H A I R || Mostly black, but some shades of brown
O D D I T I E S || A cut on her lip and she’s missing the top half of her right pinky, both from a botched boarding of another ship. Rosia always has a Jack card on her, as a type of lucky charm.
A P P E A R A N C E || Given her energetic nature and short stature Rosia is often seen as the smallest one of the crew, but fortunately it means less eyes on her and is underestimated most of the time. The smile she wears on her face isn't always out of kindness, sometimes it means something devious is up, or another idea popped into her hear. Her hair is kept short and usually messy as she doesn't do much with it when she wakes. Rosia is mostly seen wearing small vests or tops and jackets without sleeves, or just rips/cuts the sleeves off. In her opinion they are annoying and get caught on things. As for bottoms, she can be seen wearing anything from a skirt to strapped-up pants. Rosia has also learned it is best to wear boots, mostly going up to her knee. They are typically the more reliable footwear when living on a ship. Rosia also has her right ear pierced usually has an old shark tooth earring on. Rosia usually keeps a dagger in her right boot and a pistol behind her back under her coat. She will carry more if there is a need to, but those are her usual carries. If she does decide to carry a cutlass, she will clip it to her belt on her right side.

-- Jack Of Traits: It is known across the ship that Rosia is known as a jack of trades, one of the reasons she goes by Jack. She is well versed in most things around the ship, knowing enough to help out whenever help is needed and may even take over if the person who mainly does it is out of commission for whatever reason.
-- Agility/Speed: Being small, Rosie had to learn that most people will be stronger than her, so she figured she mind as well be fast and agile to counteract her small stature. She is able to climb with ease and able to easily dodge most cutlasses.
-- Marksman: Rosia has trained and trained her marksman skill, missing a shot can mean life or death on the high seas. Though she is still reliable with a cutlass in combat, her skills with a pistol are better, and she much rather have a pistol in her hand than a cutlass.

-- Master of None: Even though she may be well versed in a lot of things and doesn’t focus on one aspect, this leads to her not being exceptional at any job either. For example, she wouldn’t be able to all the rigging perfectly herself, but she is able to lend her hand to the rigger.
-- Leading: Rosia isn’t one to want to lead a group and would rather be given orders than to give them out. This doesn’t mean it stops her from whispering ideas, good and bad, into people’s ears and encouraging them.
-- Moral Compass: Growing up without much for a parental figure and always just doing stuff to either survive or to be entertained led Rosia to not being able to understand “doing the right thing” and “right vs. wrong.”
-- Reading: Rosia self-taught just about everything she learned before she got aboard The Stardust, but one thing she never got interested in was reading. She knows how to read numbers, K means King, Q means Queen, and J means Jack from cards games, and lastly the four main cardinal directions.
Rosia really has only one side that people see, she’s not all about putting on a front for other people and rarely hides who she is. When it comes to work she is a reliable hand that can be called upon to help with any task. She rarely complains about work that she is asked to around the ship unless it is meaningless and if there is something else that is more important that needs to be addressed.
Loyalty among pirates isn’t known by many, and Rosia has a light and complex grasp on the idea. She isn’t particularly loyal to Captain James of The Stardust, but more of to the Stardust itself. She is also very loyal to those few that are close to her, willing to do many things for them. When the idea of mutiny first whispered from one person, Rosia continued the whisper, passing it on and making it more and more appealing. In her mind it would be a fun change, and this lost treasure sounds perfect.
Around the ship, Rosia likes to have fun. The occasional trick and prank around to lighten the mood of the crew. She also isn’t one to turn down a card game or other game of chance. But this doesn’t mean she is an optimistic and will easily speak her mind outloud, regardless of who is around, leading to multiple arguments.
Being a Devil’s advocate is a fun little game Rosia likes to play. Whether this is light gossip about what one person said about another to have them argue/maybe even fight, convincing another crew member that they have to do something stupid to prove themselves, all around it is fun for Rosia.
Lastly, Rosia doesn’t go on about making up stories and lies for no reason, or to get out of trouble, she tends to be very honest with her crew mates and most people. But if she can tell small white lie to get a reaction out of someone about what someone else said or was going to do, there isn’t much that would stop her.
As she got into her early teens Rosia quickly learned that she could learn things very quickly and get an understanding of them. From things like lockpicking and tying knots to basic math and learning how to patch herself up after scuffles with the town guard and other citizens.
Over time Rosia learned to hate how New Haven was and ended up hitching a ride on a small pirate crew for a trip to Timber Bay. She learned things here and there about ships and the ocean and just loved it all. After ending up in Timber Bay Rosia was able to have more fun persuading drunks to do more dumb things and earn some coin here and there learning and selling local information. One night there was a pirate crew that stopped off to sell and celebrate. While Rosia had seen her fair share of crews, there was something about them that caught her attention and she wanted in. Rosia knew the basics about the pirate life from one crew she rode with, and the numerous crews that would pass through.
Rosia decided to approach the crew and become part of it. She was able to convince a few patrons to send the crew that walked some ale, spinning some tales here and there about them, or offering empty favors. After taking a pistol off of a random drunk and passed out pirate from a different crew, she offered her services. At first she didn’t have much to offer but talked her way around and somehow convincing them to take her on, her joining the crew of The Stardust.
At first, Rosia was given small tasks to do, but quickly got bored. When she would finish a task, she would go about and just do something else, and learning from it. After awhile the Captain James learned he couldn’t just keep Rosia on one task, she would go about and show she was useful on many things. The crew quickly caught onto this, having Rosia do a mix of different jobs because they knew of her talents of most things, quickly becoming the Jack of Trades among the ship and getting the alias Jack.
