Description

Image

Aequitas has shoulder length dark hair and is naturally tan. He is a muscular youth, around twenty-three, and is almost always wearing his rosary. His eyes are a gold-brown color and very expressive.

Personality

Aequitas is a sarcastic man, but normally quite cheerful. He is Catholic, and prays every day. The one prayer he doesn't teach is one that his cousin, a friend of two Irish Catholics, taught him, which the Irish Catholics say at nearly every death, and definitely every funeral they attend. (See Boondock Saints one and two). Occasionally, Aequitas will have a completely serious moment, and, when this happens, it is best to stay out of his way.

Equipment

A seemingly unstoppable stash of rope, a pair of Desert Eagles, .50 caliber, and plenty of ammo at any given point in time. He also never leaves home without a pocket bible and his rosary.

History

Born on April 18th, 1987, during a church service in Boston, Massachusetts, Aequitas was named after the virtue his family cared for most: Justice. His given name was Aequitas Rodriguez, which he gave up at the age of sixteen, when he renewed his infant baptism, to a new name: Aequitas Et Veritas, Justice and Truth. He grew up in an almost peaceful life, until he was seventeen years old.
At seventeen years old, his mother died of skin cancer. His father, unable to handle the greif, commited suicide not long after her funeral. Aequitas was left in the care of his uncle until he could make his own decisions. He became close to his cousin, Romeo, who was the most infamous fighter in the "warehouse" fights.
At nineteen, he learned of the work of the "Saints". He was one of those that believed the Irishmen had the right idea from the start, and became one of their "fans". He wouldn't learn about the truth until his Cousin joined the battle, two years later.
Aequ formerly worked for the local mob, but quit due to his connection to the "Saints" of South Boston when he was 22. Since then, he has helped the Irish twins in their quest for God, ridding the world of evil men through the iron hand of god. He's a weapons specialist, and never runs out of rope, just because Connor is always wanting or needing a length.
