a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by RomeroLover

Description

Image
Aisling is a very intellegent, charming, witty human. She isn't very open about her past, but is optimisitic about her future. Her closest friends will tell you she is easy to love, but not easy to understand.

She hates crying in front of people and has little to no self-control. Although she often worries about other people more than herself, she probaly should worry about herself. People have told her she is "wrapped in an emotional shell".

Although she is still very young, only 18, she feels she has completed life already. She has done several things, and died twice, but thanks to her loyal friends, has been brought back to life twice.

All of her family is deceased.

Aisling often makes references to old romances of Earth, like Gone With The Wind, Casablanca, Breakfast At Tiffany's... She enjoys watching any type of movies, but classics are her favorite, and she has several of them that she took from home.

Her closest friends include Seat, who she loves but won't admit to loving, Varius, Dicey, sometimes Zekil, and Reid.

Aisling Tara walked into the bar, looking at it for the first time It was not nearly as impressive as she had hoped, but it was acceptable, if nothing else. She sighed and looked for anything of interest. She scanned the room, but...nothing.

Aisling approached who she assumed was the bartender and smiled. "Suprise me, will you?" she asked. Anything would be good. The man beside her asked for coffee, which seemed strange to her, but, she couldn't judge.

"Thanks," she said, taking the martini. She bit her lip and looked around at everyone. Aisling was new to the place, and had never so many non-humans in one area. She wondered what everyone was. She then turned her attention to the Reid character and smiled. "Thanks," she said to him, "My name is Aisling."

"Nice to meet you, Zekil," Aisling said, smiling at him and nodding her head. "I'd plan on hearing from me again if I were you," she added with a playful wink as she took a sip of her drink.

Aisling took occasional glances at Reid, amazed at what she was seeing. She wondered what he was, what caused him to do that. She then glanced at the blue haired person, and then took another sip of her martini, eyes big.

Aisling looked at Reid with a worried expression. She walked in his direction, approaching him cautiously, leaving her drink at the counter. "Do you need help?" she asked him, looking at him with a curious expression, her eyes brightly lit. She wondered if he would be mad that she would even think about helping, or maybe a little wierded out, but she doubted it.

Aisling just continued to observe Reid's wounds. "Have you treated those?" she asked, concerned for Reid's health. She looked at him with concern, and then looked back at his wounds. She wished she could help, and she probaly could, just not in the bar. Biting her lip slightly, imagining the pain, she looked up at Reid again. "Looks painful."

"Never seen her in my life," Aisling said, looking at the female curiously. "And, maybe you should..." she said in response to the not going to a hospital. "That is a really nasty wound." She watched him smoke and wondered why it seemed like he didn't care.

"I'll fix them up, at least, a little more than they are fixed up, if you'll let me," Aisling said, slightly touching his hand to look at it more closely. SHe could probaly help a bit, but, a bit was better than nothing. She looked at the girl across from them, smiling, then looked back at his hand and frowned. She bit her lip and glanced at Reid's eyes, looking for signs of pain.

Aisling let him go when she realised how much pain she was causing. "No...you won't owe me anything..." she said. "I can fix it, if you want," she said, smiling reassuringly. The french girl said something about a friend that would help. She wondered if maybe he'd want her friend to fix it up instead. Either way, it wouldn't affect Aisling. She looked at the French girl, "What's your name, sweetheart?" she asked.

She grinned and got to work and got to work. "This is going to hurt," she warned, ignoring the cat on his head. She would not let anything distract her as she attemtped to clean out his wound. She knew it had to hurt, bad. He seemed like a strong guy, though. Aisling worked carefully, taking her time, feeling bad because she knew it would make her hurt longer but knowing it may make a difference in the end. She attempted to make conversation. "So...what brings you here?" she asked, not looking up from his arm.

Aisling grinned at his last comment about the pretty stranger. She glanced at him before getting back to work, putting some ointment in the now cleaned wounds. "Well...I'm not sure, really. I just needed to get away from everyone," she said. That was as good as an answer as she could come up with. She grabbed some clean bandages out of her small bag and began skillfully wrapping his arm. "Better?" she asked, standing up. She now noticed the kitten on his head and picked it up. She resisted the urge to "Awwwwwww" at it, and started to pet it.

Aisling smiled at him. "Well, I guess we're in the same situation then, huh?" She said, slightly creeped out that the cute little kitten sounded like Bruce Campbell.

Aisling sat across from Reid and smiled at him. "I don't think you'd want me as an owner," she said said to the cat. Still looking at Reid, she slightly bit her lip. "Where are you going after this, Reid?" she asked, wondering if he'd have a good answer. Or if he knew.

"Well then, I'll be your owner. But I'm giving you fair warning, I don't know where we'll be going, or what we'll be doing..." Aisling said, smiling down at him.

"No," Aisling said, "I was just wondering." Aisling bit her lip and looked at the table, wondering if maybe he was mad. She worried that maybe he would be found by the police, or maybe get into more trouble. "Am I keeping you from meeting this girl?" she asked, petting her cat some more, glancing into Reid's eyes momentarily and then looking back at the table. She hoped she wasn't keeping him from a lady friend or anything.

Aisling looked over at her and grinned. "She's pretty," Aisling said, wondering why she didn't come to see Reid before doing whatever it was she did, but decided not to ask. That would be nosy. She looked back at Reid and raised her eyebrows, grinning playfully. "You going to go talk to her?" she asked. She noticed one of the little animal things on the floor but ignored it.

"You're not interrupting anything," Aisling assured her, smiling. "I'm Aisling Tara," she said, looking her over happily. "And, I think you look stunning! I'd be happy to look you do..."she commented, unsure if Dicey was talking to her or Reid. "Maybe minus the black eye," she adding, jokingly.

"I don't mind at all," Aisling said, happy that she had helped Reid. She wondered if something was going on between them and if she should leave them alone. Before she asked, something jumped onto the back of her head. Before it could do anything, she snatched it off of her head and snapped it's neck before laying the lifeless creature on the table. She glanced at Dicey and Reid nervously. "Sorry about that..." she whispered.

Aisling just silently listened to their conversation. "So...um, I hope you don't mind me asking, but are you two an item? If you are...I can leave," she said, wondering if she shouldnt've asked. There is no use in wondering if you shouldn't have said that. There is no taking it back...

Aisling looked at Zekil momentarily beforeing turning her attention back to the two of them. "Are you two a couple?" she asked, tilting her head slightly, curious. She looked at them, side by side, grinning, waiting for a response. While she waited, she glanced at all of the people in the bar.

Aisling looked at them, pursing her lips. "Oh, that's nice! I mean, not the break up," she said, turning slightly red, "Don't you two feel bad. I don't have anybody either. Actually, I have never had anybody!" she exclaimed. She then glanced at Zekil, then looked back at the two of them. It looked like Dicey didn't want to just be drinking buddies. Aisling didn't say anything, she just looked at Dicey, giving her a I understand look. She had a crush on someone, too.

Aisling blushed. "You really think so?" she asked, looking at Dicey, smiling. She rarely got complimented on her looks. People almost avoided complimenting her. She never understood why. Although it occasionally got to her, normally she just accepted people didn't like her and would move on. Reid and Dicey seemed to like her, though.
