True Name: Eloise Babel
Age: Died at 14, and still appears to be so. It's been a few centuries though.
Physical Description: Lune has lightbrown hair and blue eyes. She's somewhat shorter than the average living 14-year-old, but this is due to the fact that she lived and died in another time. She's in love with Gothic Lolita fashion, although you'll never hear her say it in those words. She's particularly fond of the chokers, due to the fact that these are most successful in hiding her scar.
Personality: She seems kind of apathetic to day to day life, but that's somewhat understandable, since she's had centuries to get bored of it. She is rather caring in her own way though, albeit a bit lazy in the execution of said caring. She rarely goes out of her way to help adults (and even then, they have to be really pathetic), but has a soft spot for children.
Cause of Death: Death by Guillotine
Past: There's not much to be said. She was born in France in the year 1775 as part of an arosticratic family. Her life was pretty average by those standards, and her death rather predictable, seeing how the French Revolution broke out.
She had lived with her mother Anna, who had been widowed when she was 12, her older twin sisters Lillian and Rosette and her younger brother Leo. Her Father, she rarely saw, even before his death, and she simply knew him as 'papa'
---
After Death she was on Valko's side for a while, but she grew increasingly resentful of both the people she was supposed to help (Especially in the beginning, as these people hadn't given murdering her and those like her a second thought), the fact that she couldn't be with her family and the rules laid down by Death. It took her 9 decades to defect.

This ability only works on those she believes to be Sinners in someway. Whether they are or not, is to be proven by the ability itself, but it has a pretty severe penalty if she's proven to be in the wrong.
She basically traps the 'victim' in a real illusion based on her own dying day. However, unlike her own being surrounded by a crowd, the 'victim' is completely alone safe for her, where she reads the 'victim' a list of his crimes provided by the ability.
When she's in the right, it's off with the victim's head. (And blast that English story for getting that phrase stuck in her head). If she's in the wrong, it is off with her own. Ofcourse she'll regenerate in time, seeing how it's death by neither demon nor True Name, but it takes a while.
(As you might have noticed, this ability has little combat-value)
Weapon: It's a bit tacky and unoriginal at this point (Lune certainly thinks so, to her embarassment), but she summons a Scythe.
