Mask: Hallowed black eyes Marion's mask covers her face. Coating her hollow eyes is an intricate detail of femininity however it breaks off in white porcelain the skin cracked into a thousand pieces held in place around ruby red porcelain lips. Branching from the Mask's edges black crow feathers frames the mask.

Physical Description: Pale skinned Marion's cheeks are freckled her lips often sporting ruby red lipstick. Her eyes are golden yellow framed with thick black eyelashes. Her black velvet hair short, reaching towards the nape of her neck, often pulled up and styled away from her face. Her attire mostly consists of red patterned dresses, their elegance expressing the time period she was born within. However she does also don a more modern punk attire for easier movement during combat.

Cause of Death: Marion died as she was pushed from the cliffs of Moher (Ireland) her body washed up against the shore where her body was then picked at by black birds.

Ability: Marion has the ability to control Gravity. Gravity pulled her body towards the ocean as she was pushed from the cliffs, it was then gravitational forces of the sun and moon that affected the tides to push her body to the shore.

Ability Powers:

Increase gravity:
  • Crushing things by enveloping them with a gravity field.

However, she covers the scars on her face with skilfully styled hair and make-up.

Weapon: Marion's weapon is long Spear. A strip of red torn material is attached at the hilt of the spears blade.

Marion has always held a serious demure. She takes her role as a reaper as her life's purpose. She believes she was meant to die to fullfill that role and will follow Death for as long she has an existence. She does not give mercy on those who defy Death so easily, believing them to be failures. Her idealism can often come across within her stubborn determination, adamant that she will succeed at any task if it is necessary and Death's will that the mission be a success.

However by nature, she has a boisterous attitude and can often let her emotions deter her when not on a reapers task. She doesn't always know the boundaries of personal space enjoying to tease her fellow reapers with her flirtatious banter. She can be mischievous when sociable her heart warm and open to her fellow reapers who share her values.

She has a tendency to take new, younger reapers under her wings pushing them to become better reapers through her games protecting them when they need her most.

As fun loving as she may be with those she considers friends Marion's fury can be quick to surface. She has no tolerance or mercy for those that defy Death, her anger towards their disobedience boils inside her soul. However it saddens her at the same time as she feels she has lost fellow reapers and part of that may have been because she did not protect them from the harsh reality of the role's they serve. If she were to ever discover a reaper she may have one day nurtured under her wing turned from death she would experience both excruciating anger and sadness her heart torn between her emotions for her friend and her loyalties to Death. Ultimately her loyalties are what she takes pride within and her anger would always succeed over any possible mercy.

Human History:

Aileen was born into the Blake family in Ireland during the 16th Century. The Blake family were a well known as One of the ‘Tribes of Galway’ an epithet name meaning black which superseded the original Cadell. They became and long remained very extensive landowners in Co. Galway. Branch settled in Co. Kildare where their name is perpetuated in three town lands called Blakestown. (TRUE FACT XD)

Aileen was born with a fire in her heart, she wanted to see the world, to taste adventure but the warring land of her time period did not allow that. Caught within an entanglement against the English and Spanish Aileen represented her family in her father's place when he left for war, her mother unable to as she died during childbirth to Aileen's younger brother. Taking care of her younger brother, Conall, Aileen fought away many attempts for her hand in marriage. She knew she would have to marry one of her father's enemies in order to bring peace to their lives.

Through deceit and trickery the English, Spanish and Irish fought for their lands. Aileen developed a reputation as a stubborn woman refusing to give on any rules the English tried to push onto them. She stood her ground against many believing her traditions were important which ultimately caused her demise. Fed up of not being able to control her a group who opposed her father ambushed Aileen and threw her from the Moher Cliffs.

Thus began her life as a Reaper.

[Center] Reaper's History:

Born a new as a Reaper Aileen forget her past and her true self, taking on the name Marion. She bore the scars of her death with pride knowing somewhere in her heart she died fighting. She felt a purpose had been brought to her, she knew she had a reason for being chosen, and wanted to prove herself worthy. Training every day Marion developed her skills and grew stronger as a reaper and as a person. She gained more control over her ability to bend gravity and became an unstoppable force. She did not know when to waver enjoying her tasks eventually teaching new reapers her experiences as she aged.

Several decades ago however Marion was caught in an unforeseeable event. She found herself and a younger reaper surrounded by demons, the younger reaper did not stand much of a chance against them the likely hood of them becoming absorbed by the demons was high. Realising this Marion overexerted her powers to protect the young reaper. She successfully gave the young reaper a chance to retreat safely however she had used too much of her own power to the point she found herself too weakened to stand. Badly injured and weakened Marion found her body melted into the shadows where for the past seven decades she has been slowly regenerating.

Now enough time has past, and she is whole again.

So begins...

"I was hoping that Valko might take a little bit longer to get the poor girl adjusted to this new world, but it looks like I was wrong. I had hoped to simply watch the scene unfold and strike at the opportune moment. Pity." Sinclair speaks as though this doesn't bother him, but the rogues would know just by a look that their leader was irritated. The head of the rogues looks across the street as Valko and his people emerge from the shadows.

Normally a Reaper goes unnoticed because they choose to do so. Being made of pure spiritual energy, they are all but invisible to most humans until they choose to show themselves. If they ever decide to do so. With a sly grin, Sinclair runs a hand over his face, making it so the humans, as well as the demon, can see him. To anyone looking he would have simply appeared out of thin air. but of course, in such a panicked situation, no one noticed him. Not yet at least.

"Both of you fall back, take position. Raven, I want you to summon your weapon, keep it trained on the demon, and if I should give you the signal, wound it, but do not kill it." Sinclair says, keeping his eyes on Valko and the other Reapers who stuck with the laws of Death. "We may need to kill it, but not just yet. I have other plans in mind. Lune, be a good girl and try to make sure Raven doesn't get struck down from behind as he aims, yes?"

As he moved through the shadows Sinclair sent out a call to the other Rogues. While the haunted mansion was their home, not all of the Rogues spent their time there. Some had their own haunts, others were often away on whatever mission Sinclair assigned to them. But with the call, they would hear his voice in the back of their minds, beckoning them to him.

Sinclair takes a few steps forward, until he is standing in the road at the edge of the intersection opposite the demon. By now an ambulance has arrived, and a woman has gotten out of the back and run over to check on the dying woman. Raising his right hand, and looking not at the woman, but the puddle of blood around her, the Blade Reaper moves his fingers like a wave before extending his index finger and jerking his hand upwards. In reaction, a needle of blood rises out up, piercing the throat of the paramedic. Soon she falls and her blood mingles with that of the dying woman, and the demon growls.

The demon had no name, was not intelligent enough to need one. It is an engine of chaotic energies and rage given a physical form. It knows enough to hunt and trap, what it can and cannot feed on. Human souls are tasty, but the soul of a Reaper? Like the nectar of the gods to a demon. And now this one can smell several of them, close at hand and moving closer. People scurry about in fear and the demon laughs.

More death. More blood. As it watches, the demon can see one of the Reapers cause the death of another human. Two free, tasty souls awaiting him. Lowering his hand he ends the interference from the megaphone, and the sound that emerges from it next nearly deafens the man holding it. The demon ignores the sound and instead lunges for the two dying humans. He opens his mouth wide, so wide that his cheeks tear open, and swallows the two humans, body and soul. He absorbs the souls at once and a light seems to turn on in his eye as he begins to think in a more intelligent manner, and realizes that the black haired Reaper may be an ally, which makes the other group enemies.

Doctor watches as Valko opens the portal. On the other side is chaos, and the Doctor knows what must be done without their leader saying a word. Walking over to Harper, Doctor puts an arm around the young Reaper and half walks, half pushes her into the shadows as the other pass through ahead of or behind them. Once they emerge Doctor keeps a hand on Harper's shoulder, even though she flinches away and seems to have grown a bit pale.

"Doctor, thank you. Keep close to Harper, I don't want anything happening to-" Valko's words are cut off when the demon growls. He turns in time to see Sinclair take on a physical, visible form, and walk towards the demon, stopping as he begins to manipulate the blood. "Dammit, we're late! Everyone, you know what to do. Watch out for the Rogues and other demons, keep an eye on one another and try not to be noticed. I'm going after Sinclair."

Without looking back Valko rushes forward, and as he passes behind a black van he takes on a physical form as well. By the time he emerges on the other side, it seems as though he just stepped out from behind the van and stumbled into a run. At full speed he reaches Sinclair, hoping the fool doesn't do anything to attract attention. Just before Valko makes to grab his rival by the collar, screams can be heard. Distracted, he looks over to see the two bodies lift up into the air before disappearing.

"Good to see you, old friend." Sinclair says, and then Valko feels pain explode in his left side. Looking down he finds a blood dagger melting away.
