Alastair Lancaster stopped examining his gear, only to look up at Salazar. "We're only going to talk? No acti-" His sentance was stopped as Salazar stepped onto the telepad. He sighed, and did last minute gear check. Gauntlets, Mage shot pistols, sapper grenades. Perfect. he straightened up and cracked his neck, and stepped himself onto one of the pads, and disappeared from the ship, only to stand behind his commander.

Alastair Lancaster strode in behind the boss man. The floor was squishy, not at all to his liking... no ground, no dirt, no rocks. Ick. "Not my kinda place" he though. But when he looked around, he saw the weapons on the rack, and gasped inwardly, but almost audible. Swords, sai, training poles. Wood, metal. He misjudged. He WAS in his element. A smirk landed on his face. He crossed his arms, and stayed silent. to let Salazar do his work.

Alastair Lancaster took a step back, knowing this was not his time to intervene. Sure, he may be an impulsive person, but he wasn't stupid, and would stay out of a one on one, until his commanders life was in danger, of course. His arms dropped to his sides and he looked at one of the katanas on the left wall and flexed his fingers. The blade moved subtley. Perfect. His body loosened and stepped back, leaning against the door.

Alastair Lancaster crossed his arms back over his chest tightly, and looked at the floor, down at his boots. There was one of two things he wanted: To get some action in, maybe some fighting, or to just head back to base and sleep. Being brash was one thing he was good at, and nothing was happening! Letting out a gruff huff, he shuffled against the wall, becoming impatient.

Alastair Lancaster just put a smile on his face, and made a subtle movement with his left hand before taking a small step forward, his hands down at his waist, the smile not leaving his face. At that time, a katana in it's scabbard flew from a wall straight into the mirror. Finally, noise, something else besides the dreadful silence of small talk. "Woops." he said, with a smirk, and a wink in Snowdove's direction.

"Heh heh heh," Alastair chuckled, cracking each of his fists in the other hand through his gauntlets. "Now we're getting somewhere" He dropped his arms to his hips with lightning speed, and like that four razor sharp blades extended from each of the knuckles, and one extended by his forearm, each blade made of pure, razor sharp steel. And then the ceiling collapsed, things were falling, and he looked up, to see some... metal thing, up there. "Why does everything have to burst my god damned bubble?"... he thought to himself in disgust.

Alastair Lancaster wouldn't be stupid enough to finish this fight alone. There was too much at stake right now, and if the lady died, the sword would always be around to take another day. "Au revoir malady, and sir cowpoke." And then, without a blink, he too disappeared in a column of white ligh.

The door to the bar opened, and in stepped a man wearing a not-so-usual outfit. A white breastplate, and shoulder plates, and in the middle of each, a small orb was placed. Similar colored gauntlents covered his hands and wrists, along with a pair of boots, and shin-guards. Underlying all that was a form-fitting black material. In he walked and took a seat about halfway in, down at a booth, and kinda just sat there, waiting.

"Wait wh-" was all he could manage to say as this... thing crash in through the door. Hey, maybe he could try his luck and do something other than work on his day off. Sure he knew there were probably magical items riddling this bar, but hey, like previously stated, it was a day off, something he hadn't had in about 12 years, and might as well... help... So he walked over to the... thing, and could yes, plainly see an arrow. "Can I uh... help you?" He said, slightly confused as to what to do, and really didn't know what else to say.

Alastair Lancaster furrowed his brow, pushed the others aside, before they could do much, and knelt down, looking at the leg of the creature. "Hmm..." he said, and pulled out one of the balls off of his leg, setting it on the floor. Looking at the arrow in the creatures leg, he looked up at it's face, and saw she was completely unconscious. "That makes," He pulled the arrow out, with a quick yank, "Doing this perfectly okay." He put it aside and went back to the ball he placed on the floor, and split it open, a jell-like substance inside. he poured the jell onto the wound, and it sealed up, stopping any blood flow, and could see the skin start to grow back. "A magical substance for a magical creature. That's how you do it people."

"Well, my goodness, not so resilient now are we?" He laughed quietly to himself, and stayed on his knee next to the creature, nos taking it upon himself to, watch over her, because the stuff he poured on her wound would take effect soon, ridding her of any sort of wound and/or infection. He moved it... her... to a more comfortable sitting position, instead of the heap. "And now... I guess we wait."

Alastair Lancaster just shook his head at the android and stated "No. Material is confidential, and I'd you'd probably end up dead or... disconnected if boss man were to find out." His attention rested on the creature. He didn't know if her vitals were the same as a humans, but he put two fingers up to her neck, looking for signs of a pulse of some sort, kinda hoping it was okay.

Alastair Lancaster was sitting on the opposite side of the glen, staring down at the water from his perch on a high rock. He had finished his duties today, and decided to take a small walk in the woods, and ended up here, in this beautiful clearing. Upon looking up from his feet, he noticed the girl moving towards the water, but remained where he was, not wanting to disturb her. "Is this... a secret place? Should I even be here?" He thought to himself

Alastair Lancaster raised an eyebrow and laughed a little as she tripped. He jumped off the rock and landed perfectly, and walked to the river, on the opposite side of the shore as the lady. He put his hands out in front of him, and raised them up, slowly, and from the bottom of the river, small pillars arose, and stopped just above the surface, and he walked across them, to the other side, and looked down at the lady. "Hey uh... can I help you?" Bah... same line he used on the bat... thing... lady last night in the bar.

It didn't really come to a shock to him, seeing the same person, in two different forms. R was full of whack jobs and weirdos, and the people the went after were even creepier. At least he got to see her while she was conscious this time. "Yeah, sure." He leaned down, put an arm under her neck, and one underneath her legs, and carefully picked her up, then turned around, and snapped his fingers, and the small pillars in the water disappeared beneath the waves. "You need to be more careful then. First an arrow to the leg, and now a sprained ankle?"

Alastair Lancaster took a few steps forward, and laid her on a soft patch of grass and then took a few steps back, and raised his arm yet again. Underneath her, the ground rose, creating a raised bed of grass about three feet high. "You know," he gave her a very light punch in the shoulder in return, a smile on his face "It's rude to ask a name when you haven't introduced yourself."

Alastair Lancaster winked at her and moved down to her ankle "A fire mage huh? Neat." Not so neat. Boss wouldn't be so happy to know he was making friends with an outsider using magic, especially if she had any magical items, then things would, and probably would, get bad. "The name's Alastair. Terramancer, controller of all things rock, dirt, and plants."

"Dangerous? Nononono, you've got it all wrong. Somebody that happens to be injured, twice in two days, and I have to patch them up, could definitely not be considered dangerous. And I'm not sad, just wondering what to do about this ankle..." Just standing there, he ran a hand through his hair, and smiled lightly at the sky, unsure of what else to do. "Are you at all able to walk on it, at all?"

Alastair Lancaster looked down at her, and then at the flute. "I don't mind, not at all." He began to sit down, and as he did, a chair of stone appeared underneath him, and he crossed his legs. "In fact, I would love to hear a little music. Been a while since I've heard anything as peaceful of a flute."

All he could do was blink. His mouth hung open very slightly. He knew the story of the fire mages, basically by heart because of all the users in the organization. But putting it to music, was something completely different. "Was it good? No, actually, it wasn't good at all." He looked up at her, and stared into her eyes. "It was excellent.."
