Nationality(Kingdom):
Thunitrum

Personality:
Alastor, while naturally serious, is a kind person at heart. Alastor carries a inner strength with him wherever he goes. He feels himself obligated to help those less fortunate than him and protect those weaker than him. That being said, he can also be fierce and willful. Following the own path of valor, courage, and honor, Alastor has the bad habit of seeing things in black and white. He can't stand seeing someone being wronged. He's not afraid to fight for what he believes in, and has trained hard to try to prove himself worthy of using magic. He will try to talk to those who are evil and try to get them to stop their actions. Even though he is young, he fearlessly committed himself to a hard path to follow, regardless of the hardships. He also has a soft spot for woman and children, and woman have a soft spot for him due to his serious good looks

Description:
Height: 6"1
Weight: 165
Eye Color: Gray
Right-handed
Has a emblem with a eagle on the back of his cape

Powers(Spells):
Thunder Seal: Infuses his blade with lightning to increase range and power of attacks by a degree. This is a staple move, the first one he actually needed to learn in order to perform his other magic based attacks. It also gives his blade a small absorb effect. He will often do this at the start of every battle. Another interest effect is that whenever he casts this, his sword has a way of making thunder like sounds when it clashes with enemy attacks/weapons, or if he launches a magic attack himself.
Thunder Crest: Sends a wave of lightning from his sword, horizontal if on the ground and vertical if in sky. Alastor favors this move the most because he made this one up himself.
Storm Rider: Alastor can reverse his own power over lightning and junction himself with the lightning, therefore junctioning himself with the storm. This move has many uses for Alastor, as he can use the lightning to transfer himself anywhere inside the storms radius when the lightning strikes; he can also ride the storm over long distances. Doing so, however, has bad effects if if not used carefully. When he junctions with the storm, he becomes one with it. He can't control it though. If the storm were to disperse while he was still inside, he would disperse into nothingness. If he stayed in there too long, he would become lost in it. Also, he can't use it in battle, except maybe to escape (he would strongly disagree with this option though).
Flash Raze: Gathers a surge of lightning into his blade and stabs it into the ground, signaling multiple lightning strikes from above to strike randomly in a 10 foot radius oh him at high speeds. The lightning can stop foolish attackers who rush in without a plan, and it can also act as a shield for weak - medium projectiles. It also can absorb weak magic projectiles.
Gungnir: Gathers a big amount of magic in his left hand, which forms into a crackling white spear of lightning. When it's ready, he hurls it with all his might and it roars in a straight line at the opponent(s). Alastor can use Gungnir in 2 variations; a higher concentration method (Imperial Gungnir) which makes the spear longer and has increased piercing ability. It does so by taking the magic already gathered and molding it more.It is also faster. The other is the higher magic gathering method (Fang Gungnir) which makes the spear larger and more powerful, with a exploding effect at the end. This variation is made by continuously gathering magic and adding that to the magic he already has. However, this variation is much slower. Alastor has never FULLY mastered this move and revealed it's pure form, "Odin's Law: Wrath Gungnir". He seeks to do this as soon as possible, but he still can't grasp the true nature of the technique.
Azure Strike: Alastor calls down lightning over the opponents head. While this doesn't do to much damage and is easily telegraphed by the blue orb of lightning over the opponents head, it does have 2 main abilities: Stunning and Chaining. The initial lightning strike can stun a opponent (how long depends on how powerful the opponent is) and give him a few precious seconds if afforded. If there is another opponent near the first, the lightning will move to the other opponent and so on and so on. While the initial strike is easy enough, the farther he spreads out the lightning/ the more enemies he makes the lightning chain from, the more energy it consumes. As of that, the stun ability may were off if too many are chained. Also, this move is not limited to just people and monsters, but objects as well.
Storm-Knight Thunder Seal: A sort of Dragon Install move that only works if there is a actual storm in the vicinity. Alastor transfers the rest/all of his magic into his sword, and sends it into the sky. The storm tempers the magic with the energy it has stored, and sends it all down (full force) in the form of a huge, high - voltage lightning bolt. This boosts Alastor's strength, speed, defense, and slightly increases the absorb effect in his blade. However, he cannot use any other form of his magic whatsoever, seeing as he just used it all to achieve this. This is actually another move he hasn't fully mastered, as he can only use it for a short period of time.

Weapon(s):
Nemesis:A blade made of black steel. It's origins are stained in blood. A underground group in Thunitrum were looking into the arcane arts constantly. They wanted to discover the vast secrets it had. They came across a specific spell: a ancient crafting spell that would make a "Elder Blade". Interested greatly they worked on that spell for years, gathering materials and waiting for the right time. It came in the form of a huge hurricane. They stood outside and waited for the force of nature to come closer before they began to craft the blade. As the blade began to form, the storm almost seemed to meld with the metal itself. When it was done, the blade took it's sacrifice without warning: the underground group. When the people of Thunitrum found out, they hid the blade deep in the mountains. Because of current circumstances, Alastor was granted the right to use the blade, in hopes he survived and mastered his powers.

History:
Born as a orphan in Thunitrum, Alastor had no account of who his parents were or why they had left him. All that he had was his adopted father, The Grand Bishop of Storm Flash City. Finding him on his doorstep and reading the note, The Grand Bishop realized that this Bearers future was in his hands. See, The Grand Bishop was one of the most famous people in all of Thunitrum. A man was given the title when he showed much wisdom and displayed a keen sense of Justice for the people of the city they were in. He also must be a skilled fighter in order to help ward off monsters. Acting sort of like a pastor and community leader, Bishops served the people, and his careful acts and diligent efforts kept them from being seen as a problem . The history of the Grand Bishop started all the way back when the first king came. The people of Thunitrum (the most religious land, as you could see them all walking with cloaks on praying) were at a dilemma on whether or not to bow to this man (who had ordered the deaths of so many bearers) and submit to his armies, or keep their freedom. So, they decided they should pray to the goddess of guidance, wisdom, and justice; Nyleia. The answer was this; do what they must to survive, but keep their religion above all else. From these words, the people decided to bow to this man, in fear of what he would do if they refused. They still didn't like it, but became stronger as a whole because of it. They still didn't like the way the king ruled, and so they still harbored some bad feelings for the Furores in the future. So, they made symbol's of their faith; Bishops. There were actually more than one Bishops called "Knight Bishops", but The Grand Bishop was the head and lived in the capitol. Each Bishop had a small group of elite guardians who protected the city from monsters. They were called the Knight Templar, and were not well received of the Royal Dogs. However, nothing escalated, as the Knight Templar were bound by oaths to only protect. Deciding that he needed time to think, he carried the helpless little one inside the cathedral and took wrapped him in a blanket. Watching the sleeping child, The Grand Bishop sat in a chair and thought long about what he should do. After a while, he finally got on his knees and prayed to Nyleia for help, and that was when he heard a small yawn. He got up and walked over to the child, who looked up at him with big stormy gray eyes. That was when The Grand Bishop figured out what to do, and adopted the lone orphan boy as his own. When the people of the city heard about this AND what he was, they held their tongues in a silent pledge as favor to the man who helped them so long. And so, The Grand Bishop began to raise up Alastor James Bishop (The Grand Bishop had to forsake his old name) with the cities help. He educated him, taught him how to use a sword, how to earn respect, how to work hard, and how to control his powers from various hidden books. Alastor learned all this under the Royal dogs noses (The Royal Dogs didn't know the mountains well, and given the storms why travel out so far to just be lost or get killed. Also, Alastor was being raised by one of the most influential and powerful men in Thunitrum), and eventually became a strong person morally and physically. He would constantly help people with their work or chores, and would travel with The Grand Bishop when he go to meetings with the Knight Bishops. He studied hard and took occasional trips with his father to the mountains and learned how to remember key land marks of places and navigate through rough terrain. he also explained to him the different types of monsters. As he grew older, his sense of justice grew too. He came to understand how badly The King's grip was around his people. He then made a vow to one day become a person that would bring justice to those who needed it, and to give peace to those from who it was neglected of like his father. He also vowed to one day liberate the city of the Royal Dogs. Knowing his purpose was greater than what the Templar Knights, he immediately banished the idea of becoming one of them. Increasing his training regimen and magic studies, Alastor grew stronger every day. He faced the storms while practicing his sword techniques, and indulged in as many books about magic as he could find. he also picked up books on war tactics, and went on missions with the Knight Templar sometimes to stop monsters coming out of Fades in the deeper ranges of the mountains. He trained on monsters from the fades attacking people constantly. Finally, The Grand Bishop realized what his son was trying to do, and gave him the sword Nemesis after discussing it in a meeting with the Bishop Knights. Along with that, he gave him armor that the entire community pitched in to make. Thankful, Alastor wanted to help by using the new equipment to reduce the number of monsters in the deeper mountain ranges. The Grand Bishop said that he was a man, and that he could make his own decisions. He hugged his son and said he was proud of him, and that he needn't worry about him or Storm Flash City. Saying farewell, Alastor decided that he would also travel to other lands and help others in need. Whether it was the Fades, the kings tyranny, or whatever other evil was being done, he would confront it and bring justice to them all.
