile moves, he'd have to run quickly. Most likely the guards and Blake would take notice of his action and ensure his doom at that point.

"You shouldn't hold onto me for long...you might catch a cold." he said to Mirabella calmly, implying his nearly frozen skin. Slowly he walked past her, heading towards the castle. It was her decision whether or not she'd let go of him, or be taken along with him. He sensed a powerful presence as he neared the castle, almost overwhelming. Could it be the king? Kirehsan thought, keeping his eyes vigilant beneath his mask. If it was the king, maybe he could ask for an audience at this moment, therefore eliminating a need to enter the castle and becoming their 'prisoner.'

Once he neared the main gate the guards immediately stood their ground, insistent on blocking his path. Great...making things difficult for me.

Mirabella heard him threaten her - the implied threat of her 'catching a cold' - and stiffened in fury, before finding herself being dragged after him as he strode at a good pace for the castle. She stumbled after him and finally untangled her hand from his twisted cloak - following him but not touching him. She was positively seething.
The King however, was not nearly as concerned with the Prince's mask as with his presence. From his hideout near the barn, he watched Kirehsan stride out, his daughter in tow. She looked steaming mad - a look he always thought was adorable on her with the bows she wore in her hair. However, as he realized the Prince was heading towards his castle, he knew he had to act.
"Prince Kirehsan - Halt." His words bit out as a sharp command and he let some of his demonic energy seep into his words. Unlike his wife who let her immense power roam free for all people in her vicinity to feel, he kept a tight cork on his, only letting it out when he wanted to threaten. In this case, his words were infused with enough power that it did stop his daughter - and it at least slowed the Prince. "If you require an audience with me, you shall do so with your face uncovered. Whatever information you seek... you shall not receive it unless we are talking face to face. Hiding behind a silly mask will get you nowhere in my Kingdom."
Mirabella was aghast at her Father's words. For some reason, her Father could always say what she wanted to say - but while commanding the power and respect of the people around him. He left no room for indecision or disrespect. He was, truly, the epitome of the Demon King. He was so tactful - he knew how to say things. Where she'd just demanded that Kirehsan take the mask off, her Father made it seem as if Kirehsan were hiding - as if he were afraid - and that was why he was behind the mask.
With a start, Mirabella realized her father was right. He did wear the mask because he was afraid of something. Not them, certainly not them. But he was afraid... afraid of some unknown. What could he, the Blade Prince, be afraid of? There should be nothing he feared.

Hearing a voice call out to him, Kirehsan shifted his gaze over to the direction of the voice. The owner of the voice showed himself to be the king of Nightmare. So he commands me to remove my mask as well... He thought to himself. There's no way for Kirehsan to get his information unless he complied, no way around it this time. Kirehsan turned towards the king to face him, "Alright...but if I do, you must promise to answer me every question I ask you, truthfully." he says to the king. It didn't matter if the king ruled this kingdom, he was going to get his answers one way or another.

Slowly Kirehsan lifts his right hand up and places it onto the face of his mask. He grips onto it tightly and removes his mask, taking it off and holding it at his side. He then shakes his head to free his hair, and stares right into the king's eyes with his crimson ones. Now they see my face...I hope they're happy. He lightly grits his teeth as he thinks of this, though not many took note of it. Showing his face to others is not something he liked, in fact showing his face to anyone he didn't like. The only person he openly showed his face to was his sister, as she understood his pain.

"Now I ask you...why do you offer to extend truce with my kingdom Vampricia." he asks the king. Something told him that his father was behind this as well. Now's the time to find out for sure.

Rosaline smiled as she looked at the gates of Vampricia despite the land being dark it had a certain beauty to it that made her smile "we have finally arrived" Rosaline smirked as the gates opened the only thing concerning her was that someone would decide they were chow that why Rosaline had her sword at her side she was ready for anything her other concern was that they were late.

Re: [OOC] The Last Thing I Never Wanted

I guess no one is reading the ooc. NO the only ones that are meeting are Kirehsan and Violet. Everyone else are in their homes and should have received a letter informing them of the party which is to be held the following night. Helea is asleep after getting all the preparations ready so right now I'm not posting.

Re: [OOC] The Last Thing I Never Wanted

Also saw that we did not have a youngest princess of melodian. I will submit a character so that the spot gets filled.

Re: [OOC] The Last Thing I Never Wanted

Fun to see who'd end up with who then lol. You all better make your way to the Vamprician kingdom

Re: [OOC] The Last Thing I Never Wanted

It will be if we have enough people - we have 8 girls when we're supposed to have 6 and 4 boys when we should have 6... but not everyone will post. So we probably won't stay in our assigned pairings.
Ah, oh well. Screw order.

Re: [OOC] The Last Thing I Never Wanted

I'm all set to go at any time. This looks like it's gonna be good
