Alisi awoke with a start, sweat pouring down her back. She had just awoken from the dream where she died. She had been stabbed straight through the heart in that dream. She put her hand over her heart, thankful that it was just a dream. Even knowing it was just a dream, it had left her with a feeling of fear. She sat in her bed, telling herself over and over again; It's just a dream, It's just a dream.
Alisi then got up and opened the door. The moon was out now, but Alisi decided to stay inside for a while. She went to the back of her room and rummaged through the mess of books in that area. After she found the book she was looking for, she went to her bed and sat down, then started reading. It was a book about the humans. She found it very interesting. While she was reading, someone was sneaking up to the door. Alisi didn't notice; she was too busy reading. Suddenly, the door burst open, and the person/ creature came barging in.

Done Done Done. Macey was absolutely over it all. She had tried to put up with her mother's shenanigans the best that she could, but this was just insane. "She did it, she actually did it. She emailed my teacher drunk, trying to date him." she thought, a headache dully forming in the back of her mind.
She pulled her hair up into a ponytail as she made her way up the mountain. Sure, it was 2 am, but what did she care? Worse comes to worse she knees a guy in the guy and makes a run for it. Besides, she seriously doubted anything would happen. The mountains occasionally had wolves, but other than that she saw no danger in her being there as long as she was careful.
As she walked through the dampened grass, she made her way to the side of the lake, looking at her moonlit reflection. She thought of how her father would take her to this lake, and they would fish, talk, laugh...
"God, I miss him." she whispered to herself with a tear, but she quickly brushed it away with her sweater. He wouldn't want her to cry...
But it's not like he would know.
Out of exhaustion, she soon found herself being lulled to sleep by her memories, and eventually fell asleep on a dry patch of grass.
