a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by RomeroLover

Description

Image
Aisling is a very intellegent, charming, witty human. She isn't very open about her past, but is optimisitic about her future. Her closest friends will tell you she is easy to love, but not easy to understand.

She hates crying in front of people and has little to no self-control. Although she often worries about other people more than herself, she probaly should worry about herself. People have told her she is "wrapped in an emotional shell".

Although she is still very young, only 18, she feels she has completed life already. She has done several things, and died twice, but thanks to her loyal friends, has been brought back to life twice.

All of her family is deceased.

Aisling often makes references to old romances of Earth, like Gone With The Wind, Casablanca, Breakfast At Tiffany's... She enjoys watching any type of movies, but classics are her favorite, and she has several of them that she took from home.

Her closest friends include Seat, who she loves but won't admit to loving, Varius, Dicey, sometimes Zekil, and Reid.

Aisling turned the other direction, still very red. "Oh really?" she asked, wondering if he was just saying that. Damn it! YOU MUST RESIST! "Another Jack Daniels, pleaaaaaase, Zekil."

"Thanks, Zekil, and he isn't bothering me," she said, taking a drink and turning around again. "So, if you don't like barbies, what kind of girls do you like?" she asked, looking curiously at the supposed Seat. Then she looked at Varius. "And you...you like brunettes?"

"Don't worry, I haven't ever dated anyone either," Aisling said, looking at them. It made her feel good that Seat had never dated anyone. He was plenty hot. So it wasn't her looks. They weren't the reason. "You should think about dating someone," she stated simply, shiftng her gaze to her fingernails. Then to Varius. "Why don't you like brunettes now?"

Varius talked about the death of someone, and Aisling immeadently went silent. Her eyes became cold, and her smile faded. She zoned out and drank her whiskey. "I hate having to get over a death. It's almost impossible to do," she stated. Aisling nodded in agreement at Seat's comment about the blonde girl. "Seems stuck up, too," she added. "And, I don't blame you if you don't date."

"Whiskey kind of makes everything feel better," she stated, simply, staring at the glass in front of her.

"Good luck with the murder case," Aisling added. She also turned back to the conversation. "Well, if you'll eat a human's soul, maybe you shouldn't look for a right human to date," she said. I'm right in front of you... she wanted to say. She didn't, though.

Aisling shrugged, looking at Seat in the eyes for the first time. "I don't know. I only want people that I can't have," she said. That was true. She had never wanted someone she could have. "Damn?" she asked, giggling. "That's all you have to say?"

"I'm kind of after someone I can have again," she stated simply. "And I'm glad you like our books, I like them too. By the way, my name is Aisling. Not sure if I told you," she added. Dang it. This is kind of hard. What if he asks who it is? Do I lie?

"They are very good looking," Aisling said, smiling, taking his hand and shaking it nervously. I love the way his hand feels, even... She smiled. "I don't mind being called Red. Call me what you want, as long as it's relevant."

"I'm Aisling," she said to the women, before directing her attention back to Seat. She had heard the women's comment, and for some odd reason, it made her happy. "He's kind of tall, definatly..." she said, looking him over, hoping he wouldn't ask much more, though she was almost sure he would.

"Sounds stressful, honey, but you don't have to act like it's our fault. Good luck with the case!" she said to the girl.

"His hair...it's black, and white...it's really hard to describe..." she said, again turning red. Please don't press for more... she looked at Varius, hoping he hadn't caught on, then at the blonde, hoping she hadn't caught on. Please, nobody catch on...

"I can't control who I'm after, or I'd take that advice," Aisling said with a smile, happy the questions stopped so she could stop lying. She hadn't completely lied, just...kind of. Maybe the description was a bit...off. It didn't matter. As long as the blonde girl didn't pick up on how she felt, which other females usually had a tendacy to do...Aisling was safe. And if the other girl didn't say anything, she'd definatly be safe.

"Nothings wrong, I'm sorry," Aisling said, shifting her gaze back to Seat. "And...hey, if I become a zombie because of some demon...Well, it's not because I could help it, that's for sure," she said. She stared at him in admiration as he spoke to the women.

Aisling sighed. "I alreayd told you that I can not control myself. I am lack self restraint, completely. You have no idea how hard I am trying to maintain appropiate behavior as we speak," she said. Hopefully he wasn't too mad at her. It wasn't her fault he had that affect on her.

"Fuck medication," Aisling said, as politely as possible. Medication had never been good for her. Ever. Actually, medication had got her into more trouble than anything else ever had. "And I won't, don't worry."

"You seemed awfully worried," Aisling said. She quickly changed the topic though, and jokily said, "You seemed interested in this crime investigation business...are you trying to learn how to hide something?"

Aisling immeadently felt terrible. "I'm really sorry, Seat. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, if I did. I had no idea..." She bit her lip and avoided eye contact again. She looked at the floor, trying not to say anything else. You fuck up with every word you say.

"Well...now you're basicly free," Aisling said, smiling up at him. "Now you can live here. Or, anywhere! I envy you, Seat," she said. Although she felt bad for him, she really was jealous. If only she could know the freedom he had...

Aisling just smiled and shook her head. "Not enough money. Too scared to go anywhere alone...and I'm afraid I'll run into what I left. I never want to go back to what I left, ever."
