Tia's mother and father met at a NATO World summit, her father was the ambassador for South Africa and her mother for France. It was instant chemistry between the two of them and they spent most of their time at the conference together. They kept in contact over the months, and when Tia's mother found out she was pregnant she told Tia's father instantly. Her father was overjoyed and asked her mother to marry him immediately, they did and moved to a beautiful luxurious beach house on the coast of Angola, where they lived and raised Tia until the age of 15 when she began to act out. She stole everything she could get her hands on, and was good at it. She very rarely got caught. Her parents sent her to a boarding school in Oregon and she has been there sense.
