(Jack is normally a quiet fellow. He only talks when he really needs to, and when he does, his voice is serious. It can incite fear into lesser opponents when he's angry. His rage seems like a calm one, but in truth, any person unlucky enough to face his fury will also have their bones broken.
Jack also has a much kinder, fun side. It's not crazy cheery, but he'll crack a small smile, and play along to the festivities.)

Jack carries a pair of ray ban sunglasses which he claims is for the sunlight. In truth, they make him appear more intimidating to outside forces.
His main form of combat is the martial art of Jeet Kune Do, The Way Of the Intercepting Fist, created by Bruce Lee himself. He's fairly skilled in it, and even integrates other techniques into his style.
The JKD is combined with his physical abilities of strength, speed, and accuracy, as well as his most lethal tool: Willpower. WIth the sheer amount of his will, Jack can perform amazing feats and feel little pain, or keep on going when his energy is draining, making him seem superhuman when in truth, he still has some limits to his power, and can only perform the abilities of any other martial artist.
Additionally, he can pick something up off the environment and utilize it through various means. That, plus he wants to build a pair of Iron Nunchaku.
Jack McCoy grew up in the city, where the streets were unsafe, and life was difficult. He was often picked on by others, even beaten at some points, leading to his current personality and outlook on the world. He took up martial arts in order to defend himself. Additionally, he was well known among family and friends for the ideas he had for the entertainment world, through books, comics, television, animation, and most importantly, the film industry, which he loved greatly next to other things, like the internet, and video games.
When the bombs were coming in, he was engaged in battle with a gang of attackers that had all tried to jump him at once. He narrowly escaped with his life, escaping into the shelter just before the door to his shelter closed, and before the nuclear fallout could touch him.
He met the racer one day while watching a racing competition in one town before. They didn't talk very much, but all that's known is that Jack had shown off his fighting skills against a gang, the racer had said a couple words, and they had teamed up, followed by the appearance of a skirt-less schoolgirl sleeping in the backseat, and another young lady being saved by them...
