Ada bit down hard on her lower lip to keep herself from laughing at Gregory's predicament. Ahhh so you are a fighter, hmmm? A good soul that doesn't want to allow the demon to surface? She thought silently though she allowed her thoughts to be heard by the man as he tried to hold back the inevitable change. Violence and Anger weren't her circles to influence but she couldn't help but feel a rush as the presence inside of Gregory tried to break loose.

You are evolving, young one. Allow yourself to become greater than you once were.... Her voice wove its way into Gregory's mind though he wouldn't be able to locate its origin and she sent another burst of energy into the young man to help the demon override his sensibilities.

Ada chuckled at his rebuttal even as her hand flexed beneath his grazing touch. "Actually quite the opposite. We know names hold a great deal of power which is why we ask for them so frequently..." Her forgotten bottle of Cognac was suddenly remembered and she slid her hand back around the broken neck to raise it to her lips, finishing it off in one long, slow swallow. Letting fire consume her hand, the bottle was engulfed in infernal flames before blinking out of existence and she studied the necromancer's face for a full moment before responding.

"I have seen it, yes, though it is quite a slow way to travel. Useful though, I assume, if you do not have the powers needed to simply... Shimmer." Shimmer was her own word for teleportation since it seemed more definitive. She shimmered out of one place and into another, easy as blinking. As he spoke of Lucifer, her head tilted once more, allowing her blackened locks to fall across pale shoulders. "Why gift so many things unto Lucifer? Do you desire more power?" A slight smirk twisted her lips and she wondered if he would take that as another offering to trade in what little soul he may still possess in exchange for her assistance. A pity that he was so well entrenched in infernal affairs or he might have made an easier target.

Ada could taste the lies on the man's tongue even before the name left his lips and she allowed him to see the disbelief on her face even though she did not vocalize her doubt. "Blake?" she practically purred in response, a hidden note of laughter hidden in the depths of her voice. When the glass full of billowing energy was presented to her, she inhaled deeply though she did not need much to sate her appetites. The bloodlust from the day's battle had already done much to quell her hunger.

"Lucifer is like you, though. Arrogant and assuming that he deserves any and all attentions and gifts that you lay at his feet." Her black eyes once again searched the mortal's face and a slight frown became apparent on her countenance. "You are aiming to be a major player in Hell, aren't you?" A throaty laugh filled the room and she shook her head once more without even bothering to keep the stunned look off of her features. "Most mortals would cower from Him and wish that His gaze never fell upon them but you are inviting his attentions and more." She made it a statement rather than a question though one part was still unanswered.

Ada tilted her head to the side, one of the few signs that she was actually processing what anyone was telling her at any given time. Usually she had a blank look upon her face but this man not only had dealings with infernals but he also claimed to have Lucifer in his confidences? Hrmmm... Perhaps it was time to investigate further. Though such inquiries would have to wait until after she had her legions cleaning up the mess they had made today after deciding to wage war upon her. Fools. If she had held the Second Circle for this long, why would anyone think that they could take it from her now? Her face contorted slightly at the thought but just as quickly the emotion flickered back off of her face and swept her countenance into a blank slate once more.

Then, another thought crossed her mind. What if Lucifer was enraged by this man? Perhaps she could kill two birds with one stone and gain this "Blake's" confidences enough to feed him directly to the Lord of Hell. Hmmmm, decisions decisions. She would have to retreat for the evening to decide what she wanted to do. Truly, the man was one of the more entertaining beings she had met in this Mortal Realm in the past few decades but then again... If he was as entrenched in the Infernal realm as he pretended to be then he might also be worth sacrificing for her own benefit.

"Well, -Blake-," she still held the faintest notes of disbelief when she used the name and she might just revert to calling him 'Mortal' once more. "If you happen by the Second Circle again, feel free to ask for me since I assume you'll be asking about me." Laughter followed her statement, tinged with the same arrogance that he had presented to her all night long. With that, she traced a fingernail across his jawline and shimmered out of existence mid-touch.

Ada shimmered into view and for those familiar with the concept of television, it was sort of like flipping the channel and having the image go from blackness to blurried to fully in view. One moment she wasn't there and the next moment she was. A yawn of boredom parted her bloodied lips and she strolled around the corner of the bar, eyeing the selection of top shelf liquors as if she owned the place. Her tongue ran across the front of her elongated canines for a moment before they sank back into their original forms and she snatched a bottle of Cognac from the selection before turning around and eyeing the two people in the bar that were chatting.

Were they interesting enough to harass? Perhaps. She'd keep an eye on them, anyway.

Ada shimmered into existence and it would appear as if she just suddenly materialized out of nowhere to anyone without a sensitivity to magic or evil. Gazing around the room with fully jet black eyes, the demoness ran her tongue across cherry red lips, wishing for some entertainment even though she could already see that it would most likely be a dreadfully boring night. There were too many vampires in the bar and vampires didn't have souls. No souls meant no harvesting and no harvesting meant no fun.

Exhaling a rather forced sigh, she strolled through the room, weaving her trail between drunken patrons and eyeing each one in turn, looking for someone to toy with. If there was anything the demoness hated it was boredom.

Ada felt the presence of Xvander even before she heard his bike roar its way towards Gambits and before he stepped a single foot through the entryway but she didn't acknowledge him. No, not yet. There was a rare bit of entertainment to be found as a soulless one tried to feed upon his kindred. So she wound her way behind the bar as if she owned the place and picked up a bottle of cognac then leaned against the counter, watching the pale one retch over the floor as the neon-coifed man drooled over his intended meal.

This was quite different from the battles she saw amongst the demons in her domain. Though treachery and violence reined eternal, there was never quite such an odd display of such traits. Usually full-on warfare erupted after even the smallest instigations.

Tearing her gaze away from the predatory feeding of vampire on vampire, Ada watched Xvander move towards her then slide into the stool directly across the bar from her. She curled her lips slightly at the corners, a hint of a grin as she reached beneath the counter, withdrawing a glass and pouring some of her Cognac for the man. "Well hello, Xvander. You seem...." Different, predatory, graceful, deadly, balanced... There were so many adjectives to choose from but she stilled her tongue for a moment as she took another drink of her cognac instead. "How many additions have you made to your repertoire since I have seen you last?"

Tilting her head, the demoness studied Xvander with a more intense gaze. Almost one-hundred samples? she pondered, trying to pick out even the most minute changes within the man which she could possible attribute to his DNA sampling and collecting. If she were to be perfectly honest, it was quite an accomplishment and she was happy for him because samples from that many specimens meant that he had grown quite significantly in power since they had last met. Yet, that also made her wonder and worry about that newfound power since she would consider them both to be Apex predators and her mind always toyed with the concept of 'Who would win in the battle of Alien versus Demoness?'.

If anyone had asked her that question the last time they had met, she would have almost arrogantly said that she would win any battle fought with Xvander though she didn't wish to do so. He had not made any threatening displays towards her or her territory so there was an unspoken truce lingering between them. Still, there was always the possibility and now she wasn't quite so sure that her arrogance was correctly placed. She would have to investigate further to see what powers and abilities he had acquired during her absence from this realm. "Congratulations are in order then, I am sure." She finally said with a grin, taking another swallow of Cognac directly from the bottle.

Ada blinked and though she was clearly impressed with the death and destruction his race was indulging in on their own homeworld she couldn't help but feel miffed that they were enjoying themselves while she hadn't seen a good war in at least a month. That might seem like an odd sentiment coming from a Demoness ruling over the level of hell catering to those driven to the underworld by their lust but blood, violence and gore was as much a part of her life as it was for the ruler over the Seventh circle- Violence.

"Ahhh, well I have been fine. Busy but otherwise entertained." It was a horrible lie and if his powers held any sort of truth-divination then he would be able to taste the lie upon her tongue before she even uttered it. Damnation, she needed to wage war on someone, perhaps the Devils since they were always a nuisance. A casual gesture of her hand preceded a faux look of remembrance and her mouth formed a perfect 'O' as if she had just recalled a forgotten task. "Speaking of which... I must go, Xvander but do stop into the bar again sometime soon. I have a feeling that we have much to catch up on..." Winking at the alien, the demoness shimmered out of existence with the bottle of cognac still in hand.

Ada shimmered into view and her nostrils flared slightly, taking in the scents of the bar. Usually she smelled quite the array of species but today she smelled... Demons. More than one and it intrigued her since normally only one or two seemed to grace the bar with their presence at any one time. Tilting her head to the side in a curious manner, the demoness shimmered back out of view as she took on her Ethereal form. This meant that she could see people in the Material plane but not interact with them except through telepathy and they could not see her unless they used some form of magic. She was going to investigate and her nose first led her over and behind the couch where she inspected Merceigh first. An interesting woman, quite lovely in fact and she had the faintest hint of demon in her, it seemed. Whether that be through interaction with a demon or demon blood, Ada couldn't tell... yet.

Her eyes raised to the door as a stronger scent of demon blood overrode the scent of the girl lingering on the couch and her gaze landed upon Mammon. A wrinkle of her nose was the only outward sign of emotion to cross her features as she silently wondered about the demon lords intent.

The Demon Lord of Greed and Pride, Mammon was one of the most frustrating to deal with. As a demon lord, she couldn't simply ignore him for fear of repercussions and she knew speaking to him would be a game in and of itself. A verbal sparring match to see which came out on top, so to speak, and she knew that Mammon would do everything in his power to be the so-called winner. Sigh. She had been hoping to tempt or tease a mortal into relinquishing their soul today but apparently the Fates had other plans in mind. Demon politics, it was.

He disappeared from sight and she sensed him behind her though she willed herself not to react. Instead, she spun slowly in place, resting herself on the back of the couch where the young lady that she had been inspecting remained as she mirrored Mammons smile and glanced over him quite obviously. "I did not know you'd be here today, Mammon. Wing City does not seem to be your normal stomping grounds." A slight arch of her brow questionned his motives nonverbally since it was a known fact that other domains belonged to the Demon. Las Vegas, for instance. "I'm here because the bar usually sees its share of lust or violence. Either emotion would sate my needs at the moment."

A quick arch of her brow signaled that he had, indeed, gotten under her skin. It wasn't the Greed so much that she couldn't stand but more so the Pride. It inspired arrogance that was usually undeserved, at least in her eyes. Still, she wouldn't give in quite so easily and she could sense an unusual combination of lust and greed exuding from the man so she decided to play upon it. Every demon had their weaknesses. "Ahh the city is never truly yours unless you rule it completely. Though you may be the fore runner of the town, remember that there is a healthy dose of others found in your cities." A smirk curved her mouth and she dragged her lower lip between her teeth as she allowed her gaze to roam over his human form once more.

"Vegas? Sin city. As you have your Casinos, I have my brothels and my strip clubs and your hotels are filled with my lovers. Never forget that." A quick laugh followed the statement and she allowed her attention to be caught momentarily by the woman strutting into the bar before returning her eyes to Mammon once more. "The same will happen here. In fact I think Violence, Amon, is currently ruling over this city." Her deep black eyes met his as a vicious smile filled her beautiful features.

Ada bit her lip once more to keep from laughing out loud. She had wanted to wound his ego which was obviously done quite successfully since the venomous words that spewed from his mouth were accompanied by the threat of violence. A simple stroke of her arm seemed almost friendly but then his grip clenched more tightly as the veins in his temples bulged. Ahhh, yes. She had gotten under his skin as well. An eye for an eye. Being a demoness of only the second level of Hell, she was used to the attitude and condescension so his spiteful words flowed off of her like water off a ducks back. She hadn't expected any less from him, actually, but her ire was now sated since she had managed to wound his ego. The demoness did not desire all out war so she would hold her tongue and switch topics after addressing his barbs.

"Dear Mammon," she began, her voice a light purr as she gestured to the bar, silently indicating that she wished for a drink. "I am simply saying that one of us cannot live without the other. Two things that most humans seem to covet are money and a warm body to share their bed. Don't you agree?" Another smirk laced with a tinge of seduction to soothe his ego traced her lips. "I have no hold over those that desire wealth but those that desire flesh... Well..." A rather dark chuckle escaped her lips before she said, "That I can assist with." Her tone had made quite the 180 from her previous barbs as she saw no use in arguing with the Lord of Pride. His ego would not allow him to settle for anything less than a true win, or submission of his opponent, so she chose the lesser of two evils and went via the route of the more submissive demon.

Ada shimmered into view right behing Mileena, leaning in close to smell the woman's hair before pulling back with a wicked grin. "Hmmm nope. It definitely isn't your hair.... Though you could generalize and say it's your scent. The smell of power, untapped power, is thickening the air around you." The demoness laughed heartily as she walked away from the girl and she strode to the bar, eyeing the few others that lounged about drinking. She lifted her head again to sniff the air and her eyes drifted over both Marcus and Averna for brief moments before the wandered behind the bar to grab herself a bottle of Cognac and with a swift movement, she cracked the neck of the bottle off, letting the shattered glass fall to the floor.

Ada snickered quietly to herself. Ahhh how she did like stirring up the locals with her presence. The only one that seemed truly unaffected was sweet, sweet Averna who glared more distastefully at her beverage than she did at the demoness. Then the conversation between Mileena and Koroi caught her ear and she looked around the bar, wondering who it would be best to play with. She was dreadfully bored. Hopping the counter so that she perched upon the bar, Ada sat idly, watching each small group in turn as she took a sip of the Cognac from its jagged and broken neck. She wasn't really the one to worry about since she preferred lust and tricks to gather her souls instead of violence, greed, pride or a litany of other sins.

Really? People were going to stop being entertaining the moment she walked in? Sweet bloody Lucifer this place needed some CPR. She felt Koroi's eyes on her and she felt a small thrum of power as he activated some device. Cute. Turning to face him, she winked at him then turned her attention elsewhere. It was a sad state of affairs that she didn't sense anyone easily maleable in the bar and to be quite honest, she was feeling lazy and wanted easy pickings. The man, Joshua had an odd aura about him but she couldn't quite place what was different about him. Shimmering out of existence from the now-quiet Mileena, she moved herself down the bar a few feet until she sat on the counter beside Joshua and she smiled charmingly. "You smell dangerous." It was an odd sentiment but demons could distinguish many things from scent alone as long as the person didn't have some sort of ward against evil.

Ada grinned and just the hint of sharp and spiky teeth showed before she realized she was near a humanoid and she forced her teeth into their dull flattened shape to appear more human-like. Which was an obvious farce because unless she expended a fair amount of energy she couldn't change her eyes and they remained pitch black bottomless pools.

"Then you would be the..." she tilted her head to one side, trying to tally up the amount of times her avatar had been killed in this realm before, "346th person in the past century to kill this form. It would be a horrible experience for me and when I finally rebuilt this avatar I would hunt you down and tear your throat out. I don't harm the unwilling so you have no worries, right?" Another quick burst of laughter filled the bar and to some it would sound like nails running against a chalk board and to others it would sound like a sweet and melodic song. Some people stood the company of demons better than others. "I am here to be entertained and so far this bar is failing miserably." Her pale lips curved into a frown as she stared across the counter at the demonic demon hunter. Though she claimed having her avatar killed was no big deal it still sucked horribly having to die and then reform so she tried to stay out of battle as much as possible. "So tell me, why do you seem different than other humans?"

Ada glanced over at Lance again as Joshua referenced him and she shrugged her shoulders again, grinning wickedly. "Of course. People expect all demons to be soulless violent creatures here to rain death and destruction down onto the world." Turning her eyes back to Joshua, she smirked and added, "I am simply soulless. A Second Level tradeswoman, if you will." Which was true, in part, since she never did forcefully take anything from anyone and only took what people willingly offered.

"Ahhh yes, you do smell funny." She was amused by his choice of words as she studied him in his suit for a moment, trying to decipher his talent. "You... smell like death." The demoness left her choice of words vague on purpose, smelling of death could mean many things though she sensed that his soul leaned more towards evil than good.

Ahh but a shower wouldn't cleanse your soul, will it? she allowed the thought to travel telepathically to the man she spoke with and as long as he wasn't shielded against such things it would appear as a whisper in his mind. Shifting herself on the bar, she crossed her legs as she tried to get more comfortable and the next time she spoke out loud. "And how many ladies have you met could smell such things?" Another grin flickered across her features as she drew the shattered neck of the bottle to her lips, taking a slow drink to allow him to answer if he so chose before she would speak again. "So tell me, does the polite gentleman have a name or am I forced to give you one myself so that I don't refer to you as 'it'?"
